Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul difokuskan pada nilai-nilai moral dalam film, yakni dalam film Hindi “Bajrangi Bhaijaan”. Menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan analisis isi, penelitian ini menganalisis film Bajrangi Bhaijaan dengan dua sumber data, yaitu video film Bajrangi Bhaijaan sebagai sumber utama, dan file yang memakai subtitle sebagai sumber sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tiga belas nilai moral yang ditemukan dalam film ini, yaitu: kejujuran, pantang menyerah, kepedulian sosial, tanggung jawab, cinta dan kasih sayang, disiplin atau taat aturan, khusyu’ atau taat, toleransi, kerjasama dan solidaritas, berani, menjaga/melindungi, menepati janji, serta patriotisme atau cinta tanah air. Dari menganalisis nilai-nilai moral tersebut diharapkan dapat membangun karakter yang baik dan mengaplikasikannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari khususnya bagi setiap individu yang ada di masyarakat, dan diharapkan nilai-nilai moral tersebut dapat diterapkan pada peserta didik dalam dunia pendidikan.

Abstract

E-learning is one of much needed educational media. Especially since the Covid-19 pandemic occurred. Where education is carried out in online. Education needs to adapt to this new phenomenon. And one of the most powerful is the use of digital technology media for education. E-learning is education that is implemented using information and communication technology as a tool. However, the use of information technology in education needs to be done carefully, because if not, it will greatly affect the effectiveness of learning. That's why the development of e-learning requires principles to increase its effectiveness. On the other side, a development principle from a sharia perspective is also needed, to see the exact law, priority scale, and priority scale. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. This type of research is literature study. Where data sources are obtained from literature references, books, research reports, and others. Then processed critically to find the conclusion for the results. The results of this study can be formulated in two points. First, e-learning as a medium is wash?lah for education, where education is wash?lah for the protection of reason. Second, the principles of developing e-learning in the maq?shid of sharia are three things: 1) the principle of strengthening the objectives of sharia, 2) the principle of priority (pedagogy, objectives, media, and suitability), and 3) the principle of virtue.

Abstract

In Islamic religious education, teachers need to apply an appropriate and attractive learning model to increase student motivation and learning outcomes. Because there are various obstacles experienced by students, this research is important to do. This study aims to determine the use of the VAK learning model on the learning outcomes of class VIII students at SMP Mambaunnur Gading Bululawang. In implementing learning activities, teachers use various learning models, one of which is the VAK (visual, auditory, kinetic) learning model. This Learning Model emphasizes direct learning experiences by maximizing the ability to remember visually (Visual), auditory (Auditory), and increase movement and emotion (kinetic). This type of research is Classroom Action Research. This research was conducted in 2 cycles, namely cycle 1 and II. Each cycle is applied in one meeting. The implementation in each cycle uses four stages: planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The results of this study indicate that the use of the VAK learning model influences student learning outcomes. The increase in yield was seen in every cycle from pre-action to cycle II. Students who scored above the minimum completeness criteria (75) in the pre-action activity were 18%; about 5 students out of 27 students. In the first cycle the results showed a percentage of 40%; 11 students out of 27 students managed to show improvement. Whereas in cycle II the success of the method reached 100%, in other words 27 students experienced an increase in learning in the field of eating and drinking manners.

Abstract

Nowadays, internet makes the dakwa (teaching others about the beliefs and practices in Islamic faith) more effective and simpler rather than conventional way. Dakwa using internet becomes timeless and less boundary. This research sets aim to understand ideological framework used by those dakwa accounts in media social Indonesia. By using qualitative research methods, this research attempts to observe the text within the media social (especially in Instagram). The data is collected based on research participant.

Abstract

This study focuses on the trilogy of istinb?th methods in Bahtsul Masail NU, namely the qaul? method, the ilh?q? method, and the manhaj? method. The starting point is the incorrect assumption of several researchers who quantitatively classify the fatwas of Bahtsul Masail based on the methods used. Using content analysis methods and synchronic-diachronic approaches, this study concludes that the trilogy of istinb?th methods is not a new formulation, but rather is referred to as the institutionalization of thinking tradition of NU kiais that was formed for a long time. In addition, the trilogy of intinb?th methods has a dynamic relationship and often overlaps with each other in Bahtsul Masail.

Abstract

COVID-19 has become a very scary thing. Due to the corona virus, many victims have fallen. To avoid the spread of the virus, the government made various efforts and decisive actions that must be obeyed by the community. This also had an impact on the school life, including at MTs. Nurul Hidayah. The students who initially always received Al-Qur'an tutoring before lessons started, the activity is closed during the pandemic. Therefore, the role of parents in Al-Qur'an learning is needed during the pandemic. This research focuses on the role of parents during the corona pandemic in guiding the learning of the Qur'an for class VIII students in the odd semester of the 2020-2021 in Simojayan, Ampelgading, Malang. This is a field research with qualitative descriptive approach. The data sources used are secondary and primary obtained from collection techniques in the form of observations, interviews, and documentation. The research got the following results: The interest in learning the Qur'an of VI students during the COVID-19 pandemic in the 2020-2021 Academic Year in the Odd semester is in a good spirit level, as evidenced by the data that from 33 students, 6 children are enthusiastic in learning the Koran, 24 children have a good level of enthusiasm and 3 others are less enthusiastic in learning Al-Qu`an. When children are more concerned about playing with their peers, they ignore the words of their parents to recite Al-Qu`an.

