Abstract

In a game of badminton, the coach plays an important role to give the athlete advises, and supervision during the game of badminton. A coach needs to know exactly the characters of their rival. To have a character means to have sense of adamancy, goodness, praiseworthiness, and dependability, and also have moral principles. Characteristics of players is important to know, because when in the current game the player already knows what to give to the athlete so that the athlete can win the game, in the implementation of the player feature can be seen from the action done in the field that has been done with the manual that is with the recording game , then a video recording and then write it a document that takes up to 3 hours 4 hours for one game. So it takes an application to fulfill the needs of the coaches and provide information and characteristics of the players on the field when the game is in progress. This application is made with the expectation that the coach can know the characteristics of the opponent and can provide referrals based on the statistics of the players when in field. This application was built using the iOS. In the calculations process, the characteristic classification using naive bayes which is a classification method that used the concept of opportunity, where it is assumed that each attribute example (data sample) are off to each other based on the class attributes. This method is chosen because it requires only a small amount of training data to estimate the parameters (average and variance of variables) required for classification. In this study, the results of the test using post-test study with the method of System Usability Scale is 86.5 which means entering into the category of certified-density on demand.

Abstract

AKA Milk is a public dairy cattle company that handling from the process of production to selling the cow's milk to customers. In order to maintain the quality of milk production, the cattle care and handling have been done routinely. However, in practice of the cattle care and handling, it has never been well-documented. Therefore, it's difficult to track the handling record or the current condition of the dairy cattle. In addition to cattle care, matters relating to milk selling are also not well-documented. While, a fact stated by Purwatiningsih and Kia (2018) that the identification and recording of dairy cattle can help farmers in managing the farm and ease the process of managing cattle raising. To overcome the above problems, a management information system of dairy cattle was built using the SDLC Prototyping method. At the stage of analysis and design, a model that can facilitate communication between developers and stakeholder is built in order to find the best solution in a form of a web-based information system. Models used for analysis and design stage includes use cases, use case scenarios, sequence diagrams, class diagrams, and entity relationship diagrams. The implementation will be carried out after stakeholders approve the design by creating a system using codeigniter framework. After the implementation phase done, the system will be tested using white box testing with cyclomatic complexity method and basis path testing. Black box testing will be used to continue the test using decision table method and compatibility testing using the single factor coverage method. The test results close to 100% valid indicates that the system can work optimally in supporting farm activities of AKA Milk which includes dairy cattle data management, care and milking activities, milk selling activities to financial management.

Abstract

Based on UU No. 20 tahun 2018 Tentang Pengelolaan Keuangan Desa pasal 72 village government must inform village finance to public, then the village government must make publication about village finance every year, to achieve it Ngawi regency government make a reporting about village finance to citizen and Badan Pembangunan Masyarakat dan Desa (BAPPEMASDESA). Village finance reporting to citizen carried out using billboards. Billboards has problem such broken, rainy, information not seen at night and etc. Bilboards make citizen go to village government office or BAPPEMASDESA for make complain about disinformation about Village finance reporting. Village in Ngawi regency in 2018 no one reported about Perubahan APBDesa and Realisasi APBDesa to citizen and BAPPEMASDESA. Previous E-Government website were still oriented to the government, that making people not getting information that was actually needed by government. Based this problem government created a system which has the main features finance reporting village consisting of APBDesa, Perubahan APBDesa and Realisasi APBDesa to citizen and BAPPEMASDESA and citizen complains. The system is made based on citizen centric which is based on the perspective of the citizen. The research begins with conducting requirement enginnering and literature study about citizen centric. The results of the requirement engineering get 53 functional requirements and 2 non-functional requirement, after carrying out requirement engineering, go to design phased and implementation phased. System developed by many language consists PHP (Laravel Framework), Javascript, HTML, CSS and MYSQL database. Implementation is complete followed by unit testing, and validation testing. The results of the test produce 100% valid it means all requirement was success implemented.

Abstract

Water is a source of life indispensable to living things, such as for daily necessities, transportation and as a source of energy such as for hydropower. Clean water is one type of water resource that has good quality and can be utilized by humans to be consumed or perform daily activities such as sanitation. Based on the problem given above, this research will make a tool that serves to clear and remove the acid content contained in water. This tool will work if the sensors in the water reservoir detect turbidity and acid levels. Data from the sensor will be processed by the microcontroller and will turn on the pump automatically if the turbidity is detected and the acid content is not appropriate. The value of the data on the sensor will be processed using the fuzzy method to get the output data in accordance with the results of data mapping to be executed by the actuator, this actuator is a pump that will deliver water to the filter. In the accuracy test of the sensor to determine the condition of this water is 94.21%. Based on examination of water purification system with turbid condition take time for approximately 7 hours, and at acid water condition this clarification process takes about 10 minutes by using alum as neutralizer for acid water condition. In the accuracy test of PWM on MATLAB aims to see the accuracy of the PWM value that can be seen on 20X4 LCD and compared with the value in MATLAB within the range of 0-255.

