Abstract

During the pandemic, MSMEs find it very difficult to sell their products offline. Because of this, at this time offline sales have begun to be replaced with online purchases. MSMEs have been provided with a place to sell their goods, namely the marketplace. However, in Indonesia, there are many marketplaces that have developed. The number of marketplaces makes users confused because each marketplace has a different way of opening accounts, selling products, and promoting. In addition, the absence of an analysis of the marketplace makes users confused in choosing which marketplace is suitable for selling their products. Therefore, designing a marketplace learning user experience will help overcome these problems as well as smooth learning about marketing in the marketplace. The human-centered design method is used in the design with the first several stages, namely literature study which is used to collect information from reading literature. Then next, analysis of the context of use used to analyze the characteristics of the user. After that, analyze user needs to find out what features the user needs in the design. Then after that, making a solution design in the form of a high-fidelity prototype design. After that, do testing by measuring how useful the application is, with usability testing and UEQ. Usability measures 3 aspects, namely the effectiveness level produces a value of 87.14%, the efficiency aspect produces a value of 95.9% and satisfaction of 77%. While testing with a user experience questionnaire resulted in an attractiveness value of 2.02, a perspicuity value of 1.91, an efficiency value of 1.90, a dependability value of 1.58, a stimulation value of 2.04, and a novelty value of 1.81. After that, the results of the test were carried out to improve the design of the solution so that the results were better.

Abstract

Greenhouses can protect plants from erratic weather and plant pests. One of the optimal planting methods to grow in a greenhouse is wick hydroponics. Hydroponic wick is static because it relies on the principle of capillarity which causes high temperatures and poor dissolved oxygen due to the transfer of oxygen from the solution to the air. However, not necessarily hydroponic wick plants are perfectly protected in a greenhouse. The greenhouse effect is an event where some of the heat that penetrates into the greenhouse is then trapped inside so that the greenhouse air temperature becomes warmer. Warm temperatures affect plant growth because the temperature rises and humidity drops. To create optimal temperature and humidity, this research aims to create a temperature and humidity control system. Multiple linear regression is used to control the system, so that the system can run and adjust according to the time predicted by the multiple linear regression model. The temperature and humidity sensor used is a DHT22 sensor with an error during detecting temperature of 5.47% and humidity of 4.85%. In the system, the mean time of multiple linear regression computation is 111 milliseconds. The multiple linear regression model that used to control the system is very good with an error of 7.34%. The system works well and can lower the temperature and increase the humidity.

Abstract

Rice is a plant that is cultivated by the government. In order to support the maximum rice production, high-quality rice seeds are needed. One of the certified rice seed producers in Bangkalan Regency is the Tunjung seed garden. The problem with the UPT of Tungjung Bangkalan Regency, when producing certified rice seeds, is that it is difficult to know the exact prediction results using the Ubinan method. To overcome these problems, other prediction methods that is close to accurate are needed. In this study, the Mamdani and the Tsukamoto fuzzy methods are used, which are quite often used to solve prediction problems. This study aims to compare the fuzzy Mamdani and Tsukamoto methods, to find out the best accuracy results based on the smallest MAPE value. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, the Tsukamoto method has a better accuracy rate than the Mamdani method. he best results from Tsukamoto's MAPE method, the rainy season and dry season are 0.0%. While the best results from the Mamdani method of MAPE in the rainy season are 13.07% and the dry season is 17.0%.

Abstract

MSMEs are one of the drivers of the economy in Indonesia. MSMEs are the largest business units in Indonesia with a number reaching 99.9% of the total business fields (Santia, 2020). The development of MSMEs must include improvements in all aspects again in terms of sales. This increase can be achieved by digitizing MSMEs. Through the digitization process, MSMEs can optimize the opportunities and opportunities that exist because the targets that can be achieved are wider. This research is a research related to the process of optimizing MSMEs digitally. The digitization of MSMEs in this study was carried out by designing an e-MSME system. E-MSME is a system design that can help MSMEs in marketing their products. This marketing is done by providing a marketplace for MSMEs and consumers. So that consumers can find the product they are looking for according to their needs. This study uses a prototype model method that comes from the design process, using modeling using UML (Unified Modeling Language). Data collection in this research process is using data from three resource persons who are engaged in MSMEs. The next process after UML modeling is prototype design using the Figma platform. The finished prototype is then returned so that the repair process can be carried out. The results obtained from this study are the system has obtained "good" and "acceptable" results.

Abstract

CV Mitra Solusi is a company engaged in services in repairing computers, printers, cctv, banking tools and others. Within one day CV Mitra Solusi made repairs for more than ten customers. Not infrequently, CV Mitra Solusi is flooded with computer repair service rentals. This is what lies behind the problems that exist in CV Mitra Solusi. On the external side, sometimes many customers experience anxiety because they do not know the progress of the ongoing repair work process. So far, customers often ask about repair progress and pick-up times only by telephone. Of course this is considered less effective if the number of repair queues is dense. Another problem faced is the lack of payment options and payments are still manual. Not infrequently payments are hampered because of money change problems or the payment confirmation process that takes time. This research develops a monitoring and payment system for computer repair services to overcome these problems. System development is carried out using the waterfall method with 18 use case diagrams, 18 activity diagrams, 16 sequence diagrams, 11 class model class diagrams and 14 class controller class diagrams, 19 user interface designs, 9 tables modeled on the Physical Data Model (PDM). In implementing the system, the MySQL DBMS is used with the PHP programming language and Laravel 8 is used, the system is integrated with the Midtrans payment gateway and the Whatsapp API. There are 3 tests, black-box testing gets 100% valid results, Compatibility testing gets the system results are compatible, but there are some major issues and minor issues. The results of the Usability Testing (NUA) obtained a final score of 81% which means the system is very feasible.

