Abstract

Starting from a statement issued by influencer Gita Savitri. The term Childfree began to be recognized by the Indonesian people. This childfree phenomenon affects the thinking of productive-age students not to have children. In line with easily accessible information and the lack of religious knowledge and household psychology. Childfree is defined by a desire or better known as not having children in his life. Oxford Dictionary describes childfree as a condition or situation without children voluntarily. This research uses a descriptive method, which is to look at existing phenomena and what is happening, namely not giving treatment to the research subject. The results found that when looking at this childfree phenomenon there were 60.7% of respondents who chose to agree with this childfree phenomenon. And the remaining 39.3% chose not to agree with this childfree phenomenon. There are differences in understanding among BK Untirta students towards this phenomenon. Each group has reasons for the impact that will occur due to this childfree phenomenon, both positive and negative impacts.Keywords: Childfree, Counseling Students, Pros and Cons

Abstract

Vocational education is education that prepares students to be able to work in certain situations in certain fields. In line with the goals of vocational education, the educational model in vocational schools places more emphasis on practice, especially career adaptability. However, there are several obstacles related to this ability, including: students do not understand future career decisions, lack confidence in making job decisions according to their talents, one of which is related to hardiness. This research is correlational research regarding the relationship between hardiness abilities and career adaptability of vocational school students. The sample in this study used simple random sampling, totaling 40 vocational school students. The data collection instrument uses a Likert scale. The research results show that the correlation test between hardiness (X) and career adaptability (Y) is 0.912 with sig. = 0.000 (p<0.01). So the conclusion is that there is a statistically significant relationship between these two variables. This can be seen in the aspects of control, commitment and challenge. In line with these results, it means that the higher the student's hardiness, the higher their career adaptability will also be

Abstract

The research aims to determine whether the influence of parents on student achievement at Al-Insan Kerotek Cilegon Vocational School is interrelated through the independent variable (X) and the dependent variable (Y). This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive research correlation methods.The data in this research came from teachers and students of XI IPA SMK Al-Insan Kerotek Cilegon.Data collection was obtained based on the results of observing and analyzing the influence of parents on student achievement and providing questionnaires from 30 samples with a total of 110 class XI Science students.The research results state that the role of parents is very important in student achievement by providing motivation and support to students. The role of parents is a dual role that has a significant relationship. The results of the questionnaire calculations were 33.5%, while the remaining 66.5% was influenced by other factors.Keywords: Parent, Student, Performance

Abstract

Kekerasan seksual merupakan masalah global yang perlu diperhatikan. Kementrian Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak telah menyatakan Indonesia darurat kekerasan seksual terhadap anak karena adanya peningkatan jumlah kasus di 2022, dari 4.162 kasus pada 2021 menjadi 9.588 kasus. Korban kekerasan seksual pada anak (KSA) mengalami berbagai hal tidak mengenakkan. Masih ditemui juga kendala dalam pendampingan korban. Dampak yang harus ditanggung korban KSA sangat besar, sehingga perlu tindakan intervensi. Artikel ini akan mengkaji intervensi BK pada kasus KSA menggunakan metode kajian literatur. Perkembangan peserta didik dapat dioptimalkan dengan BK terlibat langsung dalam mengintervensi KSA. Tindakan yang dapat dilakukan berupa tindakan preventif dan tindakan kuratif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena loneliness yang ada di sekolah. Berdasarkan need assessment yang telah dilakukan di MAN 2 Kota Serang menggunakan instrumen angket yang disebar kepada 30 siswa kelas X IPA 5 didapatkan hasil sebanyak 37% peserta didik mengalami loneliness dalam kategori rendah, 50% peserta didik mengalami loneliness dalam kategori sedang dan 13% peserta didik mengalami loneliness dalam kategori tinggi. Berdasarkan dari data tersebut, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah pengembangan self improvement book untuk menemani rasa loneliness yang dimiliki oleh peserta didik. Adapun penelitian dan pengembangan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation dan Evaluation). Produk yang dikembangkan akan dilakukan uji validitas produk oleh para ahli yaitu ahli materi, ahli media, ahli bahasa dan ahli praktisi. Adapun hasil dari uji validitas mendapatkan presentase sebesar 92%. Maka produk self improvement book untuk menemani rasa loneliness dinyatakan sangat layak digunakan. Selanjutnya produk akan diuji coba dalam skala terbatas kepada peserta didik. Adapaun hasil dari uji coba terbatas memperoleh hasil N-Gain score dengan presentase sebesar 69% dan mendapatkan kategori cukup efektif.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of interpersonal communication training on preventing aggressive behavior. The subjects of this research were students of Vocational School The data collection tool used was the aggressive behavior scale. The research subjects used as samples were 20 people from a population of 100 vocational school students. This number was obtained from students at Vocational School which means it is not significant. In the aspect of verbal aggression, z = -1.477 with p > 0.05 (p = 0.140, 2 tail; p = 0.70 1 tail) which means it is also not significant. The analysis of differences for the anger aspect was also not significant z = -0.557 with p > 0.05 (p = 0.564, 2 tail; p = 0.282, 1 tail). A new significant difference was found in the hostility aspect which was indicated by z = -2.138 with p < 0.05 (p = 0.033, 2 tail; p = 0.0165, 1 tail). The research results show that interpersonal communication training has an effect on preventing aggressive behavior.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil pengambilan keputusan karier peserta didik SMA dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka di SMAN 1 Batujajar. Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan fenomena yang terjadi di lapangan, yaitu banyaknya peserta didik yang masih ragu bahkan sulit menentukan mata pelajaran peminatan di kelas XI yang akan menjadi dasar dalam pengambilan keputusan karier masa depan. Metode yang digunakan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dengan cara membagikan instrumen Career Decision-Making Difficulties Questionnaire (CDDQ). Subjek penelitian yaitu peserta didik kelas X atau fase E SMAN 1 Batujajar tahun ajaran 2023-2024 yang berjumlah 432 orang. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan gambaran umum pengambilan keputusan karier yaitu sebanyak 136 peserta didik dengan persentase 31,48 berada pada kategori sulit, 274 peserta didik dengan persentase 63,43 berada pada kategori sedang, dan 22 peserta didik dengan persentase 5,09 berada pada kategori tidak ada kesulitan. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa sebagian besar peserta didik kelas X di SMAN 1 Batujajar masih sulit dalam pengambilan keputusan karier yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal maupun eksternal.
