Abstract

: An organization needs good quality human resources in order to achieve organizations goals. To achieve the goals, the organization have to improve its employee performance. There are several factors that can influence employee performance such as reward, work discipline and work stress. This study aims is to to find out whether the reward, work discipline and work stress influence the employee performance at PT. Daya Anugrah Mandiri Manado partially and simultaneously. This study uses quantitative method and Multiple Linear Regression to analyze the data. The research respondents of this study consist of 41 employees of PT. Daya Anugrah Mandiri Manado. The result of this study showed that reward, work discipline and work stress has an influence on employee performance partially. Simultaneously, reward, work discipline and work stress has an influence on employee performance. Therefore, PT. Daya Anugrah Mandiri Manado can maintain and improve the reward and work discipline but also maintain the work stress on employees from being excessive, in order to increase employee performance.

Abstract

Human resources or employees are necessary for every company or organization, whether the company is large or small, because every company needs human resources to carry out various activities related to the continuity of the company. Every company or organization regardless of its location, size or nature of the business has always given a key concern about employees’ turnover intention, if the turnover occurs in a company, then the company will lose some of its employees and should replace them with the new ones. The objective of this research is to analyze the effect of work environment and organizational commitment on employees’ turnover intention in Yayasan Medika GMIM. This research was conducted through quantitative approach and the multiple regression analysis was used to analyze the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable. This research was also conducted using 100 employees of Yayasan Medika as the respondents for the questionnaire. The result of this research found that work environment and organizational commitment have significant and negative effect on employees’ turnover intention simultaneously and separately.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the challenges that faced by Female Entrepreneurs in Tomohon. The qualitative method has used in this research in order to observe and explore the challenges that faced by the Female Entrepreneurs in Tomohon. The Samples of this research are 10 Female Entrepreneurs in Tomohon, whose have a minimum one-year length of run their business, with the age range of 26-64 years old. The result of this research found that the challenges that faced by Female Entrepreneurs in Tomohon are lack of financial, tradition constraints, lack of knowledge and training, gender discrimination of female entrepreneurs, and work-family conflict. There are also other existing challenges based on the experience of the female entrepreneurs in Tomohon, which are competition, employee’s bad behavior, Covid-19 outbreak, the lack of raw material and supply stock, customers’ satisfaction, customers’ debt, and unsafe business environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh struktur modal, pertumbuhan perusahaan dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap Nilai  perusahaan (Tobins Q) Pada perusahaan  Konstruksi bangunan  yang terdaftar Di BEI 2016 – 2020. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling, sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 10 perusahaan Konstruksi bangunan  yang terdaftar Di BEI dari tahun 2016 -  2020. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian uji secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa: (1) struktur modal  tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, (2) pertumbuhan perusahaan  berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (3) ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Uji simultan menunjukkan bahwa: Struktur Modal, Pertumbuhan Perusahaan, Ukuran Perusahaan secara simultan berpengaruh positif  dan signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan.

Abstract

Bank  merupakan lembaga keuangan dan merupakan kekuatan ekonomi yang bekerja berdasarkan kepercayaan, dalam kegiatan operasionalnya bank menghimpun dana dari masyaraakat dalam bentuk simpanan dan menyalurkan kembali dana tersebut kepada masyarakat dalam bentuk simpanan berupa giro, deposito, tabungan dan bentuk lain yang dipersamakan dengan itu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah faktor internal dan eksternal berpengaruh terhadap adanya kredit macet pada PT. Bank SulutGo Cabang Utama. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah nasabah kredit macet PT. Bank SulutGo Cabang Utama. Jumlah sampel adalah 70 orang responden nasabah kredit macet. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling yaitu purposive sampling metheod.  Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan   studi pustaka dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Faktor internal (Jaminan dan Pengawasan bank) serta Faktor eksternal (Karakter debitur dan Kondisi usaha) secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Kredit macet pada PT. Bank SulutGo Cabang Utama.  Faktor internal (Jaminan dan Pengawasan bank) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kredit macet serta Faktor eksternal (Karakter debitur dan Kondisi usaha) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kredit macet. Saran penelitian ini: PT. Bank SulutGo Cabang Utama dalam menentukan kebijakan-kebijakan yang dilakukan khususnya dalam masalah pemberian kredit kepada nasabah harus benar-benar melakukan pengecekan terhadap calon debitur, seperti menganalisa faktor internal berupa jaminan, pengawasan kredit dan faktor eksternal berupa karakter debitur dan kondisi usaha agar dapat mengantisipasi terjadinya kredit macet. Kata kunci: kredit macet

