Abstract

In the product which are offered usually have value to proposition that users feel while access or use it. Value proposition design is aimed to fill demand, experience, and desire of user in using it. In that condition, it can be used in development of online application based on Android platform and web-based to order ticket. Some of them for example Traveloka, Tiket.com, and Pegi-pegi. In this research, the writer use UX Honeycomb method to compare the value that system gives with user feel based on UX Honeycomb aspect. The goals of this research are to know result of proposed value analyze and perceived value analyze, and to know the comparison of proposed value and perceived value in Traveloka, Tiket.com, and Pegi-pegi. The methodology of this research is started from reference's study, value analyst, value scoring, taking and processing data to gain perceived value score, comparison of proposed value and perceived value, and making conclusion. Based on the result of analysis and discussion of each application that has done include all of UX Honeycomb aspect, in Traveloka application, the aspect which need to be improved is useful, in Tiket.com, aspect which need to be improved are usable and credible. Whereas in Pegi-pegi application, aspect which need to be improved are usable and desirable.

Abstract

In daily life, people in Malang often travel from one place to another by considering the efficiency of travel time. Lowokwaru is one of the densely populated sub-districts in Malang City. Therefore, traffic jam often occurs frequently at certain time. Path searching is one of the solutions in handling traffic jam at certain time in Malang. This research uses the Voronoi-Based Continuous K Nearest Neighbor (VCKNN), Progressive Incremental Network Expansion (PINE), Voronoi-Based Network Nearest Neighbor (VN3) algorithms. Every algorithm has different calculation steps and data models, it affects the computing time of every algorithm that affects the response time of the system. In the VCKNN, PINE and VN3 algorithms, the route searching process is divided into two stages, the first stage is searching for the voronoi neighbor to filter the data based on the voronoi polygon, after that, it searches the route on the voronoi polygon. This research was conducted to find out the response time, the number of passed node and the relationship between response time and the number of passed node, so the most efficient algorithm in the problem of route searching was known. From this research it was known that the algorithm with the fastest response time was VCKNN algorithm with 0.071 seconds response time and the algorithm with the lowest number of passed node was PINE algorithm with the number of nodes passed by 17 nodes. From the results of the research, the most efficient algorithm in determining the optimum route was the VCKNN algorithm.

Abstract

Medical record data has to be protected because the data contains personal data about medical history owned by patients and doctors. However in recent years, many cases of attacks or hacking are found. This study aims to secure data records on the database. To secure the data by applying the SPECK algorithm is implemented to ensure data confidentiality and SHA-3 algorithm to ensure the integrity of the data. SPECK algorithm is applied to the name, address, description, and symptom fields of the patient table, while the SHA-3 algorithm is applied to the user table's password field. Tests conducted in this study are, validation test vector, encryption and decryption validation, performance time of encryption and decryption, system functionality, and non-functionality system. The results of the test shows that test vector, encryption and decryption test are valid. The execute time of encryption and decryption on average is 11,2 milisecond for encryption and 11,295 milisecond for decryption. Functionality of the system runs according to function, and non-functional systems can run well on various web-browsers such as Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, and Opera.

Abstract

The improvement of infrastructure, especially road and freeway, will make the transportation service industry more promising. One of them is car rental service business, increases up to 70%. There are several reasons why car rental service becoming the first choice than buying or owing a car, specifically for business world. Besides saving the budget, renting a motorbike also erasing several difficulties, for instances, maintenance, extension for important letters, even decreasing losing the motorbike. Based on the data obtained from the increasing of car rental service business, it is needed to keep the comfort between the service provider with the customer. The important thing to be noticed, when the service provider must maintain the rental cars. Also, the customer must take care of the rented car. From the problem, it is need to conduct a research related to accidental notification for keeping the cars and customer's comfort. The process of collecting the test data manually to be made the input for calculating naive bayes. The data adjustment is set by referring to accelerometer data, if the data is more than 4 grams so it is categorized in accident condition. Collecting the data in the running condition obtained the value of accuracy up to 90%, then when collecting in the sudden stop condition obtained up to 78%, and in accident condition obtained up to 98%. The data test results from the classification results using naive bayes, they are obtained by collecting the test data in each one for 16-time tests in every scenarios. In running condition, it is obtained the value of accuracy up to 98,7%, in the sudden stop condition obtained the value of accuracy up to 87,5% and in the accident condition obtained the value of accuracy up to 98,7%.

Abstract

Talangin.com is an organization engaged in the field of financial technology that utilizes the website as the main window for purchases made between buyers and sellers from other e-commerce. How to do business on Talangin website is the use of funds made by Talangin which will be discarded by the buyer to the gutters in the form of repayments. Talangin is still in the development stage is currently more focused on the use of PHP and not focusing to usability. In addition, there is still an answer in the interaction of users and systems that exist on Talangin sites from the suitability of their interaction with Islamic Shari'a. Based on the poverty, then at this time carried out the evaluation and design website Talangin using Human Centered Design approach (HCD). HCD is a method that involves humans in the process of designing. The research phase is to determine the use, determine the user, dig the design, and anticipate the design. The results of this study are evaluations and designs that have been evaluated with the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) approach and afterwards confirmed with the Talangin, based on the results of the research that have been in accordance with the usefulness and in accordance with Islamic Shari'a.

