Abstract

The lack of technology support in the yuga elektro tuban company causing inefficiency in the process of making financial reports and job documentation by administration functionaries. To improve work efficiency, technology support is required that provides the functions to support both process through an information system. This reserach was conducted to determine whether an prototype of information system capable to demonstrate the functions to support both process can be built properly. To answer those question, requirement analysis, design, and implementation of information system was done using object oriented approach. Then, the result of implementation tested to determine wheter system can work as the identified requirement analysis. The requirement analysis produces the information system requirement identification and visualization of the system capability in the form of use case diagram. The resultof design is the object interaction model documentation in the form of sequence diagram, object model in the form of class diagram, data base design, algorithm design, and user interface design. The result is an prototype of information system. Information system then was tested based on functional and nonfunctional requirement that presenting valid results on every test performed. In the end, we can draw a conclusion that information system was built properly.

Abstract

FILKOM Apps is a website that gives administrational and academic informations for Faculty of Computer Science Brawijaya University student thesis. In each of interactions with the user, various perceptions could be generated by the student as a user include the negative perceptions towards the website and FILKOM UB as the organizations. In order to reduce problems from all negative perceptions that related to user experience, the evaluation was conducted include the redesigned website interface. The aim of this current study is to find out what problems that can be appeared when using FILKOM Apps by gathering various perceptions using User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) to measure user experience level of old design and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) to gather perceptions and problems in detail. The first evaluation results each UEQ scale means of old design indicated neutral value and UEQ benchmark in “bad” category. Moreover, the major problems and negative perceptions have generated from FGD result as the redesigned of new interface design which focused on evaluation results, measured again and got high enhancement on each UEQ scale means and user experience category level on UEQ benchmark. Besides, by gathered written perceptions of new design results more positive perceptions.

Abstract

Development of middleware that has been done in previous research which refers to interoperability problem. Interoperability issues are raised that refers to the development of middleware in order to connect devices that use different protocols namely CoAP, MQTT and Websocket protocol. Tests on the previous studies used DHT22 and nodemcu as sensors. The result was that node sensor and IoT can communicate well with delay parameters, packet loss and overhead of each protocol used. The previously developed IoT Middleware aside from the idea of ​​syntactical interoperability, is also developed with the aim of semantic interoperability, where semantic interoperability is the process of sending data that refers to the content and context of data sent. However, previous studies of middleware testing were limited to syntactical interoperability, where in this study semantic testing will be done, with data structures sent differently than usual and data sent in the form of images, animated moving images and video. Based on the test results, the middleware is able to receive the data, with the results. At the time of transmitting images with resolution 1360x768. The lowest obtained delay is in QoS 2 and the highest in QoS 0.002993 seconds. When transmitting images with 1024x768 resolution. The lowest obtained delay is in QoS 2 and the highest in QoS 0.003959 seconds. When transmitting images with 800x600 resolution. The lowest received delay is in QoS 2 and highest on QoS 0.006523 seconds.

Abstract

PT. XYZ is the e-commerce site in Indonesia which was founded by Hendrik Tio with his friends in 1993 with the name of PT. XYZ. Until now there are many complaints submitted by the number of products that are not in accordance with the number of existing stock, abuse of promotion, slow response in handling consumer problems, goods received not in accordance with the desired, the price is more expensive than other sites, the process of a long refund and others. This research, used Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model as the main model with the behavioral intention. Performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating condition, perceived trust and perceived risk. The perceived trust variable was affected by perceived risk, perception market orientation, and perceived site quality. Samples obtained were 122, which based on Hair formula. Then the data analysis in this study using multiple linear regression. The results of this research indicate that the variable of perfomance expectancy, facilitating conditions, perceived trust and perceived risk affect significantly toward behavioral intention. Besides, the variables of perceived market orientation and perceived site quality affect significantly toward perceived trust.

Abstract

Economic growth is something that must be achieved by every government, to promote the welfare of the community of its territory. One step to accelerate economic growth is to build an industrial estate. Industrial area is the centraled of processing industry activities. Industrial activity will absorb labor and increase taxes for the region. The choice of location of industrial estate development must be determined precisely because it will affect the smoothness of industrial operation, public convenience, and environment preservation. To determine the exact location of the industrial estate is very difficult, because the coverage of a large area and must consider many aspects in its development. On this research to developed information system to determine the location of industrial estate in Kabupaten Mojokerto. The system utilizes spatial analysis of QuantumGIS applications, Landsat-8 satellite image data (acquired on of May 20, 2017), multi criteria evaluation method, AHP method and regulation of the Minister of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia number 35 / M-IND / PER / 3/2010 on guidelines technical area of industry as guideline for determining industrial estate. The result of this research is information system of location determination of location of industry based on webGIS (Website Geography Information System). Performance testing and ROC curve testing. The results of performance testing showing excellent system performance, evidenced by the test results of all HTTP requests of all successful features. While the results of ROC curve accuracy testing showed a level of accuracy of 78%, indicating accurate accuracy. The purpose of this system is to inform the land area for the suitability of the industrial estate based on the scale of conformity (very appropriate, appropriate, less inappropriate, inappropriate).

