Particularly about the study of theoretical education and results of classroom action research, experimental research and development research in the development of education including sustainable professionalism. Pendidik merupakan tenaga profesional yang bertugas merencana-kan dan melaksanakan proses pembelajaran, menilai hasil pembelajaran, melakukan pembimbingan dan pelatihan, serta melakukan penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, terutama bagi pendidik di perguruan tinggi. Pendidik yang mengajar pada satuan pendidikan dasar dan menengah disebut guru. Kinerja yang maksimal dari seorang guru bertujuan untuk dapat mencapai visi dan misi dunia pendidikan. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara motivasi berprestasi dengan kinerja guru di jenjang SMA. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah guru di SMA Kristen I dan SMA Kristen II Salatiga sejumlah 46 guru. Hasil uji korelasi yang dilakukan dengan Spearman-Rank, diperoleh nilai koefisien korelasi r = -0,092, dengan probabilitas 0,544 (p > 0,05). Nilai probabilitas yang diperoleh tersebut lebih besar dari 0,05, sehingga Ho diterima dan H1 ditolak. Dengan demikian dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi berprestasi dengan kinerja guru.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan penggunaan model Pembelajaran Berbasis Budaya (PBB) terhadap hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas 4 SD Negeri 01 Tridarma Wirajaya, Lampung. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen kuasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah semua siswa kelas 4A dan 4B di SD Negeri 01 Tridarma Wirajaya Lampung Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan tes. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji t untuk sampel independen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model PBB efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas 4 SD Negeri 01 Tridarma Wirajaya, Lampung. Hasil analisis data bahwa nilai rata-rata pre test hasil belajar kelompok eksperimen sebelum diberi model PBB pada pembelajaran IPS sebesar 7,53, sedangkan nilai rata-rata post test hasil belajar IPS setelah diberi tindakan pembelajaran dengan model PBB sebesar 17,13. Nilai rata-rata pre test kelompok kontrol adalah sebesar 7,37, sedangkan nilai rata-rata post test sebesar 14,66. Data gain score untuk kelas eksperimen 9,60 dan kelas kontrol 7,27. Data hasil uji-t didapat thitung > ttabel yaitu 3,343 > 2,000.

Bermain adalah filosofi dasar pembelajaran anak usia dini di Indonesia. Oleh karenanya, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mememeriksa dan menganalisa secara teoritis rancangan pembelajaran yang dapat mendukung implementasi prinsip bermain level tinggi atau high level of play dalam kurikulum Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) tersebut. Setiap pembelajaran AUD hendaknya dapat mengintegrasikan high level of play ke dalamnya karena studi dan penelitian yang ada menyatakan bahwa hal tersebut dapat mengembangkan semua aspek perkembangan anak secara optimal. Penelitian ini melibatkan sepuluh kelompok partisipan dan masing-masing kelompok merancang sebuah rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran harian (RPPH). Dokumen RPPH disusun mengacu pada kurikulum 2013 PAUD dan kesepuluh kelompok mengembangkan sistem pembelajaran berbasis sentra. Dokumen RPPH yang mereka rancang kemudian mereka presentasikan dalam bentuk simulasi penataan lingkungan belajar. Dokumen RPPH, diskusi dan wawancara partisipan, serta observasi hasil penataan lingkungan belajar menjadi sumber data utama penelitian deskriptif kualitatif ini. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa setidaknya ada tiga faktor penting yang berperan dalam perencanaan pembelajaran yang dapat menginisiasi high level of play. Ketiga faktor tersebut adalah material, penataan material, dan guru. Selanjutnya, salah satu keterbatasan penelitian ini adalah bahwa rancangan RPPH yang disusun tidak dilanjutkan hingga tahap implementasi di kelas  AUD. Penelian selanjutnya disarankan untuk melihat analisa teoritis hasil wawancara dan diskusi apakah benar perencanaan pembelajaran yang dihasilkan mampu menginisiasi high level of play pada pembelajaran anak usia dini.Â

ABSTRACT Based on the observation of science learning activities especially KD 7.3, at the fifth grade students of SDN Lanjan 02 turns out the achievement score of teacher and student activity is low. Similarly, the results of learning. This study aims to improve the activity and learning outcomes of science through the implementation of interactive learning model in fifth grade students of SDN Lanjan 02 second semester in the academic year of 2015/2016. This type of research is a collaborative type class room action research conducted in two cycles that each cycle consists of three meetings. The instruments of the data collection are used test and observation. Technique of data analysis using comparative descriptive method by comparing learning activity, learning result and mastery learn from before action, with condition after done action covering cycle I and cycle II. Based on the observation results obtained percentage of average score of individual student activity increased by 24.40% from pre cycles who get percentage 60.71%. The average percentage of student group activity score increased from pre-group with no group activity, increased to 59.50% in cycle I and increased to 81.25% in cycle II. Learning outcomes experienced an average grade increase of 17.39 points from the average pre cycles class of 67.61. This means that the application of interactive learning model can improve student activity and learning outcomes in science learning.

