Abstract

Currently, the industrial sector is experiencing high growth. One of the reasons is the government's role in creating a conducive investment climate, so that many foreign investors invest in the country. Industrialization increases people's income which drives changes in the economic structure in many countries. In running production operations at the factory, the main components must be able to run well, be it production machines, raw materials, or other production factors. When there are components that are not running as they should, it will hamper the production process and can cause losses. For example, what happened at the Baltimore manufacturing plant. The factory made Johnson & Johnson's COVID-19 vaccine because of an error in mixing vaccine raw materials. The factory damaged 15 million doses of Johnsn & Johnson's COVID-19 vaccine Based on the problems contained in the article, a system is needed that can prevent errors from mixing raw materials. A spare component is needed that checks before mixing the raw materials. In this case, a method is needed to become a selection system by entering into certain categories so that it can determine which spare components need to be operated. Grounded on the problems that have been described preliminarily and also assignments learned from affiliated exploration, the authors choose the KNearest Neighbor (KNN) system for opting the applicable category. Here the author uses the Arduino Uno microcontroller as a processor, ldr sensor and also a 5v dc pump. The result is the I2C communication protocol can be implemented on systems with wired library owned by Arduino IDE. System accuracy for rgb detector is 100%. Operational changing from main pump to a backup pump can be executed with the parameters of the main pump operational failure. The implementation of the knn algorithm use the arduino_knn library contained in the arduino IDE.

Abstract

During this pandemic, almost all activities are limited from work, study, worship to physical activityoutside the home. Fitness training venues were also affected because it was feared that the virus couldbe transmitted through shared tools, causing the choice of exercising at home to be a safe way. To dosports with the right movements, basic techniques or guidelines are needed to understand the movementsand the resulting effects. An instructor can help, but there are some drawbacks such as not feelingcomfortable, the costs incurred, and so on. With the development of today's technology, an instructorcan be replaced by an application that can help beginners or ordinary people do sports movementscorrectly. The solution that the author did was to develop an application to train body fitness based onandroid. This application will be developed using the waterfall model software development method.The system will display an image of the exercise movement as well as other features that support theexercise performed by the user. Blackbox and whitebox testing produces test results that are 100% validin all test cases. Compatibility testing results in the application system being able to run on the Android8.0 operating system and above. System Usability Scale testing is obtained by testing the application tousers with the results of an average usability value of 72.5 which is included in the good usabilitycategory.

Abstract

The influence of this growing culture and lifestyle makes people pay more attention to their appearance. One of the factors that affect appearance is the condition of a person's facial skin. Each product used by consumers has different reactions from one consumer to another, thus making many consumers review the products they use. Reviews given by consumers can be used to measure the quality of a beauty product. However, the large number of reviews given makes the review grouping unable to be done manually and sentiment analysis must be done to group the reviews into several categories. One of the algorithms for classifying sentiment analysis is using the Naive Bayes Classifier method which is a simple method that has faster performance in training data, is easy to implement, and has high effectiveness. In the classification process, feature selection will be used using the N-gram algorithm and DF-Thresholding to reduce the dimensions of the features in the data. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of DF-Thresholding algorithm on the accuracy of the Naive Bayes Classifier algorithm using the N-gram. The result showed a reduction of 16.312 features to 43 features and the highest accuracy value for bigram and unigram combination, which is 49%, precision is 0,23, recall is 0,26 and f-measure is 0,24.

Abstract

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the government recommends that students take distance learning processes. One solution to achieve learning objectives. The teacher of SMKN 3 Malang said that in the learning process two LMS were used, namely the LMS of SMKN 3 Malang and Google Classroom. However, teachers use Google Classroom more often than LMS SMKN 3 Malang because it is easier to use and looks simpler. Therefore, this study aims to determine user experience on Google Classroom, LMS SMKN 3 Malang, and compare the two LMS. As well as providing recommendations on the use of LMS SMKN 3 Malang and Google Classroom. For this reason, researchers evaluate User Experience using the Technique for User eXperience Evaluation in e-Learning (TUXEL) which consists of three aspects, namely general usability, pedagogical usability, and User Experience. The results of this study on the general usability aspect, Google Classroom found 11 problem items, compared to LMS Masterweb with 12 problem items. In the pedagogical usability aspect, 15 problem items were found in Google Classroom, while the LMS Masterweb found 18 problem items. In the User Experience aspect, Google Classroom indicates three codes consisting of: (1) support; (2) easy; (3) interesting. LMS SMKN 3 Malang also indicated four codes, namely: (1) complicated; (2) clear; (3) practical; (4) does not meet expectations

Abstract

Kediri has a variety of tourist attractions. The local government plans to develop the Smart City Concept in the city of Kediri. The development of Smart City in Kediri has one goal, namely Smart Branding. Smart Branding is introducing smart areas. If Smart Branding goes well, many tourists will visit. Not yet presenting tourism in Kediri has not been conveyed properly because Kediri does not yet have a special application. Therefore, in this final project a Kediri travel information mobile application will be developed under the name Tahu Kediri. Tahu Kediri because Kediri is a famous culinary, which is Tofu and Kediri travel information application. The application development uses the Human Centered Design design method. By using this method, the author can use the interface with the application for prospective users. The reason the authors developed the Tahu Kediri mobile application to help Kediri realize Smart Branding. In this application there are two Android sub application applications and Website applications. In the Tahu Kediri application, validation, usability and compatibility tests are performed.

Abstract

Non-performing loans is a problem that can have an impact on the running of cooperative business activities such as income from interest on loans and late or reduced capital. This is also a problem for Koperasi Serba Usaha (KSU) Surya Abadi, which in making decisions on loan applications still uses intuition. KSU Surya Abadi also still uses survey methods which require time and money. Therefore a system is needed that can provide recommendations or support decisions that can predict earlier related to non-performing loans on loan applications. Data mining is a process that can be used to make non-performing loans classifications. By using the C5.0 algorithm which is one of the classification algorithms, it is used to predict bad loans in loan applications that can produce a rule in the form of a decision tree. From the results of the evaluation and validation of the algorithm using the confusion matrix, an accuracy of 84% is obtained. Then, the resulting AUC value is based on the ROC curve of 0.836. To test the usability of the system using the System Usability Scale (SUS) the resulting value of 81.67. The resulting system is a dashboard visualization that contains several graphs to load time series, percentages, and trends of total loan submissions, form for predicting loan applications, form for entering new datasets, displaying accuracy and decision trees, user manager, and prediction attributes manager.
