Abstract

The architecture of the MIC-1 8 bits is one of the simplest computer architecture in which there are registers such as the program counter, a memory buffer register, register A, register B, an external input and integrated logic unit. The register collection was used as a datapath for the execution of instructions. Intergrated circuit 74XX (IC74XX) is an intergrated circuit (IC) series used to implementation simple logical series. IC74XX, in one set of IC74XX, there are several varieties of gates that can perform a variety of functions involving AND, OR, NOT, adder, and multiplexer. On a series of datapath computer architecture MIC-1 8 bits uses switches and IC74051. The switch function is as a data input entered by the user by hand and IC74051 to process datapath data that is used as a b bus input. Arihmetic logic unit (ALU) using IC74LS32, IC74LS04, IC74LS08, IC74LS08, and IC74LS251N in the arithmetic and logic process. Datapath and arithmetic logic unit (ALU) use 5-volt power as resources and LED as output. With functional testing results it obtained according to manual calculations in multiplexer datapath operation and was reduced to non-functional testing part.

Abstract

The stress of technology or commonly called technostress is a form of stress when doing a job that links to a technology that can trigger stress. There are individual factors that can rise over technostress, which are mindfulness and self-cation. This technostress is usually within the employees' scope, where employees feel that abilities are not comparable to the technology used and therefore take more time to study the technology. So researchers aim to share new insights with the organization's managers in coping with the technostress negative effects on employees generated by technology use. The study, which also provides insight/prevention for employees to keep their technology in check, thus reducing the incidence of technostress in employees. The data collection technique performed on the application is using a questionnaire spread through social media. The population in this study is working employees of an organization that finishes its job using technology and samples used by 324. Data collection took place for two weeks starting on October 18, 2021. The data that had been collected was prepared to see if it was valid and reliable, after which it was analyzed. Abstract

Sentiment analysis is one of method that is often used to determine the sentiment in a sentence based on its analysis. Sentiment analysis is one of the methods in text mining that uses the process of text preprocessing and then continued the process of word weighting. The case of corona virus or COVID-19 in Indonesia has reached 6 thousand more on Saturday afternoon (18/4/2020). A total of 11 regions in Indonesia apply PSBB with Jakarta as the first city to do it. Many companies finally do layoffs with the employees due to the pandemic corona virus. There are exposed Termination of Employment (PHK), laid off, working part, cutting salaries, and so on. There are some stages in this research, namely preprocessing for processing of documents, and use the features of the unigram and a bigram and by weighting words using the Augmented TF - IDF Probability and will be clarified by using the method of K-Nearest Neighbour. The Data are used as much as 250 training data and 100 test data. The best results obtained from this study with values of K = 3 to unigram, is accuracy worth 0.68, precision worth 0.415, recall worth 0.404, f-measure worth 0.406. And for the value of a bigram that accuracy is worth 0.776, precision is worth 0.591, recall is worth 0.408, f-measure is worth 0.437. The selection term unigram and a bigram is very influential on the results of this study. So that the visible results of each evaluation value that has been done have a considerable difference in value

Abstract

PT Asri Medical Center has a health service facility in the form of a general hospital, the hospital wants a facility in the form of a website to promote the hospital and make it easier for the community in terms of health services. Therefore it is necessary to design a website that is good, easy to use and can meet user needs. This research was conducted with the aim of producing a desktop version of the user interface design of the Asri Purwakarta General Hospital website using the Human Centered Design (HCD) method which consists of 4 phases. The first phase of defining user context aims to identify users of the website through user identification by online observation and interviews, identifying user characteristics and determining user goals and tasks. The second phase performs a user needs analysis including a list of user requirements and a list of features on the website. The third phase of designing a solution begins with the creation of a web site design framework that has been validated, then proceeds to produce a high-fidelity prototype (High-Fidelity). The last phase is evaluating the solution design by giving User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) questions to users and the hospital's response to the desktop version of the website prototype that has been created. The results of the test using the UEQ assessment, which has a positive category mean value with all UEQ scales in the very good category. As well as responses from users including hospital stakeholders and the general public as a whole are good.

Abstract

Dojobox Bootcamp Academy is one of the intensive training for the Software Quality Assurance (SQA) which has been running for one batch. From the classes that were already running, several problems were found, including the difficulty of adjusting the time between participants and the class, unstable internet connection, and difficulties in adjusting the learning tempo. Therefore, learning media that can be accessed more flexibly so that participants can access learning content anywhere and anytime. This is in line with the stakeholder's desire to create a learning management system (LMS) as a material for branding the Dojobox Bootcamp Academy. In this study, Goal-Directed Design is used as an approach to link the needs, desires of users and organizational goals. The end result of this is an interactive prototype with a high-fidelity design. The design was evaluated using qualitative and quantitative tests. Qualitative testing was done by using user testing and getting 30 feedback on interaction and interface improvements. Qualitative testing was carried out using a user experience questionnaire (UEQ) and resulted in the following averages: attractiveness scale with 1.32 (above average), perspicuity scale with 2.02 (excellent), efficiency scale with 1.86 (good), dependability scale with 1.52 (good), stimulation scale with 1.54 (good), and novelty scale with 1.25 (good).

