Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of collecting zakat, infaq and shadaqah funds in the Ramadhan 1440 H program. The Indonesian Zakat Initiative (IZI) Padang Branch is one of the amil zakat institutions in West Sumatra. One of the activities of IZI Padang is to collect zakat funds in the month of Ramadan in 1440 H under the name "Ramadan Program" where the program has not been implemented effectively. This research is a field research using qualitative descriptive analysis. Sources of data in this study were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation of sources relevant to the research problem. The results of this study are 1) IZI Padang's strategies in carrying out the "Ramadan Program" activities are a) opening outlets in various places, b) cellphoneing, and c) funrising. 2) Volunteer motivation in carrying out the "Ramadan Program" activity comes from a) the support from superiors and work partners, b) training, c) personal capabilities from volunteers, d) compensation, and e) responses from different communities. different.

Abstract

The Corona virus affects practically every industry, including banking. The purpose of current research is to examine the stock price movements of Sharia Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange: Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Tbk. (PNBS), Bank BTPN Syariah Tbk. (BTPS), and Bank BRI Syariah Tbk (BRIS) after the Covid-19 outbreak entered Indonesia and to test a significant difference in the share price of Sharia Banks for 1 year before and after Covid-19 outbreak entered Indonesia. A quantitative research with a descriptive-comparative approach was employed. This analysis used secondary data in term of daily time series on stock prices for period one year before and after the Covid-19 outbreak entered Indonesia. Statistical technique applied were descriptive statistical and testing hypothesis using the Paired Sample T-Test. The finding revealed that the stock price movements of PNBS, BTPS, and BRIS after the Covid-19 outbreak entered Indonesia tend to be stable and able to grow positively. The Paired Sample T-Test findings show that there are significant differences in the stock prices of PNBS, BTPS, and BRIS before and after Covid-19 outbreak entered Indonesia, where Sharia Banks’ share price was higher after Covid-19 outbreak in Indonesia

Abstract

This study discusses the implementation of risk management financing at BSI KCP Mojokerto Bangsal which aims to find out about the implementation of risk management financing at BSI KCP Mojokerto Bangsal. This research is descriptive qualitative. This study uses secondary data in the form of literature to examine written sources such as scientific journals, literature, articles and other sources that are relevant and related to the object under study and primary data in the form of observations, interviews and documentation in the form of texts and pictures taken by researchers. then reprocessed. The result of this research is that Indonesian banking is now enlivened by the presence of Islamic banks that offer financial services products at BSI. This banking product also has a variety of risks, therefore the researcher clarifies the risks in Islamic banks and the application of risk management agreements in Islamic banks. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Islamic Marketing ethics on customer decisions in financing murabahah at BPRS Tulen Amanah Paok Motong, East Lombok. The Number of Samples used in this study amounted to 93 respondents. The research used the quantitative with correlation method. The data source was observations, questionnaires and documentations. The analyzing of the data used IBM SPSS Statistics version 25. Analysis was carried out by several tests, sucs as validity test, realibility test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, linearity test, linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination test. The results showed that the imfluence of Islamic marketing ethics on customer decisions are evidenced by a significance value of 0.021 < 0.05 and tcount of 2.357 > 1.986 (ttable), Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Which means that the Islamic marketing ethics significantly influences customer decisions in financing murabah at BPRS Tulen Amanah Paok Motong, East Lombok. The value of R2 (R Square) 0.058 or equal to 5.8%. The value means that the Islamic Marketing ethics variable has a tendency of the percentage of influence or correlation to the dependent variable in customer decisions of 5.8% from 100%. While the rest (100% - 5.8% =94.2%) is influenced by other variables outside of this refression.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to discuss a cooperative model of unproductive land use using a sharia-based cooperation system. This is done to improve the well-being of Indonesian farmers. This study employs the descriptive analysis method to examine a variety of relevant works of literature, journals, textbooks, and documents. Data analysis based on Miles and Huberman's theory. This research found that the use of unproductive lands is a divine command because God wants this earth to provide prosperity for humans. Agricultural products, which are the main products of land use, are the source of economic life for the majority of Indonesians. The agricultural sector also provides a large share of GDP and can survive in various conditions. However, agriculture has not been able to lift the dignity of farmers from poverty. As an agricultural country, Indonesia still has 12 million unproductive lands that can be optimized for use through sharia-based collaboration. With the help of capital, experts, and government support, it is possible to achieve the goals of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), namely, no poverty and hunger by 2030, and a prosperous society.

Abstract

The outbreak of the Covid-19 virus has caused the economy of developing countries to slow down, including Indonesia. The sluggish economy contributes to the poverty rate. Zakat has an important role in the economy and can be a source of funds that can improve welfare. This study aims to analyze the impact of the zakat program in alleviating poverty in mustahik households based on material and spiritual aspects. This research method used a descriptive quantitative approach with a sample of 57 mustahik families who received food security action programs. The statistical test and data analysis used were paired data t-test and the CIBEST model. Based on the CIBEST Model, it shows that zakat's assistance improves the welfare of mustahik and reduces the poverty index of the mustahik material. After the assistance of zakat funds, the Number of mustahik households in the welfare household category (quadrant I) has increased by 0.14 percent. Meanwhile, the Number of mustahik households categorized as material poor (quadrant II) decreased by 0.14 percent.

