Abstract

Features in the software are functions that result from the functional requirements of a system and can be triggered by the user. Features are the result of the implementation of the functional requirements of a system. Every software must be maintained or repaired to maintain its quality and performance. The improvements made are related to feature changes or the addition of functions to certain features. However, in fixing a specific feature it takes time to find the location of the feature. The process of searching for features is generally carried out by programmers using the simple search feature that matches the keywords entered in each section of the class. This search process takes a long time if applied to a program code that has a large size and is separated into many classes. To solve this problem, a system was created to help programmers locate certain features in the program code using a desktop-based system. The process of developing this system uses the SDLC waterfall. Implementation is carried out using the C Sharp programming language and using the Visual Studio framework which implements object-oriented development. The results of the testing phase resulted in 20 valid test cases and testing of the efficiency of the search time got results of more than 80%, which indicates that the software can be used to find the features the user wants.

Abstract

PT Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara has used information technology to support its business processes. Governance contains a structure of policies and procedures and a collection of IT processes to achieve institutional goals. In this study using a qualitative non-implementative method by collecting observation, interview and questionnaire data in accordance with the COBIT 5 framework. The main problem that is often encountered is that many assets are unused, damaged and even lost. In addition, in terms of service security, there are also problems with the process of data management where improper access rights, and outgoing data are not monitored properly resulting in information or data leakage. The focus of this research is on the process of asset management, security services, especially in the IT department, assessing the level of capability and gap analysis that exists in the IT department at PT Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara. Capability level is a process capability in achieving a capability level in a company that has been determined by certain process attributes and criteria. The capability level obtained at the department in the BAI09 - Manage Asset process is Level 3 - Established Process as much as 97.22% and DSS05 - Manage Security Services is Level 4 - Predictable Process as much as 96.42%. The target level in the IT department is Level 5 so that the gap found in BAI09 is two levels, while DSS05 is one level.

Abstract

Demographic administration is a method used to document the results of demographic registration and civil registration. In registering the demography, Talok Village still uses a manual method by book or file records. This type of demographic registration is ineffective since it will cause unnecessary effort in case of information changes because the village staffs have to look for the file records manually. Talok Village also provides services of the issuance of several residence certificates and identity cards. However, residents find it difficult to apply for residence certificates and identity cards due to the lack of information. A web-based demographic administration service system was developed to overcome these problems. This system used the waterfall model and object-oriented approach and had been tested using the unit, integration, and validation testings. The unit and integration testings were conducted using the whitebox testing technique and resulting valid results. Meanwhile, the validation testing was conducted using the blackbox testing technique and resulting valid result. The result of this research is a web-based demographic administration service system.

Abstract

The beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic occurred when the spread of the corona virus entered the Wuhan area, China. After China, the spread of the virus was followed by several other countries including Indonesia. This virus has had an impact on the education sector in Indonesia. The education sector is responsive to preventing the spread of the virus by conducting online learning. Online learning is carried out from elementary to tertiary level. The purpose of this research is to find out what experiences, students get during the online learning process. To get information about student experiences, researchers explored the factors of the problems faced, activities liked and activities disliked by students. These issues focus on information systems, where it is not only technology, but how it influences the surrounding environment and students in running technology during online learning. The exploration was carried out by collecting data using the semi-structured interview method. Interviews were conducted on SAP Information System students class 2019, Faculty of Computer Science, Brawijaya University. The interview involved 13 students with the number determined by the saturation of the data. The data are processed using thematic coding analysis using the Atlas.ti application. The findings of this study provide suggestions for improving the factors that affect the online learning experience from every aspect found so that learning can run well. The suggestions given are based on the results of data analysis from the likes and dislikes experience obtained during the online learning process. These suggestions are made for all stakeholders so that there will be further improvements to the online learning process.

Abstract

Canary or Serinus Canaria is a very popular bird in Indonesia and was first discovered in Spain. Walnuts have a distinctive feather color and sweet chirp. Many canary breeders do not have specific knowledge about livestock management and only depend on personal experience. Caring for canaries can be a promising business opportunity but many people do not realize the importance of identifying and recording breeding birds so that breeders can see information about bird data clearly and accurately. In addition, all records regarding bird data and financial reports are still done manually so that they are prone to errors or human errors. Based on the description of the problem above, a solution is given, which is to develop an information system to help the management of canaries using web technology, namely MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, and NodeJS). The developed system has the main feature to collect data on canary breeding and all financial activities during the cultivation process. This research uses the waterfall model development method with an object approach. The information system runs on a web platform so that it is tested for usability and compatibility to find out how easy the system is to use and recommendations for a suitable web browser for the system. Usability test results produce 74.5% which can be categorized as "Good". Besides compatibility testing is 100% valid.

