Abstract

This research aims to analyze the quality of User Experience (UX) and determine the priority for improvement in the digital payment system (E-Cash) at Yayasan Al-Halim Garut. The primary problem underlying this study is the need for sistem optimization to better align with user needs in a school environment. The research method employed is a quantitative approach integrating the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) and Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). Data were collected through a survey of 60 active E-Cash users. The results indicate that the E-Cash sistem has a performance suitability level of 85%, falling into the high category, despite an average gap value of -0.70. Through IPA mapping, it is concluded that the top priority for improvement lies in four indicators within Quadrant I, specifically regarding sistem friendliness and support for user activities. Meanwhile, the novelty and modernity aspects of the sistem in Quadrant II are identified as strengths that must be maintained. This research provides strategic recommendations for managers to focus development on aspects of system friendliness and support for user activities, so that it is expected to increase the level of performance conformity > 85% and the gap value > 0 in the next evaluation cycle.

Abstract

The development of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) has produced various commercial mapping applications, such as Google Maps, but these applications do not specifically provide structured mapping of public facilities with route calculations tailored to the conditions of the Medan City area. The problem faced is the lack of a GIS system that utilizes a specific dataset for public facilities in Medan City and is capable of calculating the shortest route optimally based on heuristics. This study aims to design and build a web-based geographic information system that determines the shortest route to public facilities in Medan City using the A Star algorithm with local public facility coordinate data. The uniqueness of this study lies in the use of a specific dataset for public facilities in Medan City and the application of distance heuristics based on latitude-longitude conversion to kilometers for an urban context. The results show that the system successfully found the shortest route with a total distance of 7.65 km, which is more optimal than direct Euclidean distance calculations without graph optimization. This system provides a more efficient and targeted route, thereby increasing public access to public facilities in Medan City.

Abstract

Wedding Organizer (WO) provides specialized services that assist couples and their families from the planning stage to event implementation. However, the current WO service process still faces several issues, including manual information distribution, difficulty comparing service packages, lack of customer review history, and limited digital service marketing. These conditions create challenges for new WO businesses in gaining market visibility and hinder customers from selecting services based on quality and verified feedback. To address these problems, this study develops a Web Portal-Based Management Information System that enables users to access WO information, compare packages, make bookings, and submit reviews through an integrated platform. The system was developed using the Waterfall model, beginning with requirements analysis obtained through interviews and thematic analysis. System functionality was tested using Black-box Testing to ensure each feature operates according to specifications. The results show that all modules package comparison, booking and payment verification, partner management, and user review function correctly and support users in making more informed decisions. This system also improves WO visibility through digital-based service promotion.

Abstract

This Prima Health Action Research was conducted to develop and implement a comprehensive NCD (Non-Communicable Diseases) management model through preventive, curative, and rehabilitative approaches, based on community participation and digital technology. We integrated training for village health cadres (n = 130) with the utilization of the Prima Health platform as a system for continuous health data recording, monitoring, and analysis. The web-based platform allows systematic documentation of blood pressure, blood glucose levels, and community health activities to support data-driven decision-making at the community level. The five-month action research implementation demonstrated a significant increase in cadres’ capacity to operate health monitoring technology and coordinate routine health checks, with community participation reaching 80%. The use of the digital system contributed to a reduction in uncontrolled hypertension and diabetes cases, as well as improved adherence to physical activity and healthy dietary practices. The intervention effectively lowered blood glucose levels (t = 7.94; p < 0.05) and systolic blood pressure (t = 12.97; p = 0.002) among respondents. These findings indicate that integrating digital technology in Prima Health research effectively strengthens community-based health monitoring systems, enhances intervention responsiveness, and supports the sustainability of NCD management. This model has the potential to be replicated as a technology-based action research approach for strengthening public health systems.

Abstract

CV Kalirejo Makmur is a distribution and trading company with several branch stores and a central warehouse for storing goods before distribution. Currently, the company faces challenges in inventory management, particularly in the process of requesting goods from branches, which is still conducted manually via WhatsApp. This condition leads to inefficiencies, delivery delays, recording errors, and difficulties in monitoring and reconciling stock data, resulting in overstock or understock situations that increase storage costs and disrupt distribution operations. The lack of an integrated system and real-time stock visibility also hinders management in making accurate decisions. To address these issues, the implementation of the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) and Reorder Point (ROP) methods is proposed as a strategic solution to optimize order quantities and improve inventory control. The EOQ and ROP based inventory management information system was developed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database with a responsive web-based interface. The implementation results show that the system generates an optimal order quantity recommendation of 3,435 units and a reorder point of 281 units, which can be used as a reference for procurement and replenishment decisions. These results indicate that the system is capable of reducing the risk of overstock and understock, improving inventory management accuracy, accelerating distribution processes, and supporting effective data-driven decision making.

