Abstract

The National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) is one of the institutions tasked with tackling disasters in Indonesia. BNPB is a government institution that has a main mandate as an organizer of disaster management through the functions of coordination, command and implementation. Based on regulation from President 8/2008 on the establishment of BNPB, placing BNPB as a non-departmental technical institution led by a minister-level head. In handling emergencies during disasters BNPB has a deputy for disaster emergency handling, whose task is to handle disasters. BNPB is an institution that requires an information system to help data collection and data recapitulation and services at BNPB. Because to make the right decision, the government needs fast and accurate data sometime after the disaster. The Ward and Peppard methods are used in this study, because they are adapted to the conditions of the organization. The Ward and Peppard method is a process of identifying a portfolio of Computer-based SI applications that will support the organization in implementing a business plan and realizing its business goals. In Ward and Peppard's method will help writers in analyzing the internal and external environment of the company's business, analysis of internal and external environment systems and information technology (IS / IT) so that the goals expected by BNPB's Deputy for Emergency Management.

Abstract

An assessment of the maturity level of IT governance in the application of information technology using the COBIT 4.1 framework specifically domain Acquire and Implementation case studies at PT. Samudra Sarana Logistik. COBIT (Control Objective for Information and Related Technology) Version 4.1 is one of the most widely used IT Governance standard frameworks. This research is focused on one main COBIT domain, namely Acquire and Implementation (AI) at PT. Samudra Sarana Logistik, the research method consists of observation, interviews and data analysis using the COBIT Version 4.1 framework. The results of the evaluation of the measurement of the Maturity level of AI 1 is at level 2 (Repeatable but Intuitive), Maturity level of AI 2 is at level 2 (Repeatable but Intuitive), Maturity level of AI ​3 is at level 2 (Repeatable but Intuitive), Maturity level of AI 4 is at the level 5 (Optimized), Maturity level of AI 5 is at level 3 (Defined), Maturity level of AI 6 is at level 1 (Initial / Ad Hoc), and the maturity level of AI 7 is at level 2 (Repeatable but Intuitive). From differences that arise in the gap analysis, the results of the gap analysis can be make 11 recommendations which will help the company in increasing the level of maturity to be achieved.

Abstract

In chicken farming one of the things that needs to be considered is the process of feeding and drinking so that the chicken has good meat quality for public consumption as well as nutritious feeding. Because it is necessary to design tools that can feed and drink automatically, in feeding and drinking is done at the same time as drinking is carried out at a certain time based on a Real Time Clock that can pass the time under real conditions. Abstract

Smart home technology is important to implement, but many smart devices can influence data exchanges between nodes, impacting communication performance between nodes or to the Internet on smart home devices. Therefore, the application of fog computing to handle Internet access constraints. While nRF24l01 can be applied to handle data exchange between nodes. The research consists of two sensor nodes, one sink/gateway node, and one fog node. The diffuser focuses on the performance measurements of nRF24l01 in the Fog computing environment, the parameters measured in the form of delay, throughput, packet loss and RTT (round trip-time) and time variation of delivery to the cloud. In this study the way of decomposition of performance is done by placing each node with each of the distance of multiples of 4 meters in the environmental conditions there is a barrier, and there is a barrier. From the test that has been done in the results can be the farthest delivery distance for the barrier is 28 meters, while without an obstacle of 44 meters. For delay performance, throughput, RTT (round trip-time) either without or there is a barrier and at any distance the performance value is not affected, but the performance of the packet loss more obstructions and away the data transmission will also increase the value of the packet loss. For variations of time to transfer data to the cloud either without or there is a barrier and at any distance do not undergo many changes.

Abstract

MyTelkomsel is a self service application launched by Telkomsel that is useful for facilitating its customers. However, MyTelkomsel still gets complaints from users. These complaints are found in the Playstore review column and could be a failure of the login process, a failure of transaction process, and customer dissatisfaction about online customer service. This study aims to determine what factors in the service quality of MyTelkomsel that can affect customer satisfaction and user loyalty of MyTelkomsel in Malang. The models used in this study are E-Service Quality and E-Recovery Service Quality. This study used a sample of 102 respondents that used MyTelkomsel application and are domiciled in Malang. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires directly to respondents in the Grapari Telkomsel Malang office. Data analysis used in this study are multiple linear regression and simple linear regression models. From this research, it was found that the efficiency and privacy variables had a significant effect partially on customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction had a significant effect partially on user loyalty.

