Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the impact of female employee performance through multiple role and gender conflicts. The method used is a qualitative method with descriptive analysis and supported by previous journals related to variables accompanied by the use of in-depth interview techniques. The results of this study based on interviews and support theories and previous journals stated that there is an influence on performance through conflicts of dual roles and gender seen from how the imbalance of roles and beliefs is still minimal for female employees compared to men. Then to improve performance there needs to be motivation and sharing in exploring the potential to show women can be equally trusted by supporting women's empowerment in managing roles. So that, performance improvement can be accompanied by family harmony that is maintained and the trust of fellow colleagues. It can therefore be stated that there was an effect of performance through conflicts of dual roles and gender on the performance of female employees in the Regional Income Management Agency (BAPPENDA) bogor regency.

Abstract

A conducive work environment is able to create a spirit of performance and encourage discipline in work. Every person in an organization always wants a conducive, safe and comfortable work environment. Work discipline can run well if it is supported by good environmental conditions. With the creation of discipline at work, it will certainly encourage productivity and enthusiasm at work. This study focuses on the effect of the work environment and work discipline on the performance of the teaching staf of SDITA eL Ma'mur Bogor. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study was the teaching staff of SDITA eL Ma'Mur Bogor, amounting to 64 people. The data collection technique used a questionnaire which was distributed to 64 people using a saturated sample. The research method uses path analysis by examining the direct and indirect effects of the independent variable (exogenous variable) on the dependent variable (endogenous variable). The results showed that the work environment and work discipline together had an effect of 66.8% on performance with a significance probability of 0.000. The work environment has an influence on work discipline by 41% with a significance probability of 0.000. The work discipline variable is capable of being a mediating variable or an intermediate variable that links the indirect effect of the work environment on performance with a t-value of 2.289, which is greater than the t-table value

Abstract

The thesis entitled “The Influence of Work Motivation and Teamwork on Employee Performance of the Bogor City Veterinary Research Center was written by Hafid Rachmat Febriansyah, NPM 181104010600, Under the guidance of: Dr.M.Aziz Firdaus, S.E.,M.M and Hj. Rachamatullaily, S.E., M.M Bogor City Veterinary Research Center (BB Litvet) is a technical implementation unit within the scope of a research agency under the coordination of the Center for Research and Development of Animal Husbandry (Puslitbangnak). The Bogor City Veterinary Research Center is established based on the regulation of the Minister of Agriculture number 34/permentan/OT.140/2013 concerning the organization and working procedures of the Veterinary Research Center with echelon II/b level and has the main task of carrying out veterinary research tasks. The choice of work motivation and teamwork at the Center for Veterinary Research as research subjects to determine the existence of work motivation and teamwork within the company, because work motivation has an effect as the most vital driving force in achieving performance. This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance at the Bogor City Veterinary Research Center, to determine the effect of Teamwork on Employee Performance at the Bogor City Veterinary Research Center. The tests used in this study include Validity Test, Reality Test, Linearity Test, Homogeneity Test, Normality Test and t Test and f Test. Based on a discussion of the results of a study titled ``Effect of work motivation and teamwork on employee performance'' at the Bogor City Veterinary Research Center, we found that work motivation (X1) and teamwork (X2) It was concluded that it affects performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap Komunikasi Interpersonal dan berpengaruh langsung dengan Kinerja Pegawai. Penelitiam ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 103 pegawai Kecamatan Bogor Selatan diolah dengan aplikasi SPSS dengan metode analisis jalur. Diperoleh hasil analisis jalur pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap komunikasi interpersonal: Standardized Coefficients = 0,759, signifikansi = 0,000 < 0,05, dan uji t hipotesis: t hitung 11,701 > t tabel 1.98373. Artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan Efikasi Diri terhadap Komunikasi Inerpersonal. Komunikasi Interpersonal terhadap Kinerja Pegawai: Standardized Coefficients = 0,400, signifikansi = 0,000 < 0,05, uji t hipotesis: t hitung 4,861 > t tabel 1.98373. Artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan Komunikasi Interpersonal terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Analisis pengaruh Efikasi Diri melalui Komunikasi Interpersonal terhadap Kinerja Pegawai: Standardized Coefficents = 0,304, dan total pengaruh yang diberikan Efikasi Diri terhadap Kinerja Pegawai = 0,803. Artinya secara tidak langsung Efikasi Diri melalui Komunikasi Interpersonal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Maka dari itu Kecamatan Bogor Selatan dalam penerapan Efikasi Diri dan Komunikasi Interpersonal dapat meningkatkan Kinerja Pegawai.