Abstract

One of the phenomenal businesses and professions in the world in the millennial digital world is as a YouTuber who can provide very promising benefits. Therefore, as a neutral, strategic, and preferred media, YouTuber videos have their important points that apart from being land for business. The objective of this research is to provide an understanding of the ethics of the YouTuber profession from the Islamic economics perspective. This research applies library research. The result shows that YouTube can be used as a means of conveying messages while remaining committed to the following Islamic ethics business, are: First, the video content is legal, lawful, and does not contain contradictory content in Islamic values, such as non-educational and other unsuitable content. The criteria for services being “traded” is lawful and valuable. Second, the products and advertising content in the video are halal and legal. These contents do not market products non-halal ads, conventional financial institutions, liquor, illegal goods, products that damage health, and products that destroy children's morals. Third, clarity of rights and obligations between the parties, including a YouTuber as a service seller and a company as a buyer of services carried out according to the agreement. Besides, there are other Islamic business ethics, namely: 1) principle of monotheism teaches that everything must reflect faith in Allah SWT and is responsible for all human actions including economic and business activities. 2) principle of justice teaches humans in every activity must be fair, both to themselves and others. Third, the principle of responsibility teaches that in every human activity, there is accountability to Allah SWT. Fourth, the principle of freedom teaches that every human has the freedom to choose and determine everything. Humans are given free will to control their lives alone, but must not ignore the fact that he is completely required by the law of God. Fifth, honesty and truth. Every activity, no matter how small, the activities carried out can be seen properly and feel good for others.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of BOPO and CAR on Profit Distribution Management (PDM) with ROA as a mediating variable in Sharia Commercial Banks (BUS). This study uses the object of all Sharia Commercial Banks (BUS) registered with Bank Indonesia for the period 2015 - 2019. The sampling method used in this study is the census method so that all populations are simultaneously sampled. The analytical tool used to test the hypotheses proposed in this study is to use path analysis where there are two independent variables, one mediating variable and one dependent variable. The results showed that: 1) BOPO partially had no effect on ROA. 2) CAR partially has a positive and significant effect on ROA. 3) BOPO partially has a negative effect on PDM. 4) CAR partially has a positive and significant effect on PDM. 5) ROA partially positive and significant effect on PDM. 6) ROA does not mediate the effect of BOPO and CAR on PDM. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the development of PT Bank Panin Dubai Syariah during the covid-19 pandemic. And to find out the business strategy implemented by PT Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Makassar Branch during the covid-19 pandemic. The research method used in this research is qualitative by describing the development and business strategy of Panin Dubai Syariah Bank Makassar Branch. This type of research is a field study, primary data collection. Sources of data were obtained directly with interview data collection techniques and documentation from various sources. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative, which describes the development of PT Bank Panin Dubai Syariah during the pandemic. As well as the Business Strategy carried out by PT Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Makassar branch. The results of the research on the growth of PT Bank Panin Dubai Syariah in the period May 2020 to May 2021 experienced an increase in assets of 7.6 percent, and for murabahah financing, it decreased by -44 percent. Current accounts grew by 11 percent, savings grew by 27 percent, and time deposits decreased by -7.9 percent. The business strategy implemented by PT Bank Panin Dubai Syariah during the Covid-19 pandemic was to improve office services by implementing health protocols, increasing digital-based services, increasing ATM, Mobile Banking, and Cash Management System facilities to fulfill customer transactions. For financing recovery for financing affected by COVID-19 so that they can recover, as well as continuing to carry out product offerings and penetration to attract new financing.

Abstract

Abstrak, Pada masalah penelitian ini bagaimana implementasi peranan koperasi syariah dalam meningkatkan perekonomian serta kesejahteraan masyarakat Indonesia. Adapun tujuan dilakukannya penelitian guna memberikan ilmu pengetahuan serta wawasan kepada pembaca mengenai apasaja peranan koperasi syariah dalam tatanan pelaku usaha serta masyarakat di Indonesia. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan oleh penulis yaitu penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif merupakan penelitian yang dilakukan dengan cara menggunakan logika secara ilmiah. Hasil penelitian bahwasanya koperasi syariah mempunyai peran yang dapat dijadikan suatu solusi dari roda perekonomian masyarakat. Jika roda perokonomian suatu negara terus berputar maka kesejahteraan masyarakat juga terlaksana. Kata Kunci: Koperasi Syariah, Ekonomi, Sejahtera, Masyarakat. Abstract, The problem of this research is how to implement the role of sharia cooperatives in improving the economy and welfare of the Indonesian people. The purpose of this research is to provide knowledge and insight to readers regarding the role of sharia cooperatives in the arrangement of business actors and society in Indonesia. The type of research conducted by the author is qualitative research. Qualitative research is research conducted by using scientific logic. The results of the study show that sharia cooperatives have a role that can be used as a solution for the community's economy. If the wheels of a country's economy continue to spin, the welfare of society will also be realized. Keywords: Sharia Cooperatives, Economy, Prosperity, Society.
