Abstract

Autoworkys is a web-based back-office system developed by PT. Prima Berkat Gemilang to serve automotive companies the requirements in performing their operational activities. Autoworkys system has been used in various automotive companies that are spread throughout Indonesia, including Dipo Angkasa Motor, Eurokars Indonesia PT, Indonesian Jeep Station, etc. Based on the observations there are problems, that are the sparepart input form can not do a search for the description but the keyword id, so the user must input the keyword id as many as 10 digits and when creating a new user there is no command to input a password, the two problems are not in accordance with the principle of heuristic evaluation, namely help and documentation and recognition rather than recall. Given the large number of customers and the problems that the autoworkys system has, it is necessary to evaluate the system's usability. The methods used to evaluate the system's usability are Nielsen heuristic which involves IT experts and John Broke System Usability Scale (SUS) which involves user perceptions. The result of heuristic evaluation showed 53 problems with the most problems found on the H7 (Flexibility and efficiency of use) and the System Usability Scale showed a value of 67,25 which means “OK” for the adjective ratings and “D” for the grade scale. The autoworksys design improvement is done based on the guidelines and expert insight. The result showed a decrement from 53 problems to 1 problem and the System Usability Scale result showed an increment from 67,25 to 86,25 which means “EXCELLENT” for the adjective ratings and “B” for the grade scale.

Abstract

Employee performance is a factor that influences the results to be achieved by a company. The effort are made to achieve the target of the Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Consumer Collection & Remedial Division (CCRD) division on employee performance is to assess employee performance. This study aims to apply the algorithm Analytic Hierarchy Process with Weighted Product method, and test the accuracy of recommendations for determining the best employee of the BTN CCRD division. The basic method used in this research is the AHP-WP method. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method in this study will be used for weighting criteria and followed by the Weighted Product (WP) method to calculate the alternative value of each of the criteria and provide a sequence of recommendations for employees. This system uses 60 data which form the basis of calculations with 10 test data in each position with as many as 6 positions, namely ST, STC, AFC, TLFC, CS, and BC. The application of the AHP-WP method is to determine the recommendations of the best employees of the BTN bank by using assessment criteria such as shifting, damming, restructuring, ICOLL input, assessment 1, assessment 2 and assessment 3, and each position has different criteria. The results of this study indicate that the design of employee recommendation systems using the Analytic Hierarchy Process with Weighted Product method with the system java programming language running well, with the results in accordance with the manualization calculation and obtained the highest correlation closeness which is 1, which means perfect correlation and the lowest 0.5, which means a quite thightly correlation with each of the 5 top ranking and 5 lastly data in testing.

Abstract

Medication safety is a term to describe safety precautions from drug use. Medication safety prevents deaths that were caused by drugs that were prescribed wrongly. One of the main causes of wrongly prescribing a drug is the pharmacist not being able to read a doctor's instruction which is not standardized. Such problems can be overcome by using e-prescription, which can be utilized by doctor's and other medical staff to prescribe and send the prescription. However, there are risks of forgery and denial of the e-prescription. Therefore, a security mechanism needs to be installed on the e-prescription to guarantee integrity, authentication, and non-repudiation, which is in the form of a digital signature. This research will explain the design, implementation, security, and performance of the Android based e-prescription using the Digital Signature Algoritm method and SHA-1 as a hash function. The research results test the integrity aspect using a brute force, collision attack, and birthday attack. However, the integrity aspect could not be fulfilled, because the hash function being used which was SHA-1, was very vulnerable to the previously mentioned attack types. To ensure the authentication and non-repudiation aspect, a test was conducted and both aspects were fulfilled. The process of forming and verifying the signature required 6.36963 ms and 11,79276 ms respectively. The implementation of the digital signature on the e-prescription using DSA in this research was considered a success in the authentication and non-repudiation aspects.