Abstract

In Riau Province, Pekanbaru City, in the accommodation category of housing rentals in 2012, experiencing rapid development due to the impact of the 2012 Pekan Olahraga Nasional (PON), communities competed to build properties such as hotels, homestays, boarding houses, condominiums, and guesthouses to meet the needs of migrants from outside Riau province. But in 2013 the use of these properties changed over from previously intended athletes, organizers, and spectators outside of the province which became massive people who wanted to work in Pekanbaru. So that small properties such as homestays and boarding houses are unable to compete with hotels that already have their own markets. Based on the problems that have been formulated above, a web-based software is developed, namely Homie. The purpose of this software is to create a market for the owners of residential rental properties where owners and customers of residential tenants can be reunited. From the results of this study twenty-two functional requirements and one non-functional requirement were obtained from the needs analysis stage, then architectural design, component design, database design, and interface design used to generate system implementation. Then in the testing phase the results of three unit tests, one integration test, and twenty-four validation tests that provide a 100% valid value are obtained. Then on compatibility testing the results are that Homie applications can run on 8 types of browsers including edge, firefox, safari, google chrome, iOS devices, and android devices.

Abstract

Population growth from year to year is increased sharply, this has a negative impact on daily food availability. Increasing food needs are inversely proportional to the availability of increasingly narrow land, this must be addressed immediately so that we can avoid a prolonged food crisis. Based on these problems, we need a media that can produce food by using less land, in this case we take the example of a greenhouse. In a previous study, made a mini greenhouse that can regulate the temperature by output adjusting fan speed. In this study, the input parameters used are the DHT11 temperature sensor, keypad, and RTC. Whereas the output of the system is to turn on the power in the form of fans for circulating air and cooling greenhouses and heaters to regulate the heat in the greenhouse. Fuzzy method is applied to the system to control the aquatic in the form of fans and heaters according to needs. There are 2 input variables used in this system, namely temperature with 5 membership functions, and humidity with 3 membership functions. For output, there are 2 variables, namely fan and heater variables, while for rule base it has 15 fuzzy rules. From the test results, the system can work well with the results of fuzzy accuracy reaching 100%. This proves that the system works well in managing automation in the greenhouse.

Abstract

Being healthy is a very important thing for human life. Healthy or not a person can affect to them daily activities. In Indonesia, many people who get minimal health handling. It coused by many factors. Some of these factors, such as for people live at the village, the distance between health center is not always close to their residence and for people who live in the city, sometimes don't have time to queue in hospitals or don't get good service from hospitals. Telehealth system can solve health problem handling in Indonesia. Using a telehealth system can help people get closer to their doctors or save time on illness or health care consultations. The result of the development of this telehealth system is the function of consultation with doctor in the form of real-time chatbox where users don't need to reload the page to get the consultation reply. There is also an automatic disease diagnosis function by using a dempster-shafer method where users can diagnose the disease based on symptoms experienced and some other support functions. Requirement functional testing where using whitebox and blackbox testing give result in a 100% success rate. As well as for Non-functional requirement testing of security, compatibility, and performance that is done by using some tools give result in 100% success rate too. Abstract

In recent years, Snort and Suricata have become based open source IDS which are progressing rapidly. However, there has been a problem among users to select both IDS in the case of TCP SYN Flood attack detection. Previous researches have compared both IDS in terms of POD and Social Engineering attacks on a sophisticated scope. Therefore, this study will be conducted within the scope of a single core and an apple-to-apple scenario.There are three methods that have been applied to the test environment. These methods are launching packets with normal traffic and bad traffic. Another method is to combine the two traffic and launch it into the research environment. The use of these three methods aims to determine the performance of IDS Snort and IDS Suricata in dealing with TCP SYN Flood attacks. The parameters to be tested in this research are detection accuracy, detection rate, detection effectiveness and use of system resources.Methods such as calculating percentage accuracy and standard deviation calculations are used to analyzing and discussing the results obtained in this test. From the discussion it was found that Snort IDS excel in aspects such as detection accuracy, detection speed and detection effectiveness. However, IDS Suricata is more efficient in resource usage compared to Snort IDS.

Abstract

The Department of Communication and Informatics of Sidoarjo Regency was given authority by the Regent Regulation Number 46 the year 2018 to become a GCIO (Government Chief Information Officer) who has the task of assisting the Regent one of them in managing the government data. Construction of Data Warehouse to fulfill the needs of the regent will government data still felt less because the data stored cannot be presented and the regent still relies on the old system that takes quite a long time. Based on the problem, an executive information system of Dashboard E-Government based website to meet the needs of the regent in accessing the government data from the data warehouse that has been processed and presented automatically by the system. Development of this system using the rational method Unified Process. Research has been conducted to produce an analysis of needs, system design, implementation and testing of systems. System tested using several testing methods namely validation testing, compatibility testing, and user acceptance testing. The test results of this system indicate that the system is running well in accordance with the requirements that have been made and make it easier for the Bupati to access government data and follow up on the data that has been presented on the e-Government dashboard executive information system.

Abstract

Kuranji Karya Mandiri is one of the premier furniture manufacturers and commerce in Indonesia. CV. Kuranji Karya Mandiri has never implemented a computer-based information system in doing employee and payroll records. This has the potential to lead to misinformation because of employees who cheat in attendance and employment information. CV. An independent work requires an information system that can help companies manage data. Based on these problems, the research designed a user interface of the payroll application in a human centered design method (HCD). HCD is a method that involves humans as users in every stage of the design process. The stages of this study include defining context by observation, interviews and literacy studies, defining user requirements through business and use case models, producing design solutions through navigation design and prototypes that suit usability guidelines, evaluating the design with brainwashing focus groups to ensure user's suitability to interface and to improve design solutions. The results of the FGD evaluation are standard for improving design solutions in accordance with that which has been agreed with FGD participants. Improving the prototype became the result of this study with the goal of demonstrating a solution for delivery of the payday information with a level of leverage appropriate to the context of use.
