Abstract

In the COVID - 19 pandemic, mask is an important commodities. The usage of masks is very important to prevent transmission of COVID - 19, especially in important institutions such as Hospital. Medical mask is very good to prevent transmission of COVID - 19 because medical mask has 3 protective layers. The Detection Of Medical Mask Using Raspberry Pi Based On Convolutional Neural Network aims to prevent the spread of COVID - 19 in hospitals by preventing people who do not use medical mask from entering hospitals. This system consist of a webcam, Raspberry Pi 4, and solenoid lock. Image processing is done by converting the color from RGB to YCbCr to detect medical masks and remove the background. This system use Convolutional Neural Network for classification method. The solenoid lock will open if the result of the classification is a medical mask and will be locked if the result of the classification is a non-medical. In this study, testing was carried out at 5 different distances, namely distances of 0.5 meters, 1.0 meters, 1.5 meters, 2.0 meters, 2.5 meters. Overall accuracy of this system is 97%. The average execution time of this system is 0.563271 seconds.

Abstract

In the implementation of its learning activities, Setukpa Lemdiklat Polri Sukabumi is carried out by academic actors consisting of the Head of the Education and Training Section (KaBagdiklat), the Head of the Educators and Education Section (KaBagbingadik), and the Head of the Student Guidance Section (KaBagbimsis). At present, Setukpa Lemdiklat Polri Sukabumi is still using the conventional method for recording the value of each student in which the educator must record the scores of each student which are then entered in a sheet in the form of a table which is then submitted to the Head of the Education and Training Section (KaBagdiklat) in the form of hardcopy as a report. This can cause several problems for several reasons such as value data in tables that are prone to loss or table sheets that are prone to tearing or getting wet so that they cannot be reported to the Head of the Education and Training Section. Therefore, the authors developed a website-based academic information system in order to help students and educators of the Setukpa Lemdiklat Polri Sukabumi in monitoring students' academic grades. This research begins by describing the business processes that took place at Setukpa Lemdiklat Polri Sukabumi in order to find the required requirements, then design and implement them. From the results of system testing through unit testing, integration testing, and validation testing, the results are in accordance with system functionality. And from the results of the compatibility test results, the system can run well in several different browsers.

Abstract

In Wireless sensor network (WSN) technology, devices or devices that can support wireless networks in WSN are needed, one of which is LoRa. The device is a wireless communication technology that can be used over long distances and has a low power consumption using the radio spectrum in its communication. By default, there is still a problem with these devices that is LoRa communicate with each other directly in just one hop. To overcome this problem routing protocols will be implemented in it to enable multi-hop application. The routing protocol used is static routing, because it is efficient when applied to small scale networks and the processing load on the routing is smaller. The results of performance testing are based on three predetermined test parameters namely Association Time, Packet Loss, and Packet Delivery Ratio (PDR). The value of the highest association time is when sending to sensor node 4 which is the furthest node with an association time value of 0.614 seconds, because to go to that node needs to go through 2 other nodes. Then in the Packet Loss test the highest percentage value is 8%. The last test Packet Delivery Ratio obtained the lowest value of 92%. From the above data it can be concluded, the large number of nodes that are traversed makes the performance of the system reduced.

Abstract

Water is the essential compound for all living things on this earth. Human needs fresh water for their daily activities. Because of the importance of water use, the quality of water must be maintained. Make a water monitoring system can be one of the ways to maintain water quality. The monitoring system can be done by using the Internet of Things (IoT) technology. In the application, it will be constructed by three main component systems such as Producer, Broker, and Consumer. In building the IoT network architecture communication protocols are needed between the nodes to exchange data. The protocol that is used in this research is the Advanced Message Queueing Protocol (AMQP) and WebSocket. The AMQP was chosen because the network used in this research was considered capable of suiting the needs of the AMQP protocol. WebSocket protocol used for means of data communication so the results of monitoring can be shown on a web page in real-time. According to the result of tests conducted indicate that the system is capable of real-time monitoring, it's based on delay value in data transfer obtained. By using this water quality monitoring system, it is hoped that later it will be able to monitor the quality of water in real-time via the web.

Abstract

Health services are a solution for preventing health disease, improving health, and health treatment by the government and society. To meet the level of health services, there are procedures in the preparation of annual needs planning in the RKPD (Regional Government Work Plan). The problem that occurs is in the process of reporting data received from each puskesmas for handling people with ODGJ (People with Mental Disorders) because the data reporting techniques received by the government from the puskesmas still use conventional methods. In overcoming this, a monitoring and evaluation information system is needed to make it easier for each puskesmas to report health service activities so that monitoring and evaluation can be carried out by the central government of the results of each puskesmas need in order to predict the need for health services in each region. This information is built using the waterfall method with a pre-made design so that it has clear needs at the beginning of development. the results carried out on the testing unit and the valid test produce 100% valid in all test cases, while the compatibility test results in 26 valid, 2 major issues, and 1 minor issue in 9 browser versions with the SortSite tool.

