Abstract

Female Daily is a discussion platform dedicated for women which contain collection of information and articles that provide website and mobile applications as touch points to users. To maintain user intention from their behavior, an evaluation of users who have accounts on the touch point platform using a Theory of Planned Behavior modified (DTPB) were evaluated. with Relative advantages, Compatibility, Complexity, Attitude, Normative Influences, Subjective Norms, Facilitating Conditions, Perceived Behavioral Control, Curiosity, Self-efficacy, Perceived Enjoyment and Intention. This research used descriptive analysis and instrument formed as questionnaire with a study population of 189,000 Female Daily active users. Calculation of sample used Slovin formula with error rate 10% generated 122 people as participants. Mean results showed variables Perceived Behavioral Control (4,15), Facilitating Conditions (3,8), Self Efficacy (4,1), Subjective Norm (3,46), Normative Influence (3,38), Attitude (4,45), Relative Advantages (4,64), Compatibility (4,44), Complexity (1,97), Curiosity (4,53), Perceived Enjoyment (4,48) and Intention (3,38). Recommendations formed such as maintain and enhance up-to-date information on the existing touch points, adjust a simple layout display and based on user needs, introduction of a wider platform through advertising promotion on social media and beauty influencers, increasing convenience among users with enhanced features report account that violates the rules.

Abstract

FORTNITE MOBILE is a competitive multiplayer game that makes "Battle-Royale" the main genre, this game is a type of Third-Person Shooter. This game was just released by Epic Games on July 24, 2018. This game includes a new type of game on the mobile platform so that it has the potential to have new users. User experience is very important for the success of a game on the market, especially on the type of application that has just been released. Systems that are not well designed and not easy to use will make it difficult for users to learn and operate, so it will rarely be used . In order to get a good user experience, an evaluation is necessary. Enhanced Cognitive Walkthrough method is a user experience evaluation method where evaluators provide scenario-based assignments and several questions to game users to find problems that interfere with the learning process. This method is suitable for the system that was just released because it can explore the cognitive processes of users when they first use the system. Respondents used in this study were divided into two groups, namely 3 respondents who had never played the FORTNITE MOBILE game and 3 people who were experienced in playing the FORTNITE MOBILE game and often played games with similar genres. The evaluation results on the FORTNITE MOBILE game show that many problems occur because the display does not explain its function (hidden) in the learn control menu. However, problems that arise are problems that are mild and do not affect the main functions in the game.

Abstract

Employees as individuals who provide expertise for companies and organizations that require worker services in an effort to achieve the needs of human resources as a plan and efforts to complete the needs of the workforce so that competent selection to get the quality and progress of the company. In this study aims to provide employee selection recommendations using the implementation of Analytic Hierarchy Proces (AHP) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity (TOPSIS) methods which will consider the criteria used as employee selection at PT Jagaraga Adika, Surabaya by using four criteria as considerations for new recruitment selection, including initial selection, psychologist test, security training, and interview. The results of the implementation of the AHP-TOPSIS method on employee recommendations are in the form of ranking the best employees obtained from the assessment criteria used, where the data used amounted to 638 data from January to December. The system that has been built shows the best accuracy results reaching 100% in the February and June period, while the lowest results obtained by the system are 82.50% in March and with an average best accuracy reaches 91.23%.

Abstract

Load balancing is used to distribute workloads evenly to multiple servers. To achieve an optimal load balancing system must consider the workload received by the server based on the server's ability. As for what affects server performance includes resources such as CPU, memory and disk. If the workload received exceeds the server's capability, the server may be overloaded. To overcome this problem, we can utilize load balancing by implementing an algorithm that can take into account CPU, memory and disk variables. For this research, implementing a server weighting system uses a fuzzy algorithm on a load balancing system to distribute server workloads based on CPU, memory and disk variables. From the results and analysis for testing on this system, Fuzzy algorithms are able to distribute traffic based on the lowest server weights. Then a comparison with the Response time (RT) algorithm and the Least Connection (LC) algorithm with traffic distribution parameters, CPU and Memory Usage, Response Time and Throughput. When testing with a number of requests 360, Fuzzy algorithms charge more for distribution to servers the lowest server weight. Then in testing memory usage, the response time algorithm has the lowest memory usage on each server, server1 18.7%, server2 32.4% and server3 62.2%. Furthermore, testing with loads at the level of 360 RT algorithm has a high response time of 393 m/s. In testing throughput algorithm the response time has the largest throughput with a value of 93.6 KB.

Abstract

Employee performance is a factor that influences the results to be achieved by a company. The effort are made to achieve the target of the Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Consumer Collection & Remedial Division (CCRD) division on employee performance is to assess employee performance. This study aims to apply the algorithm Analytic Hierarchy Process with Weighted Product method, and test the accuracy of recommendations for determining the best employee of the BTN CCRD division. The basic method used in this research is the AHP-WP method. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method in this study will be used for weighting criteria and followed by the Weighted Product (WP) method to calculate the alternative value of each of the criteria and provide a sequence of recommendations for employees. This system uses 60 data which form the basis of calculations with 10 test data in each position with as many as 6 positions, namely ST, STC, AFC, TLFC, CS, and BC. The application of the AHP-WP method is to determine the recommendations of the best employees of the BTN bank by using assessment criteria such as shifting, damming, restructuring, ICOLL input, assessment 1, assessment 2 and assessment 3, and each position has different criteria. The results of this study indicate that the design of employee recommendation systems using the Analytic Hierarchy Process with Weighted Product method with the system java programming language running well, with the results in accordance with the manualization calculation and obtained the highest correlation closeness which is 1, which means perfect correlation and the lowest 0.5, which means a quite thightly correlation with each of the 5 top ranking and 5 lastly data in testing.

