Abstract

This study aims to analyze factors influencing sharia digital banking utilization by using modified Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach. The data in this study were collected through questionnaires distributed online. The sample used in this study was 125 millennial respondents who used Jago Syariah Bank and Aladin Syariah Bank. In this study, the data is analyzed by using structural equation model analysis with the SmartPLS 3.2.9 analysis tool. The results showed that perceived ease of use, self-efficacy, and consumer innovativeness positively and significantly affect sharia digital banking utilization. However, there are some variables that have no significant effect, which are, perceived usefulness and subjective norms.

Abstract

Scholarships provide assistance for those who are still in school or college so they can complete their assigments and seek knowledge until they are finished. This assistance is usually in the studying for the desired education. The national Amil Zakat Agency for South Sumatra Province has a program, namely scholarships. After the Covid-19 pandemic, all activities were hampered, both in the fields of education and the economy, among many others. This study uses documentation. The results of this study indicate that the impact of channeling zakat funds in the form of schilarships is that they can help and overcome education costs for students who have effectiveness off distributing zakat funds in the form of scholarships during the Covid-19 pandemic is very effective because it is right in target and also very helpful, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, which has caused many effects, such as job loss, which has caused people to face difficulties in the economy. The similarities and differences in the distribution of zakat funds in the form of scholarships before and after the Covid-19 pandemic, namely, the similarities, are that they are both running and implemented. Then the quota of scholarship recipients remains the same without being reduced. The difference is that there i no visible difference, or it ean be said that there was no difference either before or after the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Halal industry has become a positive trend in areas of food, fashion, and tourism. In Indonesia, one of the priority areas for halal industry is Halal Culinary Zone in Kauman Solo. Designation this area is aimed at creating a halal value chain ecosystem with Sharia economic principles. This research is descriptive qualitative model, with observations and interviews, data analysis using Creswell's. The results show that several stakeholders play crucial roles in development of Kauman Solo, including Surakarta Government, BI of Surakarta, Sharia Economic Community, BPJPH, UMKM Kauman, BUMN, and private businesses. There are 79 UMKM members, characterized by being home-based and offering their products in front of their homes to tourists visiting the Kauman area. Another distinctive feature is that over 80% of these UMKM businesses have halal certificate. Challenges such as a lack of capital, completeness of administrative documentation and competent human resources are expected to be addressed collectively.

Abstract

The presence of Islamic insurance in Indonesia was marked by the existence of PT Syarikat Takaful Indonesia which operated in 1994 and after that Islamic insurance companies began to stand The presence of Islamic insurance is the answer to the prohibition of conventional insurance. This study aims to determine the implementation of maqashid sharia in Islamic insurance. The method used in this article uses a literature study (Library Reasearch). The results obtained are that the practice of maqashid sharia has been implemented by Islamic insurance. Insurance protection in maintaining religion (hifdzu din) to realize the perfection of worship, namely pilgrimage insurance. Keeping the soul (hifdzu nafs) to prevent things that will threaten the soul and cause disability or death, namely accident insurance. Keeping the mind (hifdzu aql) to protect the mind from damage, namely by learning, such as education insurance. Keeping offspring (hifdzu nasl) can be realized with education insurance that will help heirs to be able to continue their lives for the better. Keeping property (hifdzu mal) to overcome the risk of loss, namely with general takaful.

Abstract

This study emphasizes the analysis of the effect of Macroeconomic variables (Gross Domestic Product and Inflation), Profitability Ratios (Return on Assets, Return on Equity and Gross Profit Margin) and the COVID - 19 period on stock prices in the consumer goods industry sector on the Indonesian sharia stock index. Determination of the sample in this study using purposive sampling based on the research period, namely 2018 - 2022 and the type of data is secondary, while the analysis method used is multiple linear regression models with panel data. The results of this study indicate that the Gross Domestic Product, Inflation, Return on Assets and Gross Profit Margin variables have a positive and significant effect, the Return on Equity variable has a negative and insignificant effect and the covid period variable as a dummy variable has a negative and significant effect on stock prices in the consumer goods industry sector on the Indonesian sharia stock index (ISSI) 2018 - 2022.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using the shopeepay feature on Islamic consumption behavior in the people of Gorontalo. Exogenous variables in this study, namely convenience, safety, and lifestyle and endogenous variables, namely, Islamic consumption behavior. The research method used is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis data using EViews 12 Software. The results show that the convenience of the shopeepay feature has a positive and significant effect on Islamic consumption behavior, the safety of the shopeepay feature does not have a significant effect on Islamic consumption behavior, lifestyle has a significant effect on consumption behavior Islam.

