Abstract

Apartment Senayan Jakarta is a company engaged in rental services. Job promotion is carried out every year. Job promotion makes motivated employees work well and enthusiasm in self-development to improve the quality of performance. Performance evaluation as material for employee evaluation for promotion in Senayan Apartment Jakarta by utilizing the Technique for Order Preference method by Similarity of Ideal Solution (Topsis). This method can show evaluation ranking from highest to lowest by ranking alternatives in the form of employee data and dynamic criteria. The purpose of this study is the selection of quality employee performance for promotion based on the specified criteria. Based on the data sample used as many as 14 employees, the results of the assessment are based on rank, ie employees on behalf of Ridan get the first rank with a value of 0.50.

Abstract

PT Hotel Murah Travelindo needs a information system that supports and provides satisfying services for customers. At this time PT. Hotel Murah Travelindo or commonly called Hotel Murah is one of the largest hotel providers in Indonesia that provides hotel bookings throughout Indonesia and Southeast Asia. The system at PT. Hotel Murah Travelindo has been computerized, starting from recording customer data that booked hotels, to storing other data related to the order process to making hotel vouchers, thus minimizing during the process of recording errors. Until now, new Hotel Murah Travelindo provide hotel bookings online. PT. Hotel Murah Travelindo wants to develop train ticket reservations online. The design of this information system is the best solution to solve the problems that exist in purchasing train tickets that are always exhausted, and with a computerized system can be achieved an activity that is effective and efficient in supporting the activities of this company

Abstract

Education about religious sciences, especially hijaiyah letters is very important as a provision to be understood by humans as the basis of their lives to face life in the future. The difficulties experienced are quite reasonable, because the Al-Qur'an uses Arabic. Learning with the Koran system is usually done in a relatively long time even sometimes for years. This is not effective and efficient in teaching and learning activities. So with the presence of a new learning media to utilize computer technology, it is expected to be developed into an interesting learning for kindergarten children. Therefore, the authors make interactive animated hijiayah letter recognition so that with interactive application of the introduction to hijaiyah letters for early childhood at Al-Hidayah Kindergarten Bekasi is very helpful in teaching and learning process to be more fun and effective so students are no longer bored in learning and attracted the interest of students to a better understand on how to read good and correct hijaiyah letters. As well as helping teachers to innovate in learning process because with this interactive animation application the instructors become easier to deliver material about the prayer movements to students.

Abstract

— Seal Chamber in Mechanical Seal Test Plant is a part that is used for heat exchange between hot liquid fluid in the form of condensed steam and cold liquid fluid in mechanical seal test plant. In heat exchange it is arranged so that the hot fluid can raise and lower the temperature from 20 ℃ to 80 ℃ and vice versa within 1-2 minutes. In the exchange of heat, data acquisition is still needed, which is then processed by data acquisition software that has been calibrated to determine the sensor response to the environment for test plant. In this study, data acquisition and monitoring systems were carried out and multi tasking synchronization with several sensors with one centralized controller. In addition, the volume seal chamber is equipped with a valve regulated by a servo motor to regulate the amount of hot liquid fluid in the form of condensed steam. Valve is used to be a regulator of the flow of hot fluid that enters and exits the seal chamber volume model. This research will be used to control the level and temperature in prototype of the Mechanical Sil test plant according to API 682. The manual control is done and there is an average error for the relationship of the actual valve with the water flow sensor of 8.42%.

Abstract

The Kelapa Dua West Jakarta is a government agency that has to serve the community every day. In its operational activities, it requires Information Technology (IT) to complete daily operational tasks. Because of this, the west Jakarta sub-district of Kelapa Dua needs an appropriate IT management so that it can serve the community to the fullest. Good IT management is done by assessing the suitability between IT applications and organizational business processes. For this reason, the Luftman method is used to measure the alignment of Business and IT strategies by using six criteria namely Communications, Competency / Value Measurement, Governance, Partnership, Scope & Architecture, Skill. Overall, all the criteria and maturity of information technology strategies and business strategies in the kelurahan are still at level 2 or at the Commited level so that it can be said that there is no alignment between business strategies and IT strategies

Abstract

Acceptance of new students is one of the processes that exist in educational institutions every year, the number of prospective students who register causes the new student admission committee cannot manage everything properly so that it is less effective in handling it. In this study, the new student admission system used by Al-Basyariah Vocational School Bojong Gede still uses the system manually, which still uses paper records, so that minimal damage and even data loss occurs. Making a new student registration information system is expected to facilitate new prospective students in registering by saving time and costs compared to coming directly to school and with the information system of new student admissions, it is expected to help and simplify the processing of students in this school.