Abstract

Islamic banking offers various types of sharia-based financing. One of them is mudarabah financing agreement based on profit sharing, in which the bank requires collateral (guarantee) as well as credit application in conventional banking. In classical fiqh literature, the true mudarabah contract is not allowed to include collateral. However, the bank has its own reasons for implementing it and running its business in accordance with statutory regulations and other supporting instruments such as the DSN-MUI Fatwa. This research is qualitative normative research with conceptual and law official regulation approach. The law materials in this research includes the primary, secondary, and tertiary law material. Primary law material is obtained from the official regulations concerning with the collateral in defrayal of Syari’ah bank and Fatwa DSN-MUI about mudarabah defrayal. Secondary law material is obtained from the books related to the collateral and mudarabah. The tertiary law material is obtained from law dictionary and encyclopedia containing the collateral and mudarabah. This research concluded that Islamic bank could determine the collateral as the requirement in mudarabah defrayal based on accurate principle of the bank and avoid deceitfulness of client. The law No. 21 of 2008 about Syari’ah banking, 26 article 1, clearly stated that the collateral is determined in paying client obligation to the Syari’ah bank. In Fatwa DSN-MUI No. 07/DSN-MUI/IV/2000, the collateral is determined to avoid the divergence committed by mudl?rib.

Abstract

The motivation of students in Madrasah Diniyah Iqoomatul Islam decreased because ineffective method applied in the learning process. At the end of 2017 at Madrasah Diniyah Iqoomatul Islam apply a method of learning namely Amtsilati to improve the spirit of Its students. This study aims to answer the questions: how the implementation of Amtsilati method and how the role of Amtsilati Method in improving student motivation in this Madrasah Diniyah. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Data obtained through interviews and observations. The subjects of the study are the principal, the teachers, and the students of Amtsilati. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Data validities check for confidence test using Extension of Participation, Persistence of Observation, Triangulation, Peer Checking, and Member Checks. The result of this study shows that the Amtsilati Method has a significant role to understand Arabic texts, provides positive values, consistent learning, as well as conducive learning atmosphere in improving student learning motivation.

Abstract

Reflection and observation in class II SD Negeri 2 Ardirejo Kepanjen showed that learning is still teacher-centered, lack of student activity, and the use of media that is not according to student characteristics. This has an impact on the low student learning outcomes. To overcome these problems, learning is applied with the help of mind mapping media. The purpose of this research is to improve thematic learning outcomes on the theme of energy and its changes using mind mapping in third grade students of SDN 2 Ardirejo Kepanjen Malang. Classroom action research was carried out in two cycles. Each cycle is carried out in an allocated time of 3x35 minutes and goes through the stages of planning, implementing actions, observing, and reflecting. The research subjects consisted of teachers and third grade students of SD Negeri 2 Ardirejo Kepanjen. Data collection using test and non-test techniques. The data analysis technique used qualitative and quantitative data. The results showed that the teacher's skills in the first cycle got a score of 22.5 with good criteria then increased to 26 with very good criteria in the second cycle. Student activities in the first cycle got a score of 25 with very good criteria then increased to 28 with very good criteria in the second cycle. Student learning outcomes in the first cycle get 73.9% classical completeness and incomplete qualifications. Student learning outcomes in cycle II have increased with 91% classical completeness and complete qualifications. It can be concluded that learning with mind mapping media can improve thematic learning outcomes on the theme of energy and energy changes for third grade students of SD Negeri 2 Ardirejo Kepanjen.

Abstract

Sambas conflict in 1997 and 1999 caused big number of refugees, mainly Madureses, which spread in various regions. Many young refugees were sheltered at Islamic boarding schools (pondok pesantren), especially in East Java. They usually got special treatment, from financial dispensation to psychological assistance. One pondok pesantren accommodating the Victims of Sambas conflict was Raudlatul Ulum 1 Ganjaran Gondanglegi Malang. Although it did not have particular program to handle those young victims, a number conflict victims were found. The research problems are formulated as follows: (1) how is the Sambas conflict victims’ perception on multiculturalism at Islamic boarding School Raudlatul Ulum 1; (2) what is the role of the boarding school in the formation of their perception on multiculturalism? It is a field research with qualitative approach. This research resulted that the conflict which the victims had experienced in Sambas had provided deep trauma, especially psychologically one. Their mentality and perceptions are also affected significantly, especially shortly after the conflict. This is noticed from their fear of meeting with people from different ethnicity, especially Dayak and Melayu. But over time, the trauma turned into an understanding that the conflicts occurred because of economic interest or because of political engineering based on the interests of the rulers. One of the factors that shape their perception of this conflict is pondok pesantren. Its environment and the education system significantly affected their perception. Pondok pesantren inhabited by the students with quite vast of race, ethnicity or language, thereby building tolerance between them, while its education system could build the character of leaders who are ready to protect the society with all its diversity.
