Abstract

Indonesia is a country that have a massive natural resources for producing coal. With total 466.307.241 ton in 2012, Indonesia archive third place world level as the most producer coal. For manage coal mining sites, management process very needed. The mine management process can be done with 3-dimensional point clouds reconstruction using the Structure-of-Motion Method (SfM). To build structure from overlapping of many images by using photogrammetry techniques use SfM algorithm. When acquisition image data, sometimes get a failure of automatic camera trigger and lack of density between images. This study uses video data from UAVs flown over mining areas to record all mining activities. Video data predicted can reduce errors during image capture and increase the overlap value between successive images and increase the number of cloud points. The output on the software is tested using the Simple Regression method. This study shows that input video data with 1 minute duration and 90% overlap value can produce 2910 point cloud. The Simple Regression test result an F value of 12,408. It shows that the greater value of overlap, can produce a lot number of points cloud.

Abstract

Stroke is a disease caused by blockage of blood in the brain or rupture of blood vessels in the brain, resulting in brain nerve palsy. Stroke is one type of diseases that kill high enough third after heart disease and cancer in developed countries. The data of East Asian Medical Information Center (SEAMIC) is the highest in Indonesia. This causes the disease to be wary of. Doctors sometimes have difficulty to perform stroke disease detection due to a semi-structured problem. These constraints can be overcome by a system that is Decision Support System using the method of Analytical Hierarchy Process and Weighted Product. Analytical Hierarchy Process method is used to find the priority weight and Weighted Product method used for decision making and ranking. The result of system functionality testing is 100%. As for the system accuracy testing has an accuracy of 73.8%.

Abstract

Tumor is one type of cell that grows by the speed of irregular and not having a useful function for the human body. A tumor can be categorized into two types of a malignant tumor (cancer) and a benign tumor.Benign tumor different from a malignant tumor that may lead to death by those with, some cases benign tumor that growing on certain vital parts that indirectly can disrupt vital organs, a lack of knowledge to knowing kind of benign tumor often makes hard to perform the act of treating a tumor suffered due to a kind of benign tumor of which various by symptoms and the characteristics of that is almost the same, also required special knowledge to recognize and how to deal with the tumor with To research this problems are addressed by making a system with an implement a method of dempster-shafer aimed at to diagnose the types of benign tumor suffered by man , hopefully this system is expected to help users in diagnosing kinds of tumors benign. After doing some test the result ended on 80% accuraccy points, thats mean that this systems are able to help user to detect the kind of benign tumor

Abstract

Mentoring scheduling for Disabled student is the preparation schedule implementation to a companion who served in the division of working time. On the good scheduling process then will maximize service to disabled students. This scheduling problem is difficult because the number of accompanying relative limited compared to the number of disabled students. The schedule created by the workload evenly to each escort. In this study applied the concepts of problem solving scheduling by using genetic algorithms. Application of genetic algorithm to find the optimal solution. In the settlement of this problem use an integer representation with the length of chromosome 45 genes that each section of the gene showed code mentoring. The method used is the crossover one-cut method of point mutation process, using the method of reciprocal exchange and mutation on the selection process using the method of elitism selection. From the results of testing that has been done optimal parameters obtained using a 100 generation with fitness value 0.966. The final results obtained in the form of a mentoring schedule for 5 days.

Abstract

Quadcopter categorized as flying robot that has four motors and four propelers each side. Remote control requires to navigate quadcopter, so special skill and experience needed to navigate it well. Based on that problem, we developed a control system using sound through smartphone and Arduino with text processing method. Incoming sound from user converted into text, and then each text splitted into words. Each word will be matched into database that has been created before, using stopword removal wordlist algorithm. The results will be sent to Arduino to do data processing becoming quadcopter movement. In this research using parrot Parrot Ar Drone 2.0 as quadcopter. From testing result, this system has 100% value at functional testing and user input processing. At quadcopter precision movement testing, accuracy of this system reach 89.3%. At application performance testing, this system average time for sound processing increase ±1 second and average time for text preprocessing ±300 nanosecond along with the increase of words. At quadcopter fliying performance, taken quadcopter angel value of Roll, Pitch, and Yaw within -180 O to +180 O. While minimum value of height is 0.062 meter and maximum height is 3 meter.