Abstract

The aims of this study is to analyze the Influence of Content Marketing, Influencers and Psychological Factors on Brand Awareness of Tiktok Advertising. The population in this study were students of Sam Ratulangi University. The sampling technique was purposive sampling and obtained 100 respondents that were used as samples. Multiple regression analysis method is used to analyze the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The results showed that partially Content Marketing had no effect on brand awareness of tiktok advertising and Influencers had a significant positive effect on brand awareness of tiktok advertising also psychological factors had a significant positive effect on brand awareness of tiktok advertising. Simultaneously, Content Marketing, Influencers and Psychological Factors have a significant effect on brand awareness of tiktok advertising. Content Marketing are encouraged to always improve their strategies so that they continue to provide the latest breakthroughs and build relationships with customers and potential customers to be able to increase consumer brand awareness.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Rumah Live Online Manado on the sales performance of ER-SHOP OK in increasing sales volume. This study uses a qualitative method. Data were collected through interviews, observation and documentation. There are three data analysis used, namely: (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, (3) drawing conclusions/verification. Based on the results of the interviews, it can be concluded: 1. The increase in sales was caused by the use of social media Facebook in marketing and providing information about scooping snacks to the public so as to provide opportunities in sales. 2. Business actors "ER-SHOP OK" can sell 30-50 scoops of snacks with how many times live broadcasts a day. 3. It is important to regularly post products on Facebook or live broadcasts as a way to attract customers and provide rewards such as bonuses, money transfers or credits. 4. In snack sales, the “ER-SHOP OK” store serves purchases within and outside the city with a guarantee that can make customers feel safe and comfortable.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat reaksi pasar terhadap Pengumuman Kasus Pertama Virus Covid-19 Varian Delta dan Omicron atas saham Perusahaan Indeks IDX30 di BEI dengan menguji perbedaan Abnormal Return dan Trading Volume Activity antara hari-hari sebelum dan sesudah pengumuman. Periode pengamatan yang diambil yaitu 10 hari sebelum dan 10 hari sesudah pengumuman pada 2 peristiwa. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode komparatif. Penentuan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling, dengan jumlah 26 perusahaan indeks IDX30 yang terdaftar dalam 2 periode. Dengan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Paired Samples T-Test. Hasil dari pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan abnormal return yang signifikan antara hari-hari sebelum dan sesudah pengumuman kasus pertama virus covid-19 varian delta dan omicron. Begitu pula untuk pengujian trading volume activity sebelum dan sesudah pengumuman varian delta yang tidak menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan. Sedangkan untuk hasil uji trading volume activity sebelum dan sesudah pengumuman varian Omicron menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan. Hasil tersebut membuktikan bahwa peristiwa pengumuman kasus pertama virus covid-19 varian delta dan omicron tidak mengandung informasi yang kuat.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify how is the store atmosphere affected the consumer loyalty. The sample size used for this research was 15 informants of Starbucks Manado that already reach gold level in their membership. . Increase persistence, Triangulation and using reference materials was applied to confirm the attributes of each statements and to assess the validity and reliability. The result shows that Store Atmosphere it does affected the consumer loyalty – comprising 6 elements: Lighting, Music, Aroma, Temperature, Spatial Planning and Building design. It was found that Store atmosphere plays a significant role in Starbucks Manado consumer loyalty. However, the music is not all agreed because of personal preferences.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of external and internal trigger of impulsive buying on esport player undergraduate student at the Sam RatulangiUniversity and also to find out the consequences of it.  The method that used in this research is qualitative method with 15 informants as the respondents for the research distributed by social media. The result of this research shows that internal trigger has the most influencing for esport player to make impulsive buying and also for some of esport player feel the consequences after make impulsive buying such as the feeling or regret. Description qualitative were used to help the data analysis in this research.
