Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of facilities, product diversity, price, and service quality on purchasing decisions at Islamic supermarkets (PT. Cepat Versi Arli) Singkawang City. This study consists of independent variables of facilities, product diversity, price and service quality, dependent variables of service decisions. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study were customers who had shopped at PT. Cepat Versi Arli Singkawang City. The data collection technique uses the distribution of questionnaires with questions or statements that have been provided and distribution via g-form. The sample taken amounted to 100 respondents. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS version 26. The results showed that partially the facility variable had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, product diversity had a positive and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions, price had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, service quality had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, the variables of facilities, product diversity, price and service quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Islamic insurance waqf is an instrument that aims to protect and help each other among a number of people through investments in the form of assets and tabarru' which provide a return pattern to face certain risks or dangers through sharia-compliant contracts. And theoretically in an insurance institution can not be separated from the social spirit and helping each other. And currently, the difference of opinion about sharia insurance is still being debated among scholars. And this is a contemporary issue. Because the purpose of the tabarru contract is to create solidarity between insurance participants and insurance companies to help each other to people in need. So that it can achieve benefit to society. The concept of mashlahah in human life is the goal of maqhasid Syariah. The results of this study indicate that Islamic insurance waqf and Islamic maqhasid have the same goal, namely to realize the welfare of human life. And in this study used the library research method (library study) which was studied using books, journals and websites to achieve research objectives. Abstract

E-commerce has become the new favorite in terms of shopping for people around the world, including in Indonesia. Among the various e-commerce that can be accessed in Indonesia, one that is quite well-known and widely used is the Shopee marketplace. Shopee is a shopping application with a marketing strategy through various interesting features, one of which is quite well known is the live streaming feature. Live streaming is a feature that sellers use to create streaming sessions and promote shops & products directly to consumers. Consumers can directly communicate with sellers in real-time to find out more about the product. In this case the author conducted research using a qualitative descriptive method, the researcher described an event or phenomenon that occurred in society related to Shopee's marketing strategy and analyzed this phenomenon in terms of Islamic business ethics, whether the live streaming strategy was in accordance with Islamic business ethics or not. Based on the research results, the marketing strategy through live streaming is in accordance with Islamic business ethics, because live streaming has several regulations that are in accordance with Islamic business ethics. Abstract

The influence of Muslim-majority nations' exports and inflation levels on the exchange rate during the Covid-19 pandemic is investigated in this study, where the level of Covid-19 is discovered to be the determining variable for exchange rate movements in Muslim-majority countries. Multiple linear regression was utilized to examine data from April 2020 to October 2022 in this study. Exports, Covid-19, and inflation all had a simultaneous and partial influence on the currency rate in Muslim-majority nations, according to the findings of the analysis.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas analisis sustainable dalam meningkatkan kegiatan operasional LKMS (Lembaga Keuangan Mikro Syari’ah). Model yang dibangun melalui penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dalam peningkatan operasional kegiatan dalam LKMS diperlukan adanya sebuah analisis sustainable yaitu analisis berkelajutan setiap tahunnya. Sedang pada analisis sustainable ini sudah sesuai dengan manajemen syari’ah, yaitu manajemen dalam Islam adalah aktifitas menertibkan, mengatur dan berpikir yang mengandung nilai-nilai keimanan dan ketauhidan, menata anggota kelompoknya dengan baik serta menerapkan sistem sesuai dengan Al Quran dan sunnah Rasul. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Analisis yang digunakan secara deskriptif. Data yang digunakan berasal dari data sekunder, dari buku, artikel jurnal dan webisite. Hasil penelitian ini lebih lanjut dapat dimanfaatkan untuk merancang kebijakan-kebijakan yang diperlukan untuk mendorong peningkatan kegiatan operasional LKMS yang sesuai dengan manajemen syari’ah sehingga secara luas dan berkelanjutan mampu menjangkau dan memberdayakan pelaku usaha mikro dan bermanfa’at untuk setiap lapisan yang membutuhkan, minimal siapapun yang berada dalam lingkungan LKMS sendiri.

Abstract

Prosperity is a great goal that every country in the world aspires to. However, this condition will certainly not be achieved without a problem called poverty. If you look at the available data, about 30% of the world's population (1.56 billion) lives in multidimensional poverty; 50% of the world's population (3 billion) lives on less than $2.5 a day; And 80% of the world's population lives on less than $10 a day. This shows that Welfare in the world is only enjoyed by a small part of the population. A study published that OIC (Organization of Islamic Cooperation) member countries generally have a lower HDI (Human Development Index) than non-OIC countries. If viewed further, Islam has various solutions to avoid poverty through Islamic social finance instruments. Zakat, Infaq, and Waqf have great potential to be developed to prosper the community. So, in this paper, we will discuss the financial technology model used to develop the role of Islamic social finance instruments such as Zakat, infaq, and waqf. So that social and financial institutions can continue to develop various empowerment programs to prosper the community.

