Abstract

Feeding in accordance with nutritional needs of laying hens is the most important thing to be considered. This is because, the feed given will affect the amount and quality of the eggs produced. In addition, feed also affects the success of a chicken breeding business, where required a big amount of feed costs. So farmers must make an appropriate combination of the feed in order to obtain the minimum cost but with adequate nutrition. To obtain that feed combination, a research is conducted using Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO). PSO is one of the optimization methods that can solve the problems of feed combination to obtain the adequate nutrition of laying hens, so the farmer's income will be maximize. This research uses a real representation of code where each particles have long number with the data feed material used is 40. Each dimension in a particle represents the weight of the feed material. According to the test results, obtained the best parameters, such as swarm size = 350, number of iteration = 500, ωmax = 0.9 and ωmin = 0.4, c1i = 2.5 and c1f = 0.5 also c2i =0.5 and c2f = 2.5, then the best number of iteration according to the convergence test is 330. The final result is a combinational of best feed ingredients with nutritional met and minimum cost.

Abstract

Software Defined Networking is a new paradigm that emerging in networking industry to solve today's computer network problem such as the difficult configuration because it used low-level configuration as well as limited visual devices. By using the SDN network, the network will have advantages such as easy to developing and experimenting of new protocols, easy to manage, and ease the network to adapt when there is infrastructure changes. Controller is an important part of the SDN network, because the controller has function to control the login in SDN network. ONOS is a controller that offers the advantage delivering high-availablity, scalable, and bring performace as good as carrier grade class. Dijkstra's shortest path algorithm is one of the routing algorithms. Dijkstra's shortest path routing performance on SDN network using ONOS controller produces lantecy time 0,092 ms using geoDistance function and latency time 0,097 using linkMetric function. This concluded latency time will increase along with the lenght the path used for communicate between hosts. Meanwhile the performance test result of ONOS controller while running Dijkstra algorithm as well as responding to fail path on the network link resulted that ONOS controller provide good performance on the network that requires infrastructure with combination of 20 switches and 40 hosts, and the average convergence time that ONOS needed to build new path is 1,405s.

Abstract

As the year increase, the demand for electricity increase. Every building either mansion or house mostly has electronic equipment, such as light. Besides, AC is quite expensive of electronic equipment which the electrical power required is quite large. Electronic equipment certainly requires electrical energy. However, it usually only uses the on-off principle. It is certainly can reduce the lifetime of equipments, waste the electrical energy, and cause the room temperature condition become uncontrollable. In this study made conditioning system of automatic AC and light using Fuzzy Sugeno logic. The system using input of light from LDR sensor, temperature and humidity from DHT11 sensor, and movement from PIR HC-SR501 sensor. Next, using Arduino Uno microcontroller to process and the result is numeric which displayed on LCD. Design of Fuzzy logic consist of fuzzification, which is forming Fuzzy set of input variables, inference is the step to forming set of rules, and defuzzification is the step to determine the results. Implementation of Fuzzy logic consist of made program code to calculate the membership degree from input variables of light, temperature, and humidity, next, program code to find α-predicate value of each rules, and the last, program code to find z value which done twice, for AC and light condition. The success rate of Fuzzy logic is done by comparing the output value of system with MATLAB. The accuracy average of AC output is 97.21%, while the light is 93.75%.

Abstract

This study examined how the OSPF and EIGRP work in mesh topology for VoIP service. To determine the performace of both routing protocol, used 3 parameter of QoS, namely throughput, jitter and packet loss. Based on scenarios that have been determined, a study of OSPF and EIGRP performance for VoIP service in mesh network topology is as follows : In EIGRP routing protocol the value of throughput codec g729 is between 40-50 kbps on the codec g711 is 7-20 kbps, the jitter value on the g711 and g729 codecs is between 200-600 seconds and the packet loss is in the 1-600 bytes range in the codec g729 , The codec g711 packet loss is worth 10000-600000 bytes, EIGRP has an average convergence time of 13-19 seconds. While on OSPF the value of throughput in g729 codec is between 30-50 kbps on g711 codec worth 18-30 kbps, jitter value on g711 and g729 codec is between 400-600 seconds and packet loss is in the range of 7-600 bytes in codec g729, In the codec g711 packet loss is worth 16000-200000 bytes, OSPF has an average convergence time of 30-50 seconds. In low communication scenario, OSPF dominant has better performance than EIGRP. In medium communication scenario, the parameters throughput, jitter and packet loss performance of EIGRP is better than OSPF. As for the time of convergence EIGPR has better performance than OSPF.

Abstract

West Nusa Tenggara Province has implementing e-Government by creating a website as a part of public service. Public gave a 40.2% rating for poor assessment to the current website service. Public services should be periodically evaluated for service optimization. The study aims to determine the quality of West Nusa Tenggara Province website services using the dimensions of e-Govqual and IPA, determine the priority attributes of service quality improvement based on the results of IPA analysis and give the recommendations from the e-Govqual dimension attribute analysis. The study was conducted on the West Nusa Tenggara Province website at www.ntbprov.go.id during March 2017 to June 2017. To assess the quality of the website service used 5 dimensions and 28 e-Govqual attributes. With the 100 respondents used as research samples, the results of IPA analysis on the level of conformity has an average value of 85.22% and value of the gap has a value of GAP 0 is -0.61, meaning the performance of the website service has not been able to meet user expectations. Furthermore, from the quadrant analysis, 4 attributes with main priority and 8 attributes with low priority for service improvement. Recommendations are given based on literature or theory for attributes that need to be improved in order to improve the quality of website services.