Abstract

Twitter is a social media that attracts many internet users as a media for communication and getting information. The information covered on Twitter in the form of questions, opinions or comments, whether it is positive or negative. Sentiment analysis is a part of research from Text Mining that conducted the classification process on text documents. K-Nearest Neighbor was used as method of this research, by adding the quality of retweet (non-textual). The result of textual quality of the K-Nearest Neighbor classification and the non-textual quality from the sum of retweets would be combined using certain constants (α and β) to generate positive and negative sentiments. The data was used in the form of public opinion on the television show on twitter showed 400. From the test results of accuracy using non-textual quality obtained 82.50%, using 60% non-textual quality, and use the combination of both was 83.33% with the score k=3 and the exact multiplication constant α=0,8 and β=0.2.

Abstract

Education in the life of a country plays a very important role to ensure the survival of the state and nation. Statistics show that Portugal's education level is at the bottom of the list due to many students dropping out of school. External factors affect the failure of students in completing the field of study, especially the field of study of mathematics. Algorithm C4.5 is one method of data mining to predict students' ability in completing the field of study seen from the external factors of students. The C4.5 algorithm is used to find out the accuracy of the prediction ability of high school students. The feature selection parameters are the factors that affect the ability of high school students in the field of mathematics studies. Testing and analysis results show that the Decision Tree C4.5 algorithm is accurately applied to predict the final grade of high school students with a 60% accuracy rate.

Abstract

PDAM Surya Sembada Kota Surabaya is one of regional owned business unit which has responsibility in providing drinking water for Surabaya and its surrounding community. Therefore, PDAM conducts customer satisfaction surveys every year to improve the quality of service e in the company in order to foster satisfaction for its customers. In the process of implementing the customer satisfaction survey, PDAM experienced several obstacles such as in determining the sample data for survey respondents who still use manual calculations resulted in frequent miscalculation and input data, then in terms of cost PDAM have to incur additional costs because it uses the services of survey providers to distributing questionnaires and analyzing the results of questionnaires. The distribution of questionnaires is still done manually so that PDAM still have to provide questionnaire question in paper form. The distribution of questionnaires and analysis carried out by the survey service providers resulted in the large number of data manipulations. Based on the above problems, the solution that can be applied is to develop a computer-based customer satisfaction survey system that can assist in processing sample data, delivering effective and efficient questionnaires, and can provide reports of questionnaire analysis results quickly and accurately. The method used in the development is the waterfall method with the stages of requirements analysis, design, implementation and testing. System testing process using validation testing and compatibility testing. The results of the validation tests show the overall functional requirements can run well in accordance with the needs of users. And the results of compatibility testing show that the system works well on some different browsers.

Abstract

Application Permission is an application licensee type which appears before to installation process or update an application in smartphone. Many applications states that the permissions were installed to take some personal information of smartphone user. Smartphone user will be divided into two levels. Experienced smartphone user have tendency for not provide their personal information. While non-experienced smartphone user have tendency for provide their personal information. This research aims to analyze the difference understanding between the experienced and non-experienced smartphone users. It will analyze, what is the difference understanding between the experienced and non-experienced smartphone user towards installation process or update. Data collected from 200 Android user. The method that is used for analyzing is Independent Sample T-test and Regression Linear. The result of research is that there is significant difference understanding between experienced and non-experienced smartphone user.

Abstract

Traffic accidents are increasing from year to year according to the Badan Pusat Stastistika record from 1992 to 2003. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), it noted that nearly 3,400 people per day died due to traffic accidents. Surabaya is one of the metropolitan cities in Indonesia. Population growth is quite fast because the city of Surabaya is also the capital of East Java province. The system predicts the area of ​​frequent traffic accidents based on the parameters used such as the length of the road, the width of the volume body, the velocity, the number of lanes, the number of directions, the boundary / median, the plot access and the shoulder width by using linear regression optimized with the genetic algorithm. The genetic algorithm uses real numbers with 10 of gene chromosome lengths. The crossover method used by the extended intermediate crossover while the mutation uses random mutation, and the selection uses elitism selection. From the results of the experiments conducted to produce population is 125, the best combination of cr and mr is 0,6:0,4 and the best generation is 700. Comparison of error rate by showing a lower error value of 0,5% compared with regression Which results in an error value is 1,5%.
