Abstract

Website Althea Indonesia merupakan e-commerce produk-produk kecantikan Korea yang menawarkan layanan-layanan yang menggiurkan kepada pelanggan. Dari beberapa layanan yang ditawarkan ada beberapa keluhan yang diterima oleh pelanggan. Keluhan tersebut memiliki arti bahwa terdapat kualitas layanan dari website Althea Indonesia yang belum optimal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kualitas layanan website Althea Indonesia yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan Althea Indonesia dan juga menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Althea Indonesia. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner online sebanyak 110 respoden pelanggan Althea Indonesia dengan rentang usia 18-44 tahun. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan model E-S-Qual dan E-RecS-Qual serta metode analisis regresi linier berganda untuk mengetahui kualitas layanan yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan dan metode analisis regresi linier sederhana untuk mengetahui kepuasan pelanggan yang mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa E-S-Qual dan E-RecS-Qual memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Dan juga kepuasan pelanggan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

Each year, Internet users are growth rapidly. Those are also supported with the growth of the internet supporting device user. Mobile application device is a major booster on the increases of internet users in Indonesia, it's reaches 47% of the total population. From those data, about 46% use internet to visit online market place. Android becomes the most popular operating systems among others, with 77% of mobile device users use it. It is certainly very useful for residents of Malang City which 34% of population are sellers or merchants. Therefore, a supporting applications that facilitate transaction processes is necessary both for the sellers and consumers. This research will explain application development that can facilate transaction between sellers and consumers by emphasizing the ease of operation. The mobile-d method is adopted because it has obtained a level 2 CMMI certificate and has a development flow that is suitable for off-site customer. In addition, Mobile-d is iterative to meet changing of needs which are suitable for exploring the immediate needs of end-user users. To collect data, reseacher use interviews and questionnaires. Based on the results of research conducted, the assessment of users of the application has an average score SUS value of 84,37 on the consumer side and 72,5 on the seller side. These numbers, prove if the app has a usefulness, ease, and purity is good enough for the user.

Abstract

From the result of survey, 32 of 47 scholarship applicant and awardee respondents said that Djarum Beasiswa Plus's (DBP) website has an icon that is not clear and respondents admitted the difficulty in achieving their goals. This research focus on evaluating and improving DBP's website by involving users. The method that involves the user in developing system is Human-Centered Design (HCD). HCD is an approach to interactive systems development that aims to make systems usable and useful by involving users. This research will discuss about evaluating and improving user interface DBP's website by context of use, user requirements, making solution design and evaluating solution design. Design evaluation uses usability testing to assess aspects of effectiveness, efficiency, and user satisfaction. The evaluation was conducted by five respondents on the tasks scenario sheet. This research showed that the solution design after applied HCD has a higher value of usability. On the aspect of effectiveness, the success rate is 100%. On the aspect of efficiency, the avarage time of the solution design is much faster, from 29.49 seconds to 06.30 seconds. On the aspect of user satisfaction, all respondents said prefer to choose the interface of the solution design because it provides more ease in achieving goals.

Abstract

Based on a Top Brand Award survey conducted by Frontier Consulting Group, in 2017 The Body Shop Indonesia has experienced a decrease in brand awareness level compared to 2016. The degresssion of brand awareness level in The Body Shop Indonesia made the company must be able to increase brand awareness level to sell products quickly and obtain consumers easily. In marketing through social media, brand awareness factor is influenced by brand exposure, customer engagement, and electronic word-of-mouth. Instagram social media optimization allows The Body Shop Indonesia to get more attention from consumers. The sample used in this study as much as 80 respondents with sampling technique is incidental sampling. Data collection was obtained by distributing online questionnaires to respondents. Data processing is done by using descriptive statistical analysis and basic assumption test. The result of data category on brand awareness is high with a percentage of 73.34%, brand exposure is high with a percentage of 67.83%, customer engagement is less with a percentage of 56.74%, and electronic word-of-mouth is less with a percentage of 46.05%. Recommendations that can be given are by improving two variables in marketing through social media, namely customer engagement and electronic word-of-mouth.

Abstract

Masalah yang dihadapi software house dalam menentukan proyek perangkat lunak adalah tidak adanya perkiraan upaya yang dibutuhkan untuk perencanaan dan pengerjaan proyek perangkat lunak. Tujuan penelitian ini memberikan pertimbangan kepada PT DOT Indonesia dalam estimasi sumber daya manusia, waktu, dan biaya pada pengembangan perangkat lunak lain yang mirip dan memiliki skala proyek yang sama dengan perangkat lunak A, B, dan C menggunakan metode (Constructive Cost Model II) COCOMO II. Perhitungan COCOMO II membutuhkan Data Flow Diagram dari hasil wawancara pada manajer proyek dan hasil perhitungan lembar penilaian yang diberikan kepada anggota tim proyek sehingga menghasilkan estimasi biaya Perangkat Lunak A sebesar Rp188.910.000 dengan estimasi waktu selama 15 bulan dan jumlah sumber daya manusia (SDM) sebanyak 6 orang, estimasi biaya Perangkat Lunak B sebesar Rp83.960.000 dengan estimasi waktu selama 10 bulan dan jumlah SDM sebanyak 4 orang, dan estimasi biaya Perangkat Lunak C sebesar Rp125.940.000 dengan estimasi waktu selama 12 bulan dan jumlah SDM sebanyak 5 orang. Selisih estimasi biaya, waktu dan SDM seluruh perangkat lunak dengan skala proyek yang sama antara metode COCOMO II dengan actual cost adalah sebesar Rp262.206.000 dengan selisih waktu 30 bulan dan selisih SDM sebanyak 7 orang, sehingga rekomendasi untuk PT DOT Indonesia adalah menggunakan metode COCOMO II dalam estimasi biaya, waktu, dan sumber daya manusia yang memiliki kemiripan dan kesamaan skala proyek dengan perangkat lunak A, B, dan C.

