Abstract

AMF-Haq Engineering and Consultant is a company engaged in construction services. All items needed by the company are managed by the logistics and purchasing divisions. If the goods requested by other divisions exist and meet the demand, the inventory is released. If the requested item is not available or insufficient, the purchasing department will purchase the item. Until now, all these processes have been done manually by the logistics and purchasing divisions. All activities are still recorded in the book and the information process is also verbalized. The process of fulfilling goods within the AMF-Haq company is very important for the smooth running of the project. If the project works smoothly it will affect client satisfaction. Therefore, a logistics and purchasing management system was created. This system will be used by the logistics and purchasing divisions to manage the goods requirements of the AMF-Haq company. This system provides features of demand for goods, receipt of goods, issuance of goods, and purchases of goods. This system was built using the ReactJS library. In addition, it also uses GraphQL as a API that makes it easier to query the database. This system has been tested using white-box and black-box methods. In addition, Usability testing and compatible testing was also carried out to find out that the system could run on all web browsers. Testing shows that 100% of the needs have been met and are valid.

Abstract

Cahaya Kreatif is a printing company that specializes in invitations and non-invitation printing and has worked with a variety of Micro, Small, and Medium Businesses (MSMEs). In company processes, manual methods are also used in various printing ventures. This has several drawbacks, including data errors caused by human error and the need for more time estimation. Furthermore, tracking business processes in different projects is still done by manually entering project progress data into Microsoft Office Excel. Due to the urgency of this issue, a web-based framework to manage projects that use the Trello API is required to make it easier for users to track and monitor tasks is required. Due to the urgency of this problem, a web-based framework to manage projects that use the Trello API is needed to make it easier for users to track and monitor task progress. This system has three user roles: project managers who track and assign tasks, admins who enter project ordering data, and employees who update task progress. The study yielded 46 functional requirements and 1 non-functional requirement, which were modeled using 46 use cases, operation diagrams, sequence diagrams, interface design, and system design developed with the Laravel 7 framework and MySQL database using the Trello API. The results of the usability testing are 89.2 (acceptable) and the results of the usability testing are 89.2 (acceptable). Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is a disease that attacks humans regardless of age. A person will have diabetes mellitus when blood sugar levels in the body increase, resulting in reduced insulin in the body. Diabetes examination can be done using a blood sugar test tool using a blood sample taken from a person's fingers. Examination in this way causes pain and discomfort. With this problem, this study aims to create a system that can be used to detect a person without using blood samples (non-invasive), saving time and costs in the examination. In the study of diabetes mellitus detection system using parameters of urine condition, respiratory exhaust gas and blood pressure. The conditions used are ammonia gas levels in human urine, respiratory exhaust gases used are acetone gas levels from human breath and human blood pressure. Data processing is carried out using arduino uno microcontroller. The data was obtained from the output sensors MQ-135, TGS-822 and MPX5700AP sensors. From the test results obtained the correlation value of sensors MQ-135 and TGS-822 with the output voltage of 99.29% and 98.56%, while for the sensor MPX5700AP known percentage of errors sistole and diastole by 8.90% and 4.64%. The system classifies diabetes mellitus using the Naive Bayes method. It uses 12 test data and 24 training data to determine the accuracy of Naive Bayes classification. Of the 12 test data there is 1 data whose class is not appropriate so that the accuracy value becomes 91.67%. Meanwhile, the average compute time of the system obtained in 10 tests is 1.02 seconds.

