Abstract

T-shirt screen printing is a printing technique above t-shirt using a tool called a ‘screen' or commonly called a ‘screen printing film'. T-shirt screen printing services nowadays have developed to become a promising business because of more needs from society. Nalar Industries, Trilogy Screen printing, and Mixone are a few examples of t-shirt screen printing companies in Malang which can produce about 100 to 150 t-shirts per day. In their development, these companies find the problems in several things such as order process, production management, and financial records. Therefore, a website-based company management system was created to managing the order process, managing the production, and recording the financial with more effective and efficient. The development of this system uses the prototyping method because user's requrements haven't been clearly identified. Requirement analysis of this research produces 4 actors, 30 functional requirements, and 1 non-functional requirement. The software testing uses some strategies, such as unit testing, integration testing, and validation testing. Based on the result of the software testing obtained prove that the system runs as expected. Besides that, there is compatibility testing that prove the system runs as well in various browsers and devices.

Abstract

Fresh Food Indo is a company engaged in livestock agribusiness. There are several problems that affect a company's performance, one of which is the recording of goods data is still done by writing it on paper. Therefore, an effective and efficient product management information system is needed to be able to improve business processes at PT. Fresh Food Indo. The research method use Rational Unified Process (RUP). In the inception phase, it do as-is modeling and proposed business process modeling (to-be). The results of the analysis of business processes as-is obtained sales business processes and addition of goods and for the results of to-be analysis obtained sales business processes, addition of goods, and return of damaged goods. In the elaboration phase, requirements analysis and system design were carried out which produced 26 functional requirements and 1 non-functional requirement. In the construction phase is to implement and test the system. System implementation produces a web-based Product Management Information System. Validation testing does 17 tests with all valid results. Compatibility testing produces a product management system that has no problems. The last phase is the transition phase where this phase is tested by User Acceptance Testing (UAT). UAT results on the five respondents included the criteria of "Strongly Agree", so it can be concluded that the five users strongly agree with the existence of a product management information system.

Abstract

Ambulance is a vehicle equipped with medical equipment to transport sick person or accident victims. Ambulance tracking is needed to determine the location of the ambulance. Therefore ambulance tracking system is built to track the location of the ambulance. In this system an android application is used to send ambulance data, a web server to receive ambulance data and an android application for patients. Ambulance entity sends data to the data receiver center to store the location of the ambulances and find nearest ambulance to the patient. Data transmission between data sender and the data receiver used publish/subscribe communication method. The results of accuracy testing of distance determination with haversine formula is 99.88810212129279 and the average error is 0.1118978787072161%. The response time for sending data from the publisher to the subscriber has an average time of 880.2 milliseconds. Response time sending requests from the patient's android application to the web server with 1000 ambulance data in the database has an average response time of 70.06666667 milliseconds, 2000 ambulance data has an average response time of 109.6206897 milliseconds, 3000 ambulance data has an average the average response time was 143.7 milliseconds, 4000 ambulance data had an average response time of 187.9666667 milliseconds, and 5000 ambulance data had an average response time of 238.2 milliseconds.

Abstract

Hayunanto Medical Center Special Hospital is a special hospital that focuses on mental health rehabilitation and drug dependency rehabilitation services in Malang. One of the health services that requires a fast flow of information at this hospital, especially in the inpatient department. However, the implementation of data collection continues to occur in documents or forms which are then stored only with a sheet of paper in the folder making data sorting too long, so the effect on the data discovery process takes so long, because patient data is not stored in storage memory. In the application of a manual system, it will be difficult to control because the processing is carried out by humans, so the occurrence of errors will be even greater, such as the occurrence of repeated recording or data redundancy. This system was created using the Rational Unified Process (RUP) method which includes the stages of inception, elaboration, construction, and transition. Inpatient information system has been made with the results of validation tests to test functional systems produce 100% valid and compatibility tests to test non-functional requirements obtained by 2 critical problems in 2 applications. User Acceptance Testing conducted with 5 correspondents from each user shows the inpatient service information system can still be well received by the user.

Abstract

Work Plan Program of Inserted Transformer and Support Network in Investment Budget Worksheet is an investment job proposal to propose inserted transformer and support network at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Malang. PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Malang has been managing the proposal data of such work plan program manually using Microsoft Office Excel with separated data support. It causes duplication on the proposal data after being checked and revised, difficulties to change the price of construction which has undergone uncertain revision. Further, the Customer Service Unit (ULP) doesn't always know the progress of the submitted proposal. Investment Budget Worksheet Management system for Work Plan Program of Inserted Transformer and Support Network has been developed as a solution to solve such problems. The system was developed in a web-based platform and a waterfall development model. This system is expected to help PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Malang in managing the proposal data of Work Plan Program of Inserted Transformer and Support Network. This system has been tested using white-box testing technique for unit and integration testings, and black-box testing technique for validation testing. Unit and integration testings has been done on 3 samples method and passed validation testing on 54 functional requirements which give valid results.

