Abstract

Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan penerapan teknologi mengalami peningkatan yang semakin pesat. Efektifitas serta efisiensi waktu dan biaya menyebabkan setiap praktisi bisnis merasa perlu menerapkan TI dalam setiap lingkungan kerjanya. Pada saat ini teknologi yang banyak dimanfaatkan diberbagai instansi pemerintah dan swasta. Teknologi komputer dapat dipakai untuk mengatasi masalah dalam melakukan analisa kerja dalam berbagai bidang. Dengan adanya perancangan suatu sistem pengolahan data pada Puskesmas Pengambiran akan memudahkan user dalam melakukan pengolahan data-data.

Abstract

The Fuzzy Logic concept was first introduced by Prof. Lotfi Zadeh from the University of California at Berkeley in 1965, and presented not as a control methodology, but as a way of processing data by allowing the use of partial set membership compared to the crisp set membership or non-membership. Along with the development of computer technology, the concept of fuzzy logic is increasingly needed by people, because this concept is able to provide information needed in the decision making process. This study aims to analyze and design intelligent systems to monitor the health development of inpatients. The method used is the Fuzzy Logic method. This method will predict the level (degree) of health of each patient based on the amount of drug use and the durationof diagnosis process. The tools used to analyze and design the system are Unified Modeling Language. The results of this research are monitoring the health development of patients using the Fuzzy Logic method.

Abstract

The principal is a teacher who is given an additional assignment to be a leader in a school, the task of the principal can regulate, control and empower the community in the surrounding area, selection of outstanding school principals, so far both the school and Kuantan Singingi District Education Office determine the outstanding headmaster does not have an application that can simplify the work in calculating the weight value to determine the principals who are pretending, the assessment carried out so far is only manual, the application of the SAW method is used to select the best alternative from a number of alternatives - each participant will be ranked from highest to lowest. The results obtained from this study are that the system built can facilitate selection, so the selection process becomes more effective, efficient and transparent.

Abstract

The success of the work of Generative Adversarial Networks (GAN) has recently achieved great success in many fields, such as stock market prediction, portfolio optimization, financial information processing and trading execution strategies, because the GAN model generates seemingly realistic data with models generator and discriminator .Planning for drug needs that are not optimal will have an impact on hospital services and economics, so it requires a reliable and accurate prediction model with the aim of minimizing the occurrence of shortages and excess stock, In this paper, we propose the GAN architecture to estimate the amount of drug sales in the next one week by using the drug usage data for the last four years (2015-2018) for training, while testing using data running in 2019 year , the classification results will be evaluated by Actual data uses indicators of Mean Absolute Error (MAE), Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) and Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). From the results of the experiment, seen from the value ​​of MAE, RMSE and MAPE, the proposed model has promising performance, but it still needs to be developed to explore ways to extract factors that are more valuable and influential in the trend disease progression, thus helping in the selection of optimal drugs

Abstract

Child Friendly Integrated Public Space or also known by the abbreviation RPTRA is the concept of public space in the form of green open spaces or parks that are equipped with various interesting games. Currently RPTRA is already widely available in all DKI Jakarta, especially in Central Jakarta, but there are still many people who do not know the location of the location of RPTRA. The dijkstra algorithm applied to this Android-based RPTRA geographic information system application in the City of Central Jakarta is to use google maps as a navigation map, where the Algorithm: {When users select the Map menu in the main menu, users will see maps and points of all RPTRA locations in Central Jakarta City, select one of the RPTRA location points, after the user selects one RPTRA location point, select the image on the right bottom route, then the user will go to google maps to get the route to the selected RPTRA. } The location of RPTRA directly takes coordinates at each RPTRA located in Central Jakarta City. The results achieved in testing the application went well able to provide accurate data on the location points of RPTRA in Central Jakarta.

