Abstract

The use of computer in modern days is almost a necessity for everyone. Based on data from BSA Global Survey in 2015, use of pirated software in Indonesia reaches 84 percent. KMSPico is an application that can be used as an activator for Microsoft products like Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office for free. However university of XYZ has a cooperation program with Microsoft by name of DreamSpark. DreamSpark is a program from Microsoft that supports technical education by providing access to various Microsoft products for free. In this study, the researchers conducted a non parametric analyzed with Kendall Tau to determine the factors of what makes students of university of XYZ use KMSPico. By combining several models of User Acceptance of Information Technology (UTAUT), Protection Motivation Theory (PMT), and Security Belief Model. Sample collection of data by using a questionnaire and analyzed by Kendall Tau. The number of samples used in this study is 206 datas. Results of this study showed that University of XYZ students using KMSPico because KMSPico is effortless, performance, social influence, facilitating condition, perceived vulnerability, perceived severity of using KMSPico, self-efficacy, response efficacy, interest with KMSPico's information, and perceived benefits

Abstract

Malang is a big city that develops in East Java, so it is not surprising that there are many freight forwarding partners that offer freight services to the public. Where most of the average of the goods delivery partner is its reach not only in Malang alone but nationally and even internationally. Thus, many people are still confused to choose which shipping service partners are best seen from the characteristics of the goods such as easily broken, fragile, large dimensions and so on. So it raises the risk when the process of delivery of goods. So, it is necessary to build a system that can help the community in taking a decision. The model used to build this Decision Support System uses Fuzzy Multiple Atribute Decision Making (FMADM) with Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method- Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). It is hoped that the decision will be more objective, so that the selected partners will meet the needs of the community and minimize the mistakes. Accuracy calculation results from 7 data comparison of actual results data with target data results of 28.57% and comparison of actual results data with target results of 71.42%. And the value of Usability Testing from 20 respondents obtained the result of 71.66% of questions able to answer, the percentage of 28.33% of questions can not be answered by the respondents, from these results can be concluded that the android application is declared good.

Abstract

Kota Batu is one Agropolitan city located in East Java province with huge potential for development in agriculture. Apple is a fruit plant that can live well in the highlands. This plant in Indonesia since 1934. As other fruit crops, apples are also susceptible to the disease. Maintaining plants from disease is also an attempt to preserve the environment. One form of such vandalism is negligence of farmers in preserving plants from disease. Making this system an attempt to perform human roles. This system is expected to help farmers, in particular, to be able to identify precisely the apple crop diseases and appropriate. So can meminimalisi impact. This application is developed using PHP programming language and MySQL database. Both are a combination of the most popular in the manufacture of web-based applications. While the inference method used is Backward chaining which is based on the tracking of data or facts then led to the conclusion in the form of conclusions pests or diseases that attack the apple crop. Tests performed by comparing the suitability of the output with the diagnosis expert system. And of the 30 test cases the data obtained accuracy rate modeling expert system testing using methods Certainty Factor on apple crop disease diagnosis system amounted to 93.3%. With the accuracy of the results indicate that the system is able to replace the role of experts.

Abstract

Supreme varieties is a kind of varieties that produced from the cross of local supreme varieties. The main idea is to produce the best rice varieties. Nowadays the supreme varieties becoming an national important production component which is each of varieties have their own ecosystem. That's why the classification system is required. Classification engineered by adapting from data mining. The method that used is Modified K-Nearest Neighbor to predict a class from unclassified data. Based on the test that have been done the highest accuracy is 79,96% and the minimum accuracy is 51,2%.

Abstract

In this digital era, bussiness grow significantly by using digital application. Banking is one field of business that utilizes the current technological advances very well. Mobile banking is one of the most popular digital banking products, because it is not as complicated as SMS banking or internet banking. In order to face the strict banking business, every company applying feedback from their customers. Now customers can use the review feature that provided by apps store. There's a lot of reviews that received every day, and it takes some time to knowing what kind of review is that. Systems with machine learning are expected to save time to sort out textual data that containing polarity. The system's machine learning in this study was made using fuzzy k-nearest neighbor (fuzzy k-NN) method. The fuzzy k-NN method is a combined method between fuzzy logic and the k-Nearest Neighbor algorithm. The weighting method for processing textual data into numerical data that can be computed is using TF-IDF method with Cosine similarity to calculate the distance between data. The output of this system is the classified data review. Based on the results of the tests, this system produces the best F-Measure is 0.9273 and the worst is 0.8349.

