Abstract

In general, use case scenario reviewing is done manually, which has two drawbacks. The first drawback is the reviewing process takes a long time to finish, and the second drawback is the high level of dependence on reviewer's ability. Therefore, manual reviewing can lead into inconsistent scenario assessment. An automatic use case scenario review mechanism have existed before, but this mechanism was designed according to English which has some differences with Indonesian within the sentence's structure. There are some challenges to develop a use case defect detection system in other languages. Lexical database is needed as a reference for the system to recognize the processed text. Requirement writing template is also adapted to prevent complex writing of sentence structure. Those research results are the foundation for this research to develop a use case scenario examiner case tool in Indonesian. This case tool can manage use case scenario into a project, and examine those scenarios. Testing results on all aspects of the system are valid with a percentage of 100%, therefore therefore this system is feasible to use as a case tool to simiplify the use case scenario defect detection process.

Abstract

The heart is the center of the circulatory system for humans. In the heart, there are diseases or conditions that cause abnormal heart rhythms known as arrhythmias. Premature Ventricular Contraction (PVC) is an example of an arrhythmia that occurs when the ventricles have an unnaturally additional heart rate. If PVC occurs regularly, it can cause several other diseases including heart failure, coronary heart disease, and others, so it is necessary to check the health condition of the heart, namely by using an Electrocardiogram (ECG). In addition, the price of ECG medical equipment which is quite expensive and difficult to reach for some people is also the basis of this research. The author will use the triangular geometry feature and calculate the amplitude R value. The classification method applied is Artificial Neural Network (ANN) using the backpropagation algorithm. The test results of the ECG AD8232 sensor acquisition get an error value of 4.47% with 10 tests. This test compares the Beat Per Minute (BPM) value on the AD8232 and BPM sensors in real conditions. The results of the accuracy using the JST 3 hidden layer classification get 90% of the 20 test data used. For testing the computation time the system gets an average value of 235.5 milliseconds from the 20 tested data.

Abstract

Manual document checking process could take up a lot of time and may have a high error margin if it was not done thoroughly. One of its solution is by using an automatic document checker. An automatic document checker by its definition can significantly reduce the process time. In other words, more document can be checked in the same amount of time. In this research, we use journal from JPTIIK, an organization under Faculty of Computer Science, University of Brawijaya, as a base for the application research. The methods used in this research are string matching on the XML document. The program collects metadata that contains informations about the document, such as font types, font sizes, text modification such as bold, italic, or underline, margin, and many other data. This group of metadata will be compared to the set of rules set before on the application, which was based from the template provided by JPTIIK. The result shows that the program could detect mistakes on the journal and write it into a summarized PDF document that can be read easily by the user. The user then can uses this result as a guidance to fix their journal.

Abstract

Technological developments encourage the use of wireless networks and Wireless Sensor Network systems more and more. However, The problem with Wireless Network technology is the time difference between one node and another, on WSN each node communicates with the same frequency but has different local times, therefore there is a need for time synchronization. Time synchronization is a method for synchronizing the time on nodes on a network. There are several types of time synchronization, but this research focuses on the Timing-sync Protocol for Sensor Network (TPSN) method which is implemented over a wireless network using Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) communication. The advantages of Bluetooth Low Energy are low power usage and efficiency, data transmission speeds of up to 1Mb / s and the potential for technology that continues to grow. This research using 3 BLE nodes which divided into 1 Server and 2 clients. This system uses ESP 32 as a microcontroller for data processing and Real Time Clock (RTC) as a timer for each nodes. The server node functions as a data exchange, and as the root node. The client node will request a request for synchronization to the server and the server will provide its local time as the reference time. From the implementation results, the error test data was obtained 30 times with the results of an average error value of 10.36 ms and synchronization testing as well as computation time was obtained 10 times with an average value of accuracy offset of 2.65 ms and Propagation Delay 16.85 ms, the computational average value is 102.3ms.

Abstract

In this era of globalization, there's a fierce competition for big company to gives their customers the best service. Cinepolis Indonesia provides an app that is useful for ordering movie ticket via Internet with the tagline of “Mudah, Aman, Nyaman” (“Easy, Secure, Convenience”). But according to the observation and the reviews from customers, there are several user interface problems, such as the repeating usage of sorting algorithm, no feature to watch movie trailer directly from the app, and some elements that doesn't fit well to the app. Therefore, a research on its usability level is needed. There are four usability aspects that will be researched. Learnability, Efficiency, Errors aspects are going to be researched using Usability Testing methods, while Satisfaction aspect will be researched using LEMTool - Measuring Emotions in Visual Interfaces. After the first evaluation, 16 problems was found from the 8 task scenarios that was tested. Then, after the user interface design improvements based on Apple Human Interface Guidelines and the second evaluation, its usability metric results are compared. The Learnability aspects had an increase of 19%, from 77% on the first evaluation into 96,1% on the second evaluation. The Efficiency aspects had an increase of 3%, from 8% on the first evaluation to 11% on the second evaluation. The Errors aspects had a significant decrease of 19%, from 21% on the first evaluation to 2% on the second evaluation. Lastly, the Satisfaction aspects had an increase of 29,89%, from 69% on the first evaluation to 98,89% on the second evaluation. In conclusion, the design result of user interface improvements has a better usability value when compared to the user interface design of Cinepolis Indonesia application before improvements are made.

