One approach to greatly enhance the quality of university education level is improving the quality and career of lecturers, including services to students. Therefore, performance and work ethic are critically evaluated to obtain re-liable information. Most performance evaluations are limited to assess students in the classroom exclusively. This research employed a Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM), a model designed to evaluate the lecturer’s performance and factors influencing their performance. These factors were examined from various variables, such as training and development experience, motivation, self-esteem, competency, and job satisfaction. To demonstrate the correlation and dependency among factors of lecture performance evaluation, this study employed the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method, which is part of MCDM technique. The ANP method could serve different levels of stakeholders by considering available criteria and sub-criteria. Moreover, the method could predict performance measurement of human resources by considering factors affecting lecturer’s performance. This research produced a model to evaluate lecturers’ performance effectively

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship of digital marketing to online purchasing decisions, Influencer Marketing to online purchasing decisions, electronic word of mouth (eWOM) to online purchasing decisions on consumers of private university students in Bandung. A quantitative approach is used in this study. This study used an online questionnaire as a primary data collection tool. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis, and PLS-PM (Partial Least Square-Path Modeling) with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The analysis was carried out on two submodels, namely the measurement model or the outer model and the structural model (structural model) or the inner model. The outer model shows how the manifest variable represents the latent variable it measures, while the inner model shows the power of estimation between latent variables. Goodness of fit structural model in PLS analysis is in the form of predictive-relevance value (Q2), which is calculated based on the coefficient of determination (R2) of each endogenous variable. Objects that will be used as respondents in this study are consumers who use e-commerce, namely consumers of private university students in Bandung. The variables observed in this study were digital marketing, influencer marketing and e-WOM. The number of samples was 190 consumer respondents from private universities in Bandung, the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The respondent's criteria is that they have transacted using e-commerce. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires conducted online through social media to respondents. The results of this study are digital marketing has a positive effect on online purchasing decisions, Influencer marketing has a positive effect on online purchasing decisions, Electronic Word of Mouth (eWOM) has a positive effect on online purchasing decisions.Â

This study tries to explain and analyze what strategies Bank BSI has in its competitive process, and how it affects the purchasing decisions of conventional bank customers. The study of competitive strategy at BSI bank is very strategic to discuss because it is a study of contemporary issues and is urgently needed at a time when Islamic banking institutions are becoming mainstream for customers in Indonesia. This research is reveal that  The cost leadership variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Bank BSI. Variable differentiation has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions at Bank BSI, which means that the better differentiation at Bank BSI, it will not improve purchasing decisions. customer. variable focus has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions on BSI bank products, which means the better the focus at BSI Bank, the better purchasing decisions will be. The limitation of this research is that it has not conducted experimental research related to consumer psychology. In-depth research on consumers needs to be done qualitatively with a phenomenological approach. In addition, the population space is very small so that the sampling technique only makes cluster sampling limited to one area so that it is possible to choose a larger cluster sampling area.

This study aims to 1) determine the service quality of the integrated academic service information system (SIPAKATAU) at IAIN Palopo. 2) Describe the implementation of the education service policy of IAIN Palopo. This research uses mixed methods, with an approach to academic and managerial information system research using explanatory sequential design. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis consists of data reduction, condensation, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that: 1) The service quality of the SIPAKATAU was categorized as good by looking at the results of descriptive statistical tests on lecturer responses with an average value of 0.57 and a standard deviation of 0.502, students with an average score of 0.62 and a standard deviation of 0.493 and education staff with an average value of 0.69 and a standard deviation of 0.467 because more than half the number of respondents who chose to agree with the SIPAKATAU. 2) Education policy services at IAIN Palopo through the SIPAKATAU application service greatly facilitate users in all academic aspects, both administratively and in the teaching and learning process, which is currently in the online learning category. In this case, service users are helped by an integrated academic service information system service because the teaching and learning process can occur when students are in their respective areas. Therefore, SIPAKATAU is very useful. It helps users provide services because some of the services can already be done in the SIPAKATAU application so that academic services at IAIN Palopo are better and on target when learning demands increasingly sophisticated technology and technological developments are also increasingly modern. IAIN Palopo's policy challenges implementing educational services, such as the uneven access to the information contained in the SIPAKATAU service to service users in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0.Research Implications: 1) IAIN Palopo's educational services should be evaluated every semester by evaluating the performance between students, lecturers, and education staff. 2) Education policy services at IAIN Palopo require developing the SIPAKATA application to refine further the features contained in the application to support the quality of education in the face of the industrial revolution era with increasingly sophisticated educational technology. 3) The SIPAKATAU still requires socialization on services. 4) SIPAKATAU has a vision and mission at the beginning of the manufacturing process so that it is carried out in its development to achieve the goals in its use according to the needs of service users.

This study aims to examine previous research to determine the effect of job autonomy and workload on the intention to leave mediated by job stress for millennial workers. This study applies various theories, namely the theory of Job Demand Resources (JDR), and Conservation of Resources (COR) to explain the relationship between variables. As a literature study article, this article contributes to developing a conceptual framework about intention to leave in the perspective of millennial workers. This article is important for management and further research considering that not many previous studies have used the theoretical framework of Job Demand Resources (JDR) and Conservation of Resources (COR) to test similar research models. This study has limitations in obtaining research that examines job autonomy, workload, job stress and intention to leave in the perspective of millennial workers. Nevertheless, this study brings up a new framework that illustrates the contribution of job autonomy, workload, and job stress to intention to leave.

This study aims to examine previous research in order to determine the effect of technology and organization on SME performance mediated by E-commerce adoption. This study applies various theories, namely the theory of diffusion of innovation (DOI), and technology, organization, environment (TOE) to explain the relationship between variables. As a literature study article, this article contributes to developing a conceptual framework about SME performance in the perspective of the two theories. This article is important for management and further research considering that not many previous studies have used the theoretical framework of diffusion of innovation (DOI), and technology, organization, environment (TOE) to test a similar research model. This study has limitations in obtaining research that examines the company's environment from the perspective of technology, organization, environment (TOE) theory. Nevertheless, this study carries a new framework that illustrates the contribution of technology, organization, and E-commerce adoption to SME performance.