Abstract

SepatuBordir.ID business is a shoe made in a country located in Malang, in SepatuBordir.ID business in Malang has several processes in making shoes, ranging from raw materials to shoes or finished goods. In the process of making shoes, several actors are involved, namely production, logistics, and purchasing to support shoe making because there is a process to manage production data that functions to plan all uses of raw materials to be processed. Logistics that serves to process all raw materials, both incoming materials or materials that will be issued in the process of making shoes. The condition experienced in the SepatuBordir.ID business is that all data processed is still using manual or non-computer methods that are still recorded in books. Therefore, the problem obtained is finally used as a background for designing systems that are useful for processing data on production, logistics and purchasing. So from the information that has been obtained, the technology is implemented in a web form that focuses on the field of manufacture related to the process of making embroidery shoes. To produce a useful website for SepatuBordir.ID, a needs analysis is carried out which produces 12 functional requirements for the production department, 18 functional requirements for the logistics department, then there are 9 functional requirements that exist in the purchase then the system developed chooses additional requirements namely non-functioning. This study uses the Rapid Application Development method, with the white box testing method aimed at the system unit and black box testing aimed at the functional system. then the usability testing will be done which is useful to find out whether the system can be used by customers without direction from the developer

Abstract

Film is a work of art which liked a lot by movie fans today. The types of films are very diverse and each type of film has its own fans. Every fan has their own assessment of the film they like. Rating becomes an assessment of a film with a certain scale. In addition, the review becomes a translation of fan ratings of the film. The assessment aspects contained in the review include the delivery of stories, shooting techniques, actors, visual effects, etc. In the review itself there are criticisms or comments that contain sentiment towards the film. Sentiment analysis can help film fans determine whether a film has positive or negative sentiments. In order to get the sentiment analysis result, the Naive Bayes Classification Method is used with Lexicon-Based features selection. In the classification process, the appearance of sentiment words are calculated as well as the rating features to determine the sentiment class. Based on the test results, the value of accuracy, precision, and recall has a result of 0.9, 0.9, and 0.9 respectively by selecting the feature in the form of deletion of stopword while the value of accuracy, precision, and recall has a result of 1, 1, and 1 respectively by selecting features in the form of Lexicon-Based.

Abstract

Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil (Dispendukcapil) in Malang City is tasked with provide public services in terms of civil registration such as making electronic Kartu Tanda Penduduk (e-KTP) and birth certificates. Dispendukcapil prepared this by planning for the target needs and predicting the population in the next 5 years, but the error value is unknown. This research helps predict with a small error value using Extreme Learning Machine (ELM) method and calculates the error value using Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). Based on the results of testing implementation and analysis, using data from 2009 to 2019 obtained MAPE error value of 0.498% and runtime 1.166 seconds with the use of 3 input neurons, 5 hidden neurons, binary sigmoid, as well as 50 training data and 66 testing data. Then, in implementation of testing using data from 2012 to 2019 obtained MAPE error value of 0.117% and runtime 1.227 seconds with the use of 3 input neurons, 6 hidden neurons, binary sigmoid, as well as 70 training data and 4 testing data.

Abstract

Perkemahan Bedengan is a campsite located in the city of Malang. From the interviews that have been carried out it was concluded that Perkemahan Bedengan had problems in promoting the campsite and arranging reservations. Tourists who want to camp also have problems in the form of the difficulty of booking camps and lack of information about campsites. From the results of the interview, it can be concluded that a system of connecting camp managers and tourists is needed. The system was built based on Android Operating System because the Android operating system has controlled more than 90 percent of the smartphone market in Indonesia.Based on the results of the needs analysis, two systems are needed for this research. The first system is a system for campsite managers who can manage campsites and accept or reject orders. The second system is a system for tourists. This system can reserve campsites and provide camp reviews.Based on the results of testing the validity of 22 cases in this system it was found that 22 cases passed the test and were valid. And the usability test results using the USE questionnaire method obtained results in all aspects above 71% and declared Eligible.

Abstract

The increasing number of tourist arrivals in Blitar City each year has an impact on the increasing points of tourist sites in Blitar. The fact that there are many tourist attractions in the Blitar region close to the location makes the tendency of tourists to visit several tourist attractions in one travel route . Tourists certainly want the optimal route with the shortest distance for their tour so that they can save time and fuel costs of their vehicles. The problem in determining the route with the shortest distance is that there are many path options that exist between locations because in reality from place A to place B only not only has one pathway. With these problems researchers developed the Location Based Mobile Device Application for Blitar Travel Planning Based on the Shortest Route by using the Traveling Salesman Problem approach to solve this problem. In the design phase it uses the prototyping method so that if there are changes to the design iterations can be carried out for the revision or improvement process. At this stage of testing, it uses validation testing on functional and non-functional requirements and reusability testing using the System Usability Scale Questionnaire. Based on the test results on the development of applications that are valid on functional and non-functional requirements and can be run on several Android devices.
