Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the impact of the implementation of CorporateSocial Responsibility (CSR) PT. Tirta Investama (Aqua) to the welfare of the community inthe village of Karangjati Pasuruan, with a sample of 205 of 500 families. The type of thisresearch is quantitative descriptive that describes the actual phenomenon. The data used isthe primary data obtained by spreading the questionnaire that has been tested the level ofvalidity with the correlation coefficient (rxy) and the relability with the value of cronbach'salpha more than 0.60. The hypothesis used include the test of influence of education variable(X1), Health (X2), Economy (X3), Environment (X4) on society welfare (Y) by usingmultiple regression analysis at 5% significance level.The test result stated that educational variable of significance value α = 0,023, health α =0,012, Economic α = 0,000, and Environment α = 0,010 have an effect on improvingcommunity prosperity of Karangjati Village with T-value count bigger than T-Table valueand significance level are on α <0.05% indicating that the implementation of CorporateSocial Responsibility in the field of education, health, economics, and environment,conducted by the company has a significant positive effect.Keyword : Corporate Social Responsibility, Educational, health, economic, environment,society welfare

Abstract

AbstractAssessment of performance is the organizational process in assessing theperformance of employees is done with the purpose to provide feedback toemployees in an effort to improve the appearance of its work and efforts to increasethe productivity of the organization, and in particular carried out in relation tovarious policies to employees as to the purpose of promotion, a raise, education andtraining and others. The goal of this research is to analyze:1) the effect ofcompensation on employee performance, 2) The effect of labor discipline effect onemployee performance, partially or simultan The type of research wasexplanatory. The population in the research was the employee of PT SejahteraUsaha Bersama (PT SUB) in production department, by involving 71 respondentas samples. The kind of analysis using multiple linear regression. Abstract

This research was subjected to analysis the climats organizations that influence the working satisfactions of employee at the Puskesmas Gindanglegi of Malang. Taking sample method was used sensus, remember that the amount of population in research place was not much. The amount of the employees seen in research was 25 employee. By using this multiple regretion method, research result that all independent variable in organization climates consists of leader behavior variable, working motivation, communication stream, interaction and taking decision which effected positif actual employee satisfaction. keyword; Climates Organization, Working Satisfaction.

Abstract

This research is a descriptive study using equalitative approach. Data were collected usinginterviews, observation and documentations. The results of this study indicate that financialmanagement is applied differently. Before applied KPE namely: special savings members isnot limited, members loans made easier because the pay system is still manual,facilitatingsebrak postal cooperative services to members if the current installment or need a loan at anytime. When applied KPE namely: special savings normalized to Rp 35.000,00, memberloan amountis limited by the criteria of remaining balance in KPE, sebrak postal servicesabolished.Keywords: Finacial management, result operation residual, KPE, cooperatives

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Dental Polyclinic General Hospital Blood Dompu. Asample of 78 patients who came to the Dental Polyclinic General Hospital Blood Dompu,and analysis tools using multiple linear regression with SPSS software, the researcherswanted to analyze the influence of patient behavior, quality of care and patient satisfactionwith patient loyalty.The results showed that the quality of service is the variable that most influence the loyalty ofpatients, with a regression coefficient of 0.6739 points. While other variables that affectpatient loyalty is the behavior of the patient and patient satisfaction with each regressioncoefficient of 0.5922 and 0.3362. These results prove that patients would prefer the DentalPolyclinic service quality and satisfaction than their behavior.Keywords: behavior, quality of service, satisfaction, loyality.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the quality control of products out white at home industryin Trenggalek. This type of research is descriptive with quantitative approach. Collectingdata using interviews and observations, data analysis techniques using four tools ofquality control, the check sheet, histogram, a causal diagram, and a control chart p. Theresults showed there are five types of damage to the product know, that smell, texture,hard, soft texture, there are dirt, and the wrong cut. The most dominant is the kind ofdamage a hard texture, which is about 54.17% compared to all the damage knew theothers. P control chart analysis results are known there are 8 observations that areoutside the control limit of a total of 10 observations.Keywords: controlling, product quality, check sheet, histogram, fishbone diagram

Abstract

This research aims to; 1) analyze the influence of motivation, leader behavior, and career development opportunities to employee performance, and 2) to analyze between motivation, leader behavior, and career development opportunities are the dominant influence on employee performance. This research uses explanatory research approach (explanatory research). Data was collected through the technique of questionnaires, interviews, and observations, which consists of primary data and secondary data. Furthermore, the data were analyzed quantitatively, using a statistical model, by using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: 1) motivation, leader behavior, and career development opportunities have a positive and significant impact on employee performance, 2) Motivation is variable the dominant influence on employee performance. Abstract

In performing its duties and obligations as the districts, the employee is required to work in a professional manner. However, to achieve the expected direction, attention to the factors of motivation, ability and performance should be a serious concern. Without it, performance is expected to be difficult to achieve. Research that has been done is aimed at; 1) identify and explain the partial effect between motivation and work ability of employees to employee performance Pakis subdistrict; 2) identify and explain the simultaneous influence between motivation and work ability of employees to employee performance Pakis subdistrict; 3) to determine which variable between motivation and ability to work has a dominant influence on employee performance Pakis subdistrict. In this study population is all employees of the District Office Pakis Malang Regency, totaling 26 people. Given the number of small population, the sampling is done by census or whole. This study showed no significant relationship between work motivation (X1) and employability (X2) on the performance (Y) Employees in District Pakis. Statistical test results also show that the ability to work (X2) the dominant influence on the performance (Y). Abstract

This study aims to see the development of the Indonesian capital market, one indicator thatis often used is the Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI), which is one of the stock marketindex used by the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI).The analytical tool used in thisresearch is multiple linear regression Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) as the dependentvariable and four independent variables, the variable rate (rate) USD / IDR, SBI interestrate, inflation and the money supply (M2 ).Based on the results SPSS calculations obtainedFcount F = 47.313 with a significance of 0.000. By using a significance level of 0.05 wasobtained value of F table 3,06. Then Fcount (47.313)> F table (3.06), or the significance ofF 0,000 showed less than 0.05 so it can be concluded that the four independent variables arethe exchange rate (exchange rate) USD / IDR, SBI interest rate, inflation and the moneysupply (M2) jointly affect the Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI) in Indonesia StockExchange (BEI). Partial variable rate (rate) USD / IDR and the money supply (M2)significantly. While the variable interest rate of SBI and inflation is not significant. And ofthe four variables of the most dominant influence on Composite Stock Price Index in theIndonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) is the exchange rate (exchange rate) USD / IDR. Abstract

Lecturer at the college plays a strategic role in fostering academic and student affairs. That's because the professors serve as agents that transform science and knowledge to the students, so that if qualified lecturers, it is expected that science and knowledge are transformed as well quality. This research is causality, to determine the effect on the performance of the competence of lecturers lecturers. The sampling technique using Stratified random sampling by the sample size is as much as 105 faculty and the number of respondents who return the questionnaires to complete as many as 95. The results of hypothesis testing in this study were 1). Pedagogical competence of lecturers positive effect on performance. 2). Professional competence positive effect on the performance of lecturers. 3). Personal competence no significant effect on the performance of lecturers, and 4). Social competence no significant effect on the performance of lecturers. Keywords : competence, pedagogic, professional, personal, social, and performance.