Abstract

Faculty of Computer Science (FILKOM) Universitas Brawijaya has several student organizations. In proposing activities or events, the organization may request permission or financial assistance from the faculty by submitting a proposal of activities. However, based on interview the author to the FILKOM student affairs there are problems that faced by the student affairs or student. Student affairs problems are the writing errors or the format of the student proposal, the student is unaware of proposal procedure, the files collected by the student are incomplete, and many students who ask the current proposal stage. Whereas for the students, the stage of the submission of activities is too long and if there are some staff are not present or cannot be found, will increase the time required to propose activities. To overcame these problems the authors offer research to implement Information System Development on Activity Proposal and assessment for Students Faculty of Computer Science Brawijaya University with Laravel framework. The assessments are designed using the Student Credit Unit (SKM) FILKOM. The information system of this activity proposal has been successfully tested by using white box testing method on unit test with result of average complexity is 3. The result of this research revealed that there is low logic complexity. Whereas using black box testing on validation test, the result is 100% valid for all testing cases.

Abstract

Dog is one of the most favorite pets. Interacting with dogs has its benefit such as lowering stress levels and leading the owners to have a more active lifestyle. However, the dog's health itself should be taken care of. Dog who suffers from a disease can infect other pets or even humans, so veterinarian help is needed. Things will be difficult if the owners realize that their dogs are sick outside of working hours because there is not much veterinary clinic that open for 24 hours. So the owners should be capable of giving immediate response to their dogs. Therefore, a system is needed to help this problem using Modified K-Nearest Neighbor (MK-NN) algorithm, to help the owner getting their dog diagnosed and giving immediate response. The system is implemented using Java programming language. There are 10 types of the diseases with 46 clinical symptoms. Based on the accuracy test, the maximum average of accuracy obtained is 96.6% with k=2.

Abstract

Tomaru Oto is dealer of car that has stood since the year 2000 was located in Mamajang, the city of Makassar, South Sulawesi. UD. Tomaru Oto sold the car in both the new and used. In running its business owners from UD. Tomaru Oto does all its business activities manually, both sales and purchase data recording, search sales and purchases data, and in calculating income and expense data. Based on these problems then needed an information system at the showroomcar (SISMOB). Building information system, needed requirements analysis and design of the system, in order for the system to be implemented in accordance with the needs of the user. The purpose of this study is to model the business processes, analyzing system design requirements and specifications, as well as to evaluate requirements and design specification system interface. This research use the BPMN to model business processes as well as the object-oriented approach to analysis and design of the system. Evaluation on research uses the preview on the use case, prototype and traceability matrix. The results of this research in the form of business process models of current and proposed specifications, features and system requirements, models of interaction, the model data and interface system as well as the results of the evaluation. Evaluation results showed that every requirement can be traced into the feature, the need and the model diagram. The results of the review showed that the flow of the user is in compliance with the flow on the use case specification.

Abstract

PT. Millennium Pharmacon International Tbk Malang is a distributor company which engaged in the field of pharmaceuticals such as medicines and medical equipment. From the business process that runs, there are some potential problems that disrupt the process of distributing goods. Out of stock of goods, stockpiling of goods, and long time processes also unoptimal archiving processes becomes the problem for the business process. It takes analysis and evaluation to maximize the company's performance in achieving the objectives as well as improving the business process. This research uses Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) and TOGAF Architecture Development Method (ADM) method to identify requirement, Fit / Gap analysis to analyze and evaluate business process and Business Process Reenginerin (BPR) to make improvement. From the results of simulations conducted on the current business process (As Is) to business process recommendations (To Be) on ordering goods found that Time Analysis incrase to 76,02%. Business process recommendations can minimize the problems that occur in the company. It can be concluded that the business process recommendation (To Be) can increase the added value for the company and activity that runs more effective and efficient.

Abstract

Multipath routing is the routing technique that use some of the available paths. Multipath routing can reduce congestion on the network with load-balancing so that network traffic can be distributed to several available paths. It can be implemented with the concept of Software-Defined-Networking (SDN) which enable decoupling of control plane and data plane so as to facilitate the development of network applications. Here, we perform multipath routing implementation on the OpenFlow SDN and based on modified DFS and modified Djikstra as reference. The simulation results show that the system can perform multiple path search on a topology with the average response time of DFS algorithm is 612,7 ms. The average response time of modified-DFS algorithm is 632.6 ms and Dijkstra 325.6 ms. Number of iterations of the DFS algorithm requires 12694 iterations, modified-DFS requires 12860 iterations, and Dijkstra requires 800 iterations. The average execution time of DFS algorithm 0,0185 ms, modified DFS is 0,0258 ms, and modified Dijkstra 0,0005 ms. The result of throughput test shows that 50% of clients get throughput of 20 Mbps or less on modified-DFS algorithm. While at Dijkstra, as many as 50% of clients get throughput of 23 Mbps or less. The multipath test results show that load-balancing mechanism with group table still has unbalance distributed flow.
