Abstract

In increasing the quality of human resources, corporate can implement total qualitymanagement (TQM), by which an employee should do a job better, more effective and moreefficient in producing the products with high quality and competitive price. The researchaims to identify the implementation process of TQM, and its influence toward the quality ofhuman resources. The result showed the variables of TQM (that is, employees role, employerrole, relations of employer and employees, organizational aspects, and environ employees,organization aspects, and environmental aspects) are simultaneously have a significantinfluence toward the quality of human resources in PR. Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the financial statements based on the Current Ratio(CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Return On Investment (ROI) Share Price Food &baverages Companies Listed on the Stock Exchange in 2010-2014. Data were obtained fromthe annual financial statements and the Annual Report of the Investment Gallery STIEIndonesia Malang and Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2010-2014. Thisresearch is a quantitative research. The population in this study using all companies listedon the Stock Exchange with a company specializing in food and beverages totaling 19issuers during the period 2010-2014 and the number of samples as many as six companiesthrough random sampling method.The results showed that partially shows that the Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to EquityRatio (DER) and no significant negative effect on stock price. While simultaneously variableCurrent Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Return On Investment (ROI) onstock prices. And the results also showed that the Return On Investment (ROI) has a positiveand significant impact on stock price of companies Food & baverages 2010-2014.Keywords: Capital Markets, the Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), ReturnOn Investment (ROI) and stock price.

Abstract

This study to determine the effect of occupational health and safety and work environment on performance of employees through job satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative approach with the method of collecting data through questionnaires, observation, documentation, and interviews. Total population in this study are 250 production employees  with 69 respondents as sample and using random sampling techniques. Data analysis technique using path analysis, the results indicating the important role of safety and health and work environment on employee job satisfaction, there are influence of occupational safety and health and work environment on employee performance. However, the results showed that there is a weak influence between safety and health and work environment on performance of employees through job satisfaction. Keywords: occupational health and safety, work environment, job satisfaction, employee performance

Abstract

An employee work performance is basically the work of an employee during a certain period as compared with the range of possibilities, such as standards, targets or goals or criteria that have been determined in advance that has been agreed. One attempt to improve the work performance of employees is to provide fair compensation and provide motivation to prove that this employees.Hal Effect of compensation and work motivation of the employees of PT. Kharisma Sumajaya Sakti Surabaya as one of the major companies in Surabaya.The purpose of this study to know and analyze the influence of individual (partial) compensation and motivation towards Job Performance PT. Kharisma Sumajaya Sakti Surabaya.To know and analyze the effect of jointly (simultaneously) compensation and motivation towards Job Performance PT. Kharisma Sumajaya Sakti Surabaya. Where To know more dominant influence compensation and motivation to work towards Job Performance PT. Kharisma Sumajaya Sakti Surabaya.The research methodology used in this research is quantitative descriptive is to make a systematic description, factual and accurate about the facts or certain subjects then took the results of the data of the numbers of the questionnaires. When analyzed partially, compensated significant effect on employee performance PT. Suma Kharisma Jaya Sakti Surabaya. This can be explained that the commitment to the company with their compensation would increase employee performance. Motivation in some of the things that encourage morale significant effect on employee performance PT. Suma Kharisma Jaya Sakti Surabaya. Simultaneously influence the compensation and motivation have significant influence on employee performance PT. Suma Kharisma Jaya Sakti Surabaya. Of the two variables is the most dominant motivation to work. This is evidenced from the large t greater motivation than compensation. Abstract

This article aims to explain the important role of a leader in connection with theformation of individual creative behavior. Leadership has a huge role for theinitiative and motivation of the idea of the individual in achieving creativity, onthe other hand the characteristics of individual creativity is a function for theemergence of creative behavior and creativity of the individual. Successful leadersdo not just become a creative, but more than that he should be able to developcreative behavior followers. Base role of a leader is to coordinate the activities ofthe individual as a process without coercive influence that resulted in theacceptance or commitment and adaptability, so that they can contribute to theobjectives of the organization. Abstract

One of the factors that influence the success rate of an organization is employee workproductivity. Efforts to improve employee productivity, among others, is to pay attention tojob stress and workload of employees. This study aims to determine the effect of work stressand workload both simultaneously and partially to the productivity of production employeesin PT.Venia Agape Indonesia.This research is descriptive and associative research with using a quantitative approach. Thesubject of this research is the production employee at PT.Venia Agape Indonesia. Datacollection using questionnaire and scale used is Likert scale. While data analysis is done byusing linear regression analysis and correlation. Based on the results of t test (partial) showsthat the variable X1 (work load) affect the variable Y (work productivity) is shown with thevalue of 4.305> ttable count 0.009 with a contribution of 64.60%. While the variable X2(work stress) affect the variable Y (work productivity) is shown with the value of t count2.029> ttabel 2,009 with a contribution of 54.90%.The results showed Fcount> Ftable (49,684> 3,19) with significance level 0,000 <0,05.This means that workload and job stress simultaneously affect the productivity of work onPT.Venia Agape Indonesia. Based on the calculation of determination coefficient shows RSquare value of 67.40%, it can be concluded that the workload and work stresssimultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity at theproduction in PT.Venia Agape Indonesia, while the remaining 32.60% is influenced byother variables not described in this study.Keywords: workload, job stress and work productivity

Abstract

This study intention to determine the effect of leadership style and work motivation on employee turnover rate in the clinic and pharmacy Buchori Serang. Style of leadership and motivation that support is needed for organizations or companies to reduce the employee turnover rate. This research is descriptive and associative by using a quantitative approach. The subjects were all employees of the pharmacy and clinic Buchori Serang Banten. Collecting data using questionnaires and scales used is a Likert scale. While the analysis of data using linear regression and correlation analysis. Based on the results of hypothesis testing leadership style (H1) proves that the leadership style partial effect on the level of employee turnover. This is evidenced by thitung 2.751> 2.023 ttabel while Hypothesis testing results of work motivation (H2) proved that motivation is not partial effect on the level of employee turnover. This is evidenced by thitung 1.007 < ttabel 2023. The results of statistical calculations show value of fhitung = 4.761 with significant value 0.014, significance value less than 0.05. And fhitung 4.761 greater than ftable 3.23. This means that the style of leadership and motivation to work simultaneously affect the turnover rate of employees at the Clinic and Pharmacy Buchori Serang. The amount of the percentage influence leadership style and work motivation on employee turnover rate in the clinic and pharmacy Buchori Attack of 0.196 or 19.6% using coefficients of determination that is determined by the value of R Square rest influenced by other variables that are not described in this study. Abstract

The aimed of this study was to examine the influence of company's characteristics toward income smoothing practice among listed companies at Indonesian Stock Exchange. The factors being examined were return on asset and firm size. Index Eckel is used to determine the income smoothing. The study used 11 companies listed at Indonesia Stock Exchange, in period between 2012-2015. The hypothesis was tested using multiple regression. The first hypothesis was used to examine the influence of return on asset to income smoothing practice. The second hypothesis was used to examine the influence of firm size to income smoothing . The third hypothesis was used to examine the influence of return on asset and firm size to income smoothing .The result of this study indicated that 11 out of 20 companies which were used as samples committed income smoothing . The output of multiple regression showed that return on asset and firm size not having a significant influence to income smoothing. Keyword: return on assets, firm size, income smoothing
