Abstract

GO-JEK Indonesia is an online-based transportation with the most users in Indonesia with 21.6% users. Consumers have more trust in GO-JEK than any other online transportation services. One of the things to consider in choosing a product or service is price. In addition, perceived of size, perceived of reputation, and quality of services are considered to have positive influences on GO-JEK consumer belief. The problem arise is the influence between price, perceived of size, perceived of reputation and service quality with trust is not known. In addition, it is not known which variables are most influential on trust. Multiple linear regression is used to answer the problem. Primary data were obtained from questionnaires distributed online by social media. F test and T test are conducted to know the effect of relationship between price variables, perception size, perception of reptation, and quality of service with trust simultaneously and partially. The results of this study indicate that price and reputation perception have no significant effect on trust. While the perception of size and quality of service has a significant influence on trust. Service quality has the greatest influence to trust. The independent variables used in this study contributed 68.4% to the trust of GO-JEK customers.

Abstract

Cow milk has a lot of animal protein and have benefit for children and whoever in process for grow up. Cow milk contains good essential amino acids. Malang Animal Health Laboratory as the unit executor in east java Animal Husbandry Department do a test in kesmavet for efforts to secure milk as a farm product with appropriate testing in suitable with the Indonesian National Standard (SNI). The classification of cow milk quality is still using organoleptic (smell, taste, color) that are linguistic, so that variable and parameter are uncertain and become themain obstacle of expert in determining good milk quality. To resolve this issue, this can be done with schizophrenia classification using support vector machine (SVM) algorithm, which SVM performace is more suitable than other classification methods. In this study there are 269 data that is divided into two data that is data training and data testing with three classification result, that is low, medium, and hight. The result in this paper get the best acuracy based ratio data 50%:50%, with Kernel RBF and λ (lambda) = 0,001, C (complexity) = 0,01, γ (gamma) =0,00001, maximum iteration = 30 and σ kernel RBF= 2. The average result of accuracy using SVM method in cow milk quality classification was 92.82% and highest accuracy was 94.02%.

Abstract

Over the past years, the use of wireless technologies has been increased and has changed how the electronic devices interact and communicate. Wi-Fi Direct is one of wireless technologies exist. Wi-Fi is the development of Wi-Fi Alliance by utilizing Peer-to-Peer infrastructure. The purpose of Wi-Fi Direct technology is to improve device-to-device communication directly with Wi-Fi. On a Wi-Fi Direct network, a service discovery algorithm is needed to help them share their services. This study aims to implement the service discovery algortihm on one group of Wi-Fi Direct with the Simple Service Discovery Protocol (SSDP) algorithm and test performance of the system. Performance testing experiments of this study to determine the delay of some process that is done, in the process of peer discovery, forming group, and service discovery with SSDP. The result of impementation SSDP algorithm on one group of Wi-Fi Direct can be concluded that a Group Owner can share the service to its clients and based on the performance testing obtained result for the fastest delay of peer discover process is 10,328 seconds and the longest delay of peer discovery is 19.914 seconds, for delay of the group formation process the fastest delay of 0.305 seconds and the longest delay of 0.633 seconds, for service discovery process with SSDP delayed fastest in 0.035 seconds and the longest delay in 0.065 seconds.

Abstract

This research is applying Multi-Criteria Evaluation (MCE) method to analyze the land suitability of residential in Malang. Criteria such as safety, convenience, and compatibility are used in this research based on Indonesia National Standard procedure of housing environment planning in urban area. There are two MCE techniques that are used; those are WLC and OWA techniques. Both techniques are giving different results, and the closest result to the reality is the OWA technique. Then the results of both techniques are validated using ROC analysis method. The percentage of the OWA model is showing 79%, while WLC model is only showing 67%. Then, WLC and OWA models are incorporated into geographic information systems that have been tested using Black-box and White-box methods in order to make the Malang's society can access it

Abstract

A baby is a stage of human development from 0-12 months where brain development and physical development are the main focus interest to see the baby growth. Nutrition status is one of the essential components that is always under supervision for baby growht. Baby's nutrition system is not only measured in terms of whether they are good or bad nutrition, but also being measurd through baby's height and baby's weight. Based on these problems, needed research on the classification system to detecting nutrition of baby and baby's parents can monitor the development nutrition from their baby. Furthermore, there are other parameters such as gender and age that serve as contributing factor when measuring baby's nutrition, A censor with microcontroller has already been developed to provide specific number of the baby's gender and age which then will be input to a system using 4x4 keypad. On the other hand, ultrasonic censor and load cell are used as a measurement system for baby's height and weight. Then all these data will be input and compared to arduino uno classification that will determine the baby's nutrition. The method use for this classification is called Naive Bayes. All the development stages will be put on 16x2 LCD to provide an assessment and analysis regarding the accuracy of this system. Based on the reading the censor provides on 10 objects, the heihgt (lenght) censor has 98.28% accuracy and weight with 71.02% accuracy. The classification test with 30 data that is picked randomly has 100% accuracy for the weight and height. Then average of time classification test are 0.026 second and 0.032 second respectively. The test and analysis of the overall system has 96.66% for ist accuracy for the height and 60% accuracy for the weight system.