Abstract

Ibnu Sina Mosque is one of the mosques in Malang City which has many activities, including the management of mosque finances. The financial management of the mosque is divided into several wallets, one of which is the fuqara wa masakin wallet which focuses on empowering the poor and the lives of fellow Muslim households. Another type of wallet is a development wallet that focuses on the provision of mosque infrastructure. This activity is a form of transparency in managing congregational money. Over time, there are problems in the wallet financial management process, namely financial records and financial data that are prone to loss because they still use printed media. Based on these problems, this project aims to build a financial information system that can help simplify the financial management process in mosque wallets. In making the system, the framework used is laravel with the aim of facilitating development to apply an object-oriented approach. This system development method uses an iterative model approach. Then the system is tested using validation testing and usability testing. Validation testing provides valid results and usability testing shows that the system is easy to use. The results of this study are expected to provide a financial information system that can help and manage mosque finances.

Abstract

Public Library visitors in the Jakarta area are less than 500 thousand visitors per year based on data from the Jakarta Open Data, even though the population in the city of Jakarta has less than 10 million inhabitants. When compared to the National Library of Singapore which had 26 million visitors in 2017 based on data from the National Library of Singapore website, the number of visitors to the Jakarta Regional Public Library is very small. This does not mean that Indonesians are not interested in reading. Indonesians who are interested in reading books using digital books, even 500 people line up to borrow a digital or electronic book at the National Library of Indonesia. Due to the above problems, an iOS-based application was created for the process of reading books with features that support reading books. In research that uses Google's cloud artificial intelligence to listen to books in the application, Forums for users to discuss books to be discussed and Challenge to test their knowledge of books they have read. The result of developing an application based on iOS 24 needs. Researchers conducted white-box testing using unit testing and integration which produced a value of 100% and black-box testing using validation testing which resulted in a value of 100%. From the test results it can be interpreted that the application works in accordance with defined needs.

Abstract

E-canteen system is a canteen management based on android system to make ordering food and beverage easier. This whole time, ordering food system based on the application has not been existed. The ordering food system at SMAN 5 Malang is applied manually. The students have to queues to order the menu they are desired. The food vendors also have some difficulty when they don't have small change. And because they can only take orders during the break time, it also impacted their income due the very limited time available. The problems above have inspired the developing of the e-canteen apps. The app makes the transaction easier. The payment now is become cashless. The students are equipped with QR-code features to top up their balance. The cashless payment is used to deduct the balance on the students' apps. When they have sufficient balance on their account for the total payment, it will be deducted automatically from their account by system. While for the insufficient balance, the transaction will be canceled automatically. E-canteen is developed using waterfall model because it was made step by step. The functional requirements testing was done using the black-box method. The test result was proved to be 100% valid from 22 functions that have been tested.

Abstract

This research is non-implementative descriptive with the K-Means technique as the initial formation of the clusters of graduated student thesis titles, the PSO technique as a course selection, and the Neighbor Weighted K-Nearest Neighbor (NWKNN) technique as data classification and algorithm performance measurement using the technique. accuracy. The data collection of this research is in the form of document studies from 2016/2019 graduate students from the Faculty of Sport Sciences, State University of Medan. The purpose of this study was to determine the parameter value and accuracy value of the application of the NWKNN algorithm to provide the best recommendations regarding the thesis title raised by students. The results of this study can be concluded that in testing the percentage of many comparisons of training data and testing data used is 90%: 10%. The generation and feature testing resulted in a generation that began to be constant in the 50th generation and with 15 subjects, namely: MK2, MK6, MK7, MK11, MK12, MK13, MK14, MK15, MK21, MK24, MK26, MK27, MK28, MK31, MK32. In testing the K value, the optimum K value is 3. In testing the K and E values, the optimum K and E values ​​are 3 and 2. The PSO-Neighbor Weighted K-Nearest Neighbor (NWKNN) algorithm for recommendations for thesis title retrieval produces an optimum value using parameters previously obtained an accuracy of 88.28%.

Abstract

Faraidh is an application about inheritance made by FEN Productions. This application has been downloaded by more than 10 thousand users on the Play Store with a rating of 4.3. This application is intended to provide education about inheritance to Muslims and to help calculate inheritance easily, practically and correctly according to Islamic law. So far, no evaluation has been found of the Faraidh application. Therefore, evaluation is needed to determine the suitability of the quality of the application with the expectations and needs of the user in order to achieve the application's goals. In this study, a usability evaluation was done using usability testing. Evaluation results were obtained from usability testing data including interviews, observation, and questionnaire data. Usability testing was done by giving task scenarios to 5 respondents with a total of 19 tasks for each respondent. The average number of tasks completed by the respondent was 9-12 of the total tasks. The percentage of the success rate of task completion is 59%. The results of the questionnaire obtained an average questionnaire value of 4.62. From the results of interviews and observations found 59 problems. Some of the most common problems found include the appearance of applications that are too monotonous, features or information needed by users are not available in the application and the presentation of calculation results that are less clear. The recommendations given by accordance to the existing problems are 22 recommendations.
