This research was aimed to generate student worksheet based on multiple intelligences (MI) for the sub-chapter of colloid for 11th-grade students. This research used R & D model referred to Borg & Gall. This research follow ten stages of analysis, namely (1) checking of needs; (2) planning; (3) initial development of worksheet's draft; (4) preliminary field testing; (5) main product revision; (6) main field testing; (7) operational product revision; (8) operational field testing; (9) final product revision; (10) implementation and dissemination. The feasibility of student worksheet was reviewed from 5 aspects, content conformity, MI components, linguistic, physical appearance and student worksheet equipment. The average score of quality assessment result by expert validator on product quality was 3.43, with very good category. The percentage of high school chemistry teachers' response in the preliminary field testing, main field testing and operational field testing were 78.89; 83.06 and 86.85 respectively. The student of Inshafuddin High School Banda Aceh responded positively to the student worksheet based on multiple intelligences of the colloid topic with the percentage 88.33. Developed student worksheet based on MI for colloid topics was feasibly applied for learning.

This research is development research using Borg, Gall and Gall research model which quoted from Sugiyono (2013), that there are ten steps in the implementation of research and development strategy. The study sample was purposive, they were students of SMP Negeri 3 Semarang. In a small-scale trial, 16 students were drawn from class VIII, and large-scale trials were conducted in class VII E. Data collection methods used were interviews, questionnaires, observation. The final data analysis includes media and material feasibility analysis, readability analysis of teachers and learners, and communication skills analysis. The conclusion are (1) Science winning track games is a media successfully developed and declared feasible (2) Science winning track games media is effective to identify communication skill of student. It proof by increasing the average score of the students from 66.67% in the first meeting to 100% in the third meeting.

Technological development that increased rapidly influence the adolescent sexual behavior as well as moral values it has. In order to avoided the deviant behavior and disorders / disruption of reproduction then adolescents needed to understand the importance of maintaining reproductive health. This study aimed to develop a character-based documentary film media that was suitable for used in the learning process on reproduction system materials, so that adolescents can realize the importance of maintaining reproductive health. Character-based documentary film media is expected to shape student character values. The form of this research belonged to research and development. The research consisted of six stages: potential problem, information gathering, product design, design validation, product design improvement, and product trial. The research instrument used in the form of media validation sheet and questionnaire of student responses to character-based documentary film media. The result of validation of media expert on character-based documentary film on reproduction system material was valid. The result showed film-based documentary trials through the test of legibility to students of class XI SMA N 1 Pontianak got percentage of 82.03 with high criteria. The conclusion was that the character-based documentary film on the material of the reproductive system was appropriate to be used as a medium in the learning process.

The purpose of science learning is to master knowledge, understand and apply the concept of science, apply the skills of the science process and develop the attitude of science. Biology is a part of science, so to achieve the goal in the learning must be in accordance with the nature of science, namely science as a process, product, attitude, and application. Assessment of the achievement of knowledge competence is an assessment of students' intellectual/cognitive potential in biology learning, for which a valid and reliable assessment instrument is required. The assessment instrument reviewed here is a written test instrument. Written tests for measuring cognitive abilities can be distinguished into tests for measuring low-level cognitive abilities and measuring high-level cognitive abilities including analytical thinking skills. Analytical thinking skills is very important as a basis in solving problems faced by students especially in Biology learning. Therefore, teachers need to train students with problem-based learning solving and practice questions in the form of higher order thinking test. The form of higher order thinking test can be a choice test (chosen response test) that can measure analytical thinking skills in high school biology learning with respect to substantial aspects, constructs and language.

As a plant that is easy to grow, banana tree (Musa spp.) is an abundant tree in tropical countries. Banana tree is only able to bear fruit once in its lifetime and the waste of banana pseudo-stems are also existed in a large number. The cellulose content in the banana pseudo-stems can be utilized as a source of raw material for the manufacture of nanocellulose. This study aims to develop teaching strategy which introduce the process of nanocellulose isolation from banana pseudo-stem through a dissolve method using ionic liquid. The research method is the content analysis using the content validation format as the research instrument. The isolation process involves several school chemistry concepts as such as water evaporation, hydrolysis process, factors influencing reaction rate, intermolecular interaction, and colloid. Thus, this context has a potential to be integrated into school chemistry learning. Beside it, this context also has a potential to introduce the principles of green chemistry except catalysis principle.

Teaching needs specific expertise through education and experience. The lecturing unit of Science Teaching is expected able to help future teachers handle the difficulty of implementing their teaching skills of teaching integrated science. Loads of materials can be a guide for the prospective teacher to learn and apply on each component during teaching. Therefore, this research aims to describe the implementation of simulation method based on the principle of niteni (observe), nirokke (imitate), and nambahi (innovate) in improving the discussion skills of future middle school's science teachers. This research is action research. The research occurred in two cycles with students of Integrated Science Education of Universitas Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa as the object of the research. The finding found that there is an improvement of students' discussion skills from cycle I, 64%, to cycle II, 67%.

This study aims to determine the effect of the sustainability concept in the framework of prospective teachers on female reproductive system materials to improve the ability of students' science literacy. The study used two classes which are selected randomly as an experimental class, in one of the local high school in Grobogan District. Biology teacher candidates integrate the three aspects of sustainability those are socio-cultural, economic, and environmental in PCK as seen in the CoRe document, learning tools and female reproductive system as learning's material. Students have to answer science literacy questions before and after learning session. Science literacy abilities use level 1 to level 3. The answer scores consist of three assessment criteria, namely "full credit" = score 3, "partial credit" = scores 1 and 2, and "no credit" = 0. This study shows that the context of sustainability in prospective teacher PCKs on female reproductive system materials can increase the average score of the students. In line with the higher level of abilities will lead to a higher percentage in full credit achievement. However, the higher level of achievement still results in lower full credit.
