Abstract

Sugarcane varieties are one of the main factors that determine the yield of quality cane productivity. In this study used several criteria to determine the recommendation of superior varieties of sugar cane that is the number of stems, stem diameter, stem height, brix, nirs1, nirs2, nirs3, and nirs4. In order to get the recommendation of superior varieties of cane that is optimal, then in this research used genetic algorithm. The genetic algorithm will optimize the weight value on the AHP and SAW methods. In the process of genetic algorithm the representation of the chromosome used is real code, with a gene length of 28, which is adjusted by the number of varieties criteria. In the reproduction process, the crossover method used is the extended intermediate crossover, and the mutation method used is random mutation. For fitness value obtained from the calculation of accuracy on SAW. While the selection method used is elitism selection, by choosing the highest fitness value as much as the population size. From the test results obtained optimal parameters that the population size of 50 and many generations of 50, with the average fitness of 0.912 so that the obtained accuracy of 91.2%

Abstract

World of particular employment agencies Vocational High School, many a teacher or school employee who less clever in technology of the current technological developments. Actually, it is in need of teachers and school administration employees who have qualified human resources high in the knowledge of science and technology. The school is in need it is because it affects how do learning on students in school. To meet the desired standards of quality teachers, during The Vocational High School Muhammadiyah 2 Kediri is selection and recruitment of teachers by means of manual employees. The selection has been done manually through the test phase 4 aspects of your application letter and attachments GPA averages, academic test, test general knowledge of science and technology (IPTEK), and interview. The data collection process for the selection still use manual. Therefore, we need a web-based system so that the selection acceptance of new teacher candidates can run more effectively and efficiently. On this website using K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) and the method of Weighted Product (WP). K-Nearest Neighbor used to determine the weight of each criterion to classify the good or bad. After classifying the KNN method, the selection of prospective teachers will be recruited by the school Vocational High School Muhammadiyah 2 Kediri using Weight Product (WP). Weight Product used to determine the results of the classification by KNN method to perform a ranking in order to take the best results. Tests conducted consisting of, testing the accuracy of the value of K means and accuracy testing of the WP value criteria weighting method. The accuracy of the test results obtained suitability accuracy value by 94%, precision 80%, and recall 80%.

Abstract

The liver is a vital organ in humans. Because the vital liver function, the liver health needs to be maintained. However, in Indonesia alone, especially Hepatitis liver disease based on survey from the health ministry actually has doubled from 2007 to 2013. In 2013, it is estimated that there are 1.2% of Indonesians who suffer from Hepatitis. Based on WHO survey It is estimated 95% of people with early symptoms of Hepatitis do not know that they are at risk of Hepatitis. The mentioned problems can be solved by recognizing the common symptoms of liver disease. The problem of recognizing the symptoms of liver disease can be solved by using an expert system. Expert systems apply knowledge of symptoms liver disease into the system. The Fuzzy Tsukamoto method is one of the methods that can be used to process the input value of symptoms into a disease diagnosis. In this research will use Fuzzy Tsukamoto method to diagnose liver disease based on input value of the symptoms that produce output of detected yes or not a liver disease. Based on the results of tests that have been done in this study resulted in accuracy testing of 64 test data 96,87%.

Abstract

The consumption of Indonesian society tend to be less healthy which resulted in various diseases. High cholesterol disease and hypertension have a high proportion rate. Both of diseases can be treat with hospitalization and outpatient. Outpatient costs are cheaper than hospitalization. But to regulate the consumption patterns of the patient's food is still difficult because of lack of knowledge. Techniques that can be used to by using genetic algorithms. The data used in this case were 137 foodstuffs grouped into sources of carbohydrates, animal protein, vegetable protein, vegetables, fruits, grease, milk and sugar. In the process of genetic algorithm using representation of integer permutation based on food index with chromosome length 168, crossover method with extended intermediate, mutation method with exchange mutation, and selection method with elitism selection. After conducting the test, the optimum parameters produced are the population size of 80 individuals, the value of cr = 0.3 and mr = 0.7 and generation 100. The final result is food for breakfast, lunch and night for seven days with nutritional content Which suits the nutritional needs of all family members, varied foodstuffs and budget-appropriate costs.

Abstract

The data in the data warehouse can be extracted from many sources through the ETL (extract, transform, and load) processes. The scheduling process in ETL data warehouse is a process that must be passed for the establishment of data warehouse. Problems that arise when performing the scheduling process for the ETL process are to perform the ETL process for very large data, it will require a very large time cost as well. If it is not handled properly, it will probably take a very long time for execution and inconsistency data. The ETL process in the conventional way (not using the Round-Robin method) will be tested and compared with the ETL process using the Round-Robin method to obtain test results for this research. The difference between these two processes is the number of partition tables used in the ETL process. In the ETL process of the Round-robin method, the table target will be partitioned into sections, whereas for the conventional way there is no need to partitioning the table target. After the trial is complete, the difference between the two methods is found in terms of execution time. Through the experiment, it is concluded that the Round-robin method gives a more efficient execution time up to 60,1% depending on the amount of data and the number of partitions used.

