Abstract

Hypoxia is a condition when the tissues in the body lack oxygen so that their functionality is disrupted and can be fatal, such as organ damage and even death. One of the causes of hypoxia is environmental factors such as being at high altitudes with minimal oxygen. Therefore, hypoxia is also a frightening specter for mountain climbers, where there are minimal medical facilities to check the condition of climbers. Therefore, in this study designed a portable system to detect hypoxia in climbers. Hypoxia detection was carried out using heart rate (BPM) and blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) parameters whose data were acquired using the MAX30102 sensor. After that, the data was processed and classified using the naive Bayes method on the Arduino Mega 2560 microcontroller. This system uses a battery for its power source so that it is more portable and can still be used in mountain areas where there is no power source. Due to very limited battery power, a low-power mode is implemented in the form of sleep mode so that it can save battery power consumption. In testing the BPM and SpO2 readings with the MAX30102 sensor, an accuracy of 98.03% and 97.62% was obtained. In the naive Bayes classification test results obtained an accuracy of 93.33% with a computation time of 829.2 µs. As well as for power efficiency with low power mode, a decrease in current consumption reaches 70.13%.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country dominated by a Muslim population, especially in Java, especially East Java Province. In 2014, there were 36,472,783 people who follow Islam based on a survey conducted by the Ministry of Religious Affairs and BPS East Java. While in 2019 the same survey was conducted again and found as many as 37,558,874 people who follow Islam. This figure also contributes to the number of people who perform Umrah to the holy land. Therefore, Farfasa Tour Agency as one of the religious tourism service providers has several problems in management. There are frequent problems of agency customers not being able to get information about the schedule, too often going back and forth to the agency office to make sure the data is correct, and recording loans that are often missed. Therefore, an information system application is needed that is expected to help Farfasa Umroh Agency to solve the problem. The information system is developed using the waterfall method which will be developed on an Android-based platform and website. Information system development will go through the stages of needs analysis, design, implementation, and testing. Application development on Android will be native using the Kotlin programming language. The development of web-based applications will use the JavaScript programming language that uses ReactJs to build the user interface.

Abstract

Live Shopping is a new trend that combines e-commerce and social networking where the consumers who watch it can immediately buy with their smartphone just in one touch. Users who like to watch live shopping tend to have an interest in the products that are being offered in the live streaming. According to previous research, the live shopping strategy can increase user interest in buying products online regardless of distance and trading of goods. This phenomenon has been widely researched by experts before to explain what live shopping is, the technology that used to, or marketing strategies using live shopping, but there is not much literature that really leads to the emergence of buying interest in consumers through live shopping. For this reason, a Systematic Literature Review was conducted to review previous journals that discussed live shopping and purchase intention to determine the effect of using live shopping on consumer purchase intention in shopping online. The journal search process is carried out in several selection times and calculates Cohen's Kappa as a measure of the reliability of the journals found. The source of the journal search was carried out on ScienceDirect and the minimum year of the selected journal was 2011. The results obtained were 13 selected journals and after data extraction there were 36 factors that influence live shopping on purchase intention and 18 theories that can be used to identify the factors.

Abstract

Smart wheelchairs are becoming increasingly popular for individuals with mobility impairments, allowing them to navigate their environment with more independence and comfort. However, one challenge faced by smart wheelchairs is the ability to follow a designated guide, such as a human or guide rope. In this abstract, the researcher proposes the use of the YOLOv5 (You Only Look Once version 5) method to enable smart wheelchairs to follow a guide. YOLOv5 is a fast and accurate object detection algorithm, making it suitable for real-time applications such as guiding a smart wheelchair. By using YOLOv5 to detect and track a designated guide, the smart wheelchair can smoothly and responsively follow the guide, allowing the user to easily navigate their environment. To demonstrate the effectiveness of the research approach, the researcher conducted a series of experiments on a smart wheelchair equipped with a camera and a YOLOv5-based guide following system. The research results showed that the smart wheelchair was able to accurately follow the designated guide. This study demonstrates the potential of YOLOv5 for guiding a smart wheelchair and the researcher believes that this approach has the potential to enhance mobility for wheelchair users in their daily activities.

Abstract

Emotion is an intense feeling directed towards someone or something. One way that humans can express angry emotions that can be recognized is through speech. Speech emotion recognition is a technology that can be used to identify emotions from the sound of someone speaking. In this research, a speech emotion recognition process was carried out using the WFCC (Wavelet-based Frequency Cepstral Coefficients) method, which uses wavelet transformation in its extraction and has the ability to separate various frequency variations at various times. In addition, this study also tested the ability of the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm in classifying the intensity of angry emotions from sound signals. This study was conducted using a Raspberry Pi 4. This study concluded that the WFCC extraction method is quite effective in detecting high intensity angry emotions with an accuracy of 66.67%.