Abstract

Tourism is currently very potential to be developed as a source of local income by providing information both online and offline to the community so that regional income increases. Bali is one of the tourist destinations in Indonesia which is visited by many local and foreign tourists. The island of Bali has many interesting sights consisting of natural attractions, royal festivals, culinary tours, traditional markets, and museums. There are many criteria that must be considered, so through this recommendation system, tourists can find out what places are in Bali they will visit. One of the problems of decision making with many criteria and attributes in the selection of attractions is to provide detailed decisions that refer to the scale of weight possessed. Decision support systems provide priority results of attractions that are suitable for every traveler. Traveling is very important because with tourism we can eliminate fatigue due to activity during the day. The selection of the right tourist attraction also affects this, so it is necessary to choose the right tourist attraction. This study focused on the application of multi-attribute decision making (MADM) to decision support systems (SPK) using preferred organizational methods for enrichment and evaluation (Promeethe). When a traveler fills out a questionnaire, he must be consistent with the answers to get the best results based on his willingness and characteristics. This research uses descriptive analysis method that presents a summary of the results of surveys and interviews of tourists who want to choose Bali tourist attractions according to costs, security, natural beauty, facilities, and infrastructure and location.

Abstract

Indonesian Batik has a variety of styles. Coloring techniques affect the color quality of batik. Color is very important to show staining breakthroughs. The colors R (Red) G (Green) and B (Blue) have a close color correlation level so that it is difficult to segment. Segmentation is the process of partitioning digital images into several segments. The segmentation process is carried out on 15 batik sample data. The first step, each sample is converted from RGB - XYZ - Lab color. The average ratio of Red, Green and Blue on the RGB color and XYZ color 1:10. Segmentation using L*a*b color, displays the composition of the sample data colors into six clusters: background, yellow, magenta, purple, red and green using the clustering method. This proposed work L*a*b color space is selected which is a homogeneous space for visual perception.

Abstract

The progress of a company is always supported by appropriate management in managing the company and labor resources. By utilizing one of the developments in web-based computer network technology, it can support the development of information systems in companies so that the flow of information can be delivered quickly and accurately. PT. Tesco Indomaritim needs to change and build a new system in the process of submitting leave to be a computerized and web-based system. In the process of submitting leave by filling in the leave form and making reports using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel so that obstacles are still found. The large number of files which accumulate results in difficulties in searching, capturing and losing data. So to overcome this, a Submission Leave Information System was created at PT. Tesco Indomaritim which is expected to be able to provide solutions to the shortcomings of the old system. The web-based annual leave submission system that is made simple and easy to use must be applied in order to facilitate all employees, ease the staffing in making reports, ease for superiors for the proposed leave approval process, so that they are more effective and efficient because they are interconnected indirectly.

Abstract

Following the increase in of the information available on the Web, it is important to diversity of its users and the complexity of Web applications. One web application that has a diversity of users is a news website. Customizing a website with the characteristics of each user is called personalization. The purpose of this study is to study the methods used in giving news recommendations using user personalization. Collaborative filtering method (CF) is one method that groups users based on the nature of the user. This CF method can be applied using the k-nearest neighbor (KNN) algorithm. The proximity between users in this algorithm is sought using the Pearson correlation technique and cosine correlation. The best technique by considering the smallest value of prediction error evaluation will be applied to giving recommendations. Evaluation of these errors was tested by applying the formula Root Mean Square Error. The best evaluation results obtained in this study are the k-nearest neighbor algorithm with cosine correlation similiarity.