Abstract

AbstraksiSaat ini investasi menjadi komponen penting dalam menunjang perekonomiansuatu negara. Foreign Direct Investment menjadi sumber pertumbuhan ekonomiyang penting di kawasan ASEAN-5. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untukmengetahui faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap Foreign Direct Investmentdi ASEAN-5 (Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapura, Thailand dan Filipina). Penelitianini menggunakan data sekunder berupa Foreign Direct Investment sebagaivariabel terikat, sedangkan Inflasi, Suku Bunga dan Nilai Tukar sebagai varibelbebas. Sampel yang digunakan dari tahun 2000-2019, sebanyak 100 data. Dalammelakukan analisis kuantitatif ini digunakan alat bantu ekonometrika denganmenggunakan analisis data panel yang terdiri dari data runtut waktu dan silangwaktu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Inflasi secara parsial berpengaruhnegatif signifikan terhadap Foreign Direct Investment di ASEAN-5, Suku Bungasecara parsial berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Foreign Direct Investmentdi ASEAN-5, Nilai Tukar secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadapForeign Direct Investment di ASEAN-5. Secara bersama-sama Inflasi, SukuBunga dan Nilai Tukar memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Foreign DirectInvestment di ASEAN-5.AbstractAt this moment, investment is an important component in supporting the econ￾omy of a country. Currently, Foreign Direct Investment is an important source ofeconomic growth in the ASEAN-5 region. The purpose of this study was to de￾termine the factors that influence Foreign Direct Investment in ASEAN-5 (Indo￾nesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and the Philippines). This study uses sec￾ondary data in the form of Foreign Direct Investment as the dependent variable,while Inflation, Interest Rates and Exchange Rates as independent variables. Thesample used from 2000-2019, as many as 100 data. In conducting this quantita￾tive analysis, econometric tools were used using panel data analysis consisting oftime series and cross-sectional data. The results show that inflation partially has asignificant negative effect on Foreign Direct Investment in ASEAN-5, InterestRates partially have a significant negative effect on Foreign Direct Investment inASEAN-5, Exchange Rates partially have a significant positive effect on ForeignDirect Investment in ASEAN-5. Abstract

AbstraksiPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran mengenai kepuasan mahasiswa dalam mengikuti program MBKM (Merdeka Belajar KampusMerdeka) pada tahun 2021. Metode penelitian menggunakan desain konlkusif deskriptif dimana digunakan Importance Performane Analysis untuk mendapatkan deskripsi indicator-indokator dalam persepsi mahasiswa peserta MBKM. Indikator-indikator tersebut disusun melalui FGD dengan mahasiswa peserta MBKM yang selanjutnya disusun ke dalam instrument kuisioner, yang terbagi ke dalam lima dimensi yaitu Sosialisasi, pendaftaran, sleksi, pelaksanaan serta pelaporan. Keseluruhan dimensi tersebut terdiri dari 23 item pernyataan kinerja atribut dan 23 item pernyataan tingkat kepentingan. Responden dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh mahasiswa peserta MBKM Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Ibn Khaldun yang berjumlah 18 mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bhawa seluruh indikator memiliki nilai rata-rata kinerja dibawah rata-rata nilai tingkat kepentingan. Indikator-indikator yang nilai rata-ratanya di bawah nilai rata-rata kinerja total yaitu media sosialisasi, informasi tempat mbkm, sharing session, materi sosialisasi, waktu sosialisasi, Rentang waktu pendaftaran, kehandalan website, Transfaransi Hasil Seleksi, tahap perencanaan, Rentang waktu pelaksanaan MBKM, penugasan, kompensasi, dan waktu pelaporan..AbstractThis study aims to obtain an overview of student satisfaction in participating in the MBKM program (Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka) in 2021. The research method uses a descriptive conclusive design where Importance Performance Analysis is used to obtain a description of the indicators in the perceptions of MBKM participating students. These indicators were compiled through FGDs with MBKM participating students which were then compiled into a questionnaire instrument, which was divided into five dimensions, namely socialization, registration, selection, implementation and reporting. The overall dimensions consist of 23 items of attribute performance statements and 23 items of importance level statements. Respondents in this study were all students participating in the MBKM Faculty of Economics and Business, Ibn Khaldun University, totaling 18 students. The results of the study show that all indicators have an average performance value below the average level of importance. The indicators whose average value is below the average value of total performance are socialization media, information on the place of mbkm, sharing sessions,socialization materials, socialization time, registration time span, websiter eliability, transparency of selection results, planning stage, implementation time span MBKM, assignment, compensation, and reporting time