Abstract

In Indonesia, the death rate of pregnant women was still very high. Lack of knowledge about the perceived symptoms during pregnancy make pregnant women regardless of the specific symptoms that can be harmful and disease records indicate the causes of indirect maternal death in pregnant. Moreover, the risk of pregnant mother mortality is also higher due to the delay in taking the decision factors for referenced. Based on the fact, the proposed solution in the form of expert system diagnosis of diseases of pregnant women using the method of Certainty Factor (CF) that can help recognize diseases during pregnancy to take place based on the perceived symptoms of pregnant women as well as references that should be targeted by the patient. The methods of the CF have a performance system that is capable of running the functional needs and high accuracy percentage results. Moreover the method of CF can describe a level of confidence to the problem at hand. Based on the test results, obtained results 100% functionality of disease diagnosis expert system of pregnant women worked in accordance with a list of system requirements and the system has a level of accuracy of 100%.

Abstract

Radio Kalimaya Bhaskara require a system that can segmentation their customer to identify potention and characteristic of each customer using LRFM (Length, Recency, Frequency, Monetary) method. Development of customer relatioship management system using system development life cycle v-model to implement 13 functional requirements and 1 non-functional requirementresulting from elicitation process. Result of software design including sequence diagram, class diagram, design of database, design of interface, and calculation of LRFM value from transaction data. Implementation of software design using programming language PHP and MySQL as database management system. Testing technique on system including unit testing , integration testing, system testing, acceptance testing and security testing.Unit testing perform to 2 function unit and give an output that those function unit are easy to understand, easy to test and can easily to implement. Integration testing perform to 2 function unit and give a result that match with expected result, so it can be said valid. System testing perform to 13 functional requirements and the result match with expected result, so it can be said valid. Acceptance testing explain that stakeholder have approved all functions that have been provide on system. Security testing perform SQL Injection testing to login from and succeed. The comparison results of manually LRFM calculation and through the system give the same customer segmentation results.

Abstract

Internet of Things (IoT) is a system where its contained devices are interconnected which makes it possible to exchange information or data via Internet. Middleware is an intermediary system between hardware and software which contained in IoT system. In the previous research, middleware was developed to overcome interoperability problem by providing multi-protocol gateway for CoAP MQTT and Websocket. There are several aspects to test middleware such as integration, interoperability, scalability, real time performance, and security. In the previous research, integration testing was performed to test the suitability of middleware with its functional requirements and interoperability testing in order to know the level of middleware interoperability, therefore in this research a test performed with other aspects which is performance and scalability. The results of performance and scalability analysis are average CPU usage of CoAP protocol was 0.68%, MQTT 0.60% and CoAP MQTT 1.21%, average Memory usage of CoAP was 5-7%, MQTT 8-9%, and CoAP MQTT 10-12%. The average delay time of sending data from nodeMCU to middleware for CoAP and MQTT is 3 seconds. The average data transmission delay time from nodeMCU to middleware with packet loss is varied between 0% - 75%. The ability of middleware to overcome publish or subscibe in one second with 100 to 1000 clients grows as the number of clients increases.

Abstract

Dictio is an online discussion group which established to help people for discussing, sharing experiences with communities, sharing knowled and thoughts as well as question & answer more confortable, professional and open. The aim of this research is to know the usability, information quality and service interaction quality on Dictio based on Webqual 4.0 method. Data collection gathered from spreading the questionnaire then analyze the data using descriptive method and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). As a result, on the usability has 1 indicator goes to quadrant I (main priority), 2 indicators go to quadrant II (preserve achievement), 3 indicators go to quadrants III (low priority) and 2 indicators go to quadrants IV. On information quality has 2 indicators go to quadrants I (main priority), 2 indicators go to quadrants II (preserve achievement), 3 indicators go to quadrants III (low priority). On service interaction quality has 1 indicator goes to quadrant I (main priority), 4 indicators go to quadrants II (preserve achievement), 2 indicators go to quadrants III (low priority). As it shown, the writer recommended an improvement toward the quality based on relevance journal and research.

Abstract

Oral ulcer is a condition that occurs around the oral cavity that can be caused by several factors such as fungi, bacteria, viruses, anti immune, and allergies. The problems are symptoms of oral ulcer between diseases in the same category have a high similarity that required knowledge and expert experience to diagnose the disease. Based on these problems, researchers designed a system of oral ulcer experts who have expert knowledge to obtain a diagnosis of oral ulcer along with medical treatment required by the patients. The method used in the knowledge base of this expert system is bayessian network with PHP programming language and using mySQL database. Based on the results of functional testing using blackbox test method obtained all functions can run well and in accordance with the design. While the accuracy test obtained the best accuracy of 86.13% through 3 experiments with different variations using 23 test data. With a fairly high accuracy results then the oral disease expert system using Bayessian network method is concluded to have good performance.