Abstract

Shrimp Production Information System is made to be able to simplify and accelerate the performance of the employees in managing company data, especially on the Departement of Shrimp Production, it is necessary to evaluate the successful implementation of shrimp production information system. The evaluation was done by using DeLone & McLean Model with six variables. On variable System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality, Use, User Satisfaction, and Net Benefit. In this study using 2 methods of data retrieval that is interview and observation. The evaluation result two data, that is qualitative descriptive data and reinforced with quantitative data. From the results of evaluation conducted stated that the success of the information system on the variable system quality entered in the high criteria with the obtained is 76%. In the variable information quality entered in the high criteria with the obtained is 72%. In the variable service quality entered in the high criteria with the obtained is 79%. In use variable enter in the very high criteria with the value obtained is 94%. In user satisfaction variable enter in very high criteria with the value obtained is 82%. And in the variable net benefit included in the high enough criteria with the value obtained is 60%. The recommendation given in this research is from the six variables used need to be improved again in order to improve the operational feasibility so that the category can be stable and reach the category Very Played well so that the user feel easy and speed up its performance given by Shrimp Priduction Information System.

Abstract

Cleaners VIP Laundry is a laundry business operated in Malang which has conventional business process despite it's uncommon service offered such as laundry truck. Based on analysis, there are some issues found related to customer. Lost transaction note, due payments and pickups, difficulties in delivery, wrong address, or utterly not doing delivery. The laundry often take manual solution and rely much on human capabilities such as memory. Cleaners VIP Laundry also exerts on building networks to it's customers. Therefore, the offered solution is to build an Android-based laundry's customer information system which has mobile features along with web-based administration information system on it's sideline. The information system is built under prototyping method. Business process analysis is helped with BPMN. Prototypes are made at design phase to represent the application and evaluated by the stakeholders. The implementation process is done using Android studio and web programming languages. Database is created under MySQL database management system and integrated via webservice under JSON format. On testing phase, two blackbox testing method, validation and usability testing were used. This research produces an informaton system that can be used to reduces issues on Cleaners VIP Laundry Malang.

Abstract

Mobile Application's Review is a source for application developer to develop their apps into the way user's want to. There's multiple type of Mobile Application's Review itself, from positive review to negative review, from giving information to just stating problems. Time and effort is needed to classify these review manually. Hence, there's a need for some method to classify these review automatically, especially to unique categories that hopefully can help developer to improve their applications, more than just negative and positive review, one of them being Panichella's Categories which categorize review into 4 categories. Beside those categories, this research will talk about one classification method that really popular, which is Term Frequency - Inverse Document Frequency and K-Nearest Neighbor. Combination of these two method are usually used to categorize texts. This research will try to apply a method called Maximum Term Frequency - Inverse Document Frequency, normalization technique that works by dividing a Term's Frequency by it's Document's highest number of Term, which hopefully will help increase K-Nearest Neighbor's accuracy.

Abstract

The level of traffic violations in Indonesia is increasing. This is evidenced by the increasing number of accidents in the city of Surabaya. In order to reduce the reduction of road traffic violations, it is necessary to have rules or guidance to the public for the importance of obeying the traffic rules set by the government. Surabaya Transportation Department is one of institutions or agencies that provide infrastructure and transportation facilities to support local development activities and improve the welfare of the community, one of them by facilitating CCTV cameras. The camera is enabled to implement an electronic ticketing system that operates since the beginning of September 2017. With the help of CCTV, the system can help identify the types of violations, offenders, to where the offense is located. The authors conducted a survey to 30 respondents tekait necessary needs for vehicle users who do not know when and where the conduct of the offense. Against this background, a traffic light monitoring system application was created to make it easier for vehicle users to locate infringement information and give users a warning that enters the traffic light area. Implementation is done with Android Studio. Testing is done by passing an area and the result of distance based on vehicle speed.

Abstract

The administration or registration process in the health facilities is very important. Because the registration process that too long and has a long queue will be unsettling and make prospective patients feel unsafe. Cataract is one disease that always increases every year in Indonesia. Although the process of cataract surgery is quick, and the cost has been borne by the government, the current problem is the registration process at different health facilities. In addition, data of patients with cataracts in each area must be noted for easier in aiding patients with cataracts, especially people who can not afford and have no insurance. Therefore, this research is intended to make the registration system or data collection can be done portable (anywhere and anytime) that will help the patient in administrative matters, so that when patients come to health facilities can directly undergo surgery and treatment. The system to be built will take advantage of volunteers as users of the system, the volunteers will help the process of cataract data collection by traveling to areas far from health facilities. This system will consist of websites for admins and doctors and mobile apps for volunteers. All the needs that exist in the system is the result of elicitation with doctors who daily operate on cataract patients. This system has been tested by unit testing with whitebox method, integration testing with blackbox method, and validation testing with blackbox method.