Abstract

As the time goes by, culinary business has become one of many factors that influences the culinary in many Indonesia regions to adapt with the culinary from Korea. Malang is one of them. There are many Indonesians who are interested in this ginseng country culinary. The survey shows that it is hard for the respondents to decide where they want to go to eat that is suitable with their preferences. Other than that, many customers have different preferences from their friends or other group members to decide which Korean restaurant they are going to choose. There for, the aim of this research is to develop an app to recommend places to buy Korean food in Malang with Group Decision Support System (GDSS) and Location Bases Services (LBS) based in Android. TOPSIS-BORDA algorithm is used to get the group recommendation. There are 5 criteria used which are lowest price, rating, operational hour, facility and the distance from user's location to the restaurant. The result of Black Box testing on the functional requirements is 100% valid. The result of algorithm validation is 100% valid. It was done by comparing the result from the system and the manual calculation. And the result of the usability testing is 75 which categorized as good, grade scale C and acceptable. It means that the application is accepted by the users.

Abstract

Persela Store is a retail unit formed as the Official Store of the Persela Lamongan football club which aims to increase product sales and income from the team and make it easier for Persela Lamongan fans (suppourter) to get information and purchases about the latest products from Persela. Through interviews with stakeholders or the person in charge of the Persela Store, a problem was found, namely the Persela Store website since it was first launched in 2018 has never been evaluated and improved at all so that it has an impact on the number of visitors who shop through the Persela Store website which is very few and less than optimal. The purpose of this study is to determine the value of differences in user satisfaction before the evaluation of the improvements and after the evaluation of the design of the solutions. Based on the problems found, this study will evaluate using Tree Testing to assess website navigation based on aspects including Success Rate, First Click, Directness, Time Spent, and Destination. In evaluating user satisfaction displays will use the System Usability Scale (SUS) which aims to determine the value of user satisfaction based on the value of Aspectibility Ranges, Grade Scale, Adjective Range, and Percentile Rank. In designing the solution design through the Close Card Sorting method as a reference for the structure of determining the layout of the website flow based on the expectations of the user, with the final result a sitemap and in accordance with usability guidelines. This research process as a whole applies the Human Centered Design (HCD) approach where each process coordinates and gets approval from stakeholders and users. The final results and conclusions in this study are evaluation values ​​based on user testing, recommendations for improvement designs based on user expectations with usability guidelines in the form of Prototype High Fidelity. The results of the final evaluation of the Success Rate value of 100%, Dirrectness 95.55%, Time Spent 4.13 seconds, First Click 100%, Destination 100%, and an increase in user satisfaction values ​​based on the increase in Acceptability Ranges values, namely Acceptable, Grade Scale category B, Adjective Rating for the Best Imaginable category, and Percentile Rank for category A.

Abstract

Departement of Communication and Informatics (KOMINFO) Batu City is an public office under the auspices of Government of Batu city which to serve society to provide planning, manage and to coordinate on information technology that needed by citizen. The problem that Agency of Agency of Communication and Informatics (KOMINFO) has are lack of planning on Technology information governance. Capability level is measured to give information about the condition of governance technology information which using APO13 (Manage Security) and process DSS05 (Manage Security Services) this measurement scale from level 0 Incomplete process to level 5 Optimized process and is based on evidence to give detailed information about the condition .Based on this research result the Departement of Communication and Informatics (KOMINFO) Batu City has obtained capability level on APO13 (Manage Security) at third level (level 3) and on DSS05 (Manage Security Services) at first level (level 1). Gap level function is to provide the correct improvement for Departement of Communication and Informatics (KOMINFO) Batu. On APO13 the Gap level had been obtained from targeted level at two levels. On DSS05 the gap level based on gap analysis is by four levels. The recommendation based on this research are to complete documentation plan about technology information policy, provide some standard procedure to every activity in technology information and to control the performance of IT Governance.

Abstract

Based on studies conducted by Google and Temasek in 2018, Indonesia has great digital economic potential. This will be very good if business people in Indonesia can exploit this potential. But businesses in Indonesia which are dominated by small and medium scale entrepreneurs (MSMEs) will have some problems if they have to develop their own business websites. To overcome the following problem, an e-commerce landing page portal website was developed. With so much data being processed and transferred between servers and clients, the system will be developed using a single-page application pattern. The system will be developed with a prototyping model in the development process. The system interface was developed with the ReactJS library and on the server using NodeJS and Express framework. Communication between server and client is done with JSON. The results of the study found that there were 3 actors, 41 functional needs, and 3 non-functional needs. System testing is done by white-box and black-box testing. The results of testing each need found 100% valid.

Abstract

Physiostore clinic is a therapy clinic offering therapy services and selling several therapy products. From the beginning, this clinic does not store sales data where every transaction to be recorded manually and ordering products only by phone and there was no recording of patient data coming in for therapy. From these problems, a web-based system that can make it easier for the manager to store patient data and product sales data was created. But also, customers can easily place an order on the website. This website was developed using the laravel framework, the programming language PHP, MySQL, CSS, and javascript. The system development stage starts from the requirement analysis through interviews with the owner of Physiostore where the results of the requirement analysis are illustrated by the use case diagram, use case scenario, and activity diagram. The system design is illustrated by the sequence diagram, class diagram, and physical data model. The website implementation used shipping charges and chatting API. Validation testing of the system gets a percentage 100% valid results where the system complies with the requirements specifications and usability testing was done using the system usability testing (SUS) get an average value 82 where the system categorized on Good with B on value scale and the acceptability range is on acceptable category.