Abstract

Load balancing is a technique to divide the workload on 2 or more servers when there is a request from the client. In load balancing techniques there are several algorithms,, others: least connection, weighted least connection and others. This research uses weighted least connection algorithm. The weighted least connection algorithm divides the server load based on the weight value. The supporting tool for load balancing is IPVSADM with Piranha interface. In the test, the measured parameters are throughput, response time and CPU usage. The tool used in the test in httperf. From the test results with delivery of 10000 connections obtained by sending connections per second more will increase the throughput value. On testing the highest throughput value is 547,74 KB / s. Compared with the response time response, if given a high connection will be higher in the sense of slowing down. In connection distribution testing, the server with the highest weights accommodates more connections of 4000 connections, the lowest weight of 1000 connections from the total 10000 connections. In CPU usage testing, the weighted least connection algorithm is at least better than the least connection algorithm when applied to a heterogeneous server.

Abstract

Hambatan terbesar yang dialami oleh peternak sapi perah adalah penggunaan komposisi pakan yang tidak efisien. Dalam sudut pandang ekonomi, biaya untuk pembelian pakan ternak merupakan biaya tertinggi dalam usaha peternakan, sehingga harus ditekan serendah mungkin untuk memaksimalkan pendapatan dengan tetap memperhatikan nutrisi yang dibutuhkan oleh sapi perah. Agar dapat mencapai dua hal tersebut dilakukan optimasi terhadap ransum agar dapat memenuhi kebutuhan nutrisi dengan biaya yang minimal. Algoritma genetika merupakan salah satu metode yang sesuai untuk memecahkan permasalahan optimasi. Representasi yang digunakan adalah real code dimana setiap kromosom mewakili bobot dari bahan pakan, dan panjang kromosom tergantung dari banyaknya bahan pakan. Metode crossover yang digunakan adalah extended intermediete, proses mutasi menggunakan metode random mutation, sedangkan elitism adalah metode yang digunakan dalam proses seleksi. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh parameter optimal yaitu pada populasi 100, generasi 200, serta kombinasi cr dan mr sebesar 0.3 dan 0.3. Hasil akhir yang didapatkan berupa rekomendasi komposisi ransum dengan biaya yang minimal dan kebutuhan nutrisi sapi perah tetap terpenuhi.

Abstract

Zakat is one of the five pillars of Islam and is included in the section of faith that is often mentioned in the Qur'an. Zakat is a worship as well as prayer and shaum (fasting), and refusal to pay for it or dodge it from deliberate elements is the same as denying faith and Islam. Zakat is usually distributed by the mosques and charity bodies of zakat that is around us, as well as around the dwelling of the people who are entitled to receive it. However, the process of data collection and distribution of zakat is sometimes constrained by the location mustahik. Zakat committee is often difficult in making data collection and distribution of zakat fitrah to the house of people who are entitled to receive zakat fitrah. The committee is also difficult to find a house from mustahik. With the geotagging feature on the smartphone, we can use it as a means to perform data collection and distribution of zakat. By using geotagging, we can add geographical identity to various media such as photos. Based on the results of the validation testing shows that the system meets all requirements of functionality requirements and 100% valid. Whereas based on usability testing result, the test result reaches 80.34% mean that this system can be accepted and used well by zakat committee.

Abstract

Text is one of communication and information media in human life. The crucial thing in text writing is a mistake in word writing called typographical error. The error occurs while using the keyboard on computer or on smartphone. Typographical error on a text can lead to something unpredictable for some people. Based on that reason, a system is needed to identify typographical error in a text and also make the correction of the error word. N-gram and Levenshtein Distance method can be used for correcting typographical error in the text. For detecting how many word candidates of typographical error, Levenshtein Distance can be implemented. Because the word candidates are unsorted, N-gram method is using to sort those word candidates based on the value of cosine similarity. In this research, the reason N-gram method using N=2 is to separated each two characters of identified typographical error and its word candidates.The value of cosine similarity calculated by tf-idf when the process of N-gram was done. The result of test scenario, the best value of precision is 0.97 from insertion type and the best value of recall is 1 from substitution type.

Abstract

Malang Industrial Department has duty to arrange strategic plan for measure it's work achievement. To measure goverment department's achievement, goverment has develop a system called “Sistem Akuntabilitas Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah” (SAKIP). The problem that occured in SAKIP realization is when collecting data of work achievement is to long. The other problem is the chief department can not knowing all work achievement in realtime. For now, there is no information system for manage SAKIP realization yet. Management information system make it possible for organizations to get the right information to the right person at the right time by enhancing the interaction between the organization's workers. Because of that, in this thesis project will be depeloping a web based information system for manage SAKIP realization that has a prime function to record, measure and report work achievement's result. For developing this software, will be using waterfall methodology. In waterfall model, there are 5 phases. First phase is analysis, then planning, implementation, testing and the last is maintenance. Functionality testing for this software is using white-box and black-box testing approach. The result of functionality testing indicate that this software function is appropriate with it's specification. Compatibility testing indicate that this software can running well on all different browser
