Abstract

At this time a lot of people who nourish cats. This is because a lot of the perceived benefits after nourish cats, such as foster a sense of compassion for sentient beings and also can help restore a person's psychological condition so as to reduce stress. In addition to maintenance a relatively easy, the cat is a cute animal. However, if the health condition of cats is disrupted will have a negative impact for the keeper because of the risk can be infected. Healthy cats deemed important but the number of medical personnel cat animals is very limited. Making this system can help the work of experts in the diagnosis of diseases of cats. The method used is Naive Bayes and Certainty Factor. Naive Bayes method works by looking for the emerging value opportunities cat disease, whereas the Certainty Factor method works by looking for the value of the trust. The application is built using the android-based programming language JAVA and XML in Android Studio. The test is performed by comparing the conformity result of the system diagnosis with the expert diagnosis. And from 25 test case data obtained accuracy rate cat disease diagnosis expert system using Naive Bayes method - Certainty Factor-Based Android by 80%.

Abstract

In a previous study, the Monte Carlo Tree Search (MCTS) algorithm proved to have been successfullyapplied to turn-based GO games. In the application, MCTS has produced the highest score comparedwith previous scores. The application of MCTS is also performed on Ms. Pacman realtime games,where the resulting score is satisfactory compared to the previous highest score. Seeing the success ofthe application of MCTS, in this research applied MCTS to the enemy agent in the game MazeTreasure. Testing is done to find out how to validate the behavior and performance of agents in thegame. For behavior validation is done by looking at the level of completeness. The completeness levelis tested by comparing the scores obtained by the agent and the scores available. The result of thebehavior validation test shows that the completeness level of 25 simulation maps is 100%, where thecompleteness value of each map is true. For performance testing is done by comparing the frames persecond (FPS) in each simulation map. The results show that the best average performance is on the16x12 grid with value 261.78 FPS. An increament in the size of the labyrinth will cause a decrease inperformance. The use of MCTS on the size of the above 52x39 grid map will cause the game not wellto be played, which is the minimum FPS for games that are worth for playing is 30 FPS.

Abstract

Internet of things (IoT) plays an important role in the development of the Internet today. The implementation, which resulted into IoT's heterogeneous data from variety of sensors, and it will keep getting bigger everyday. The examples of heterogeneous data are temperature, humidity, and image file. Along with that, problem of choosing which method to store the data into data storage appear. Based on that problem, the solution that's possible to be applied is NoSQL method. Therefore, in this research a media storing system using MongoDB and GridFS (NoSQL database) based are proposed to answer those challenges. Furthermore, an Internet Gateway Device is proposed to connect an existing middleware with data center. The solution are wrapped inside a framework which also include a web service to ease the request and response process. The system performance test has been done in few aspect such as functional, scalability, response time of saving and retrieving data, also analysis performance of data storage. The result of the functional test is that data storage system, which has been developed, is running well based on its function in storing variety of data into data storage. Based on those results, this system can become a solution for IoT data storage problem

Abstract

In the undergraduate program to take the final exam, a student is assigned to make the final task in the form of a thesis. In making this thesis a student first determine the topic to find the problem to be lifted. Problems that exist, final year students still difficult to determine the topic of thesis in the final project. Therefore some lecturers provide certain kinds of topics according to their field of expertise which are then published on the website. That way the student must often visit the website to see the latest topics that have been published by lecturers. And students also have to search for topics one by one according to the topic he wants. This is not efficient enough if students should frequently visit the website and search for topics one by one according to the topic to be discussed considering not knowing the time of publication of the latest thesis topic and not classified topic of thesis based on topic. With the mobile app using the Publish / Subscribe method the student will be more efficient in getting the latest thesis topic information and according to the desired topic. Based on the results of functional and non functional tests concluded to run as expected. Results from functional testing with 100% validation rate. While the result of non-functional testing is the time required to send messages from publisher to subscriber using QoS 0, QoS 1, QoS 2 is 0.490 seconds , 0.561 seconds, 0.720 seconds.

Abstract

Abstract Multiple choice test in Faculty of Computer Science, Brawijaya University has been constructed manually. Such construction encounters some problems, e.g. similarity in some questions created by some lecturers. In addition, lectures often forget to save every question that they ever made. All of these problems can be solved by an online questions bank management system for the multiple choice test. This system is expected to assist lecturers in creating and storing the questions safely as well as to detect the similarities among the questions. This system will be made in web, such as lectures can access anywhere and anytime. The system has been successfully tested using white box technique for unit and integration testings, and black box technique for validation testing. Abstract