Abstract

Traditional cakes are one of the cultural products that deserve to be treated equally like other cultural assets, including by acknowledging them and preserving their existence. One way is to reintroduce traditional food through digital image processing technology. Taking an image allows us to get the information contained in it. Image segmentation is a technique developed to extract information contained in images which can be used as a reference source. This study proposes the application of traditional cake image segmentation using otsu thresholding method in the CIE LAB color space as extraction of color features. RGB images are used as initial images which are converted into LAB images, each LAB channel then converted into an otsu image. The results of the otsu thresholding image will be compared with the image of ground truth. The results of the study showed that the test values on groundtruth images have different effects on spesific colour of each channel. Of the three channels tested, channel A has the highest accuracy value of 89.65% as well as its specificity and sensitivity values of 87.825 and 95.818%. This indicates that channel A is a channel that can be used on common objects for segmentation with good results than L and B channels.

Abstract

How easy access to learning media in a smartphone will make students often accessing the available media to increase students learning interest and learning results. "Pemrograman Dasar Portabel" is an Android learning media that is developed for improving learning interest and learning result at SMK Negeri 5 Malang. This media is developed with waterfall method because of clear needs. This media is made using Adobe After Effect for the learning materials and Android Studio for the application. The result from the research shows that the learning interest of students after using the media shows the value of 83,2 that shows a high category, in detail, there are seventeen students or 68% have very high learning interest, seven students or 28% have high learning interest and one student or 4% have low learning interest. Students learning results in the pre-test have a mean value of 45,6 and the post-test has a result of 73,6. Based on the Wilcoxon test result, a found value of 0,000 which means the improvement of the learning result after using media is improved significantly.

Abstract

Martial arts are a method by which individuals can protect themselves from increased danger. There are several types of martial arts in Indonesia, both original Indonesian martial arts, namely pencak silat or various important martial arts from other countries such as karate, judo, taekwondo, and capoeira. Martial arts venues in Malang are scattered in several districts, along with the times of the type of martial arts are also increasingly diverse. With so many types and places of martial arts, it arises for people who want to practice to choose a martial arts place in accordance with their wishes. Application recommendations for martial arts practice sites have been built on previous research, but only for single users, whereas in reality the selection of martial arts practice sites is sometimes done not alone and done in groups. So we need an Android-based mobile application that can recommend martial arts practice sites in Malang that are in accordance with user criteria and are done in groups. Application recommendation for martial arts practice sites in Malang is designed with an Android-based Group Decision Support System and Location Based Services using TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) and Borda algorithms with criteria in the form of distance between users and martial arts practice sites, training costs in one month, and the amount of exercise time in one week. The results of testing the application using Blackbox are worth 100% and the functionality is declared valid. Other tests conducted are algorithm validation testing, where testing is done by comparing the outputs of the system with manual calculations. The results of the application output and manual calculations are 100%, and usability testing, where testing is done to determine the quality of the software interface. The application usability test results got a value of 73.5 indicating a Good rating for the adjective rating and grade B- on percentile rank, so it is stated that the application can be accepted by the user.

Abstract

Outdoor exercise is exercise that is done outdoors. Outdoor exercise is very good for mind and body. The problem that often occurs when it comes to exercising outdoor is bad weather. In addition, we need to pay attention to the right time because the ray of the sun does not always nourish the body. As a result of these problems make people lazy to exercise. Based on this problem, researcher had developed a mobile application that can provide outdoor exercise schedule to the user. Application was developed by using Waterfall method which is one of the approaches to Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). In this application Location Based Service (LBS), Dark Sky API, and Android Alarm Manager are implemented. In system testing, researcher used black box and usability testing. The result of black box testing is 100% valid. System Usability Scale (SUS) method was used in Usability Testing which obtained a score of 77. From the result of the score, the application is in the category of acceptability Acceptable, grade C, and adjective rating Good.

Abstract

As a form of government responsibilities and services to the citizen through the implementation of e-gov, the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Jember developed the Service Information System (SIP) website as a step to realize a good governance. The aim is to increase efficiency, comfort and ease of accessibility of services to the community. This research is conducted in order to assess the quality of SIP service using the e-GovQual framework and the goal is to get the priority of developing website. This research is a quantitative research involving 100 respondents. There are 21 statements representing the attributes of the e-GovQual dimension. Those were tested using Cronbach's α. The data was processed using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) to get the main factors that affect each dimension of e-GovQual. From the average value of communalities for each dimension, it is known that the highest priority lies in Citizen Support (0.739); followed by Trust (0.670); Reliability (0.627); and Efficiency (0.587).