Abstract

The increasingly intensive use of social media in everyday life has various implications for the psychological condition of users, one of which is an increase in stress levels due to high usage duration and excessive exposure to information. This condition necessitates an analytical approach to understand and predict user stress levels more objectively. This study aims to compare the performance of Random Forest, XGBoost, and CatBoost algorithms in classifying the stress levels of social media users based on digital behavior data, as well as to identify behavioral factors that contribute to these stress levels. This study uses a quantitative approach based on data mining with a dataset consisting of 667 social media user data. The research stages include data collection, preprocessing, modeling using three machine learning algorithms, and model performance evaluation using accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score metrics, reinforced with confusion matrix and feature importance analysis. The results show that Random Forest produced the best performance with an accuracy value of 0.84, precision of 0.86, recall of 0.83, and F1-score of 0.84, followed by CatBoost with an accuracy of 0.80 and XGBoost with 0.78. Feature importance analysis shows that Daily Screen Time and Happiness Index are the most influential variables in determining the stress level of users, which aligns with previous findings in digital mental health research.

Abstract

Lecturer quality is a key factor determining the success of a higher education institution. Although EDOM assessment is crucial for performance, large data processing often does not provide sufficient strategic information. This study utilizes a no-learning method to profile lecturer performance. K-Means and Fuzzy C-Means (FCM) are two clustering algorithms that are compared with four competency variables. These variables are pedagogical, professional, social, and personality. The results show that there are three ideal clusters (k = 3) which are categorized as "Very Good", "Good", and "Fair" performance groups, respectively. The K-Means algorithm produces a Silhouette Score of 0.507. However, FCM is more flexible in determining the number of data transition members required. The profiling results show that pedagogical competence is the variable with the lowest score in the "Fair" cluster. The findings of this study suggest that, to improve the quality of educational services, lecturers in the cluster need to undergo training related to teaching methods.

Abstract

The discrepancy between market value and actual player performance often creates financial inefficiencies in football club recruitment strategies. This study aims to identify undervalued players (high performance but low valuation) using Big Data Analytics on the Transfermarkt dataset. The initial dataset is large-scale, comprising 32,601 player records and 1,706,806 match appearance entries, reflecting high-volume data characteristics The research methodology follows four systematic stages: (1) massive data acquisition and integration covering match statistics and transfer history; (2) implementation of Feature Engineering to convert raw statistics into per-90-minute metrics while accounting for contract duration; (3) fair value modeling using the CatBoost Regressor algorithm optimized with Log-Transformation to handle skewed data distributions; and (4) model validation using 5-Fold Cross Validation and residual analysis to detect price anomalies. The results demonstrate the model's ability to precisely identify potential player segments overlooked by standard market valuations. It is concluded that integrating CatBoost with robust feature engineering serves as a strategic instrument for club management to enhance investment efficiency (Return on Investment).

Abstract

The determination of eligibility for social assistance recipients at the village level still faces challenges related to subjectivity, inaccurate targeting, and manual data management, which potentially lead to inefficiency and unfairness in decision-making processes. This study aims to design and develop a web-based decision support system to objectively and systematically determine social assistance eligibility in Tandengan Village. The research employs an applied research approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through observations and interviews with village officials and subsequently analyzed using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method based on three main criteria: income level, number of dependents, and type of occupation. The results indicate that the developed system is capable of managing population data in an integrated manner, performing automatic eligibility calculations, and generating recommendations for social assistance recipients objectively, transparently, and efficiently. The implementation of the SAW method has proven effective in minimizing subjectivity compared to the previously used manual selection process. This study concludes that a SAW-based decision support system is effective for supporting social assistance eligibility determination at the village level. Furthermore, the system provides added value by enhancing transparency in the selection process and offering a traceable calculation record as an audit trail, thereby strengthening accountability and governance in social assistance distribution.