Abstract

Seiring bertambahnya penduduk, juga selalu beriringan dengan bertambahnya kebutuhan dalam menunjang kehidupan sehari-hari. Salah satu kebutuhan tersebut adalah air. Kota Batu, sebagai kota wisata dengan jumlah penduduk yang menetap selalu berubah-ubah yang menyebabkan volume air yang digunakan juga selalu berubah. Sehingga dari permasalahan tersebut dibutuhkan prediksi volume penggunaan air bulanan pada Kota Batu untuk menyelaraskan dengan volume air yang diproduksi. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan beberapa proses untuk melakukan prediksi yaitu proses preprocessing pada data yang digunakan, dilanjutkan dengan perhitungan nilai prediksi menggunaan data sebelumnya pada model jaringan Extreme Learning Machine (ELM), dan terakhir dihitung nilai evaluasi hasil prediksi menggunakan Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE). Berdasarkan proses pengujian yang telah dilakukan pada model jaringan ELM, diperoleh rata-rata nilai evaluasi sebesar 16437,5 ketika digunakan 6 input neuron, 5 hidden neuron dan 80%:20% untuk pembagian data latih dan data uji. Dari nilai evaluasi tersebut dianggap belum cukup baik. Hal ini dikarenakan jumlah data yang digunakan dalam proses training pada jaringan ELM masih terlalu sedikit sehingga jaringan tersebut masih belum memahami pola data secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

We as Indonesian citizens feel proud of the high potential they have, especially in the field of animal husbandry and agriculture. With the existence of chicken farming, there are not a few who become new job creators and become independent in their work. The problem that is often experienced by chicken farmers is ammonia gas caused by chicken manure itself, this ammonia gas can later cause disruption in humans and also the chicken itself. Disorders in humans include respiratory problems, eye irritation, and poisoning in the form of seizures. The existence of internet of thing technology, can facilitate us in monitoring ammonia gas levels in the area of ​​chicken farms presented in the form of ppm by utilizing the mq-135 sensor that can detect ammonia gas levels. Data that has been taken by the client will be accommodated by the master and will be displayed on a web page with the help of a gateway to determine the level of ammonia gas in the area of ​​the chicken farm. The results of the study began with testing the quality of service to determine the performance of the network connection time for sending data to the server. And testing the function of a successful tool works perfectly where the mq-135 sensor can detect levels of dangerous gas ammonia (NH3).

Abstract

Water has an important role in maintaining life. Without water, humans cannot carry out their daily activities, because water is an inseparable part of their daily activities. Water that is good for humans is water that has met the requirements as suitable water for daily use. For this reason, there have been many studies on water classification in determining water quality. However, in determining the results obtained, the accuracy is less than satisfactory and can be improved again. In determining the classification of water, the K-Nearest Neighbor (FK-NN) fuzzy method is used. Some of the attributes or parameters that will be used in this research are the degree of acidity (pH), TDS, NO2, NO3, hardness, chloride, manganese. There are several tests carried out including testing the k value, the distribution of data ratios, and the distribution of data classes. From this test, the accuracy value is 95.52%, with the data ratio level consisting of 70% training data and 30% test data, with a K value of 10.At the level of data class distribution, 80% accuracy is obtained with the distribution of test data classes using 20 data with class 0 is 10 and class 1 is 10. From the accuracy obtained, it is concluded that the accuracy value obtained is much greater than the accuracy of previous research which is only around 78.70% and 85.70% in the Support Vector Machine and Naive Bayes methods..

Abstract

Assessment is an attempt to find the potential that students have. Assessment is carried out not only from the subject matter, but including from the values ​​of attitudes and skills. These productivity aspects have one person who is responsible and makes a plan for the learning process. SMA Brawijaya Smart School has a method to take measurements, namely the Student Assessment Sheet (LPS) which consists of three extracurricular aspects, smart books, and discipline. LPS assessment is used to report student progress once a month. Microsoft excel tool used in performing LPS services. The problems that occur in the LPS production process are the data input and the vulnerability that causes the resulting data to be inefficient and not well organized, so a system is built to help the LPS management process with the name Student Assessment Sheet Information System. This system was developed on a website platform so that it can be more clearly structured and visualized. The development method used is the waterfall model. Student order information systems have been tested with white box testing and black box testing on functional requirements and compatibility testing on non-functional requirements. The results given in white box testing are three samples of unit testing and three samples of integration testing, while the results of black box testing are validation testing with valid results in all scenarios. The compatibility tester gives the results that the system can run on various browsers.
