Abstract

PT Asri Medical Center has a health service facility in the form of a general hospital, the hospital wants a facility in the form of a website to promote the hospital and make it easier for the community in terms of health services. Therefore it is necessary to design a website that is good, easy to use and can meet user needs. This research was conducted with the aim of producing a desktop version of the user interface design of the Asri Purwakarta General Hospital website using the Human Centered Design (HCD) method which consists of 4 phases. The first phase of defining user context aims to identify users of the website through user identification by online observation and interviews, identifying user characteristics and determining user goals and tasks. The second phase performs a user needs analysis including a list of user requirements and a list of features on the website. The third phase of designing a solution begins with the creation of a web site design framework that has been validated, then proceeds to produce a high-fidelity prototype (High-Fidelity). The last phase is evaluating the solution design by giving User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) questions to users and the hospital's response to the desktop version of the website prototype that has been created. The results of the test using the UEQ assessment, which has a positive category mean value with all UEQ scales in the very good category. As well as responses from users including hospital stakeholders and the general public as a whole are good.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has spread to various countries around the world, the country of Indonesia has not escaped the ferocity of the COVID-19 pandemic, the rate of positive cases in Indonesia has experienced an increase. The government has taken various ways to suppress positive cases of COVID-19, one of which is the implementation of the New Normal. Twitter is a social media that is widely used by Indonesian people in many ways. Topics regarding the New Normal can appear on Twitter's trending topic feature because many Indonesians discuss the implementation of the New Normal in Indonesia, various opinions regarding the implementation of the New Normal scenario in Indonesia will be obtained using text mining techniques by using the Twitter API crawling, the texts data must go through data cleaning process to make easy classification process by using Naive Bayes Classifier method. At first, the data have been labelled to ease the sentiment analysis process. The last process is classification process by using Naive Bayes Classifier method. After the classification process, the predicted sentiments are evaluated using 5-fold cross validation and confusion matrix. This research yields average accuracy 0,86, precision, 0,86, recall 0,86, and f-measure 0,86.

Abstract

Code Maniac is a gamification-based programming learning platform built by the development team of the Faculty of Computer Science Universitas Brawijaya (FILKOM UB), requires interface improvements to find refined design according to user needs and goals. This study aims to evaluate and produce interface design solutions using the Human-Centered Design (HCD) method based on the problems obtained. In addition, the usability level of the early design and the repair solution was also carried out. The usability level assessed includes three aspects, namely effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction. Initial design testing was carried out on eleven participants to run test scenarios and an emoticon table to find out what users felt. Meanwhile, the solution design test was conducted on eight participants using the USE Questionnaire to measure satisfaction. The design of the solution design improvement is made in the form of an interactive. The final results of this study get improvement design show an increase in all aspects of the test, namely the effectiveness aspect to 100%, the efficiency aspect with a Time-Based Efficiency (TBE) value of 0,064 goals/sec and an Overall Relative Efficiency (ORE) value of 100% which indicates that the solution design improvement the solution design has a better usability rate than the old design. The satisfaction aspect gets an average percentage value of 87,4%, Code Maniac is included in the “Very Eligible” category..

Abstract

Milk is a very complex food ingredient, because milk has many ingredients needed by the human body. It is necessary to control the quality of cow's milk in order to produce high quality dairy products. With the development of food technology for cow's milk products, UPT Laboratory of Animal Health Malang by creating an application system that can classify the quality of cow's milk. This cow's milk quality application system uses input in the form of chemical composition where this composition is taken with the Julie C2 Milkscope tool. The chemical composition of milk consists of fat, lean dry matter, viscosity, lactose and protein. There are various methods used. This study uses the Modified K-Nearest Neighbor method and the dataset used is 269 cow's milk quality data with 5 parameters and 2 yield classes. Based on several studies, the Modified K-Nearest Neighbor method can be used in the classification process and obtain a fairly high level of accuracy. Based on the test results, the average test accuracy value of K value is 91.1%, then the average value of the accuracy of testing the effect of the amount of training data is 88.4%, and the average value of balanced and unbalanced class testing accuracy is 86.12%. It can be concluded that the Modified K-Nearest Neighbor method can be implemented and tested into the cow's milk quality classification system.

Abstract

In the trade sector, transaction management is crucial because if transactions are not managed properly, they can cause considerable losses. This risk is also found in a shop called Tini Mart. Transaction management at these stalls is still traditional, such as providing prices by remembering the price of goods and manually calculating the total price and change. This method has many risks such as giving the wrong price, calculating the total price incorrectly, and giving the wrong amount of change. This can cause losses to the shop and decrease the confidence of buyers in the shop. Now there are several transaction management applications on the market that are freely available but are not suitable for use in Tini Mart. This is because there are functional requirements, such as debt management, and non-functional requirements, such as supporting the interface on a large screen and having a simple, easy-to-understand interface and navigation for users, which are still not met. Therefore, this research was conducted with the aim of developing applications that can meet the requirements that have not been met previously. This application development process model will use the waterfall. The application is built using the Laravel framework with the JavaScript and PHP programming languages. The test results state that all functional requirements of the application have been met because it has a 100% success rate and all non-functional requirements of the application have been met because after observations and interviews there were no obstacles and users can easily use the application.