Abstract

The electronic queueing application of Regional General Hospital 45 Kuningan (RSUD 45 Kuningan) is an application designed for the public as a form of information disclosure and facilitates access to hospital services. This application is made based on the needs of RSUD 45 Kuningan and the extension of cooperation agreement with the Social Security Administration Agency (BPJS) for 2021. This research aims to create user experience design in order for the application to deliver good results for its users in terms of usability and user experience. The method used to perform the design is Human-Centered Design (HCD) which consists of several stages such as user context analysis, user requirements analysis, creating design solutions, and evaluating design solutions. Evaluating design solutions was carried out by conducting usability testing and filling User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) to 10 respondents and obtained a score of 87.75% in the effectiveness aspect, 0.176 goals/second in the efficiency aspect, and 77.75 with grade B in the user satisfaction aspect. UEQ results on attractiveness, perspicuity, and dependability aspects achieved excellent category. Efficiency and stimulation aspect achieved good category. Lastly, the novelty aspect achieved above-average category. These results show that the design solutions are acceptable with good usability score and positive user experience with above average scores on each aspect.

Abstract

Bima Plus is a Tri provider application that provides services to support the needs of Tri card users. Based on studies of user reviews on the Google Play Store and interviews with application users, there are usability problems in the Bima Plus application that are felt by users, such as bad user interface, annoying ad headers, slow application performance, and so on. Therefore it is necessary to evaluate usability to be used as a reference in designing the improved user interface of the Bima Plus application. Improvements are made with the User-Centered Design (UCD) approach which places specific users as the main focus in each development process, while the method used in evaluating usability is usability testing. Testing was carried out on five respondents who will work on task scenarios to measure the level of effectiveness and efficiency, as well as interviews to find problems in the application. After that, the respondents filled out the System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire to get the level of satisfaction. In the initial evaluation, 22 problems were found which will be improved into low-fidelity prototype and will be evaluated as the first iteration. Improvements are made in the form of high-fidelity which is the final design of the solution design. The results of the evaluation of the final design as second iteration show that the usability level increases by 10% for effectiveness aspects, 23,08% for efficiency aspect, and 31.5 for satisfaction aspects.

Abstract

The era of technological development is growing rapidly so that it has a big role in the business world, one of which is the coffee shop business. Therefore, Om Kopi wants to participate in existing developments, namely providing new services in the form of self-service. So, to realize these services, it is necessary to design a user experience for web applications for users. The design uses a human centered design (HCD) approach, in which the approach focuses on humans. The human focus in this study is users and stakeholders. Therefore, there are several stages in the solution development process. The stage of analyzing the context of use and user needs where the results are based on interviews with Om Kopi's stakeholders, employees and customers. So that these stages get information on web application users, namely employees and customers with their respective characteristics and duties. The design stage of the solution design produces a wireframe, screenflow, and high fidelity prototype. The evaluation stage uses a user experience questionnaire (UEQ). The evaluation of the web application obtained a mean value with a mean of 1.917 for attractiveness, 1,934 for perspicuity, 1,824 for efficiency, 1,912 for dependability, 1,728 for stimulation, and 0,978 for novelty. To increase the mean scale, improvements were made and recommended the features most desired by the user. From the results of the improvement experienced a significant increase.

Abstract

91% of sudden deaths in Indonesia are due to Arrhythmias. Atrial Fibrillation is one type of arrhythmia that occurs most often among other types. Atrial fibrillation is characterized by an irregular heartbeat due to abnormal electrical activity. Blood collects in the atria and is not supplied to the ventricles sufficiently. So that the heart fails to pump enough blood to the lungs. For the examination, it is quite expensive, especially in the hospital. Therefore a system was developed to be able to detect AF without injuring the body. The system consists of several functions, namely the ECG signal generator using the AD8232 sensor, data processing using the Arduino Nano board, and displaying the classification or diagnosis results of the class "AF" or "Normal" using an LCD. In the classification process, statistical features in the form of Mean, Median, Standard Deviation, Min and Max are used as test data from the K-Nearest Neighbor Method. This method is used because it does not require a training process. Each test was carried out as much as 20 times. The test results are in the form of 96.83% for the sensor accuracy level. Accuracy of 95%, 90%, and 85% for the accuracy of K-NN classification based on k = 3, 5, and 7 so that the best accuracy is achieved with k = 3.In addition, there is also a relatively short computation time of 16.44 ms so that users it does not take long to find out the results of the classification or the results of the diagnosis.

