Abstract

The aim of this study was to examine the effect of work overload and resilience on organizational citizenship behavior through organizational commitment as a mediating variable. The population in this study were education staff of Universitas Negeri Semarang, the number is 774. The sampling technique used in this study was proportionate random sampling technique with a sample of 135 employees. Methods of data collection using questionnaires, observations, interviews, and literature. Methods of data analysis using descriptive statistical tests and SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results showed that work overload had no significant effect on organizational commitment and OCB. Resilience has a significant effect on organizational commitment and OCB. Organizational commitment also has a significant influence on OCB. Meanwhile, organizational commitment has no significant effect in mediating the relationship of work overload on OCB. Then organizational commitment has a significant effect in mediating the relationship of resilience on OCB. The theoretical suggestion for further research is to be able to expand the sample, such as for employees of profit-oriented manufacturing companies. Then practical advice for employees and universities in order to interpret OCB as positive behavior and encourage the implementation of OCB in the workplace to increase organizational effectiveness.

Abstract

Rumah sakit merupakan suatu organisasi yang kompleks, terutama dalam memberikan pelayanan dan pengobatan kesehatan secara optimal, cepat, tepat, dan tepat. Peningkatan pelayanan melalui pelatihan dan penciptaan budaya kerja diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya kerja pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan di RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo Jakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan paradigma positivistik, dengan pengumpulan datanya 104 responden menggunakan kuesioner. Uji validitas yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Confirmation Factor Analysis (CFA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan; Sedangkan pelatihan berpengaruh kuat terhadap budaya kerja. Pelatihan berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui variabel mediasi budaya kerja di RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo Jakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to explore the most significant determinant of debt policy on manufacturing firm in Indonesia. This paper carries out a panel data analysis of 318 observations from 106 listed manufacturing firms on the Indonesia Stock Exchange over period 2016-2018. Multiple regression model and correlation matrix have been used as statistical tools to investigate the most significant determinants of debt policy on manufacturing firm in Indonesia. The results of this research shows that there is a significant negative effect of liquidity and profitability on debt policy, while the asset structure and firm size have a significant positive effect on debt policy.

Abstract

Intensi Kewirausahaan di kalangan mahasiswa di Jawa Timur dilakukan dengan menganalisis peran inkubator bisnis dan potensi bisnis lokal di Provinsi Jawa Timur. Beberapa temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan bisnis yang prospektif dapat dikembangkan di wilayah Jawa Timur cukup beragam dilakukan oleh pengusaha di wilayah tersebut, sedangkan pertumbuhan wirausaha muda masih terbatas. Potensi sektor bisnis yang dapat dikembangkan oleh kaum muda di Jawa Timur dapat menjadi sarana menciptakan wirausaha muda. Di sini, tidak ada upaya maksimal untuk mengembangkan kegiatan bisnis pada produk skala mikro, kecil, atau menengah. Selain itu, pemerintah daerah dan universitas telah memberikan peran mereka untuk menumbuhkan kewirausahaan dalam kelompok masyarakat termasuk kaum muda, namun, itu masih belum optimal. Akhirnya, pengembangan inkubator bisnis dilakukan untuk mengembangkan intensi kewirausahaan di kalangan mahasiswa.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of ability, effort and organizational support, on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees assigned to the Central Java Province BPPD office, amounting to 324 employees. The number of samples was calculated using the Slovin formula, and 80 respondents were obtained. The sampling technique used conveinence sampling. The analysis technique used is multiple liniear regression. Based on hypothesis testing both partially and simultaneously, ability, effort, and Organizational Support have a positive effect on the performance of employees.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh kualitas produk, citra merek, dan persepsi harga terhadap keputusan pembelian. Penelitain ini dilakukan di Kopi Lain Hati Lamper Semarang. Responden dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel Non-Random Sampling. Teknik pengambilan sampel ini menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling, dengan kriteria sebagai berikut: konsumen atau pelanggan yang berusia minimal 17 tahun, konsumen atau pelanggan yang sudah pernah mengkonsumsi produk Kopi Lain Hati Lamper Semarang dan sudah pernah berkunjung di Kopi Lain Hati Lamper Semarang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reabilitas. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda yang bertujuan untuk menguji variabel kualitas produk, citra merek, dan persepsi harga terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh, citra merek, dan persepsi harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

The Kudus Regency society is known as the santri's merchant is so persistent, skilled, and hardworking. The personage of Sunan Kudus is characterized as waliyul Ilmy and this Guardian teaches a philosophy "gusjigang" with a good typology core moral, intelligent of religion and good at trading. The teachings of Gusjigang for the trader's life were able to raise a distinctive characteristic that formed the spiritual value of their daily life. So this research will illustrate the spiritual value of the merchant santri's who are based on the philosophy of local wisdom of Gusjigang in Kudus Regency. The data analysis method used is qualitative with a phenomenology approach and data collection using interviews, observation, and documentation techniques. The purpose of the study of this article is to reveal the spiritual value of the merchant santri's based on the philosophy of local wisdom Gusjigang. the study gave a result of the spiritual practice of merchant santri's in the form of Dalail Khairat fasting, fasting sunnah, Tahajud Praying, and Dhuha praying, and Dzikrullah, as well as the relevance of Gusjigang philosophy, to apply to the self the santri's merchant produce a characteristic that is futurist, altruism, Ihsan and philanthropic.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the impact of female employee performance through multiple role and gender conflicts. The method used is a qualitative method with descriptive analysis and supported by previous journals related to variables accompanied by the use of in-depth interview techniques. The results of this study based on interviews and support theories and previous journals stated that there is an influence on performance through conflicts of dual roles and gender seen from how the imbalance of roles and beliefs is still minimal for female employees compared to men. Then to improve performance there needs to be motivation and sharing in exploring the potential to show women can be equally trusted by supporting women's empowerment in managing roles. So that, performance improvement can be accompanied by family harmony that is maintained and the trust of fellow colleagues. It can therefore be stated that there was an effect of performance through conflicts of dual roles and gender on the performance of female employees in the Regional Income Management Agency (BAPPENDA) bogor regency.

Abstract

A good organization and business must have ethics and social responsibility according to its functions. By mapping the relationship patterns in such a business, it can be seen that the principles of business ethics are manifested in an interactive relationship pattern. The purpose of this paper is to analysis the Islamic business ethics perception in Ma’had Al-Muqoddasah Islam and its impact. In this study, the data qualitative approach used with employing interview methods as data collection technique. The findings of business ethics such as principles of autonomy, principles of honesty, principles of justice, principles of mutual benefit, principles of moral integrity related to Islamic values. Sincerity, simplicity, independence, ukhuwah Islamiyah and freedom are indicated as mahad five spirit that must attach on their employees. Impact to stakeholder’s perspective, especially parents of students have to follow dominant points to remember and adopt such as readiness, sincerity, trust to Allah, effort, and trust to institution. Ma’had Al-Muqoddasah strengthen Islamic business ethics and also enforcing all COVID-19 safety protocols.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of liquidity, leverage, profitability, and size of firm against tax aggressiveness. Population taken as object observation 176 the consumer goods industry data sector companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2015-2018 period. Determination of sample was made by applying purposive sampling method. The sample used was 98 the consumer goods industry sector companies. Analysis of data used is multiple regression. The result showed that the liquidity had negative influence on tax aggressiveness, the leverage had negative influence on tax aggressiveness, the profitability had positive influence on tax aggressiveness, and size of firm had negative influence on tax aggressiveness.