Abstract

CV Indomedia Pustaka was established as a company with a focus on book publishing. In running the business process CV. Indomedia Pustaka has problems with the inconsistency of the completion time for each book to be published. This will pose a risk to the CV publisher. Indomedia Pustaka. To be able to help solve problems, the first thing that needs to be done is to identify business processes in detail to be able to solve existing problems. There are four steps in the identification process: breakdown, modeling with Business Process Model and Notation, fine tuning, and validation (BPMN). Value Added Assessment (VAA) and fishbone diagrams were used to analyze the problem. Simplification is the third step of Business Process Improvement (BPI), and it is determined that six business processes need to be improved. As an additional step, the proposed business process is put through a bizagi modeler simulation comparison to see how much time can be saved by implementing it than the current one. On the recommendation of the manuscript checking business process, an increase of 42.95% was carried out. Recommendations for editing manuscripts also increased by 33.24%. The script layout business process has increased by 3.37%. The recommendation for book cover design decreased by 9.11%. However, the recommendation for author approval experienced a significant increase of 49.95% and the recommended production business process also increased by 8.76%.

Abstract

Dinas Komunikasi, Informatika, Statistika dan Persandian or commonly known as Diskominfo is one of the government agencies in North Toraja district. Diskominfo in North Toraja itself founded in 2017. Now, Diskominfo in North Toraja does not yet have its own website and this is concerning, where Diskominfo which is the front guard in the field of technology and information as well as means of disseminating information within the District Government does not have an official website. Dissemination of information itself must be done through other websites, namely government website and also seek information directly by visiting the relevant agency. The purpose of this research is to design the user experience of the Diskominfo website using the Human Centered Design (HCD) approach. In designing user experience there are 6 scales that need to be considered including attractiveness, perspicuity, efficiency, dependability, stimulation and novelty. From the results of the evaluation conducted using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method, it was found that the attractiveness scale has positive mean category of 1.589 and a variance of 1.10. The perspicuity scale has a positive mean category of 1.581 and a variance vof 1.14. The efficiency scale has a positive mean category wof 1.529 and a variance of 1.07. The dependability scale has a positive mean category of 1.378 with a variance of 0.86. The stimulation scale has a positive mean category of 1.500 and a variance of 1.52. The novelty scale has a positive mean category of 0.930 and a variance of 1.79. The attractiveness, efficiency and stimulation scales are worth good while the perspicuity, dependability and novelty scales are above average.

Abstract

Personal data of resident is a data that must be stored and protected by the state. Due to the increasing number of data theft, we need to know that there are many things that can be done if an individual controls other people's ID card data, it can be used to deceive or even rob money from other people's bank accounts (Witjaksono, 2018). The way to overcome this problems is to use a cryptographic algorithm as a security for the population data archive system to ensure security in terms of integrity and authentication. This study describes the design, implementation and performance of a web-based population data archive system that utilizes the Grain-128a algorithm to ensure confidentiality and integrity with additional authentication. In addition, Shamir's Secret Sharing is also added as additional security. The tests carried out in this study included testing the performance of the Grain-128a algorithm in terms of keystream generation time, encryption and decryption as well as the performance of the Shamir's Secret Sharing algorithm in splitting and reconstructing data. As for security testing, using sniffing, brute force, birthday attacks and black box checking. The results showed that the keystream and authentication tags generated by the system were in accordance with the test vector. The result of the test is that the average time to generate a keystream is 7.8 microseconds. Meanwhile, the time to perform encryption and decryption using the Grain-128a algorithm is 10.1 microseconds and 8.3 microseconds. The test results with brute force experiments showed good results because from the attack the keystream of the Grain-128a algorithm could not be known. Tests with a birthday attack show that the authentication tag used in the population data archive system is safe because the attacker failed to find 2 tags with the same value. The test results using black box indicate that the population data archive system has been running well and in accordance with system requirements both functionally and non-functionally.

Abstract

Mount Semeru is one of the famously known mountains to hikers. A new policy is given by the authorized administrators effective from 2017, stating Semeru hiking reservations can only be made through the official reservation site available. However, the hiking reservation's procedure on the official site still feels troublesome and prolonged. Design of User Experience on Semeru Hiking Reservation Mobile Application has been directed using the Human Centered-Design (HCD) method. The first step is to analyze user requirements with the intention of specifying user needs and complaints. The next step is to design the solutions based on the user requirements. The outcome of this step is as follows: an information architecture as the development's guidance, a wireframe as the simple layout sketch, and a high-fidelity prototype as the interactive system resembling the completed application. The last step is to evaluate the prototype using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method. Based on the results, the prototype receives the mean value of 2,3 on pragmatic quality, 2,0 on hedonic quality, and 2,2 overall quality. The previously mentioned results fulfilled the minimum score of 0,8, thus can be categorized as excellent.
