This research is explanatory research, with hipotized test procedure for answer the questionand the research purpose. This research on the phenomenon and it’s phenomenon can beimproved become new method for completing the research that based on the phenomenon orfact. The research purpose is for analyzing fundamental variable following as: Price EarningRatio, Price to Book Value, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turn Over, Return onInvestment, Return on Equity, Net Profit Margin and Operating Profit Margin, that effectsimultanouesly and parsial to equity price in the mining sector and then for analyzingfundamental variable that mostly effect or dominant to equity price in mining company whichgo public in Bursa Efek Indonesia. Taking the research data, researcher uses population wayand sample. Population means elements that can be used to make several conclutions, besiderelement is subject which measure’s taken.Analyzing method’s used in this research is double linier regretion with the smallest kuadranmethod. This statistic analyzing method’s chosen because this research’s designed for knowingaffected variable from independent variable to depend variable that based on pooling data(time series and cross sectional). Research result shows that statistic calculation from F valueis described as Price Earning Ratio, Price to Book Value, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total AssetTurn Over, Return on Invesment, Return on Equity, Operating Profit Margin, and Net ProfitMargin, simultanouesly have significant effect to stock price, that in statistic can be accepted.Result of t value shows that Operating Profit Margin variable have regretion coefficient morethan Price Earning Ratio, Price to Book Value, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset TurnOver, Return on Invesment, Return on Equity and Net Profit Margin. Finally Price EarningRatio that’s guessed have dominant effect for stock price, statisticly is not eccepted.Keywords: Analyzing Fundamental, Price Stock.

ANALISIS PENGENDALIAN INTERN MODEL “COSO” TERHADAP PIUTANG USAHA ENGGAR DESANTI RAHAYU

This study aims to identify and analyze the accounts receivable at the internal control unit Bottled Drinking Water (bottled water) ASA general company Jasa Tirta I Malang using models COSO (The Committee of Sponsoring Organizations). The method used in this research is qualitative analysis with case study approach. The data in this method is obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation.Based on the research results, the internal control system of the receivable has been running quite effective, in which the management company has been applying the basic concepts and principles - principles of internal control in accordance with COSO, but on the other hand there is a weakness in the company's policy in terms of the payment system that is fairly soft, need to be made Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and system documentation applications. In this study the object to be studied is the Company PT. Babylonish Garment Malang engaged in the production of baby clothes and children. Research that has been carried out aimed at: 1) to identify and analyze the effect of product quality, price, and promotion partially on product purchasing decisions; 2) to investigate and analyze the effect of product quality, price, and promotion simultaneously on product purchasing decisions; 3) to identify and analyze variable the dominant influence on product purchasing decisions.The approach used in this study is the quantitative approach. The population of this research is that consumers PT. Babylonish Garment during the event bazar. While the sample studied in this research were 132 respondents. There are three (3) main variables are the focus of attention of this research. The variable quality of product, price and promotion are hereinafter referred to as the independent variable independent variable. While the purchase decision variable is the dependent variable or the dependent variable. Based on the statistical test by using multiple regression analysis proved that the variable quality of the product, price and promotional significant effect partially or simultaneously on product purchasing decisions. In this study also found that the promotion variables dominant influence on product purchasing decisions. Keywords; product, price, promotion, purchasing decisions

Service quality dimension coveringreliability, responsiveness,assurance, empathy, and tangibleis the ultimate goal a public hospitalshould achieve as organization productivity though patients’satisfaction. This study investigated the influence of service quality onpatients’ satisfaction of Dr Syaiful Anwar Hospital in Malang, EastJava, Indonesia. Assigning 50 patients hospitalized during the research,this study collected data using questionnaires, interview and documentanalysis and used SPSS 17.0 as a tool of analysis.Findings of t-testshowed that variables of quality service gave positive effect onpatients’ satisfaction, each of which is: Assurance (46%), Reliability(34,3%), Tangible (42%), Responsiveness (67,1%), and Empathy(43,3%). Determinant test showed all variables affected 46.1% (R² =.464) on public satisfaction andresponsiveness performed the most service quality, patient satisfaction,public hospital, Dr. Syaiful AnwarHospital

