The rapid change of industrial technology has increased some artificial intelligence in many aspects, including halal food. This paper seeks to find out the halal food industry in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and its impact on the existence of halal food in Indonesia. During Industrial Revolution 4.0, it is easy to manage halal food in terms of production or marketing process through sophisticated machine, complete laboratorium, modern halal valley, or artifical intelligences based applications. All of these aspects contribute to the halal food industries in Indonesia, since they are possible to be more popular, boarder in marketing, more effective in production, quicker in menu, more competitive in market. The halal food industry, in fact, has to be charged in global competitivenes.

This study aims to find out how the perceptions of santri at Tahfidzul Islamic Boarding School in Ar Rahmah's Qur'an on Islamic concepts and national insights, relationship between Islamic insight and insight into santri nationality, And what are the efforts to build Islamic insights and insights into the nationality of santri. Research in scientific papers uses quantitative descriptive analysis, with descriptive analysis method Quantitative. Can be obtained data that the students have a good understanding of Islamic concepts and nationalities, there is a significant relationship between the perceptions of santri about Islamic insights with national insight based on the Spearman Correlation Test of 0.578 and this shows a strong relationship between Islamic insights into the insights nationality.

Penelitian ini mengkaji dan menganalisis kontruksi baru akan konsep wisata religi melalui masjid dengan sejarah Islam yang melatarbelakanginya. Selain makam, masjid menjadi satu destinasi lokasi wisata religi, yakni wisata keagamaan yang bermotif spiritual, dengan tujuan mendekatkan diri kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa. Mengunjungi Masjid mampu menjadi sarana untuk meningkatkan sisi spiritualitas individu, melalui aspek ibadah yang bisa dilakukan di dalamnya; Juga mampu meningkatkan pemahaman keagamaan melalui beragam kajian keagamaan yang rutin dilaksanakan. Namun ternyata, beberapa masjid memiliki kisah sejarah perkembangan Islam di dalamnya. Melalui kisah inilah, para peziarah mampu memahami peran masjid dalam merekatkan persatuan masyarakat sekitarnya dalam melawan penjajah; masjid menjadi pusat peradaban. Melalui konstruksi baru dan pengembangan wisata religi, masjid menegaskan dirinya bukan hanya tempat ibadah; namun juga sebagai pusat peradaban; tempat pemersatu masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data berupa metode observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi pustaka terkait dengan masjid-masjid di wilayah DKI Jakarta. Temuan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan akan destinasi masjid-masjid di wilayah DKI Jakarta, yang mampu menunjukkan identitas dirinya sebagai pusat peradaban; sebagai pemersatu masyarakat dalam melawan penjajah di masa lalu.

This paper discovers one of the pesantren models in Indonesia that is considered understudied, the University Level of Pesantren (Ma‘had ‘Aly), pesantren which santris are the university students. Particularly, this paper explains the struggle of Pondok Pesantren Darus Sunnah in facing the challenges of modernizing Islamic Education in Indonesia. Over time, the majority of pesantren adopted modernization to meet the demands from the society and to gain broader recognition from the government. However, the Pondok Pesantren Darus Sunnah is one of the pesantrens that delay the modernization. This paper aims at explaining the reasons for the reluctance of Pondok Pesantren Darus Sunnah to respond to the modernization. To answer the above question, this study employs a qualitative approach with auto-ethnography as the main data-collection tool. The author takes the advantage of the author's experience while being a santri and ustadz at the Darus Sunnah Islamic Boarding School with observations as additional data collection methods. In brief, this study suggests that the Pondok Pesantren Darus Sunnah currently rejects modernization because it reduces the authority and traditional identity of the pesantren. Pondok Pesantren Darus Sunnah prefers to keep the traditional pesantren in line with the advice of the charismatic founder of the pesantren. The traditional model of pesantren has been proven to have produced qualified alumni who play significant role both at national and international levels. This paper also proposes degree equivalence as a solution to this issue of modernizing Islamic education institution.

