Abstract

SMP Negeri 1 Panarukan has one goal, namely the establishment of a students' noble character. To achieve this objective, the codes of conduct and counseling services were established. Based on the interview, there are some problems in the counseling services. Firstly, many violation points are not accumulated because the point record is still manual, so the sanctions given are not appropriate. This affects the results of student character values that require the total violation points as the indicator. Secondly, the ineffectiveness of parent notification letter which is rarely given by students to their parents. Lastly, the input process of the counseling services that seems to use too much paper. Based on these problems, it can be given a solution to develop an information system that has the function to overcome these problems. The method used in the development of the system is the waterfall method which includes needs analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. While in the testing process, basis path testing, validation testing, and testing compatibility are used. The results of basic path testing are the two functions having a structure that is easy to understand and easy to implement and 1 function having a more complex structure. The result of the validation testing is a software function that can be run in accordance with its functionality. The results of the compatibility testing is the software that can be used in 10 different types of browsers.

Abstract

One of the problems that exist in Indonesia is not share of the number between the demand for beef cattle with the number of local beef cattle production. This caused by the increase in the number of people in Indonesia. It makes Indonesia have large enough dependencies to import cows from abroad to fulfill the need of Indonesian people. This study tries to implement the genetic algorithm to creating a qualified mixed ration at the reasonable cost. This study is expected to be able to increase the number of local beef cattle production to fulfill the need of Indonesian people. The representation used in this study is real code in which each chromosome initialize feed materials which used. The mutation method is the random mutation, and the selection method is elitism. The result of this study found the optimal parameter at 900 population, 800 generation and the combination of cr and mr as many as 0.9 and 0 with the highest fitness is 0,6266. The result obtained in the form of ration composition recommendation at minimal cost as daily based of the nutritional need of beef cattle

Abstract

Smartphone technologies that exist today, comes to offer a number of easines for the communications process that is performed by humans. Through the use of smartphone technology, humans are able to communicate in realtime communication without distance limitations. However, people with visual impairment actually confront it with a number of differences. People with visual impairment is a disability category who have physical limitations for work that requires visualization capabilities. So with these limitations, they can't operate a smartphone to communicate with others. Through this research, developed a voice-interaction-based messaging application to help people with visual impairments to communicate with others using a smartphone. This application allows users to control the application by touch or voice commands. Users will receive feedbacks in the form of speech output for each given voice command. Based on MOS (Mean Opinion Score) Testing that has been done, obtained MOS value by 3.7. It means, the average user stating that the voice-interaction service that contained in the application has a good quality.

Abstract

Payment and distribution of zakat in Indonesia managed by Badan Amil Zakat, which of one is Lembaga Amil Zakat Infaq and Shadaqah Muhammadiyah (LAZISMU) Malang. Fluctuations in the level of zakat fund received by LAZISMU Malang affect in the amount of zakat fund that can be distributed to communities in the all of Malang region. Zakat reception forecasting is so needed to determined the amount of zakat received, so that solution anticipation when the fund is less than the distribution target can be done as early as possible. Prediction are made on this research is using Support Vector Regression (SVR) with Flower Pollination Algorithm (FPA) method. SVR used to make prediction of zakat received based on historical data zakat received, and then FPA used to make optimization value from parameter to be used on SVR method. Data used as many as 64 historical data from Juli 2011 up to Oktober 2016 data received of zakat for the one of Lembaga Amil Zakat Nasional at Malang region that is LAZISMU Malang. The results of tests performed on the prediction zakat using SVR with FPA on zakat revenue data from 2011 to 2016 resulted value of 0.2497 in the fitness and 3.0048 in the MAPE which means average difference between of actual data and predict result is Rp144.741.

Abstract

Every human that live into the world is surely will pass several phase into their life's, like growth phase, development phase, etc. Several change in physical appereance in child called growth, and development is obtained through process of social and psychological. There's a time in child phase called golden age, it's where the most critical time of growth and development in child, must be put to a good use because golden age will never come back. In time when child reach the golden age, to prevent anything harm to the child, as a parent must know all the things that affect the child. One of the things that can be experienced by the child is autism. Autism is mental condition that characterized by having difficulty in social life and some of them is having trouble with physical too. In Indonesia, 1 from 590 child is diagnosed by autism, and this number is increasing in each year. So to prevent this, early intervention to autism is needed to make child have the right treatment and to decreasing the symptomps of autism. There are three types of autism, slight autism, regular autism, severe autism according to condition of the people that having autism. Classification that can help to identify autism is linear discriminant analysis (LDA) method. LDA method also have good accuracy to identify autism. With 75 data, system with LDA method can identify autism with 88% accuracy

