Abstract

CV. Saxophone Furniture Malang is a furniture retail production and sales business and has its own store in Malang City and three factories spread across Bali, Puntir, and Malang. With three different locations, the operational management system was recapitulated using excel, causing many problems. One of the perceived problems is the inappropriate recording of product raw materials by his subordinates. This discrepancy is caused by the management of recording raw material stocks that are not properly recorded so that many raw material stocks are lost without a trace. In this study, a system was developed that aims to help CV. Saxophone Furniture Malang in managing operational management with a system that can record production, distribution, and sales which so far there have always been discrepancies. The system development carried out in this study uses the waterfall development method. The system created this time is tested with unit testing, validation testing and compatibility testing. Unit testing using the white-box testing method resulted in a 100% valid percentage in three test cases, then validation testing using the black-box testing method resulted in a 100% valid percentage in 48 test cases. Then the compatibility test states that this system can run on various web browsers but there are a few major and minor problems in some of these web browsers.

Abstract

Sabilurrosyad Islamic Junior High School has implemented a 2013 curriculum system in teaching learning activities. Likewise with the student assessment process. Sabilurrosyad Islamic Junior High School students get a report on the results of learning at the end of each month and end of the semester. Therefore, the school cannot use the report system provided by the government because it uses the Microsoft Excel application. The collection of grades given by teacher educators to the class teacher is often delayed and here the class teacher must copy the grades ​​before printed in the form of report. It results the inefficiently of time. Based on these problems, the researchers designed an information system user interface to help the student assessment process be easier and more efficient. The design of the user interface is done by using the Human Centered Design (HCD) approach to produce designs that suit the needs and requirements of users so as to achieve user satisfaction. The results of this research are two high fidelity prototype designs that were evaluated by 3 people of prospective users. Testing is done by using usability testing and Single Ease Question (SEQ) assessments. This questionnaire assessment measures the level of user convenience in doing a task. The results of the SEQ questionnaire assessment indicate that design one and design two are easy to use and accepted by prospective users.

Abstract

The current learning process can be carried out using a variety of learning media, one of which is called Monsakun, a learning media about simple arithmetic word problems. Learning activities undertaken by students at Monsakun will be stored in the datalog. The datalog is a representation of students' thought processes while studying with Monsakun. The thought process that students do when studying at Monsakun certainly varies from one student to another student. Therefore, clustering students who have a tendency to think similarly into the same group is needed in order to facilitate the teaching staff in handling and providing appropriate feedback on the learning constraints of their students. This study aims to utilize datalog from Monsakun learning media to get groups of students' thought processes in the learning process using the Fuzzy C-Means algorithm that is optimized with Particle Swarm Optimization (FCMPSO). Based on the results of the implementation that has been carried out using 12 data assignments at Monsakun, the best results are group formation dominated by 2 clusters. The optimum parameter values ​​have different results for each data assignment, and there is only the same optimum value for all data assignments on the learning factor parameters.

Abstract

In December 2019, there was a phenomenon that made people all over the world restless, namely the corona virus outbreak (Covid-19). The Indonesian government has made various efforts to prevent the spread of this virus. In the process of implementing it, there are many pro and con responses from the community, one of which is doing sports in the gym. This is due to the closed condition of the room and the number of people in the room (Setyaningrum and Yanuarita, 2020). This study aims to help restore people's confidence to do sports in the gym again by creating a recommendation application system as desired by the user, so that users can apply the important points of PHBS, namely exercising. This recommendation application system adopts the Location Based Service (LBS) concept by utilizing the Google Maps API and the SAW calculation method, the community can make decisions about gym places that have implemented the Covid-19 health protocol in Malang City. The results of testing the system from the recommendation application for a gym in Malang City that applies the Covid-19 health protocol using 3 types of tests, namely Black-box testing with 100% valid functional test validation results, algorithm validation testing with 100% valid results, and usability testing to application users with the SUS approach get 83.5 results, namely grade B (good) at grade scale, then acceptable at acceptability, and excellent at adjective rating (Ependi, et al., 2017).

Abstract

From the results of observations on the Google Play Store and initial interviews with 3 participants, it shows that users still find problems and difficulties in using the H&M application. The problems consist of application user interface problems, user experience, and slow application responses. Therefore, a usability evaluation was carried out to find out more about the problems experienced by users when interacting with the H&M application. In addition, it is also to calculate the value of the aspects of effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction with the H&M application. Based on the results of the problem analysis in the initial usability evaluation, the types of problems found in the form of problems with buttons, information, navigation, typography, gestures, layout, scrolling, application bars, responses, filters, reviews, item selection, checkout, status, text fields, and menu. From the analysis of the problems, it is produced 38 number of guidelines (guidelines) improvement. The results of user interface improvements in the form of mockups and prototypes that have been designed are then carried out further usability evaluations. Furthermore, the comparison of usability values ​​in the initial usability evaluation and further usability evaluation is carried out. In the aspect of effectiveness, the success rate metric has increased from 50% to 86.25%. Meanwhile, the error rate metric value decreased from 63% to 12%. In terms of efficiency, the value of the time-based efficiency metric has increased from 0.60% per second to 2.80% per second. In the aspect of satisfaction, the SUS score obtained also increased from 30.75 to 81.62.