Abstract

In various activities, people need goods which don't have to be purchased but can be fulfilled by renting. But the lack of information about rental services, makes renter have to do research to find the proper options of rental service according to their references. Besides that, the process of renting and recording orders by manually or bookkeeping could causes several problems. As a result, determining the rental schedule is difficult, slow in accessing data leases, moreover could make the data to be lost. Web portal is able to integrate and support the specific types of applications such as e-commerce. This easiness helps the services to user become more efficient. By combining the concept of web portal with the business process of rental services, the RentPal application was developed as a platform to bridge the rental services with renter. A filter function will be added to the renter by giving a rating based on the goods that return well and on time. This is intended as a preventive action to reduce fraud committed by tenants. Software development of RentPal using a prototyping design model and has been tested with unit testing, integration testing and validation testing which produces 100% valid for 60 test cases, and usability testing which produces a value of 79% and Cronbach's alpha value of 0,9 (excellent).

Abstract

Lima Sekawan Marine Group is a National Shipping company that conducts planning activities by analyzing and evaluating ship trips from one port to another. During the planning process to evaluate ship trips in a comparison between data trip planning and trip reports, it is still done manually, using Excel. In manual data management, these are several problems namely, data is difficult to read, data is not quickly updated, and data is poorly stored properly. Required for several divisions that require analyzing the data, data is more quickly accepted. Therefore PT. Lima Sekawan Marine Grup needs to optimize the management of travel data analysis in one voyage with a website-based ship travel information system. This information system was built to assist operational divisions in carrying out boat trip planning (trip planning) and ship trip reporting (trip reporting). Then it can help other divisions in obtaining ship evaluation data, complete and accurate. This system can also assist in the process of ordering ships or shipping charters. This web-based information system, in its implementation, uses the MVC (Model View Controller) pattern. In this study, testing was divided into unit testing, validation testing, and compatibility testing.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology has an important meaning in building the quality of library services. The website is an information media and electronic-based promotion that is expected as an effort to provide services at the Bung Karno Proclamator Library UPT. The presence of this study is to measure the quality of website services using the webqual 4.0 instrument based on 3 dimensions (usability, information quality, and service interaction quality), then analyzed using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Furthermore, in the end it can be known that services must be repaired, and services that are in accordance with the needs of its users. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire which set 100 respondents. The results of the quality analysis of the Bung Karno UPT Library Library Website have a degree of conformity of 76%, which means that the quality of services provided is not satisfactory. While the gap value (GAP) is -0.81, which means that the quality of website performance still does not meet user expectations. Then the results of the IPA Quadrant analysis are recommended to need improvements that are focused on the first quadrant and third quadrant, then based on the 3 dimensions that exist in Webqual 4.0, among others, from usability dimensions related to the improvement of information content and Website appearance. Secondly, the dimensions of information quality need to be corrected for the accuracy of information, and detailed information. Third, from the dimension of interaction, improvements need to be made to the personalization space, ease of interaction with the Institute, and promised services.

Abstract

The service of public innovation is a government effort to serve the community in organizing its government. The service is packaged in the form of electronic government which can be called E-Government. With the existence of electronic-based governance, it is expected to facilitate and overcome some of the existing problems, one of which is a problem regarding the transparency of funds related to grants and social assistance activities carried out in Bogor Regency. Based on various problems that have occurred, this indirectly lies behind the Bogor Regency government to carry out an innovation to improve the management of grants and social assistance. In this study will implement an innovation in the form of a website that is engaged in the field of E-Government related to public innovation services aimed at submitting proposals for proposed activities along with the amount of funds. The method used in this research is using Rapid Application Development. The web will be implemented using the CodeIgniter framework using the PHP and Javascript programming languages. This research resulted in an application that could conduct an examination of the examinations which would later be submitted, the provision of funding recommendations, the regent's approval and monitoring evaluation. The system is specifically used in the scope of Bogor Regency. The existence of this system is expected to help the process of proposing activity proposals related to grant activities and social assistance to be more efficient and effective, transparency of accountability of activities that are clearer and also tracked and the amount of funds given based on recommendations given by the operator and can be done monitoring related to the activities that have been running and the funds used. For functional testing using two methods, namely Whitebox testing and Black Box.