Abstract

The Indonesian culinary business market is becoming increasingly competitive. Therefore, business owners need to understand the factors that influence consumers' repurchase intention. This research focuses on service quality, product variety, and islamic store atmosphere to understand their impact on value equity and repurchase intention. A quantitative approach was used for the study, with data collected through a survey of a sample of 200 consumers of SFA Steak & Resto Klodran. The data collection method was a questionnaire survey. Statistical analysis, including linear regression and mediation, was used to test the relationship between the variables under study. The results indicate service quality and product variety have a positive and significant effect on value equity, while the islamic store atmosphere has a positive but insignificant effect. Additionally, value equity has a positive and significant influence on repurchase intention. Value equity moderates the relationship between service quality and product variety with repurchase intention, but does not moderate the relationship between islamic store atmosphere and repurchase intention.

Abstract

Forest waqf is one of the efforts to help achieve the goals of Islamic economics. Therefore, this paper aims to; first, describe how the establishment of Bogor Forest Waqf. Second, describe the role of Bogor Waqf Forest towards Sustainable Development Goals number 1 (no poverty), and third describe the role of Bogor Waqf Forest number 6 (clean water and sanitation). The data for this study was collected in the field using a qualitative approach with observation, deep interview, and documentation technique. The results of this study show that the establishment of the Bogor Waqf Forest is an idea and a breakthrough in overcoming the rampant problem of forest destruction that occurs. Then, the Bogor Waqf Forest carries out various community empowerment efforts that are aligned with efforts to preserve the forest for the community around the waqf forest. In addition, making water reservoirs and distributing clean water to areas around the forest that are useful needs of people living around the forest. Hence, the impact of Bogor Waqf Forest affected to the local people’s activity and in the distribution of clean water.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas sejarah kebijakan moneter dalam konteks Islam selama periode Fathimiyah, Mamalik, Persia, India, dan Turki Utsmani. Masing-masing periode ini mencerminkan dinamika ekonomi dan politik yang unik, yang memberikan dampak pada pengembangan sistem moneter dalam kerangka nilai-nilai Islam. Pada masa Fathimiyah (909-1171 M), kebijakan moneter tercermin dalam penggunaan tradisional mata uang dinar dan dirham, sejalan dengan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi Islam. Selama periode Mamalik (1250-1517 M), hubungan perdagangan dan interaksi dengan dunia luar memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk sistem ekonomi dan moneter mereka. Pengaruh perdagangan dan hubungan luar negeri pada kebijakan moneter Mamalik memengaruhi kestabilan mata uang dan ekonomi mereka. Persia, dengan kekayaan alam dan sejarah keuangan yang panjang, memiliki pengaruh yang kuat pada kebijakan moneter, terutama selama Dinasti Safawiyah (1501-1736 M). Di India, masa Dinasti Delhi dan Kesultanan Bahmani (1206-1527 M) mencerminkan penggunaan mata uang emas dan perak seiring dengan tradisi Islam. Terakhir, dalam konteks Turki Utsmani, sistem moneter kompleks mencakup penggunaan mata uang bimetal dan perak, mencerminkan kekuatan ekonomi dan politik Utsmani. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang perkembangan kebijakan moneter Islam selama periode tersebut.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kontrak pada hukum bisnis syariah, dapat diartikan sebagai sebuah proses pelaksanaan transaksi antara satu orang dengan orang lain yang terikat oleh hukum karena satu pihak mempresentasikan penawaran dan pihak lain melakukan penerimaan serta memanfaatkan sumber daya ekonomi sebagai objeknya sesuai aturan-aturan yang telah ditetapkan secara hukum Islam. Kontrak bisnis syariah bisa juga diartikan sebagai suatu perikatan antara ijab dan Kabul dengan cara yang dibenarkan oleh hukum Islam yang menetapkan adanya akibat-akibat hukum. Berbicara akan kontrak tentang kesepakatan kedua belah pihak untuk memulainya, maka akan terdapat juga langkah-langkah yang menjadikan kontrak itu berakhir. Tulisan ini memiliki tujuan untuk memahami hal yang harus dilakukan pada pelaksanaan untuk berakhirnya sebuah kontrak dalam perspektif hukum Islam. Adapun metode penelitiannya ialah jenis penelitian kualitatif, dengan data yang dikemas dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari review literatur dari penelitian ilmiah sebelumnya yang kemudian dianalisis secara mendalam menggunakan teori yang relevan. Hasil penelitian pada makalah ini ialah, berakhirnya kontrak pada hukum bisnis syariah terdiri dari, berakhirnya akad karena sudah terpenuhi, terminasi akad, kematian, serta tidak memperolehnya izin dari pihak yang memiliki kewenangan.