This paper aims to analyze the dayah negotiations in Aceh in the face of modernity. On the one hand, the dayah needs to maintain identity by caring for the uniqueness of the system and methods of religious teaching in accordance with methods that have been taught from generation to generation. Text review determined by the dayah teacher (teungku) starting from the criteria of the dayah student (santri) and the system of evaluation and standardization of abilities. Dayah also takes care of identity by forming the personality of the santri through the development of independence of life in the dayah. The dayah system has succeeded in giving birth to a society that understands Islam in a deep, comprehensive and far-reaching understanding of religion. More importantly, dayah education alienates santri from radical thought patterns and makes them tolerant humans. The results of this study show that Dayah Al-Aziziyah who cared about modernity by not losing its identity successfully spread religious teachings well in Aceh. Negotiations with modernity also made Al-Aziziyah a little left with some of its educational principles such as delaying the big vision to make Islamic Higher Educatin (Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam, STAI) Al-Aziziyah Samalanga exactly like the dayah manyang (higher dayah level) that had been popular in Aceh.

This paper aims to describe the process of religious conversion conducted by five ethnic Chinese muallafs at Yayasan Haji Karim Oei Jakarta. This study also describes the state of anomie experienced by muallafs in the post-religious conversion time and the adaptation to face the anomic circumstances. Qualitative approach with case study method is the research approach used in this research. Observations and interviews were used as data collection. This study uses the concept of systemic stage model by Rambo Lewis to examine the process of religious conversion and the concept of anomie by Emile Durkheim to examine the social state of post-religious conversion. In fact, that the religious conversion is caused by internal factor which is inner crisis and also caused by external factors such as living in a social sphere dominated by the majority of Muslims, the factor of marriage, and religious lectures performed by the religious leaders.

The essence of empowerment was to build community’s consciousness of recognizing the existing potency and to utilize such potency to deal with the problems encountered. Therefore, community empowerment is highly determined by the community itself, rather than by outsiders facilitating. This research aimed to describe concept, implementation, and output of food self-sufficiency development conducted by Geneng Hamlet people in Jambakan Village of Bayat Sub District of Klaten Regency in solving the problem faced. The research was conducted using qualitative approach. Data was explored using observation, in-depth interview, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using an interactive technique. The result of research showed that the concept of dealing with food vulnerability during dry season was designed by submitting infaq to Al-Ikhlas mosque in the form of dry rice in each of harvest seasons. In implementation domain, this collected infaq was managed professionally through rice barn (lumbung) to be distributed to its jamaah (community) in the form of loan and sympathetic care. The output was very positive as it could suffice the need for food during dry season, people can access the resource needed, and rice barn could help the weak group and the meritorious people in Geneng Hamlet.

Honesty has discussed in various disciplines. Honesty studies have carried out to examine the relationship of honesty with many factors that influence certain fields of science. This study aims to present a multidimensional study to convey the goodness of honesty as a tangible manifestation of the normative message that honesty guide to goodness and it will lead to happiness. This study uses a text analysis method in the form of a literature review through searching several resources. The sources that found is analysed by Wilson's procedure. The results of this study shows that honesty as a whole has a good impact on the physical health and mental health of individuals. Honesty related to many psychological attributes. Therefore, it recommended embedding motivations in educational honesty that concluded from various scientific disciplines.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti pengembangan professionalisme guru madrasah Aliyah dengan penguatan konsep khalifah di Riau. Meletakkan konsep khalifah sebagai variabel peramal merupakan salah satu pendekatan dalam membentuk profesionalisme guru madrasah. Sebanyak 320 guru dijadikan sampel penelitian terdiri dari guru Madrasah Aliyah negeri dan swasta di 12 kabupaten/kota seluruh Provinsi Riau. Dengan menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif dan pendekatan kaidah penelitian ex post facto, telah ditetapkan angket untuk mengukur konsep khalifah dan profesionalisme guru madrasah. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif untuk perihal tingkatan variabel serta statistik inferensial untuk menguji hipotesisi yang dibina melalui ujian t, ANNOVA, dan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tahap konsep khalifah berada dalam tahap yang tinggi, sementara profesionalisme guru madrasah aliyah berada pada tahap yang rendah. Hasil penelitian dapat membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh konsep khalifah dalam membentuk profesionalisme guru Madrasah Aliyah Se-Provinsi Riau sebesar 74%. Penemuan penelitian ini merekemondasikan pembinaan suatu modul prevensi maupun intervensi terhadap profesionalisme guru madrasah melalui asas konsep khalifah. Di samping itu, sumbangan kepada Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia untuk penyusunan kurikulum dengan memasukkan materi konsep khalifah pada pendidikan tinggi keagamaan Islam