Abstract

Married is activity that everyone will do someday when they grown up. Based on Badan Pusat Statistik's data on 2015 there's 1.958.394 couples who had married in Indonesia, in East Java itself, there's 313.150 couples who had married and had recorded. It's a lot of number if its compared to a number of all couples who had married in Indonesia. The marriage itself, has an aim to unite two persons in marriage vows. Theres must be a wedding ceremony to celebrate that marriage. That wedding ceremony have some kind of variant that based on the tradition, tribe, the habit and the religion of the couple. So the couple wants the wedding ceremony be the unforgetable one. In wedding ceremony, theres banquets for the guests, decorations, make up for the bride and the groom and the gifts. But, theres a lot of couples that hard to arrange their time to find the right vendor or wedding organizer that suit their wedding's theme and to arrange the wedding ceremony. Beside, information about the vendor or wedding organizer are difficult to find, because of the lack of promotion. So, that's why this research are made to develop a system to connect the vendor with the couples. There's 2 platform in this system, that are in website and mobile. For the vendor, they can access the website platform to input detail information about their bussiness. For the couple, they can access the mobile platform to search and get information about vendor. While developing this system, the researcher use the Restful Webservice method to share data between that platform, so the system can't directly access the data in database. And the system access data from API that it provided in JSON form.

Abstract

The Communication and Information Agency (KOMINFO) of Sidoarjo Regency is a government service located in Sidoarjo Regency, which is engaged in communication and informatics and provides public services by utilizing information technology. Related to the importance of information security, the Ministry of Communication and Information issued the Republic of Indonesia Minister of Communication and Information Minister Regulation Number 4 of 2016 concerning Information Security Management System to support the implementation of information security management systems in government agencies, therefore as a service that provides information and uses information technology in its services, an evaluation of the level of information security is needed. In this study the evaluation was conducted with a questionnaire instrument based on Indeks Keamanan Informasi (KAMI) to determine the level of completeness and maturity of information security in five areas, governance, risk management, frameworks, asset management, and technology. From the results of the evaluation it can be seen that at the completeness level get a score of 334 and the average level of information security maturity is at level II. From this, it can be stated that the Sidoarjo Regency Communication and Information Agency needs improvement to carry out ISO27001 certification. These results form the basis of making recommendations obtained from the results of a comparison between Indeks KAMI and ISO27001 controls. One recommendation given is the risk management procedure for non-compliance corrective actions based on control A.18.2.

Abstract

Malang Night Paradise is a tourist attraction and family entertainment place in Malang City that offers 2 main entertainment parks which contains lantern gardens and dinosaur parks. Malang Night Paradise provides service support through social networking and website usage. The background of the problem found is based on the results of the analysis of the initial data from researchers, stakeholders, and real users to produce findings that match the usability and interface problems. This analysis shows the symptoms of usability problems that need to be evaluated referring to 3 aspects, namely effectiveness, efficiency, and user satisfaction based on the quality of information and interface and consideration of the improvement of interface in the form of solution design. Overall, this research uses Human Centered Design (HCD) method. To support usability evaluation, a Post-Study System Usability Questionnaire (PSSUQ) questionnaire was used to measure usability aspects of user satisfaction and qualitative data requirements. The guidelines in the form of design reference used in this research is the Health and Human Services (HHS) guidelines. This research resulted an increase usability values from the initial design to the design of the solution so that the evaluation of usability can be declared successful. The average value of effectiveness obtained from the initial design was 42.85% then the design of the solution increased to 100%. The average efficiency value obtained from the initial design was 41.18%, then the design solution increased to 100%. The average value of user satisfaction from the initial design in the percentage obtained was 41.50%. Then in the design of the solution increased to 92.19%.