Abstract

Today, the development of robot was growing so quick, one of them is Humanoid Robot. As like the name, Humanoid Robot have feet that have walks and shaped like human does. This robot has two feet that consisted of three DoF (Degree of Freedom) for one of each foot. Humanoid Robot use Inverse Kinematic method to walk which using end of effector as the coordinate. The result that suggested from Inverse Kinematic method were the coordinate destination. The implementation of Humanoid Robot we do it on MATLAB and Simulink to test about the mechanism from the robot if it were applied on software. The difference was shown for the avability of the hardware and its tools and the result sometimes would be different if applied in real world. There are some differences when robot got implemented compared with physical ones. From this research, there are 11 trials to measure about success rate for robot to able to walk successfully from the robot if their variables from physical appereances were modified. As the result, there are 54,54% success rate compared with the original variables that got from trial and error.

Abstract

Penyakit Hiperkolesterolemia merupakan penyakit yang dapat memicu terjadinya penyakit lain seperti penyakit kardiokasvular, jantung koroner dan stroke. Salah satu solusi yang dapat dilakukan bagi pasien hiperkolesterolemia adalah dengan mengonsumsi makanan diet yang berpedoman pada aneka ragam makanan gizi seimbang. Konsultasi dengan ahli gizi dapat membantu pasien dalam mengatur kebutuhan gizi seimbang yang harus dipenuhi oleh pasien. Namun terdapat masalah utama yaitu sulit menentukan makanan yang harus dikonsumsi perharinya. Pasien tidak diberi detail variasi makanan yang harus dikonsumsi, melainkan diserahkan kepada masing-masing pasien. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut diperlukan sebuah aplikasi rekomendasi makanan bagi pasien hiperkolesterolemia. Pada penelitian yang dilakukan, diperoleh 21 kebutuhan fungsional dan 1 kebutuhan non-fungsional berdasarkan hasil analisis kebutuhan. Masing-masing kebutuhan fungsional dan non-fungsional dimodelkan dengan menggunakan usecase diagram dan usecase scenario. Selanjutnya dilakukan perancangan aplikasi yang dijadikan acuan untuk tahapan implementasi. Aplikasi yang dikembangkan merupakan aplikasi berbasis web. Aplikasi diimplementasikan menggunakan beberapa bahasa pemrograman dengan bantaun framework Codeigniter. Selain itu juga diterapkan algoritme genetika sebagai metode untuk menentukan rekomendasi makanan yang sesuai. Pada tahapan pengujian dilakukan pengujian unit, pengujian integrasi, pengujian validasi dan pengujian compatibility. Pengujian ini menghasilkan 100% valid pada 37 kasus uji dan tidak ditemukan issue pada saat pengujian compatibility dengan menggunakan Sortsite.

Abstract

Agriculture is a livelihood sector for farmers to meet economic needs. Agricultural extension is used to obtain direct education due to the weakness of farmers in technology to access information sources. However, agricultural extension has been temporarily halted due to the corona virus outbreak. This problem requires a new innovative solution in distributing agricultural education, for example by accessing reliable agricultural information sources and being able to discuss with other farmers. This study aims to design agricultural education, media by considering user experience. The design of user experience is needed as a reference in designing solutions in order to obtain results with good levels of success and satisfaction. The method in this research is the Human-Centered Design (HCD) method which involves users in all phases of HCD and is focused on user needs. Evaluation of solution design using usability testing and a system usability scale to 10 respondents. The evaluation results obtained in usability testing show the effectiveness of the complete-rate of 100%; error rate of 0% and an average time efficiency rate of 412 seconds for all tasks. On the usability scale system, the results of the satisfaction level of 78.5% are categorized as well. It can be concluded that the solution design created is successful and comfortable to use by the user.