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana antara hubungan Leadership dan Komitmen Terhadap Kinerja. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 60 orang responden karyawan CV Mitra Sehati Jaya Bogor. Metode yang dilakukan adalah dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada karyawan CV Mitra Sehati Jaya Bogor dan diolah dengan menggunakan aplikasi komputer. Penelitian ini dilakukan di CV Mitra Sehati Jaya Bogor. Variabel Leadership dan komitmen Terhadap Kinerja diperoleh hasil uji validitas, uji reabilitas, analisis deskriptif, statistik inferensif, uji regresi, determinasi, uji T dan uji F. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan R hitung adanya hubungan yang kuat antara Leadership (X1) dan Komitmen (X2) terhadap Kinerja (Y). Maka terdapat pengaruh baik antara Leadership dan Komitmen terhadap Kinerja Karyawan CV Mitra Sehati Jaya Bogor.

Abstract

This study aims to detemine the effect of motivation and discipline on the work productivity of employees at the School Alam Al-Giva Bogor. The purpose of this study is to use quantitative research methods to determine whether motivation and discipline affect employee productivity. The sources used are primary and secondary data. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis method obtained by using the SPSS 28 program. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 40 respondents. Overall, the results of multiple linear analysis and hypothesis testing concluded that simultaneously motivation and discipline had a positive and significant effect, with Fcount > Ftable of 21.942 > 3.24 and an R Square value of 0.478 or 47.8%, which means that there is an influence of motivation and discipline on work productivity. Employees by 47.8% other variables not seen from this study. So it can be concluded from this study that the motivation variable has a significant effect on employee work productivity as well as the discipline variable which has a significant influence on employee work productivity.

Abstract

Sampah plastik menjadi salah satu perhatian banyak orang karena jumlahnya semakin meningkat seiring dengan konsumsi masyarakat, belum lagi permasalahan berapa lama produk ini dapat terurai. Jika sampah plastik ini diolah tidak lagi menjadi produk sekali pakai, hal ini dapat menjadi solusi pengelolaan sampah yang lebih baik dan juga memberikan nilai tambah bagi produk olahan tersebut. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian Masyarakat ini untuk mensosialisasikan daur ulang sampah, pengelolaan dan potensinya pada menjaga ketahanan ekonomi keluarga. Metodologi dalam kegiatan ini mempunyai dua metode, yang pertama adalah pelatihan pengolahan sampah plastik menjadi produk yang memiliki nilai tambah, dan kemudian sosialisasi bagaimana hasil pengolahannya dapat menjadi produk yang bernilai tambah. Hasilnya orang tua SPS PAUD Kelurahan Kedung Waringin Bogor antusias mengikuti pelatihan dan sosialisasi pengolahan sampah plastik, dilihat dari pertanyaan yang muncul, tindak lanjut hingga akhir dan hasil dari produk yang mereka buat. Kegiatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan pengolahan sampah plastik diperlukan bagi orang tua sebagai motivasi menjaga lingkungan, serta inspirasi untuk menghasilkan produk yang dapat meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga.
