The government based on Article 28 of the 1945 Constitution provides health services to ensure access of the poor by issuing Jamkesmas. However, the Jamkesmas program currently has problems in determining the Jamkesmas recipient residents. Because in decision making there are still subjectivities and the selection process runs less quickly. As an auxiliary media in determining eligible participants to get Jamkesmas (Community Health Insurance) as well as testing the SAW method (Simple Additive Weighting) to provide recommendations for participants who deserve the Jamkesmas program. The selection process uses the SAW method for several criteria from BPS (Central Bureau of Statistics). Furthermore, the criteria are processed using an application built using php and mysql programming languages to test these criteria. The processing stages are poverty criteria based on the condition of the residents in the form of Floor Area per Capita, Type of Floor, Availability of Clean Water, Latrine Type, Asset Ownership, Income, Expenditures, and Consumption of Side Dishes. The results of the decision stating that there was 1 participant, namely the total number of women with a total value of 0.475, was declared eligible because the mother was the number 1 out of 10 candidates selected using the SAW method. This system proved to be helpful in determining participants who were entitled and deserving of JAMKESMAS. And also this system is only a tool for decision makers, the final decision remains in the hands of decision makers.

Monstreation is a business engaged in clothing convection, these business products are marketed online such as jackets and shirts for class, shirt and community clothing. The problem that occurs in this convection is the lack of product recommendation services to customers. Another problem is that if there are customers who order products that are not in accordance with their needs, the customer will rarely order products at Monstreation. The solution used is to provide services that match the characteristics of the customer, for example by giving product recommendations. Product recommendations are also needed considering this type of business is a business that has many business rivals. The steps taken in this study begin by collecting customer transaction data, then the data is transformed into RFM criteria data. After being transformed, the data is weighted using AHP, after that the RFM data is weighted then grouped / clustered. The grouping results are validated with DBI. From the experiments conducted it is known that the number of cluster 3 is the optimal number of clusters in product grouping. After it is ranked based on the value of the total weight. From the experiments conducted, it is known that the results of the 3 customer clusters, the customers who have the highest weight value are customers in cluster 1. The results of this study are a product recommendation that is an association of product history of customers who have a cluster similarity and a product recommendation information system.

The company has an important role in attracting the attention of customers by promoting its products and services so that it can be widely known by the community through the sales division (sales person). The biggest challenge faced by companies is related to marketing, namely stable and sustainable income growth, and customer loyalty. So that the application of information and communication technology is needed in the business world as a tool to win the main competition in marketing products or services. In the company, order data made by the sales person is still via telephone. You need an application to speed up the product ordering process to customers. To solve these problems, each sales person will use a sales order application through a smartphone device that will make product orders. And product ordering data will go to a web-based application run by admin for the invoice creation process. This application is designed using the RESTful API which is one of the implementation models of the web service and. In terms of data exchange security using the Json Web Token. With this sales order application, it can simplify the sales person's performance in marketing their products. This application work runs well on the web and android device so the process of ordering products becomes easier. The use or json web token authentification on the RESTful API makes the application more secure because this application can not be accessed if it does not use tokens.

Big companies that have many branches in different locations often have difficulty with analyzing transaction processes from each branch. The problem experienced by the company management is the rapid delivery of massive data provided by the branch to the head office so that the analysis process of the company's performance becomes slow and inaccurate. The results of this process used as a consideration in decision making which produce the right information if the data is complete and relevant. The right method of massive data collection is using the data warehouse approach. Data warehouse is a relational database designed to optimize queries in Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) from the transaction process of various data sources that can record any changes in data that occur so that the data becomes more structured. In applying the data collection, data warehouse has extracted, transform, and load (ETL) steps to read data from the Online Transaction Processing (OLTP) system, change the form of data through uniform data structures, and save to the final location in the data warehouse. This study provides an overview of the solution for implementing ETL that can work automatically or manually according to needs using the Python programming language so that it can facilitate the ETL process and can adjust to the conditions of the database in the company system.

The purpose of the design and application of the ATMEGA8535 microcontroller system simulation circuit is minimize the damage of the practicum module, helping students improve their understanding of practicum goals through maximum frequency of practices. Every year damage the practicum module avr8535 increased. Based on the analysis, the damage of this module is mostly caused by the damage of the main component, namely the IC ATMEGA8535. This happen because a maximum of program downloading to the IC ATMEGA8535 is 1000 times and this ability can even be less if the operation procedure of the module is incorrect. This simulation software utilizes the facilities contained in the proteus software. The steps to make this simulation circuit are doing the needs analysis, designed the basic circuit, ouput circuit, input circuit, and ADC circuit. The test results show all units of the circuit can run according to the practicum module. This simulation circuit has been implemented in microcontroller practicum activities and interfacing as companion software. There was a decrease in module damage of 57.60% after the implementation of simulation circuit. With this simulation software programs that have been created can be loaded first into a simulations circuit, so they can extend the life time of the practicum module and can help lecturers in developing lecture material and maximize the understanding of learning for students through practical activities.