This study aimed to analyze the financial health of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia(Persero) Tbk. the period 2010-2014. The method used in this research is themethod that includes aspects of CAMEL Capital, Assets, Management, Earningsand Liquidity. CAMEL is a tool for analyzing the finances of banks and for bankmanagement assessment set by Bank Indonesia to determine the soundness ofbanks of the bank concerned.The results of this study indicate that the financial soundness of PT. Bank NegaraIndonesia (Persero) Tbk. using CAMEL ratio value calculation in 2010amounted to 88.62, in the year 2011 was 90.1, in 2012 amounted to 90.375, in2013 amounted to 90.45, in 2014 amounted to 90.025. Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) business group is the most able to withstandketikakrisis economic hit this country. The increase in the number of units the SMElapangankerja open so that plays an important role in the economic and industrial growthof a country. Limitations of SMES in increasing competitiveness among others lackcreativity and innovation as well as pemodalan and markets. This research aims to knowthe factors that affect the performance of SMES in the town of Pasuruan, in terms ofentrepreneurial role and competencies of human resources. The role of self-employment isseen from some of the factors that is innovative, proactive and risk management, while thehuman resource competency as seen from the factors of knowledge, skills and abilities.Analytical techniques used is multiple regression analysis. Sampling in this study using apurposive sampling method, in which SMES are being sampled is the SME food field in thetown of Pasuruan. The results showed that of the entrepreneurial role of factors thatinfluence positively and significantly to the performance of SMES in the field of food anddrink in the town of Pasuruan is innovative and proactive, where innovative is theinfluential most dominant variable with regression coefficients of 0372. HR competencefactor variables from the perpetrator of the SMES that positive and significant effect amongother skills, abilities and knowledge, where skill is the dominant effect variables withcoefficients of the regression of 0318.Keywords : Role Of Smes, Entrepreneurship, HR Competencies

Index ISSI is a stock index reflecting the overall Islamic stocks listed on the StockExchange. Capital market reaction when an event that information is publishedas an announcement can be measured by using Event Study. The Eventannouncement of Pudjiastuti 2014 Susi minister touted affecting Indonesiancapital market. This study aimed to examine the content of the information thatis seen from the significance of the average trading volume activity arising as areaction of their events Susi Pudjiastuti nomination as minister of maritimeaffairs and fisheries Indonesia in 2014. The samples studied 10 companies ofmarine and fisheries incorporated in the index ISSI period from June to November 2014 in the Indonesia Stock Exchange by using purposive sampling.The results of this study found that the events candidacy announcement SusiPudjiastuti as minister of maritime affairs and fisheries Indonesia in 2014 hasinformation content. It can be seen from the significant trading volume activityoccurring within ISSI index in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the periodsurrounding the incident occurred.Keywords: Study Events, ISSI, Trading Volume Activity

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze; 1) partially influence policy dividendpolicy and debt against the value of property and real estate companies listed on theIndonesia stock exchange, 2) influence of simultaneous policy dividend policy and debtagainst the value of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia stockexchange, 3) influence is dominant among policy variables policy dividend and debt againstthe value of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange. Thisresearch type is explanatory research, while the Population of the research was the real estateand property companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange (idx) of the period 2012-2014, with a purposive sampling method. Based on the results of the analysis of researcheither in descriptive nor inferensial can be summed up as follows: 1) dividend policy and debtpolicy effect of partial and significantly to the value of the company's property and real estatein Indonesia stock exchange period in 2012-2014, 2) dividend policy and debt policy takeeffect simultaneously and significantly to the value of the company's property and real estatein Indonesia stock exchange period in 2012-2014 , as well as 3) influential dividend policy ofthe dominant against the value of the company's property and real estate in Indonesia stockexchange period in 2012-2014.Keywords: debt policy, policy dividends and the value of the company