Abstract

The development of robotics world is quite rapid, many robots are created not only to petrify human jobs, even robots deliberately created to replace the role of humans in their daily life. Various types of robots have been created, one of them is humanoid robot types that resembling a human body shapes. The development of humanoid robot in Indonesia is not less rapid with other countries. In the development, walking technique is a major factor in making humanoid robot. Humanoid robots are required to have the ability to walk like a human by balancing the body position when walking so as not to fall. So that required tilt position detection system robot and balancing system when the robot will fall. So to overcome these problems, this study was conducted. Research by implementing complementary filter method on gyroscope and accelerometer sensors to minimize noise or disturbance of sensor output value. So the accuracy of MPU6050 sensor output value at the angle position detector can assist the robot in giving the balancing action. Testing this research is divided into four parts, among others: testing unfiltered sensors, testing alpha value changes on the method, testing robot reaction to input sensor values ​​in realtime and manual. According to the testing, the best alpha is 0.96 with a sampling time of 0.04 seconds. Robot reaction testing of real-time sensor values ​​fails in robot balancing act, because CM-510 is delayed in moving the servo to provide counterbalance motion and can not keep pace with the data processing speed of Raspberry pi 3 B against sensor data with 40 ms sampling time. As for testing robot motion reaction manually with testing gives disturbance from the front, rear, right and left robots can get a balancing reaction in accordance with the expected.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to help motorcycle riders and mechanics to identify the breakdowns of motorcycle based on symptoms. Limited number of experts to repair the motorcycles will spend long time to identify and repair the motorcycles. Hence, this study is done to make an application system to identify the breakdowns of motorcycle with Certainty Factor methods. The evaluation of this study use the testing scenario that compare the value of accuracy from the result of the expert questionnaires with application system. On the test, obtained the value of accuracy that is pretty good with 73,3%. This value proves that this study still have opportunities to be developed even further.

Abstract

In a certain period of time, most educational institutions produce data with a huge capacity from their operational activities. From those data will appear the need to obtain certain information which is useful as a material of performance evaluation or even as a material of management decision. Data warehouse is one of solutions of these needs. When the capacity and complexity of data warehouse has been increasing, then full extract technique in Extract Transform Loading (ETL) process becomes inadequate, even in others case this technique can not be applied, because this technique causes a large cost. Delta extraction can be one of the solutions of this problem because the process is to extract only the data which has been changing in ETL process. Delta extraction technique will be tested on MySQL DBMS using historical table and trigger. From the result of load test, it can be concluded that trigger gives the load to its parent table, but the waiting time that is required is still tolerable.

Abstract

The use of smartphone in response to incoming message and incoming call while driving may cause the loss of concentration thus increasing the risk of accidents when driving. Many researches had been conducted are using speech recognition to help the driver responds to incoming message and incoming call. However, the response system which using speech recognition can be easily affected by noise disturbance from the road or the vehicle noise so it will be very difficult to receive voice response from the user. So in this research developed a method to receive a response from the user using a proximity sensor to improve accuracy. In this research also used the Android Text to Speech (TTS) system to read aloud incoming message notifications and incoming call for this method to work well in the offline condition. The system is designed to allow users to select message and send message with the keyword module. Furthermore, usability testing for application is conducted using the System Usability Scale (SUS) Questionnaire with usability criteria assessed in the form of efficiency and satisfaction. The result showed an overall SUS value of 76, which indicates that this application as a whole has a good usability.

Abstract

Long Term Evolution or LTE is a mobile wireless communications technology with downlink data transmission rate of 150 Mbps and 75 Mbps Uplink. Seeing good LTE performance, came the idea to combine LTE as a communication protocol on the vehicular network. Basically the vehicular network already has a de facto communication protocol that is an ad-hoc 802.11p short range communication. However, with close range transmission on the 802.11p protocol there is a problem with the communication between the vehicle and the Road Side Unit or RSU in the delivery of periodic messages on the condition of the vehicle moving at high speed and the RSU is not in a vehicle transmission span. Although LTE comes with non ad-hoc infrastructure but LTE offers wide transmission range and high transmission speed. To see the performance of LTE on the vehicle network then do the research, with traffic scenario closer to reality. Preferred scenarios are traffic scenarios with vehicle density, vehicle speed, transmission data and transmission frequency. The results show that LTE has a good performance to be applied and developed in the vehicle network. By showing a small value less than 500 ms in the graphics increase end-to-end delay and 0 % for packet loss on vehicle speed scenarios and messaging frequency in accordance with the needs of safety applications on the vehicular network.