Abstract

One of the factors that affect the level of power transfer efficiency in Wireless Power Transfer (WPT) technology is the frequency of the voltage used on the coil. Not just any voltage frequency can be used, but there are frequency peaks that can maximize the efficiency of WPT power transmission. To overcome this problem, this study designed a programmable function generator that can produce AC waves in the form of square waves which can be programmed using a microcontroller in the output frequency range of 100 Hz to 25 kHz to be tested in the Wireless Power Transfer circuit. This system utilizes the Arduino UNO PWM phase change period with a 50% duty cycle so that a square wave output with a certain frequency is produced on the H-Bridge L298N. This method obtains an accuracy of the output square wave frequency of 99,46% with the highest error value of 1,992%. Implementation of the system in the WPT circuit by analyzing frequency changes in the range 1 kHz to 25 kHz and a distance of 1 cm to 3 cm, the maximum received power value is obtained in the receiver circuit of 79,72 mW at a distance of 1 cm; 73,68 mW at a distance 2 cm; and 53,24 mW at a distance of 3 cm. The maximum power transmission efficiency values obtained in the test were 7,76% at a distance of 1 cm; 7,558% at a distance of 2 cm; and 3,71% at a distance of 3 cm.

Abstract

SMKN 6 Malang is one of the Vocational Schools in Malang City. To facilitate the process of implementing street vendors, SMKN 6 Malang has a website called "MasterWeb". The "MasterWeb" site in its implementation is still not optimal. This is based on observation, interviews, and initial testing conducted on students of SMKN 6 Malang. This study aims to determine the results of a comparison of the usability of the "MasterWeb" site with the usability results of the redesign of the "SEPKL" site. This research was conducted by redesigning the street vendor site user interface using the Goal Directed Design (GDD) method. Design with the GDD method will directly involve users and stakeholders so that the design results are more appropriate. In the initial testing phase, testing was carried out using the interview method and the System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire to determine whether the "MasterWeb" site really requires a redesign, what problems exist, and determine what is the best solution to solve these problems from the user's point of view. In the initial test using SUS, the final value was 57.75. After the interface design is complete, a final test is carried out using Usability Testing and the System Usability Scale. In testing the Usability Testing Effectiveness aspect, the final score was 87.5 and the Efficiency Aspect was 0.197 goal/sec. While on the satisfaction aspect, the Questionnaire System Usability Scale was used and the final score obtained was 82.75.

Abstract

The many features provided by social media can make it easy for users to share personal information. The lack of a sense of concern and understanding of privacy in society can have negative consequences. This is caused by the different behavior of each individual, so that each individual will have different intentions and interests in the willingness to share privacy, especially identity. The purpose of this study is to find out how the willingness to share digital identity on social media is based on Protection Motivation Theory, especially the factors of Perceived Severity (PS), Perceived Vulnerability (PV), and Response Efficacy (RE) which influence Concern for Information Privacy (KIP). This study also aims to determine differences in user behavior in sharing their identities on social media based on Age (AG). From the results of the research conducted, no differences in behavior were found based on the user's age range on the willingness to share digital identities (KBI), but concerns about privacy information have an influence on the willingness to share digital identities. Perceived Severity and Perceived Vulnerability also affect the sense of concern about Privacy Information. But Response Efficacy has no influence on the sense of Privacy Information Concern.

Abstract

The rise of the use of E-Commerce sites places a huge burden on the logistical side, therefore many E-commerce companies implemented a fulfillment service in the form of warehousing that reduces the burden on the logistical side. The problem with these fulfillment services is the physical burden put on the workers of the warehouse. Therefore a system will be made that will help the worker with the use of a robot that can move from place to place automatically. This system will be in the form of a robot using a differential drive method and equipped with an RFID sensor to know it's location. An RFID will be placed in certain spots and will be named node. The system will use the A* algorithm to find a route starting from 0,0. The accuracy of the whole of the system is 75% for the movement of the robot, and 100% for the algorithm itself with a speed of computation between 34 and 199 microsecond for computing the path using A* in a map of size 4x3.

Abstract

Paralysis is a condition in which the movement of a body part is impaired to the point where it is unable to move partially or completely. People with paralysis often need assistive devices to help with their mobility, such as wheelchairs. Smart wheelchairs that use a voice control system can help people who are unable to use their hands to control a wheelchair. This system uses the MFCC feature extraction method, which is the method that most closely approximates human hearing, and the CNN classification method, which has been proven to work well when trained with features extracted using MFCC. The system is run on a Jetson TX2 device and controls the wheelchair using an Arduino Uno by adjusting the pulse width modulation value according to the classification result of the system's command. The dataset used to train the CNN model is the speech_command v2 dataset created by Tensorflow, which contains over 500,000 data for 36 classes. In this research, however, 15,000 data were used for 4 command classes: "Go," "Right," "Left," and "Stop." The results of the system testing show an accuracy prediction value of 85% with a relatively fast average computation time of only 0.37 seconds to make a prediction.
