Abstract

Malang City is one of the cities in East Java Province in Indonesia which has a lot of potential to be used as a tourist destination that can be visited by both domestic and foreign tourists. Data shows that the number of tourists visiting Malang is less than that of Batu City. The small number of tourists is caused by several factors. One of them is the lack of information related to tourist attractions in the city of Malang. To deal with these problems, a system development that aims to make it easier for tourists to get information about Malang city tourist destinations. In addition to finding information the system can also be used by tourists to submit proposed tourism locations that may not have been registered. Tourists can also provide value to tourist sites so that they can be used as a reference for tourism managers in building good tourism locations. The system was built using the Laravel framework which has more features than other frameworks and uses BotMan for the construction of chatbots in order to provide interactive information and with map support for more accurate location indicators. Testing is done by testing three aspects, namely unit testing, integration testing and validation testing in which all three tests produce a value of 100% valid. In compatibility testing we get the results that the system can run on 8 types of browsers. It is expected that this development will make it easier for tourists to access and obtain information about Malang City tourism.

Abstract

Sometimes there is the addition of new sensors on IoT devices to suit the needs of the environment, which will take time or spend a lot of time manually configuring each device. If the device is already connected to network communication, the configuration can be done Over-The-Air. By using the HTTP protocol and the Rest-Api concept, the device can auto-config the firmware when a new sensor is installed. The device will make a configuration request according to the sensor read by it, and the server will return the required configuration, once it is received, the device will automatically process it into firmware for the sensor. From the tests carried out 90 times with details, namely there are 3 types of sensors, 10 trials of each sensor, and carried out at 3 different distances, namely 4-meters, 8-meters, and 12-meters, the average delay of the auto-processing process was obtained. The config on the LM75A sensor experiment with a distance of 4,8 and 12-meters is 10198 ms, 10204 ms, and 12019 ms, respectively. In the experiment the SW420 sensor with a distance of 4,8 and 12-meters is 9700 ms, 9802 ms, and 9819 ms, respectively. In the RAIN sensor experiment with 4,8 and 12-meter distances, they were 9708 ms, 9629.9 ms, and 9815 ms, respectively.

Abstract

Salted eggs are one of the foods made from eggs that are preserved by salting. Most use duck eggs for preservation and it is possible to use other eggs. Salted eggs have different kinds such as boiled salted eggs, baked salted eggs, smoked salted eggs and grilled salted eggs. In detecting eggs that have been mashed and not mashed, the conventional method is still used. To distinguish between fried eggs and unmarried eggs, to determine the level of saltiness of salted eggs, the TCS3200 sensor will be used to detect the white and yolk colors. For the Arduino Mega Microcontroller, it is used for the proces implemented by the K-NN method to calculate the RGB result value. The results of the first TCS3200 obtained an average value of 4.05% while second TCS3200 obtained an average value of 8.34%. As for the accuracy of K-NN, the value is 66.67% where the difference is not too prominent so it is classified as good..

Abstract

The development of the WSN (Wireless Sensor Network) concept on the Internet of Things allows communication to be carried out wirelessly so as to help node mobility. Nodes that can move freely to move away from the gateway can cause communication to be interrupted so that a relay is needed as an intermediary for data transmission. Other nodes can be used to become a relay that helps bridge data transmission between nodes and gateways and utilizes multihop communication. So that each relay is responsible for sending its own data and forwarding data to other nodes that are not in the range of the gateway. In addition, this multihop concept can increase the range of wireless communication modules by utilizing other nodes as relays. A node that is not directly connected to the gateway must be able to find a routing path to get to the gateway. The path chosen must be the shortest path, so we need a routing protocol that can collect existing network information and choose the shortest path to get to the gateway. The routing protocol that is created must also be dynamic so that it can adapt to changes in the network because nodes on the network can move freely, so the arrangement of routing paths can change. There are two tests carried out to measure the feasibility of the system made, namely functional testing and performance testing. In functional testing the system can run well where nodes can collect all network information and choose the shortest path, send sensor data, forward sensor data from other nodes, and adapt to network changes such as disconnection of the selected path. Performance testing is conducted to test the ability of the system based on convergence time, packet delivery ratio, and delay with the effect of distance, number of hops, and delivery time intervals. The results of the functional testing of the node managed to meet all the requirements that have been determined. In the results of testing the performance of node convergence time it takes 7,365 seconds at a distance of 50 meters to get network information, while at a distance of 100 meters it takes 10,807 seconds. Then in the packet loss performance test, the lowest percentage is at a distance of 100 meters and the number of 1 hop jumps is 6% and the highest percentage is at a distance of 50 meters and the number of 3 hops jumps is 22%. In testing the delay performance, the lowest value is obtained at a distance of 50 meters and the number of 1 hop jumps is 276ms and the highest value at a distance of 100 meters 3 hops is 755ms.

