The technical implementation unit for fisheries technical training in fisheries and processing of fisheries products (UPT PTPBP2KP) Kepanjen is one of the UPTs under the East Java provincial fisheries service, in this agency the guidance and training for fish farmers is expected to increase knowledge and skills. In general, the types of activities are divided into 2 types, namely training activities and monitoring and evaluation activities (MONEV). During the training and MONEV activities it takes more than 3 days because from the participant's search process to the creation of activity reports it still uses management documents in the form of hard copy and files in excel format. Based on this problem, the information system of training activities at UPT PTPBP2KP Kepanjen is needed using the Rational Unified Process (RUP) method to support and improve business processes. By using the RUP method, the problem solving process can work well because the iteration process can be repeated at the beginning to the end of the system development so that it can minimize errors in the needs of the system to be made. Later the results of this study are in the form of a website-based activity information system, from the developed system testing using 3 test methods namely black-box testing method that produces valid values ​​from each test item, compatibility testing method which results in minor issues and major issues in certain types of browsers, and the latest testing uses the user acceptance testing (UAT) method that produces a final assessment result of 93.4% or is very agreeable. Based on the results of these tests it can be concluded that the existence of information systems activities can improve and support business processes.

Faculty of Computer Science is one of the faculty in Brawijaya University Malang which runs its business process using website based system. The system called FILKOM APPS has operated to handle the academic process. However, the existence of the system is still less than optimal and has not adjusted the needs of current users, namely the need for a mobile device-based system. Because users more often use mobile devices to use the system and when the user feels the display of this system is less to adjust the display on mobile devices, thus making the user difficulty in accessing the system through their mobile device. Therefore the need for systems that can run on mobile devices to match the needs of today's users. The development of mobile device-based systems uses a prototyping development cycle with an object-oriented approach. The development of this mobile device based system is only done on the android operating system and using the native mobile device development approach. The results obtained from this research in the form of design and implementation of the system that can adjust the needs of users today. In designing this system consists of activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, class diagrams and physical data model. Applications that are based on the design of the resulting application that runs well through validation and security testing.

Road damage is one of the many problems experienced in Indonesia, especially in the capital city, such as Makassar as the capital of South Sulawesi Province and becoming focus of problems that must be resolved by the local government Unfortunately, there is no balance between the number of damage roads and the budget. So, the government needs a system to help the government in recommending road improvements based on factors that can be quantified. This thesis will discuss the application of AHP-TOPSIS method to determine road priority recommendations to be repaired. The AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method in this case will play a role in the weighting process and continue with the TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method to calculate the shortest distance between the alternative with the value of the positive ideal solution. AHP method includes several processes, such as normalization, calculation of eigen vector values, calculation of index value consistency and calculation of the value of consistency ratio. While the TOPSIS method includes several processes namely normalization, calculation of positive and negative ideal matrices then proceed with the calculation of the maximal measure max value and separation measure min. This system uses data from 78 data which form the basis of calculations and 10 road recommendation data which become test data. The application of the AHP-TOPSIS method to determine priority recommendations for road repair in Makassar using various factors such as: good road conditions, moderate road conditions, damaged road conditions, severely damaged road conditions and LHR (average daily traffic). From this study obtained an accuracy value of 70% due to the difference between the results of system trials with data obtained from the Public Works Office of the City of Makassar.

PT Kereta Api Indonesia which provide train transportation in Indonesia has nine areas of operation, one of them is Daerah Operasi XX. PT KAI has vision and mission focusing on customer service. In service operation PT KAI have been using information technology. To create a successful information technology, the role of human resource is necessary. However practically, based on result of an interview, there are problems related to information technology resources, including less than optimal human resource planning and mapping, and also less than optimal service management for customer. It is necessary to evaluate the level capability IT resource using framework COBIT 5 to find out the value of capability level on subdomain EDM04 (Ensure Resource Optimization), APO07 (Manage Human Resource) and DSS03 (Manage Problems). The value of capability level in this research is obtained from several methods, say questioner, interviews, and observation. The results of this evaluation are to get the value of capability level for each subdomain were level 2 while targeted level for each subdomain were 3 with GAP value 1. Recommendation that given for the third subdomain is to focus on planning and mapping of human resource and infrastructure management.

PPID department on KPU Malang city is a department that its function is to provide, serve, and publish public information. In the daily operation, some processes are still not optimal like data is not integrated, loss of data because of human error, and information that is not updated on timely manner because of poor management of information. Based on those mistakes, this research aim to evaluate current business process on PPID. Business process is modeled using Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN). After modeling the business process, the next step is to evaluate the business process and improving the business process. After the business processes are evaluated using Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), the result is Risk Priority Number (RPN). Each of highest RPN from four business processes are solved using Business Process Improvement (BPI) method. The results of business process improvement are time improvement of 65.47% per process on penerimaan permohonan informasi publik process, time improvement of 99.47% per process on penyusunan laporan process, time improvement of 28.33% per process on pengesahan laporan process, and 97.46% per process on umpan balik laporan process.