Interactive media can be used to support the thematic learning process. From the observation on second grade Satya Wacana Christian Elementary School, it was found that second gradeâs teacher did not use interactive media to support thematic learning. Students were lack of interest to learn. Because of this problem, an interactive media is developed as a new way to support the thematic learning process. The aim of this study is to describe the appropriateness of interactive media based on Adobe Flash CS4 Professional and the effect of interactive media implementation in the 2013th Curriculum thematic learning process. The method in this study is research and development. The result showed that interactive media was proper to use as learning media in the thematic learning process based on expert test score (3,83 & 3,23). Interactive media has a very good value based on field test score (4,24 & 4,26). Using interactive media affected studentâs interest and motivation. The media also given attractiveness and effectiveness in the thematic learning process based on the questionnaire by students and second gradeâs teachers.Â

This study aims to determine the direct influence of (1) participation in school quality, (2) the cost of education with school quality, (3) community participation with the costs of education. The method used is survey method with the correlational approach. In this study were used as a sample of 63 principals were selected based on random techniques (simple random sampling). Data were obtained by spreading questioner. This research was conducted in the district of Tangerang.Based on hypothesis testing that has been done, it can be described findings of the study as follows: (1) there is a direct positive effect between participation with school quality, (2) there is a positive direct influence between the cost of education with school quality, (3) there is a direct influence Among positive community participation with the costs of education.The implication of this research is the effort to improve school quality can be done through increased community participation and education expenses.

Teaching grammar within the context of Second Language Acquisition (SLA) needs both product and process approaches. Microteaching is one of the techniques to prepare students teachers to improve their skills in this area. One of the microteaching lessons in English Language Education Department, Teachers College Universitas Pelita Harapan, is called Planning, Strategy, Assessment, and Learning (PSAL) Grammar. In this class, students are exposed with the nature, principles, and strategy of teaching and learning grammar. Students are planning lessons related to teaching grammar in various grades as well as developing teaching and learning material and instrument for language assessment. Students then put them into practice in the classroom individually. Discussion on the students âperformances will be conducted after the microteaching session. This research aims to analyze studentsâ skills in teaching grammar in microteaching class as well as the discussing the strength and challenges arise. The type of the research is a qualitative case study research. The data collection techniques being used are observation, reflective journal, and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Moreover, the technique of analyzing the data was Miles and Huberman concept of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this research will be presented in a descriptive-narrative manner by describing and discussing studentsâ skills in teaching grammar.Â

This research reports the assessment of academic self-concept of the first semester postgraduate students from education, language and literature study program of State University of Surabaya. This research used descriptive qualitative approach. Respondents involved were 20 students (M=25.2500, SD = 2.46822) in which the determination of the respondents were done by the use of the total sampling. The data were collected using the Academic Self-Concept Questionnaire (ASCQ) developed by Woon C. Liu and Chee K. J. Wang in 2005 by involving the two dimensions that is of academic-conviction and academic effort. The result of the analysis indicated that 13 students (65%) responded to the research questioners in the value of 80-100 and 7 students (35%) responded to the questionnaire in the value of 60-80 whereas in the value of 40-60, and of 0-20 was not responded by the students (0%) in the research questionnaire. Finally, it can be inferred that studentsâ academic self-concept are very good (65%).

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar keefektifan penggunaan media audio visual sebagai kreativitas guru terhadap keterampilan menulis puisi siswa kelas V SD N 2 Mororejo Kendal tahun 2016/2017. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama 3 pertemuan, dimana setiap pertemuan selama 70 menit. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan dokumentasi, tes, wawancara, dan angket. Teknik analisis data terdiri dari dua tahap. Tahap pertama yaitu uji normalitas dan tahap kedua yaitu uji normalitas dan uji banding pretest-posttest (uji T). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media audio visual efektif terhadap keterampilan menulis puisi siswa kelas V SD N 2 Mororejo Kendal tahun 2016/2017.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine whether the increase in learning activities mathematics can be pursued through the approach of PBL grade 4 students SDN Petirrejo 2nd semester of 2017. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, with research instruments in the form of observation sheet of learning activities Mathematics. Technique of data analysis of this research using comparative descriptive statistical technique that is technique of analysis to compare number of students who have high learning activity of Mathematics between cycle I and cycle II. The results showed that, the increase in learning activity of Mathematics can be done through the approach of PBL grade 4 students. Cycle I to cycle II has increased. From visual activity from cycle I the percentage 95,8% to cycle II that is 100% increase of the cycles of cycle I to cycle II is 4,2%. At the oral activity of cycle I the percentage of 37,5% to cycle II 79,16% increase the cycles percentage to cycle II equal to 41,6%. At the activity of listening cycle I is 62,5% to cycle II 70,83% increase of its percentage from cycle I to cycle II equal to 8,33%. In the activity of writing from cycle I 79.1% to cycle II the percentage of 83.33% had an increase of 12.5%, and in the mental activity percentage of cycle I from 62.5 to cycle II 70.83% increased by 8.33 %.