Abstract

This research will focus more on the Three Indicators in the Sharia Marketing Mix Strategy (Physical Evidence, Promise, and Customer Centric). It aims to determine and analyze the influence of the physical evidence, promise, and customer centric on customer decisions to use the gold partner financing product ib maslahah at Bank BJB Syariah KCP Lippo Cikarang. The sample used is all customers of Bank BJB Syariah Kcp Lippo Cikarang who are actively using the ib maslahah gold partner financing product, the sampling is by spreading a questionnaire link to all active customers who use the ib maslahah gold partner financing. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 21. The results of the partial study show that the physical evidence variable has no negative and significant effect on customer decisions to use the financing product of Mitra Emas iB Maslahah. While the promise and customer centric variables have a positive and significant impact on customer decisions to use the financing product of the ib maslahah partner gold. Meanwhile, simultaneously, the physical evidence, promise, and customer centric variables have a positive and significant impact on customer decisions to use the ib maslahah gold partner financing product.

Abstract

Bank Syariah Indonesia is one of the banks that offers various types of products and services. In 2018, Bank Syariah Indonesia faced high challenges. Indonesia's unfavorable economic conditions have an impact on the customer's financing business so that their finances decline. The decline in the quality of productive assets in 2018 prompted the company to increase reserves for asset losses, so that profits in 2018 were under pressure. This study aims to analyze the financial performance of Indonesian Islamic Banks using the EAGLES assessment aspect.This type of research is quantitative descriptive. This research describes systematically, factually, and accurately about the facts and characteristics of a particular population, or tries to describe the phenomenon in detail. In this study the data source used is secondary data. Aspects used to measure the financial performance of Bank Syariah Indonesia, namely, the ability to generate, asset quality, growth rate, liquidity, equity and strategic management.The results showed that the financial performance of the Indonesian Islamic Bank in terms of earning ability with ROA and ROE ratios obtained an average ratio of 0.25% and 3.11%, respectively. Judging from the aspect of asset quality, the NPF ratio obtained an average of 5.94%. The growth rate aspect which consists of the DGR and LGR ratios has an average ratio of 8.63% and 15.59%, respectively. Judging from the liquidity aspect with the FDR ratio, the average ratio is 23.33%. The equity aspect using the CAR ratio obtained an average of 12.55%. Judging from the strategic management aspect, the SRQ By Personnel ratio shows an average of 46.80%. Based on the results of the study, it can be found that the financial performance of Indonesian Islamic Banks in terms of the ROA and ROE ratios shows poor financial performance. The NPF and DGR ratios show a fairly good financial performance. Judging from the SRQ by Personnel ratio, it shows poor financial performance. Meanwhile, from the ratio of CAR, LGR and FDR, the financial performance of Bank Syariah Indonesia shows a very good performance.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the trends and the extent of research related to Islamic Leadership in Indonesia published through the Scopus database from 2013 to 2023. The research method employed is quantitative, applying bibliometric analysis and utilizing R-Packages and WebInterface Biblioshiny software for visual data analysis and detailing. The study indicates that the theme of Islamic Leadership in Indonesia continues to capture the attention of researchers to the present day. One of the most influential works is Sholikhah's publication in 2019, cited 32 times. Diponegoro University has the highest affiliation with 13 publications, and Indonesia stands out as the most productive country with a total of 319 citations. The bibliometric analysis conducted is limited to Scopus data, with other national and international databases not considered in this study. This research examines relevant studies on Islamic leadership in Indonesia, presenting a brief literature review accessible to researchers in this field and providing recommendations for future research.

Abstract

The improvement of internet creates many e-commerce in Indonesia. E-commerce became a receptacle for millennial generation who want to buy goods and services online. In Indonesia, Shopee is e-commerce that has become market leader. Shopee is using Islamic marketing mix to maintain its position in Indonesian market. The purpose from this research is to analyze the influence of Islamic marketing mix (product, price, place, promotion, process, people and physical evidence) on customer loyalty towards customer satisfaction. This research is quantitative research. The sampling technique used is random sampling and convenience sampling. Skala Likert will be used for measuring the data collected. There are 159 samples from millennial Muslims in Jember for this research. The data that has been collected will be analyzed using path analysis. The result indicated that product, place, promotion, and people significantly affect customer satisfaction while price, process, and physical evidence are not significant. Product, promotion, and physical evidence also have substantial effects on customer loyalty while price, place, process, and people are not. Customer satisfaction also has no significant effect on customer loyalty. The result also shows that customers cannot mediate product, price, place, promotion, process, people, and physical evidence towards customer loyalty.
