Abstract

This research aims at identifying the impact of workload toward Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and the mediating role of work motivation in Islamic perspective on the impact of workload toward OCB. This research was conducted at BPRS Madina Sejahtera Yogyakarta. Sample used in the research were in total of 31 respondents which were compiled through saturated sampling technique. Data compiling were done through questionnaire and interview. The analysis tool used was SmartPLS 3.2 of outer model and inner model. The research result showed that workload had directly given a positive and significant impact toward OCB; which indicated that the increase of employees’ workload is in line with the increase of employees’ OCB. Besides, work motivation in Islamic perspective had been serving as the competitive partial mediation which indicated that Islamic work motivation had partially mediated the impact of workload toward OCB.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh bauran pemasaran terhadap keputusan pembelian costumer dalam membeli ayam goreng crispy pada pedagang kaki lima. Khususnya ayam goreng crispy kaki lima dinilai penting karena dapat dipengaruhi oleh bauran pemasaran yang terdiri dari produk, harga, tempat, dan promosi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan melakukan pengujian hipotesis. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah costumer yang membeli ayam goreng crispy kaki lima di JABODETABEK. pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan purposive sampling yang merupakan bagian dari teknik nonprobability sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah melakukan survey dengan kuesioner online kepada sampel yang berjumlah sebanyak 385. Metode analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji pengaruh adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk, harga, tempat, dan promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan dan partial terhadap keputusan pembelian ayam goreng crispy kaki lima di JABODETABEK. Variabel tempat adalah variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, sehingga pelaku UMKM sangat disarankan untuk menambah booth atau gerai di lokasi yang memiliki kemudahan akses bagi para konsumen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepemimipinan transaksional pada perilaku kerja inovatif dengan motivasi intrinsik sebagai variabel mediasi pada dosen Universitas Negeri Semarang. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 120 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportionate random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji statistik deskriptif dengan alat analisis yaitu SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki pengaruh signifikan pada perilaku kerja inovatif dan tidak signifikan pada motivasi intrinsik, sedangkan kepemimpinan transaksional tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan pada perilaku kerja inovatif namun signifikan pada motivasi intrinsik. Namun, ketika dimediasi oleh motivasi intrinsik, kepemimpinan transformasional tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan pada perilaku kerja inovatif sedangkan kepemimpinan transaksional berpengaruh signifikan pada perilaku kerja inovatif. Saran dari penelitian ini diharapkan responden dapat lebih antusias terhadap reward atau imbalan sekecil apapun yang diberikan oleh pimpinan unit kerja, agar dosen dapat bekerja dengan lebih inovatif yang akan membantu meningkatkan kinerja inovasi Universitas Negeri Semarang. Selain itu, pimpinan unit kerja Universitas Negeri Semarang diharapkan lebih tegas dalam menyikapi dosen yang memiliki kinerja rendah atau di bawah standar.

Abstract

Sejak KICKFEST Bandung tahun 2017 ada penurunan yang terjadi di brand clothing sebesar 30-40% dikarenakan  konsumen beralih ke penjualan online dan e-commerce. Selain itu, faktor lain dari penurunSejak KICKFEST Bandung tahun 2017 ada penurunan yang terjadi di brand clothing sebesar 30-40% dikarenakan  konsumen beralih ke penjualan online dan e-commerce. Selain itu, faktor lain dari penurunan clothing dan distro, karena ada perubahan dalam gaya hidup masyarakat untuk tahun sekarang bergaya dalam bentuk fashion bukan menjadi prioritas, untuk zaman sekarang banyak masyarakat harus memilih liburan ke tempat bagus lalu mem-posting ke sosial media. Sehingga itu menjadi kurangnya suatu ketertarikan pengunjung dalam brand fashion produk lokal di acara KICKFEST Bandung. Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis bagaimana gambaran event marketing dan keputusan pembelian serta untuk menguji seberapa pengaruh event marketing terhadap keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian deskriptif serta metode penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling yaitu non-probablity sampling dan menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner sebanyak 100 pengunjung. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tanggapan pengunjung KICKFEST Bandung 2019 mengenai gambaran event marketing mendapatkan rata-rata total skor 74,67% dan mengenai keputusan pembelian mendapatkan penilaian paling tinggi dengan total skor nilai 75,9%. Terakhir, event marketing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 52,85%.

Abstract

The development of zakah in Indonesia increased significantly when Law no. 38/1999 was introduced by the government. However, problems arise with the growth of the Amil Zakat Institution (LAZ) due to a lack of understanding of zakat regulations, for example the misuse of zakat funds, zakat distribution in the form of loan, and using zakat assets for investment. Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and Zakat Core Principle (ZCP) are systems that aim to realize good management of zakat institutions that lead to manage professionally and transparently. The purpose of this study is to analyze good Amil Governance and also to assess Amil Governance based on ZCP in LAZ Nurul Hayat Surakarta. This study uses a qualitative method with interview, observation, and documentation as data collection techniques. Thematic analysis is used as an analysis technique. The results of the study concluded that LAZ Nurul Hayat Surakarta has carried out a fairly good governance of amil and the implementation of the zakat core principle has been carried out well regarding amil management in this institution.

Abstract

Abstract Social Media is media created to facilitate social interaction that is interactive or two way. Social media is based on internet technology that changes the pattern of information dissemination from previously one to many audiences. The purpose of this study is to provide knowledge about how the effectiveness of Instagram social media as an effort to improve the quality of public services during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research method used is qualitative by analyzing content or content based on discourse analysis. The data source is taken from Ponorogo KPP Primary by analyzing the contents of existing content on Instagram social media accounts. The results of this study are that every institution or government agency that has social media such as Instagram on the Ponorogo KPP must pay attention to indicators of measuring service quality, so that in the midst of the pandemic COVID-19 can run effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline, work stress, and compensation on employee performance. The population in this study were employees of PT. Phapros, Tbk Kota Lama Semarang, amounting to 84 employees. Data collection uses a survey method with a questionnaire as an instrument. The data is processed using the SPSS 22 program. Testing is done by validity test, reliability test, F test, determination coefficient test (R²), and hypothesis testing (t test). The results showed that work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work stress had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and compensation had no effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The development of this conceptual model is directed to encourage consumer purchases of products where this process occurs by online. The research model developed is called a synergy factor which includes system factors, internal factors, external factors and product factors. Each of these factors has characteristics in the form of variables consisting of website aesthetics from system factors, availability of money from internal factors, word of mouth from external factors and price perception of product factors. These four elements will determine the interest that will ultimately drive the purchase. The process in this research model is not in purchases that generally occur but in impulsive purchases or purchases without planning.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to investigate the influence of  perceived usability and perceived usefulness to customer satisfaction in online travel service. The samples used are 217 responses which using online travel service. Dependent variable in this research are customer satisfaction. Independent variable is perceived usability and perceived usefulness.  Analysis method in this research is SEM. The result of this research shows that perceived usability and perceived usefulness have positif influence toward customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the influence of religiosity, halal brand personality and subjective norms on the decision to buy cosmetics for adolescents in the city of Purwokerto. The study population was adolescents aged 17-25 years. A sample of 100 people was taken using purposive sampling method. Hypothesis testing was carried out by structural equation modeling (SEM) PLS version 2.0. The results of the analysis indicate that religiosity, Halal Brand Personality and Subjective Norms have a significant effect on cosmetic purchasing decisions among adolescents in Purwokerto.