Abstract

Kasiati Wedding is a wedding service that provides makeup and decoration services for prospective customers who will carry out weddings. There are problems in the ordering process which is still manual using a book. Order data recorded in the book has order dates that are not sequential because the ordering of orders is not based on the order of the date of the message. This makes it a little difficult for the owner and takes time in receiving reservations so the owner needs to make sure in advance to be able to accept new orders. Then, the owner will coordinate with employees to work on the order. Order data will be a reference for employees in making orders from customers, such as the date of the message, the address of the event, and the service ordered. Constraints that arise in employees who often ask the owner again about the order data on the next schedule which has previously been submitted by the owner. To solve this problem, a mobile-based wedding service recording application was developed to manage services by the owner and make it easier to view orders for employees. In developing this application, we utilize the Laravel and React Native frameworks that communicate with the REST API and database implementation using PostgreSQL. Tests carried out using black-box testing and user acceptance testing. Black-box testing resulted in 100% valid from 17 test cases. Meanwhile, user acceptance testing scored 80.5. Based on the test results, the level of user acceptance strongly agrees with the mobile-based marriage service registration application.

Abstract

Covid-19 has entered Indonesia since the end of 2019. The handling of this outbreak has received attention from the Indonesian government with the establishment of a number of hospitals devoted to dealing with the Covid-19 outbreak. One of these hospitals is the Rumah Sakit Lpangan Ijen Boulevard Malang, which focuses on the service of patients with Covid-19. In the process of running the service, there are obstacles in the nutritionist unit where the nutritionist team cannot communicate and know the patient's condition directly because the patient is in the hospital. isolation area so that it is separated from the position of the nutritionist's office. To overcome these problems, in this study an application was made that is useful for recording patient nutrition care data and communication media between patients and nutritionists. The application in this study was developed in two platforms, namely web and Android specifically for patient-owned applications. REST API technology is used in this application for the data exchange process. For the development of the Android version, the application is developed using Android Hybrid technology. Application testing applies white box testing and black box testing. White box testing consisting of unit testing and integration testing resulted in a 100% valid status. For this type of black box testing, between validation testing and compatibility testing, the results are 100% valid for the test cases that have been determined at the requirements analysis stage.

Abstract

The rapid growth in the number of Indonesians who shop online makes e-commerce service providers compete to improve the quality of their services. This is done in order to meet user expectations. On the other hand, the large number of e-commerce in circulation makes users confused about which e-commerce service to use. Therefore, this study aims to compare the quality of the two most popular e-commerce sites in Indonesia, namely Shopee and Tokopedia. This study uses two methods, namely Webqual 4.0 as an indicator of website quality testing and also the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method to provide recommendations for priority improvements on each website. Research data obtained from the results of questionnaires to 100 respondents for each e-commerce website. The calculation results found that the Webqual Index (WQI) of Shopee was 0.840 and Tokopedia was 0.844. The results of the Independent Sample T-Test difference test showed that there was no significant difference in the quality of the two e-commerce websites. Furthermore, the results of the analysis using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) found that on the Shopee website there are 5 indicators with top priority and 4 indicators with low priority for improvement. Meanwhile, on the Tokopedia website, there are 5 indicators with top priority and 5 indicators with low priority for improvement. Other indicators do not need to be improved because the quality has met user expectations.

Abstract

CV Ide Karya Semesta is a startup engaged in consulting services and 3D engineering design training. CV Ide Karya Semesta requires a sales information system, because the current system is still manual and unable to support the company's operations. The purpose of this research is to document system design starting from modeling business processes, compiling requirements specifications, designing systems in the form of UML diagrams, prototypes, and mockups, as well as evaluating system design. System analysis and design was carried out using the four initial stages of the FAST (Framework for the Application of System Thinking) method. In the first three stages, the FAST method resulted in the identification of system problems which were analyzed with the PIECES framework, as-is business process modeling, identification of actors, requirements specification, functional and non-functional requirements. At the logical design stage, it produces system design in the form of UML diagrams in the form of use case diagrams, use case scenarios, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, class diagrams, CDM, PDM, wireframes, and mockups. The results of the evaluation of the system design using the traceability matrix method show that the system design, starting from business process modeling, requirements specifications, to mockup design has been fulfilled in its entirety. Then the evaluation of the design using the consistency analysis method showed the results of the system design had a 100% consistency percentage value and the system was included in the correctness category in the correctness test.