Abstract

E-commerce has recently been favored by both large and small businesses. This is because promotion through online media or digital marketing is easier to reach consumers in terms of introducing or selling their products so it is very helpful for business people. This study aims to determine the impact of using e-commerce on SMEs. Data collection for this study was carried out using a semi-structured interview method to MSME business actors who have used e-commerce to sell their products. From the interview data that has been carried out, then analyzed using the thematic analysis method, which is a method of analyzing data to identify patterns and find topics based on data collected by researchers (Braun and Clarke, 2006). The result is that several categories explain how MSMEs use e-commerce, namely individual features or individual abilities, reasons for not using other e-commerce than those currently used, several obstacles such as infrastructure, technology, promotion, and unpleasant experiences that experienced by MSME business actors when using e-commerce.

Abstract

Films were originally live images or moving photos forcing the viewer to see continuous motion between different objects quickly and successively. The world of cinema is currently increasingly being embellished with technological advances, so that public interest in watching films is also increasing. Before launching a new film, the film industry always provides a brief description first in the form of writing how the story of the film is called a synopsis. Searching a synopsis of a film that is done manually takes a long time because of the large amount of data available on social networks. This makes it difficult for users to find the most relevant synopsis to what they are looking for. The information retrieval system for the film synopsis is used to meet the needs of users in searching for information from a document. One of the document ranking methods that can be used for information retrieval is the BM25F method. Testing was performed on BM25F independent parameters. The best value in the precision@k and r-precision tests on 300 film synopsis documents against 6 queries using the free parameter BM25F, the best combination of boost values obtained in the boost variable test is in the title field = 5 and content = 1, the best bc value from bc variable testing is 0.75, and the best k1 value from the results of k1 variable testing is 1.2. The best average value for precision@k is 0.93 and for the best results in the r-precision test, the value is 1.

Abstract

He Office of Education and Culture of the City of Pasuruan City is an element of the implementation of the Pasuruan City Regional Government in providing services in the field of Education and Culture of the City of Pasuruan which are required to improve services. So far, manual reporting is time-consuming and labor- intensive. Based on these problems, it is necessary to integrate information system data with web-based population data, as well as the development of this system using the waterfall model method where the system is tested using the Validation Testing method. , design, implementation and testing of systems. Abstract

The development of telecommunications towers every year experiences rapid development. One of them is the construction of towers in the Bondowoso area, according to data from the KOMINFO Service of Bondowoso Regency, there are 148 towers with 11 providers who have construction permits. This can increase the source of Regional Original Income (PAD) through tower levies. The local government wants the producing agency to be able to accelerate the digitization of transactions within the Bondowoso Regency Government as a form of expanding the implementation of the Regional Government Transaction Electronification (ETP) in 2021. So the purpose of this research is to provide a solution design in the form of designing a mobile-based tower levy payment application user experience so that can improve the tower levy management system. The application of the method in this study uses the Design Thinking method because it can solve quite complex problems and focuses on understanding user problems so that it can produce various solutive innovations. At the usability testing stage, 3 evaluators used the Heuristic Evaluation method. It was found that 17 usability problems were agreed upon with the most results being on the principle of heuristic number H2 (Match between system and the real world) and H6 (Recognition rather than recall), namely 5 problems with a percentage of 19.23%. While the average value of the highest severity rating is found on the principle of heuristic number H3 (User control and freedom) with a value of 3 and is included in the major category.

Abstract

Toko Indah Elektronik is a store that runs a business in the electronics sector, domiciled in Medan, North Sumatra. Not only selling electronic goods, this shop also provides repair services for electronic goods such as washing machines, refrigerators, televisions, and others. Currently, Indah Elektronik store wants to improve service and work efficiency in terms of time and energy. This is done because as the store develops, the current business processes cause problems such as a lack of work efficiency in terms of time and effort. This happens because of the management and archiving of sales transaction data, the management of goods is not good. On the other hand, archiving sales data that is not good causes problems with financial records, sometimes there are some sales that are not recorded, so it is not known exactly how much income and expenses each month from the existing archives. Therefore, to improve the services in the store and efforts to solve existing problems, a web-based electronic store management information system was created by applying the MVC (Model-View-Controller) design pattern with the main feature being to facilitate the sales transaction process, management goods, recording sales and financial transactions. The system development process uses the waterfall development model. Implementation of the system developed using the Laravel framework. The developed system has been tested using unit testing, integration, validation and compatibility strategies to produce values with valid status.