Games are media that can be used in the learning process to stimulate students in teaching and learning activities in the classroom. The game used is a game that has been adapted to the needs of learning in the classroom called game based learning or educational games. English subjects are difficult to learn by elementary students at SDN Bujur Barat II, so the use of learning media is needed to attract students' interest in learning the subject. In this study, an educational game was made based on the SD English curriculum consisting of writing, reading, listening, and speaking, which was built using the Ionic programming language and the PHP Framework.

IDX Composite is a combination of all common stock and preferred stock which registered on Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). IDX Composite is often used by investor to predict the stock price to get profit. But, to predict the stock price is not easy, hence it yields a high risk to investor. This study offers the usage of backpropagation algorithm to minimize the risk. Backpropagation is a supervised algorithm and will be made in Python programming language, in this case, backpropagation will use and learn the past 5 days data to predict the outcome. Also, this study shows that backpropagation have a high accuracy which reflects in Mean Square Error Testing value of 320.49865083640924 to predict IDX Composite using 0.3 learning rate and 3000 epoch.

Rice is a staple that is cooked so that it becomes rice for daily consumption. The type of rice that is often used for daily consumption is white rice. There are several types of white rice circulating in the market that are consumed by the public. Each type of rice gives different scent, taste and price. This study compares the accuracy of white rice type recognition based on several camera resolutions. The types of rice used in this study are Jawa Barat rice, Jawa Timur rice, Pandan Wangi rice, Thailand rice and Vietnam rice. The camera resolution used is 5MP, 8 MP, 12 MP, 14 MP, and 16MP. The shooting distance used is ± 9 cm between the camera and the object of rice. The recognition method used is BackPropagation Artificial Neural Networks, while for feature extraction using the Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix (GLCM) which consists of contrast, energy, homogeneity, and correlation. The highest results obtained at 12 MP camera resolution with the results of the recognition of 25 of 50 test data and the results of the calculation with confusion matrix obtained an average accuracy of 82%, precision of 55%, and recall of 50%. The results of this study can be used as a reference for research that uses objects of similar character, or further research with the same object in developing applications that are ready to use.

Sentiment analysis is a field of study that analyzes one's opinions, sentiments, evaluations, attitudes and emotions that are conveyed in written text. There are several factors that cause low accuracy results from sentiment analysis. These factors such as less optimal stemming process, word negation process that does not produce maximum results, writing errors in the dataset, and others. These problems can be overcome by optimizing the process of normalizing words, negation, stemming, and adding methods of semantic expansion. The purpose of adding the Semantic Expansion method and improvement in the process is to increase the accuracy value of the Sentiment Analysis process. This study aims to create a sentiment analysis model from public comments on a public figure (Ridwan Kamil) using the Naïve Bayes Classifier algorithm. Based on the test results in the sentiment analysis model using the Naïve Bayes Classifier method with the addition of the semantic expansion method it is proven that it can improve accuracy. The accuracy obtained using the semantic expansion method is 72%. While the value of accuracy without semantic expansion is 70%.

Based on the results of Nutritional Status Monitoring (PSG) conducted by the Ministry of Health in several regions in Indonesia there are sufferers of malnutrition from the age of 0 - 59 months. Banyumas Regency itself entered into the red zone the highest number of cases of malnutrition with 65 cases. For the Baturraden area with an area of 45.35 km2 and having 12 villages, there is a Puskesmas which only has 1 general practitioner, 3 nurses, 6 midwives and 1 nutritionist. Based on the Recaputulation of the Agency for Health and Human Resource Development, the Health Center I Baturraden is considered still not meeting the standard number of Health Human Resources. In addition, the lack of public awareness and economic reasons further worsened the condition of community nutrition. Seeing the cases that occur requires a system that can diagnose early conditions of malnutrition in children that can be accessed directly by everyone by utilizing expert system information technology. The purpose of this study is to design and build a mobile phone (android) application called ‘Gizie’ by using the forward chaining method for Puskesamas 1 Baturraden Banyumas Regency which can help medical personnel and parents diagnose early malnutrition in children. The research method used is the research and development method (R & D) to produce certain products, and test the effectiveness of these products.