Abstract

The service of public innovation is a government effort to serve the community in organizing its government. The service is packaged in the form of electronic government which can be called E-Government. With the existence of electronic-based governance, it is expected to facilitate and overcome some of the existing problems, one of which is a problem regarding the transparency of funds related to grants and social assistance activities carried out in Bogor Regency. Based on various problems that have occurred, this indirectly lies behind the Bogor Regency government to carry out an innovation to improve the management of grants and social assistance. In this study will implement an innovation in the form of a website that is engaged in the field of E-Government related to public innovation services aimed at submitting proposals for proposed activities along with the amount of funds. The method used in this research is using Rapid Application Development. The web will be implemented using the CodeIgniter framework using the PHP and Javascript programming languages. This research resulted in an application that could conduct an examination of the examinations which would later be submitted, the provision of funding recommendations, the regent's approval and monitoring evaluation. The system is specifically used in the scope of Bogor Regency. The existence of this system is expected to help the process of proposing activity proposals related to grant activities and social assistance to be more efficient and effective, transparency of accountability of activities that are clearer and also tracked and the amount of funds given based on recommendations given by the operator and can be done monitoring related to the activities that have been running and the funds used. For functional testing using two methods, namely Whitebox testing and Black Box.

Abstract

Married is activity that everyone will do someday when they grown up. Based on Badan Pusat Statistik's data on 2015 there's 1.958.394 couples who had married in Indonesia, in East Java itself, there's 313.150 couples who had married and had recorded. It's a lot of number if its compared to a number of all couples who had married in Indonesia. The marriage itself, has an aim to unite two persons in marriage vows. Theres must be a wedding ceremony to celebrate that marriage. That wedding ceremony have some kind of variant that based on the tradition, tribe, the habit and the religion of the couple. So the couple wants the wedding ceremony be the unforgetable one. In wedding ceremony, theres banquets for the guests, decorations, make up for the bride and the groom and the gifts. But, theres a lot of couples that hard to arrange their time to find the right vendor or wedding organizer that suit their wedding's theme and to arrange the wedding ceremony. Beside, information about the vendor or wedding organizer are difficult to find, because of the lack of promotion. So, that's why this research are made to develop a system to connect the vendor with the couples. There's 2 platform in this system, that are in website and mobile. For the vendor, they can access the website platform to input detail information about their bussiness. For the couple, they can access the mobile platform to search and get information about vendor. While developing this system, the researcher use the Restful Webservice method to share data between that platform, so the system can't directly access the data in database. And the system access data from API that it provided in JSON form.

Abstract

In Riau Province, Pekanbaru City, in the accommodation category of housing rentals in 2012, experiencing rapid development due to the impact of the 2012 Pekan Olahraga Nasional (PON), communities competed to build properties such as hotels, homestays, boarding houses, condominiums, and guesthouses to meet the needs of migrants from outside Riau province. But in 2013 the use of these properties changed over from previously intended athletes, organizers, and spectators outside of the province which became massive people who wanted to work in Pekanbaru. So that small properties such as homestays and boarding houses are unable to compete with hotels that already have their own markets. Based on the problems that have been formulated above, a web-based software is developed, namely Homie. The purpose of this software is to create a market for the owners of residential rental properties where owners and customers of residential tenants can be reunited. From the results of this study twenty-two functional requirements and one non-functional requirement were obtained from the needs analysis stage, then architectural design, component design, database design, and interface design used to generate system implementation. Then in the testing phase the results of three unit tests, one integration test, and twenty-four validation tests that provide a 100% valid value are obtained. Then on compatibility testing the results are that Homie applications can run on 8 types of browsers including edge, firefox, safari, google chrome, iOS devices, and android devices.

Abstract

Ruangguru is the largest and most comprehensive technology company in Indonesia focusing on education based services. The company was founded in 2014 by Belva Devara and Iman Usman. Later in 2016, Ruangguru launched a mobile application that useful for distance learning thus providing easy access for its users. The users of this application itself are students of Elementary, Junior High, and High School. However, in the application of technology and information especially in the product based mobile/smartphone application to the community, always have a diverse assessment of the application product. Therefore, the community always prioritizes quality content and the accuracy of the information presented. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to know the quality of Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease of Use, Timelines in the Ruangguru apps based on user experience with End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method. Data collection is obtained from the dissemination of questionnaires then conducted descriptive analysis and importance performance analysis (IPA) method which assesses the performance of Ruangguru apps based on the importance of each existing variable. The population characteristics in this study are users of Ruangguru itself focused on Elementary, Junior High, and High School students with sampling techniques using random sampling amounting to 100 respondents.

Abstract

The implementation of the thesis at the Faculty of Computer Science, University of Brawijaya (FILKOM UB) experienced several obstacles experienced by students. One of the obstacles is that it is difficult for students to choose prospective thesis supervisors who are suitable with the thesis topic to be examined. One way that can be done is to know the thesis that has been guided by a lecturer. Journal of Information Technology and Computer Science Development (JPTIIK) is a website that provides thesis information from FILKOM UB students. Students can search for theses that are guided by lecturers by searching based on keyword names of lecturers on JPTIIK. But the search results on JPTIIK are often irrelevant, because the data sought is not interconnected. In this study, a thesis supervisor application search system was developed that uses semantic web technology to connect and map data. Data is mapped into ontologies to facilitate searching. The search system is supported by cosine similarity so that search results can be ranked based on the degree of similarity of the thesis. The development method used in this system is the waterfall method. The system is tested using unit tests, validation and compatibility. The results of validation testing conducted in all test cases give a value of 100% valid.