Abstract

Accounting Information System is a system that collects, stores and processes financial data within a company. In the income cycle of one company, if it has an effective accounting information system, the system will make a good effect on the success of the company from a financial and general perspective in the long term. LC Language Center or commonly known as Kampung English LC is a company engaged in the service sector which in its vanue has utilized information systems or websites to facilitate and accelerate business processes. Reviewing some of the problems obtained related to information systems within the company, especially accounting information systems that are not yet adequate and meet the needs, a web-based accounting information system is developed which is expected to meet the needs, support and facilitate decision makers within the company in collecting, storing and processing more integrated financial data. The seven main features of this system are Dashboard, Estimated Account, Transaction Journal, Bank Reconciliation, General Ledger, Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet. The development of a web-based system developed with SDLC Rapid Application Development will be implemented with the Laravel framework using the PHP programming language and Javascript. The tests carried out on the functional requirements of the system are in the form of unit testing with the white box method and validation testing with the black box method where this functional test gets 100% valid results. While the non-functional test, namely usability, was tested using the SUS method which resulted in a score of 73.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has spread to various countries around the world, the country of Indonesia has not escaped the ferocity of the COVID-19 pandemic, the rate of positive cases in Indonesia has experienced an increase. The government has taken various ways to suppress positive cases of COVID-19, one of which is the implementation of the New Normal. Twitter is a social media that is widely used by Indonesian people in many ways. Topics regarding the New Normal can appear on Twitter's trending topic feature because many Indonesians discuss the implementation of the New Normal in Indonesia, various opinions regarding the implementation of the New Normal scenario in Indonesia will be obtained using text mining techniques by using the Twitter API crawling, the texts data must go through data cleaning process to make easy classification process by using Naive Bayes Classifier method. At first, the data have been labelled to ease the sentiment analysis process. The last process is classification process by using Naive Bayes Classifier method. After the classification process, the predicted sentiments are evaluated using 5-fold cross validation and confusion matrix. This research yields average accuracy 0,86, precision, 0,86, recall 0,86, and f-measure 0,86.

Abstract

Not all online communities succeed in inviting their members to be active in them. There is a theory called "Self Determination Theory". This theory focuses on the 3 main factors that underpin an individual's experience of autonomy, competence, and relatedness is said to drive the most voluntary and high-quality forms of motivation and engagement for activities. The discipline of Information Systems is related to social phenomena that exist in society caused by the development and influence of information technology. The research was conducted by making a conceptual framework based on "Self Determination Theory" which will then provide 3 hypotheses, namely autonomy, competence, and relatedness factors that have a significant influence on individual activity in online communities. Then the data was collected through interviews conducted on 13 resource persons who are members and also administrators of the online community. The selected online community is an online community of lovers of one of the fashion products that are much favored by local and international communities. After the data was collected, qualitative data processing was carried out using descriptive coding. After analyzing the data, it was found that the factors of autonomy, competence, and relatedness have a significant influence on individual activity in online communities. Researchers also provide suggestions for online communities who want their members to be active in them.

Abstract

Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) is a Regional Owned Enterprise in providing drinking water facilities for the community. Currently PDAM is making use of information and communication technology which is a process in realizing optimization of company performance so that it is faster, more precise, efficient and effective. PDAM Malang city provides clean, ready-to-drink water containing 4000Lt for free. The current process that must be carried out in ordering ready-to-drink clean water is by opening the Malang City PDAM Instagram which is found on the link, then customers can choose the Tugu Tirta Whatsapp which will be allocated to the Whatsapp number and can contact the PDAM to order clean water. However, there are difficulties on the part of PDAM in monitoring the delivery of tanker trucks that are carrying out the process of delivering water. So that a water tank truck monitoring system is needed using the Geographic Information System (GIS) method which will show the geographic location of the tanker truck delivery and can make it easier for customers to see the PDAM water delivery process. The system is made in the form of a website and android which produces the main features of monitoring introductions, submit a complaint and confirming deliveries. The system will be tested using whitebox testing, blackbox testing, and usability testing.

Abstract

The letter is a written communication medium to convey information to the intended party, either for individual or organizational purposes. Management of correspondence CV. Mandiri Nusantara is still done manually until now because the letters received and sent have various types and the number is not small as time goes by. If you still use conventional methods, you have a lot of risk of losing mail data, taking up a lot of space, making it difficult to get mail information, as well as correspondence management processes such as archiving, distributing, and making letters. In archiving there are incoming letters that are received directly in the form of physical documents, whereas some companies or agencies still send incoming letters in the form of physical documents to CVs. Mandiri Nusantara and incoming mail from Gmail. With the existing problems, it is necessary to develop a web-based mail management application to help manage correspondence. Between applications and Gmail can be integrated using the IMAP protocol, retrieve email messages every month from Gmail to be displayed on the application as a CV archive. Mandiri Nusantara. Using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method in development even though it only requires a relatively fast and short time does not reduce product quality, only 60 - 90 days have maximum results. The results of the development of a web-based mail management application utilizing the IMAP Gmail protocol integration technology (Case Study: CV. Mandiri Nusantara) can assist in managing correspondence such as archiving, distributing, and creating letters and makes it easier to find mail information with 100% valid BlackBox testing results. and the test results for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) conducted by 3 examiners consisting of the director, finance, and the main manager of correspondence or administrators have 88% results, that the web-based mail management application has met the needs of users in managing CV correspondence.
