Abstract

Flood is when the volume of water continues to increase and then inundate the surrounding land. Flooding occurs when the intensity of rain is high. To anticipate flooding, it is necessary to have an information system that in real time provides information on flood status. Internet of things or IoT can send, receive, and process flood information. The flood early warning system applies Weather API, HC-SR04 sensor, FC-37 module, and YF-S201 sensor. The sensor and Weather API on the system must be able to work together. RTOS or real time operating system provides multitasking and scheduling features to run multiple programs simultaneously. With the RTOS task on the system can be scheduled based on its priority. Virtuino is an Android-based application whose job is to display flood warnings and status. The system test results is sensor FC-37 and YF-S201 has a percentage error of 0%, the FC-37 Module can measure rainfall intensity according to its limits, the Weather API has a percentage of weather reading errors of 13%, all tasks are executed with an average of 8996.75ms and does not exceed the time limit, and the Virtuino Application takes 2.3 seconds to access and display the flood status.

Abstract

Wifi.id Corner (wico) is a public facility of innovation from Telkom in the form of a place that provides internet access with high speed up to 100 Mbps. Currently, the determination of the location of Wifi.id Corner Telkom Kediri is done based on the consideration of the parties and managers of Wireless Broadband Division (DWB). So often have difficulty in determining the feasibility of installation location Wifi.id Corner from several proposed locations. This is due to the difficulty to determine the feasibility of location and which location can provide maximum benefits for the community and for Telkom Kediri. In determining the feasibility of Wifi.id Corner location there are 4 criteria by the company. There are the availability of network, users crowded, location type and density of Wifi.id Corner around the location. To solve this problem used Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) methods. PSO is used to optimize the value of comparison matrix weight in AHP. The length of the used dimension is 6. Where each dimension value represents the comparative value of each criteria in the comparison matrix. In this research used 50 data location of Wifi.id Corner Telkom Kediri. From the test results obtained by the average fitness value of 0,94 with parameters of threshold value of 0,018, size of particles is 250 and number of iteration is 10 so that the obtained accuracy is 94%.

Abstract

General election has become a routinity for Indonesian citizen. To hold a general election the government need to spend a lot of money . on 2014 Indonesia goverment was spent 24,1 trilion rupiah to hold general election on that year. On the other hand the increasing number of Android-based smartphone sales is continue to increase year by year. With the high number of android based smartphone sales can be use to a solution to reduce costs of hold a general election with changing the conventional election E-Votting with smartphone android. As we know that Indonesia election apply the “LUBERJURDIL” principle that means Indonesia election is direct, public, independent, confidential, honest and fair. To meet the needs of confidential principle, we need a system that can make sure the data of election are secret. Combination of grain algorithm as data encryption and SHA-3 algorithm as data hashing is the best way to secure the data. Grain can give confidentiality aspect because make the data cant read by everyone while SHA-3 give integrity aspect to participants because the data cant changed by everyone. From testing that have done before, both algorithms give 153 ms of time processing and 96,4% score of avalanche effect.

Abstract

E-Government is the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in the field of government. The policy of using e-Government is contained in the Instruction of the President of the Republic of Indonesia No. 3 of 2003 concerning national policies and strategies in the development of e-Government. The use of ICT in the government process (e-Government) itself will be able to increase the effectiveness, efficiency, transparency and accountability of governance. Batam City's Office of Communication and Information (Diskominfo) applies the concept of e-Government by building an online public complaints service called APEKESAH. Until now, there have been found several problems with services such as: (1) 43.75% of users experience problems with existing features in APEKESAH services; (2) 87.5% of users experienced problems on the appearance of the APEKESAH website, and (3) 62.5% of users experienced problems with service promises that were not met. To determine the quality of an e-Government service, a digital service quality evaluation model that is specific to the e-Govenrment domain called e-Govqual can be chosen and to measure the level of community satisfaction with performance and expectations of the community, the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method is used. . From the results of the study, there are 4 attributes of e-Govqual which are in the Science A Quadrant which states that there are 4 attributes that have high expectations but the performance is low. Therefore, a recommendation was made to correct these attributes so that the APEKESAH service is expected to meet the expectations of its users

Abstract

Cycling has become one of the few favorite sports activities for many city dwellers in Indonesia. Cycling is the activity of pedaling on a bicycle with a certain rhythm. One of the cities with a significant amount of cyclists is Malang City, located in the province of East Java. However, for certain individuals, such as youngsters, have had difficulty finding cycling routes in Malang city. An application that recommends cycling routes is capable of providing cycling routes based on a user's preference.The cycling route recommendation application in Malang city is designed using the TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method which used criteria such as the distance of a cycling route, traveling time of the route, and difficulty of the terrain and implemented on an Android operating system. The application underwent three testing methods which were blackbox testing, algorithm validation testing and usability testing. Blackbox testing is the process of observing if the system output is the same as the intended output. The results from the blackbox method resulted in a 100% score, which is the equivalent of all functionalities fulfilling expectations. Testing the algorithm validation from testing is intended to compare the results of the system output with manual calculations. Testing the algorithm validation in this study produces a value of 100% or the system output is the same as manual calculation. Whereas the usability is tested thru the system's interface which was tested by users. The usability testing method resulted in a score of 84,5 from a predetermined scale (have grade B) and is equivalent to stating that the system was given a high score by the users.