Abstract

A student is someone who has been attending one of the highest educational institutions for some time. Students have several levels, namely the beginning and the final level. Where the final level is a step to prepare yourself to compile a thesis or final assignment as a condition of graduation becomes one of the toughest obstacles. In several studies conducted in 2019 at one of the universities, 15 students with an average age of 21 partially had mild depression rates of (51.7%), moderate (41.4%), there were 2 high-level depressed students (Mir et al., 2019). As a final-level student depression is a disease that can affect all final students including students instead of the end level. Therefore, depression in students must be treated quickly and appropriately. However, the obstacles to handling require experts or psychologists, plus the lack of people who understand about mental disorders in students. Therefore, a system is needed that can detect early levels of depression in students to be able to stop more serious problems. The study will implement an expert system for early detection of student depression levels using the Support Vector Machine method with a web-based kernel-RBF. . Using 257 data in his tests obtained an average accuracy value of 90.6% and a precision value of 87.8%, recall 83.2%, f1-score 85% and obtained the best SVM parameter value at the value of complexity (C) = 2, gamma (y) = 0.1, and Maxiteration = 1000 with a data ratio of 70%:30%. With good accuracy scores, this study can be implemented to help expert system for early detection of student depression levels using the Support Vector Machine Method.

Abstract

Shoe laundromats or shoe washing services in Indonesia were only discussed in 2014. The shoe washing service business began to flourish and was widespread in almost all major cities in Indonesia. This business can be formed, because it cannot be separated from the consumptive nature of the community who are interested in shoes and sneakers. Business people see the enthusiasm of the community for their interest in caring for shoes, making business opportunities for business people to start 2 businesses in this field. Business people see the busy activities carried out by the community but most of them have minimal time to take care of the shoes they have, even though shoes are a mandatory requirement that is used when traveling, going to school, or working. Due to the increasing number of shoe washing service businesses in 2019, players in this field are competing to attract potential customers with new innovations that are continuously being developed. Thus, business people in this field must rack their brains to turn potential customers into consumers of the services they offer. By using an innovation in technology to increase sales. In this study, we will develop an android application for ordering shoe washing to help run this business. The method used in this research is using prototyping. This research begins with the requirements engineering stage which produces 32 functional requirements and 1 non-functional requirement. The implementation phase of this application uses Firebase as a database using the Java programming language. Finally, there is the testing phase with unit testing producing 3 functional values ​​tested valid, validation testing has succeeded in reaching 100% valid according to the expected result, and usability testing resulting in a usability score of a SUS score of 71.5. With this research, it is hoped that it can help in terms of shoe washing services at Garage Shoes Clean.

Abstract

The design of Academic and Financial Information System at Tunas Bangsa Kindegarten serves to facilitate guardians in obtaining academic and non-academic information. It also makes it easy for kindergartens to be able to process academic data, record cash flow, and provide information. This design uses the SDLC - Waterfall method with 3 phases, requirements analysis, design, and evaluation. At the requirements analysis phase, the results are business processes, feature identification, actor identification, user requirements, system requirements, and use cases. At the design phase, the results are Activity Diagram, Class Analysis, Sequence Diagram, Class Diagram, Logical Data Model, Physical Data Model, and interface design. In the evaluation phase using the Traceability Matrix, it can be concluded that all user requirements are well-defined and that there are no undefined user requirements. In the evaluation using SUS get 81 results which means the system can be accepted by the user by usability. The suggestion for TK Tunas Bangsa is to continue this research to the development stage. Then when the system is finished, it is better to do maintenance every few times so that the system have no problems.