Abstract

Health Department Laboratory is Technical Implementation Unit in health sector under the auspices and responsibility of Malang city health office. Health department laboratorie has duties and functions to provide health testing services. In running of the business process there are several problems that potential disrupt the course of business activities, one of the problems is the running time of the process is too long and non-optimal. The non-optimal processes in the health laboratory include data storage, the data is not integrated or fragmented that can be a cause of data duplication, and data loss due to human error. So it is necessary to analyze the business processes that have been applied, then evaluated it to determine the business processes that potential disrupt the course of organizational activities in order to provide advice in the form of recommendations for business process improvement and design of a system. This study uses Business Process Improvement (BPI) as an evaluation method, and system design using Zachman Framework. This research uses 3 perspectives from 6 perspectives on the Zachman Framework, and uses the first 3 phases of Business Process Improvement. Testing is done after the design and evaluation of business processes. The testing is uses bizagi simulation and the system testing using blackbox. This research produces the proposed business process as well as system design.

Abstract

Text mining is the process of mining the text for taking important meaning in it to be able to do the classification. In this study, conducted to know the classification of the characters prospective employees based on the tweets from a company. Tweet that comes from prospective employees will in the process and after that produces characters as one reference in the placement of prospective employees. Then this Employee characters divided into four large groups according the concept of MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator). Artisan, Guardian, Rational, and Idealist. In addition Artisan, Guardian, Rational and Idealist have characteristics and indicators. After getting the Tweets prospective employees, the next stage will be made classification. This classification method using KNN algorithm. Where, there are 160 tweet data from prospective employees will be grouped MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator). The data obtained from the company in the form of a tweet from this prospective employees in order to generate the test results are good, then it is divided into two types by a ratio of 50% training data and 50% for the test data. By entering the value of K that is 4 as the value to test. Then get a system accuracy results retrieved from the classification of the characters prospective employees based on their tweets is 66%. These results are the results where there are 53 results of test data and test data results 27 is wrong in the process of testing

Abstract

Twitter has a major role in the development of social, communication, psychological, marketing and political aspects. Posts Tweet comments or review indirectly will be a review of the assessment on a product. One of the most sought after products sectors today is beauty and skin care products. They look for products that they share with others, so they have a picture that affects their interest on the opinions of others who delivered via Twitter related results after using the product. Sentiment analysis can help in analyzing and classifying into positive and negative terms of twitter-related opinions about product trends and product quality in the public view. Opinions and comments related to Mustika Ratu's products are the subject of this study, citing the economic growth and the large number of users of Musitka Ratu who are companies in the field of beauty skin and beauty care. The Naive Bayes Classifier method is selected for implementation use, and has a fast performance in training, while the addition of Information is required for the feature selection process by reducing the presence of irrelevant words in the data used. The test is performed with 200 data (100 positive documents, and 100 negative documents) using the thresholds : 0, 0.01, 0.02, 0.03, 0.04, 0.05, 0.06, 0.07, 0.08, 0.09, dan 0.10. The results obtained are adjusted for a difference of 4%, the highest average value if no Information Gain (threshold 0) is 70%, while using Information Gain (threshold 0.01) equal to 74%. This is influenced by several factors such as the amount of data and data that spread from data data and documents. The highest accuracy value is obtained at K1 (threshold 0,02), then K5, K6 (threshold 0.01), and K7 (threshold 0,02 and 0,08) with percentage 85%, while at k with threshold at the lowest point 50%.

Abstract

Information Communication Technology (ICT) that is now supposed to be implemented to realize smart school needs more efficient services to achieve the transformation stage of change on ICT. Smart school is to optimize the technology used by students and schools to connect each other like attendance system which now no longer have to fill in written or manual signature. Therefore built smart identification system to integrate the server with mobile devices that students use by utilizing wireless technology. This Smart Identification will identify the mac address contained in the mobile device used by the students, as it will be more efficient for the attendance system that is only sufficiently connected with the access point with the result of stress test test using siege from 20 virtual users with elapsed time 59.65 second, average transaction rate 191.28 trans / sec, throughput 0.05 MB / sec, data transferred 2.98 Megabyte and percentage performance of Central Processing Unit ( CPU) in the range 85 to 95 percent but the system is still able to run well with no lag, system eror or failed transactions. Smart schools that support the smart identification system will be the basis of data user that will later be integrated into other systems.

Abstract

One factors of the road repair process that takes a long time caused by the process of recording the condition of road damage that is still done manually by human labor. Along with the development of technology, many research related to road damage detection system using digital image processing. The purpose of this research is to build a retrieval system of asphalt pavement image based on damage level. The process begins with pre-processing to get a segmented hole area. Furthermore, utilizing feature extraction of Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix (GLCM) texture. Features used in this research are as many as 52 features derived from 13 features with angles 0o, 45o, 90o and 135o. Of the 52 features performed feature selection using Wrapper and CFS (Correlation Based Feature Selection) methods. Based on the results of the tests that have been done we get the image of 117 holes that successfully segmented successfully on the diameter of 101x101, = 75 and =75. Use of the Wrapper feature selection method gives higher average accuracy and MAP (Mean Average Precision) results than using the CFS feature selection method or not using feature selection. Accuracy and MAP resulting from Wrapper method with d = 1 respectively that is equal to 55.61% and 0.710.