On the delivery of digital data, a big delay is one of the factors in failure of the receipt of message. On this problems, one theory that can be applied is a DTN network (delay tolerant networking). DTN has advantages when its applied to network with long delay characteristics, the high degree of loss, and the low level of connectivity and minimal infrastructure. Multi Copy routing types on DTN can maximize the ratio of delivery and reduce delays but requires additional network resources. A lot of research that assumes a network resource is infinite, one of them is buffer. DTN can implement Buffer management policy as a limited buffer optimization when sending messages. Stationary Relay Node at DTN can be used this way to increase probability of the acceptance of the message as well as a bridge for sending messages. At this time, the research protocol comparing DTN routing Multi Copy by adding stationary Relay Node and Buffer management algorithm with a first in-first out were simulated using a Simulator. The test results are analyzed using the performance parameters of the probability of shipping and Overhead ratios with scenarios using epidemic routing, prophets and spray and wait by moving as many as 150 nodes and Node Relays as many as 10 Stationary, the message size of 5 MB and 30 MB of buffer limitation, 50 MB, 80 MB and 100 Mb. From the results of testing and analysis can be concluded that routing spray and wait is effective to convey the message with the network load that is lower than the other routing that applied with the greatest probability value delivery 0.2464 and Overhead ratio amounted to 10.85%.

DP2KBP3A Kab. Kediri is a government institution that has functions of population controls,a planned family, empowerment of women and the protection of the childrens. In running the business process, there are some potential problems that can affectto achieve the vision and mission. Data entry error, poor document archiving, lack of accuracy in performing tasks, hardware errors and non-value activities, they are some of the problems that found in the current business process. Therefore it is necessary for analyze and evaluate to improve business process to run optimally. This research uses Value Shop Analysis to identify main business process and support business process, then Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) to analyze the root cause of the problen then used as an evalutaion of business prosesses and Business Process Improvement (BPI) method to get business process recommendations. Based on the result of simulation of current business process and recommendation, it is found that the time analysis of business process prosperous family data and analysis has increased the effectiveness of time up to 73,36%. So it can be concluded the business process recommendations can improve performance better.

A wheelchair is a tool for people who have difficulty walking by foot. There are various types of wheelchairs, one electric wheelchair. In its application, the electric wheelchair users still experiencing inconvenience in the form of vibration is received due to the uncertain road conditions as well as the static motor speed control. Congressional control of the speed of rotation of the Motor the Smart Wheelchair that works by controlling the speed of a DC motor using PID method. Input system of sensors the IMU working as detector uneven road conditions. The results of the readings of the sensors the IMU in the form of the position on the x-axis, y-axis, and z-axis. Input from the sensors the IMU processed on NodeMCU method using the PID to determine the speed of the motor. PID process started off doing the giving the value of the setpoint, and the processing of data from the accelerometer has been transformed into a vector. The input of the sensor will determine the value of the vibration to be processed using the PID. After the output values obtained, electric motors will move in accordance with the magnitude of value of output where the motor can increase the speed up to the highest limit if road conditions. Conversely, if uneven road conditions then the motor will lower the speed up to dampen the shocks. The results of the testing of this system in the form of percentage of IMU sensors sensitivity of 90% and the percentage of the system's success in absorbing the vibrations of 80%.

Bad credit is the main problem that faced by financial institutions, especially cooperatives in Indonesia. This problem is also happened in KSP Mitra Raya Wates that does not use credit analyst and the decision making process is using an intuitive approach and based on existing experience that owned by KSP Leader. The survey process conducted at KSP Mitra Raya Wates also cannot guarantee that the loans made by customers are free from credit risk, considering there are customers who have bad credit from a total of all customers who have received loans. KSP Mitra Raya Wates needs a system that capable of supporting decision to detect credit quality early on. C4.5 method can be used to predict customers' credit quality by generating rule in form of decision tree. The results of confusion matrix have accuracy of 94.5946. While based on the ROC curve, it generated AUC value of 0.9689. The level of usability generated by utilizing SUS is 82.5. The output is dashboard visualization with several graphs containing the percentage, time-series and trend of total submissions that have been made and also forms that can be used by KSP Mitra Raya Wates to make predictions of customer credit application and also dataset entry into the system.

The development of Internet of Things is always supported by the WSN (Wireless Sensor Network) concept but the battery power consumption of WSN raises a constant need to lower the energy requirement. LoRa (Long Range) technology acquires low power consumption and broad communication range of more than 2 km, however cannot send data directly to the server. So that a data delivery system is needed to connect between devices at the sensor node to a server called the gateway. The communication between gateway and data centers employs MQTT protocol since it supports the characteristics of IoT such as small bandwidth usage. This research attempted to develop a gateway system in order to connect the sensor nodes and data centers utilizing LoRa communication modules and MQTT protocol. The result of successful rate gateway kinerjance using distance, data size, and different intervals as variables indicates that in range of 400 meters the gateway kinerjance in receiving and forwarding data to data centers is better than the range of 200 meters.