Abstract

Ruangguru is the largest and most comprehensive technology company in Indonesia focusing on education based services. The company was founded in 2014 by Belva Devara and Iman Usman. Later in 2016, Ruangguru launched a mobile application that useful for distance learning thus providing easy access for its users. The users of this application itself are students of Elementary, Junior High, and High School. However, in the application of technology and information especially in the product based mobile/smartphone application to the community, always have a diverse assessment of the application product. Therefore, the community always prioritizes quality content and the accuracy of the information presented. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to know the quality of Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease of Use, Timelines in the Ruangguru apps based on user experience with End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method. Data collection is obtained from the dissemination of questionnaires then conducted descriptive analysis and importance performance analysis (IPA) method which assesses the performance of Ruangguru apps based on the importance of each existing variable. The population characteristics in this study are users of Ruangguru itself focused on Elementary, Junior High, and High School students with sampling techniques using random sampling amounting to 100 respondents.

Abstract

Generally, testing consist of 3 phase,specifically generate test case, execute test case, and evaluate the testing result. Software testing is a process that expend a lot in both time and resources. One way to reduce the time and resources is by automate the test case generation. Test case can be derived from use case scenario. This kind of test case is called black-box test case. Use case scenario has many different formats, this paper will use the Cockburn format. In order to transform the use case scenario. This research use natural language processing and EFSM (Extended Finite State Machine) model. Natural language processing will be used for generating activity table. The activity table will modeled with EFSM and tranversed to produce a test case. This research will develop the tool using java that allows the tools to run on platform that supports JRE (Java Runtime Environment). The tools is tested using unit testing, integration testing, and validation testing. Unit and integration will be conducted with whitebox method, while validation testing is done using black-box method. The tool can generate test case from 20 use case scenario in less than 120 seconds.

Abstract

Google Maps is a popular navigation system on mobile devices with over 1 billion user downloads on Play Store. One of the key features in Google Maps is direction, that can provide travel route. However, in determining travel routes, Google Maps makes use of the listed roadmap causing the available routes not necessarily to take into account the applicable rules and provide the shortest route of a place, including within the Brawijaya University. Therefore, it is necessary that the Aplikasi Mobile Struktur Data Graf can create a special travel graph data structure for the Brawijaya University environment so that it can be implemented to determine the closest route that follow the rules in Brawijaya University. This app serves to insert Point on the map and build a graph that can function as a travel route. Application developed by using Software Development Lifecycle Incremental Model, where each development is divided into increment to simplify the application development. Application development is designed using an object-oriented approach that is represented using UML (Unified Modeling Languange). This application has been successfully completed through 2 increment, increment 1 and increment 2. In increment 1, the application has fulfilled the functionality to create the graph data structure in Brawijaya University, while in increment 2, the application has fulfilled the functionality to implement the graph data strutur with the algorithm Djikstra to determine the closest route. Application in each increment has been tested using White Box Testing method using Base Path Testing technique for unit testing and Black Box Testing method for validation testing with 100% success.

Abstract

In an highly competitive of the banking world, Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) trying to provide several services that can support customer needs, for example, BNI Mobile Banking. BNI Mobile Banking provides convenience services for making multiple transactions from a smartphone. However, there were usability problems discovered through observation and interviews including difficulties in finding proof of transaction, there is no period when entering numbers and some service menus are not in match with the type of service. Therefore, it is necessary to do research with three stages of research. the first stage does initial testing to measure the learnability metric, efficiency metric, error metric and satisfaction metric obtained using two methods there are Usability Testing and System Usability Scale (SUS). the second stage provides recommendations for improvement based on the results of the interview and follows the rules of google material design guidelines. the third stage does test the recommendations for improvements that have been made and compares the measurement results of usability metrics with the measurement results of usability metrics on the initial test. The recommendations for improvements can provide an increase in learnability metrics from 68% to 88%, an increase in efficiency metrics from 0.01 goals/sec to 0.05 goals/sec, a decrease in metric errors from 30% to 5% and an increase in satisfaction metrics from 62.67 to 74.25.

Abstract

The Department of Communication and Information of Sidoarjo is a government agency whose task is to carry out authority in the field of communication and informatics. The field that handles IT governance namely the field of information development. Based on interviews, observation and questionnaires there were several problems, like not optimal system maintenance in applications that are in the process of development, and the lack of SDM in IT knowledge so that when IT infrastructure maintenance involves a third part, and the lack of optimal IT resource procurement is indicated by the selection qualifications of partners who are not yet on target. Based on results obtained, the average value of the maturity level for Plan and Organize domain (PO) is 2.3 (repeatable level) and Acquire and Implement (AI) is worth 2.28 (repeatable level). Diskominfo Sidoarjo needs to make efforts to increase the maturity so that the current maturity level value is obtained as expected. Some recommendations were generated such as, increasing human resources which still lack knowledge in the IT field, endorsing and disseminating guidelines for software maintenance with district district authorities at Diskominfo Sidoarjo.