Abstract

The Building is one of the most important facilities and infrastructure in human life. Therefore, when a building is damaged whether it is caused by a natural disaster that can not be predicted or the age of the building itself will have a profound effect on human life. To overcome this problem is by applying wireless sensor network to monitoring the vibration response of building a structure using MMA7361 accelerometer sensor, Arduino Uno microcontroller, nRF24L01 transceiver module, Personal Computer (PC) and Delphi 2010 monitoring application. So it can be easier, compact and low power, but can collect all the information in the form of vibration acceleration data obtained from each client node sent to the node server periodically and displayed graphically as well as the value of vibration acceleration data on the Personal Computer (PC) using Delphi 2010 monitoring applications, without the user must monitor the intended object directly. As a result, each node client is able to transmit vibration acceleration data obtained from several types of wooden, plywood, and concrete structure structures to the server nodes. Thus, the data obtained from the type of wooden structure has an average of vibration acceleration sampling data of 6,1 m/s2. The plywood building structure has an average value of vibration acceleration sampling data of 116 m/s2. Meanwhile, the concrete structure has an average of vibration acceleration sampling data of 0 m/s2. All tested in one hit test.

Abstract

Internet of Things (IoT) is a system where its contained devices are interconnected which makes it possible to exchange information or data via Internet. Middleware is an intermediary system between hardware and software which contained in IoT system. In the previous research, middleware was developed to overcome interoperability problem by providing multi-protocol gateway for CoAP MQTT and Websocket. There are several aspects to test middleware such as integration, interoperability, scalability, real time performance, and security. In the previous research, integration testing was performed to test the suitability of middleware with its functional requirements and interoperability testing in order to know the level of middleware interoperability, therefore in this research a test performed with other aspects which is performance and scalability. The results of performance and scalability analysis are average CPU usage of CoAP protocol was 0.68%, MQTT 0.60% and CoAP MQTT 1.21%, average Memory usage of CoAP was 5-7%, MQTT 8-9%, and CoAP MQTT 10-12%. The average delay time of sending data from nodeMCU to middleware for CoAP and MQTT is 3 seconds. The average data transmission delay time from nodeMCU to middleware with packet loss is varied between 0% - 75%. The ability of middleware to overcome publish or subscibe in one second with 100 to 1000 clients grows as the number of clients increases.

Abstract

Immune systems owned by children who are weaker than adults make children more susceptible to disease. Skin disease is one of them, this is because the skin is the sense of touch for humans. The similarity of symptoms of any skin disease makes the layman difficult to distinguish the illness in suffering whereas every type of disease has a different treatment. In this study implements artificial neural network method backpropagation to study the past data in order to diagnose skin diseases in children. The input used in the form of symptoms of all diseases amounted to 19 then represented into binary 0 and 1 where the value will be worth 1 if experiencing the symptoms and vice versa. The activation function used is sigmoid binner. The initial weights are obtained using Nguyen-Widrow which will then be done by repeatedly learning so that the result of the network that gives the correct response to the input. Based on the result of the test, the optimal parameters are 4 hidden neurons, learning rate 0.4 and epoch maximum 300000 and The results of the accuracy of the study reached 87.22% which indicates that this backpropagation method can be used in diagnosing skin diseases in children.

Abstract

Autistic or Autistic Spectrum Disorders (ASD) is a general term referring to a neurodevelopmental disorder that is well known among Indonesian. Many researches on autism detection have been done by designing artificial intelligence systems with a variety of techniques used to make it easier for society to predict this kind of disorder. However, we hardly ever seen a system that can determine the severity of autism. In fact, the progress of the research in this field is no longer focused on whether a child is autistic individual or not, but rather to questioning about “Is there anything in autistic children that makes them different from one another?” as the ‘severity' label appear to give them spesific class under certain behaviour they shown. To make it easier to determine the severity of autism, decision support system will be designed using one of data mining method called Fuzzy K-Nearest Neighbor (FK-NN). Fuzzy K-Nearest Neighbor (FK-NN) is K-Nearest Neighbor method combine with Fuzzy theory that gives value of membership on every predicted data.. There are 14 symptoms and 3 types of severity used as a parameter in the development of the system. The output of this decision support system is autism severity level. The results of the system shows that the average maximum accuracy is 90.83% while the average minimum accuracy is 82.50%. Based on those results, the uses of Fuzzy K-Nearest Neighbor (FK-NN) method can be implemented in our daily life.

Abstract

Head Movement Control System (HEMOCS) is a method which utilizes head movements to control objects that exist in a system. In medical treatment cases, Health Communication Board (HCB) acts as a solution that is commonly used by doctors to patients in helping them deliver their desired information. But the solution is apparently not applicable in patients who are experiencing hand physical limitations. Therefore, we propose the development of a similar system with HCB implemented on an iOS mobile device platform which are controlled using the user's head movement. The system will combine the use of mobile devices that implement augmented reality (AR) technology with a Head-Mounted Display (HMD). Head movement types that are recognized by the system including left, right, up, and down head movements. These movements used as a control for user to interact with the system. The results of usability testing has been conducted on five respondents indicated that this application has an average percentage of user satisfaction index of 74.8%, which shows that the use of application provide a satisfactory result for the user.