Equity in the distribution of subsidized fertilizer has several constraints. Based on a survey of equal distribution of seed and fertilizer subsidy at farmer group of Pandansari Village of Kediri Regency, several equality obstacles are that most farmers have no basis and proper calculation in buying fertilizer subsidy based on nutrition requirement of planted seeds. So that resulted in farmers only buy the type of fertilizer with the same composition when different plant varieties that cause less than maximum yield. Besides also if the composition of fertilizer not in accordance with the varieties then the amount of fertilizer in the warehouse will be shortages and excess. To solve the problem used Genetic Algorithm method. The algorithm parameters used in rice plants are population as much as 220, generation as much as 1100, crossover rate 0,8 and mutation rate 0,2 whereas in corn plant population as much as 320, generation 1250, crossover rate 0,8 and crossover rate 0 , 2. The average percentage difference in value generated by genetic algorithm and fertilizer in warehouses on rice plant is 9,873% while in corn plants yield difference of mean percentage between fertilizer in warehouse and genetic algorithm equal to 24,882%. Solution The composition of fertilizers produced by genetic algorithms can be ascertained that the nutrients needed by plants are met so that the yield can increase.

Abstract

Malang Regency is one of the regencies in East Java which has a high level of agricultural production in almost every district has agricultural land. The problem is when high rainfall is not a few farmers who experienced crop failure. Rainfall is one of several factors that affect climate change so it is very important to determine the yields obtained. The problem of this harvest failure can be overcome by forecasting rainfall, with rainfall forecasting farmers can determine the time of the appropriate cropping patterns so as to anticipate the occurrence of crop failure. On the research of forecasting rainfall in dasarian based on several factors namely temperature, humidity, and wind speed. The methods used for forecasting rainfall dasarian is a High-Order Fuzzy Time Series Multi factors. In this method the formation of subinterval using fuzzy C-means. In calculating the error of forecasting result using Mean Square Error (MSE). Based on the results of tests conducted the smaller threshold and the greater data training as well order the value error is obtained increasingly low. The result of forecasting dasarian rainfall for forecasting one year ahead using this method get the best MSE result of 539,698.

Abstract

Sebagai kota yang sedang tumbuh Kota Malang mengalami berbagai masalah, salah satu aspek yang sedang menjadi masalah kota adalah masalah kebersihan kota. Produksi sampah semakin tahun semakin meningkat seiring dengan peningkatan penduduknya. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan pengelolaan sampah yang efektif dan efisien terutama dalam hal pengangkutan sampah. Namun pengangkutan sampah di Kota Malang dirasa masih kurang karena belum adanya rute khusus untuk truk-truk pengangkut sampah, sehingga waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk mengangkut seluruh sampah dari 70 TPS ke TPA membutuhkan waktu dan biaya bahan bakar yang cukup boros. Dari perbandingan antara metode Nearest Insertion Heuristic dengan metode modifikasinya, menunjukkan bahwa metode Nearest Insertion Heuristic menghasilkan jarak yang lebih pendek. Hasil terbaik didapatkan apabila dari 35 truk pengangkut sampah, urutan jalan truk yang digunakan adalah 18 truk berkapasitas 8 m³ kemudian 17 truk berkapasitas 6 m³.

Abstract

The Internet is a set of interconnected Autonomous Systems (AS). Autonomous systems connect with other autonomous systems with different routing policies. Each routing protocol has a different character, need to do research using routing protocol OSPF, IGRP and EIGRP on mesh and tree topologi. This research is intended to find out the best routing protocol in each topologi. This research performs data transmission using TCP and UDP protocol. Data packets that like to use TCP protocol are HTTP and UDP protocol is VoIP. Testing is done by way of several routers into mesh and tree topologi, with the number of routers 16, 32 and 64.The simulation shows on the mesh topologi and topologi tree, EIGRP has the fastest convergence time of other routing protocols. OSPF is very well used in tree topologi compared to other routing protocols. EIGRP occurs stuck in active in the topologi tree, so it has poor performance. EIGRP has the best performance in mesh topologi compared to other routing protocols. But if the mesh topologi is connected with several different types of links there will be bottle neck, larger than other routing protocols.

Abstract

BI Rate is the interest rate policy that reflects the monetary stance policy which set by Bank of Indonesia and announced to the public. BI Rate is used as the parameter of economic activity of a country. BI Rate will affect the turnover of bank financial flows, inflation, and currency movement. The ups and downs of BI Rate are highly important for investors and market participants to increase or decrease the amount of production and to increase or decrease existing investment. That's what makes the BI Rate prediction important. The predicted BI Rate is expected to help investors and market participants to determine long-term economic decisions. In this study used Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System method which is a combination of steepest descent and least square estimator (LSE) algorithm for training. Based on the test results, it produces the best RMSE value 0.0019165.The final result obtained is the predicted value of bi rate.