Abstract

Detasemen A Pelopor Satbrimob Polda Jatim is the operational executive element in Satuan Brimob Polda Jawa Timur which is handling over high intensity security disturbance. Like an organization, Detasemen A Pelopor Satbrimob Polda Jatim has letter management activities. During this time the management of the letter in Detasemen A Pelopor Satbrimob Polda Jatim is still manually, causing some problems is difficult to do search for mail data, it is difficult to recap the letter data as a report. Besides it can not. From this it is necessary to improve the recording and dissemination activities of letters that have been running at this time by developing an Information System of Recording and Monitoring Distribution of Incoming and Outgoing Letter (SIPPDS) which can make it easier to record, store, search, reconcile letter data, and The task of mailing process on each part. In developing SIPPDS, researchers used a waterfall model, with an approach. The results of the research show on the design diagram, diagram, physical data model, and interface design. In the database. And MySQL database. While on a device that can be used properly, and try the compatibility that shows the system can be used properly on 9 types of web browsers.

Abstract

Brawijaya Smart School (BSS) Senior High School Malang in producing competent and achieving students in both academic and non-academic fields requires educators / teachers with good competence in the field of education. In educational institutions, the process of determining outstanding teachers has been done relatively, school requires a certain standard in setting requirements for a teacher to get an allowance or to occupy a particular position. In addition, this assessment aims to evaluate and improve teacher's competence. In this research, a decision support system for assessment of teacher's performance using Fuzzy-Analytic Hierarchy Process (F-AHP) case study of SMA Brawijaya Smart School using six criteria there are pedagogic competence, professional competence, innovation development competence, technology utilization competence, social competence , and personality competence. The result from testing shown accuracy of system up to 82.501% with six criteria. Results of calculation, the application of Fuzzy-Analytic Hierarchy Process (F-AHP) method is expected to help the process for determining of teacher achievement in Brawijaya Smart School Malang Senior High School.

Abstract

The increasing number of daily consumption of beef, it is need to monitoring the availability of good-quality beef, which is free from germs. In this research will be created a system that can be solve the subjective, unclear and vague problem, that is cattle disease diagnose, the existence of subjective information about the symptoms of the disease, then the diagnosis can be done using a fuzzy inference system. To obtaining the high accuracy, the set of fuzzy membership needs to be determined precisely. To get the best solution or in this case is the set of fuzzy membership can be done using Evolution Strategies method. The accuracy of the system is obtained by matching the results of the diagnosis and the diagnosis expert system using 51 generates test data accuracy rate of 95.49% using fuzzy. After optimization of the fuzzy set membership using evolution strategies (ES) produces better accuracy rate is 97.45% with the best parameters obtained ES is the population size of 80, offspring size of 10μ, and the amount of generation by 50.

Abstract

The main task of a lecturer is to produce quality human resources and solve problems that exist in the wider community through research, dedication, and so forth. Competence owned by a lecturer determines the quality of the implementation of the college tridharma. So it is necessary to evaluate the academic performance of lecturers conducted periodically by the quality assurance team. Evaluation of academic performance of lecturers aims to maintain the quality of institutions, facilitate the decision-making, and provide appropriate treatment for improving the quality of lecturers. Each lecturer can have different competencies with each other. Therefore, there needs to be a grouping of data related to the academic performance of lecturers optimally. In this research, a lecturer clustering system will be built based on academic performance using k-means clustering method. Given that the method has the disadvantage of often getting different clusters because the initialization of the centroid is done randomly, therefore there is a need for centroid optimization on the k-means algorithm. The parallel genetic algorithm can be used to optimize the cluster center on the k-means algorithm. The result of clustering shows that cluster center optimization using parallel genetic algorithm get better result than only k-means method.

Abstract

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is the process of menaging interaction between companies and customers regarding sales and service who utilize some integrated information to understand customer behaviour and serve the best service. This research was held at Everyday Smart Hotel Malang which one of activities is reservation process.Currently, the ordering has two process through online travel agent and booking process directly. But on certain activites, many customers make reservation directly. Furthermore, ordering process is often the occurrence of long queues, information received by customers is not complete, so customers involved to leave Everyday Smart Hotel. Regarding of this case hence need operational Customer Relationship Ranagement (CRM) module Sales Force Automation (SFA) and Service Automation (SA) Customer Self-service activity in order to improve service and customer satisfaction by applying integrated web-based system information then it will be more efficient. The result of this Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for effectivity aspect, the result was 96% for customers and 96% for receptionist. For efficiency aspect, average time result 80% for the customer and 83% for receptionist more efficient. Then, for user satisfaction, the result was better because it has sixteen statement good for customers and receptionist.
