Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Leverage, Company Size and Bond Age on Bond Ratings in financial sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Based on the research results previously described, the following conclusions can be drawn: (1) Leverage has no significant effect on bond ratings. Based on these results, it shows that the first hypothesis is rejected. (2) Company size has a significant effect on bond ratings. Based on these results, it shows that the second hypothesis is accepted. (3) Bond Age has a significant effect on bond ratings. Based on these results, it shows that the third hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of learning obstacles experienced by students in learning fraction division calculation material. The learning obstacle is caused by the learning design that is designed has not facilitated the suitability of the material, method, use of media, way of thinking and student characteristics. The purpose of this study was to obtain a comprehensive description of the implementation of didactical design of fraction division arithmetic operation in class V in terms of learning obstacles, hypothetical learning trajectory and Didactical and Pedagogical Anticipation developed by teachers based on Didactical Situation Theory and student characteristics. The research method used Didactical Design Research. The research subjects were grade V students at a public primary school located in Gugus 23 Bandung City, totalling 10 students. Data collection techniques used documentation study, lesson observation, test data collection, interview, and triangulation. The results showed that the learning obstacle that emerged after the initial didactical design was implemented in learning included psychological ontogenic obstacles, instrumental ontogenic obstacles, and ontogenic conceptual obstacle. Epistimological obstacle is the limited experience of students in solving story problems. Didactical obstacle is that students always get the solution without searching and finding it themselves. The learning trajectory found included one student who had previous learning experience related to fraction division material. Students are more interested in solving in the form of pictures and number lines, with the aim of relieving boredom in mathematics lessons. Didactical anticipation was spontaneously given, namely by providing scaffolding in understanding the meaning of the problem, for example determining the characteristics of story problems that work by means of division calculation operations, determining and changing the size of units of length, weight, and volume. Based on the research results obtained, to overcome the various problems that arose during the implementation of the initial didactical design, the authors recommend an alternative solution in the form of a revised didactical design that has been modified for use with students with different characteristics.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing and analyzing the influence of competence, emotional intelligence, work environment on the performance of employees of PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIV (Persero) Bone Arasoe Sugar Factory, Bone Regency and to analyze the variables that have the most influence on the performance of employees of PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIV (Persero) Bone Arasoe Sugar Factory, Bone Regency. Bone. This study chose the object of research to employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XIV (Persero) Sugar Factory Bone Arasoe Kab. Bone and data collection was carried out with primary data and secondary data with sampling methods using the slovin technique, namely 68 respondents from a population of 211 employees. The results of research on competency variables, emotional intelligence and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Competency variables partially have a negative but insignificant effect on employee performance, emotional intelligence variables partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance while work environment variables partially have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIV (Persero) Bone Arasoe Sugar Factory, Bone Regency. Data processing using multiple regression with spss version 26. This writer suggests that employees of PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIV (Persero) Sugar Factory Bone Arasoe Kab. Bone. further improve the Kempetensi variable and emotional intelligence in order to improve employee performance. and for other researchers to continue this research so that the limitations in this study can be refined.

Abstract

This study put into practice decimal evaluation methods. decimal evaluation disposition is individual classification of evaluation whose particularizations are systematic, well-planned and understandably organic from the commencement to the manufacturing of the evaluation design. The consequences of the evaluation The fundamental possibility planned state of affairs that changeable elbow grease Culture(X2) has a substantial effecton the worker accomplishment changeable (Y). The secondment possibility deposit forward-moving state of affairs that changeable elbow grease drilling (X2) substantial effecton the worker accomplishment changeable (Y). The thirdly possibility planned state of affairs that elbow grease sophistication (X1) and elbow grease drilling (X2) tally a considerable concatenation response simultaneously (simultaneously) on the worker accomplishment changeable (Y). The one-quarter possibility deposit forward-moving state of affairs that changeable worker dependability (Z)is a arbitrator changeable that lay hold of the communication between elbow grease sophistication (X1) with worker accomplishment (Y). The one-fifth possibility deposit forward-moving state of affairs changeable worker dependability (Z) is a arbitrator changeable that lay hold of the communication betweenWork drilling (X2)with worker performance(Y).

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the performance of internal quality auditors who have not been optimal through examining the factors that influence the performance of internal quality auditors at private universities (PT) in the Maluku region. This research is a quantita-tive research, the object of research is at private universities in the Maluku region. Con-ducting research in February 2022-March 2023. The research sample is an internal quality auditor with a total of 43 respondents, with saturated sample criteria. The ana-lytical tool, namely inferential analysis, is used by SPSS through Multiple Regression. The results of the study explained that the cause of the non-optimal performance of in-ternal quality auditors at tertiary institutions in the Maluku Region was the support from university leaders and foundations. Meanwhile, what supports the performance of internal quality auditors that are still running today are the factors of competence, inde-pendence and quality culture owned by internal quality auditors of higher education. In order to optimize the performance effectiveness of internal quality auditors in tertiary institutions, support from the tertiary top management is urgently needed.

Abstract

This study aims to analysis validity and reliability test of the effect specialist education and development, workload and work experience on the performance of police officers with Compliance as an intervening variable. The research was conducted at the South Sumatra Regional Police with a total population of 6,742 and a sample of 378 police officers serving in the South Sumatra work unit area. This study uses an analytical technique with an inferential statistical approach, statistical tools are used to solve multilevel models simultaneously which cannot be solved by linear regression equation in this study using the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of this study indicate that Based on the results of data estimation, the instrument is declared valid, because the magnitude of the loading factor is ≥ 0.50, so are the results of the reliability test using construct reliability with the provision that a construct or variable is said to be reliable with a CR value ≥ 0.70 and the variance extracted value with the condition > 0.5.

Abstract

One form of insurance product marketing activity that has undergone significant development is known as bancassurance. The bancassurance business model consists of referral activities, distribution activities, and product integration activities, which as a whole are a form of agency agreement between insurance companies as principals and banks as insurance agents. However, the KPPU has a different interpretation of bancassurance activities. The KPPU considers bancassurance activities as tying agreements rather than agency agreements. This journal research is a normative legal study using secondary data. All materials that were successfully collected will be analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results of this journal research are that bancassurance is an agency agreement in the narrow sense that is excluded in Act Number 5 Year 1999, and from the perspective of the KPPU as a competition law enforcer, bancassurance activities are not activities based on agency agreements in the narrow sense as intended in Article 50 letter d and therefore are excluded by Act Number 5 Year 1999, but the KPPU views bancassurance activities as tying agreements.