Abstract

Edge detection is the first step to cover information in the image. The edges characterize the boundaries of objects and therefore edges are useful for the process of segmentation and identification in the image. The purpose of edge detection is to increase the appearance of the boundary line of the object in the image. The sobel method is a method that uses two kernels measuring 3x3 pixels for gradient calculations so that the estimate gradient is right in the middle of the window. Digital image processing aims to manipulate image data and analyze an image with the help of a computer. Matlab is made to facilitate the use of two collections of subroutines in the fortran library, linpack and eispack, in handling matrix computing, and develops into an interactive system as a programming language. Experimental results from the input image research, namely the flower image have different MSE values because each input image has a different pixel value

Abstract

Learning process should be an interesting process, especially for kids in elementary school. There are many methods has delivered to make the kids going fun to learn any new thing. Information and Communication Technolgy (ICT) could been involved to the learning process. ICT-based learning tools that used to help teachers and parents are developed in this research. Astronomy is one of the fields of science which is generally taught in schools as a part of natural science subject. In this study, authors developed an astronomy learning application’s named Belajar Astronomi that comes as a supplement study material for elementary students. This Astronomy Learning application is designed to be a tool for students to study astronomy independently. Belajar Astronomi’s application developed with the Visual Basic programming language in Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 using Waterfall methods, to make sure Its functionality and usefulness. The application is equipped with images, text, and videos that can help students to learn astronomy more easily, Its also equipped with quizzes as training materials that can help students in sharpening their knowledge in Astronomy subject.

Abstract

In general, the habit of learning a person is influenced by personality variables. Not a few parents who do not understand about the method of effective learning for children, the parents and teachers must approach first in order to know the personality and habits of children, especially children with a tunagrahita. Learning method given to the child is very important, therefore teaching methods applied by parents at home and given by teachers should be the same in order to facilitate the child in understanding the lesson and not experiencing confusion because accept different learning methods. This is very influential, because there are still many students with disabilities who still have difficulty understanding the learning especially reading, writing and counting where the learning will be very influential for the community. Based on these problems it is necessary expert system to facilitate parents in providing home study in accordance with the methods of learning provided by teachers at school so that students more easily and quickly in understanding the lesson

Abstract

Sundanese are tribes from West Java and Banten that use their own local language known as Sundanese. The large number of local residents who still use Sundanese in communicating daily is an obstacle in increasing tourist visits to the area. Then a translator is needed which can be used as a liaison between tourists and local residents so that there is no miscommunication between the two. But the increasing number of tourists, there is a lack of the number of translators needed, so it needs to be made a translator application by utilizing the development of computer technology. The application developed is an Indonesian-Sundanese to translate in the form of words using the IDA* algorithm. This algorithm is an A* algorithm whose depth is limited to each search iteration. Although the time complexity is higher than that of the A* algorithm, the IDA* algorithm does not require as much memory as needed by the A* algorithm. Then the IDA* algorithm is used in this study. The results of this study indicate that the IDA* algorithm can be implemented to convert translate words in Indonesian and Sundanese based on the estimation value of the smallest total cost of each word stored in the database, where the word that has the smallest total cost estimationcan be selected as a result of the translation.

Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus Diagnosis Expert System with Web-Based Forward Chaining Method. An expert system is one branch of artificial intelligence technology that combines the knowledge of an expert with tracing data to solve problems that are normally carried out by an expert. The development of information technology now makes it possible to access information from anywhere and anytime. So the role of information technology is increasingly useful to be able to develop in various fields including in the health sector. One of them is the system used to diagnose diabetes mellitus. Diabetes Mellitus is one of the most common diseases in the world. The inability of the pancreas to produce insulin normally becomes one of the reasons a person has this disease. In this research, the method used is Forward Chaining which sorts all data obtained before getting the final conclusion. The final results obtained from this study is an expert system application for diagnosing diabetes with a forward chaining method, where the user answers questions based on perceived symptoms, then the results obtained in the form of disease and explanation of the disease.
