Abstract

Every company engaged in trade must have a strategy to improve service. Some of them regulate the arrangement of goods (display) or make the appearance of a store look attractive and make shopping easier so that consumers are willing to come back to shop. Many transactions every day but are still done manually. So there might be a lot of errors and inaccurate reports. The number of transactions is also only used as a document. It is not possible for many transaction data to be lost or tucked away. Collection of transaction data if left alone for months, then the data will only be meaningless data and will be a limiting factor in improving services. Purchases are often done simultaneously at one time, so there is a queue in the store. In Kopsyahira there were also several obstacles in terms of sales, especially food sales. In this study, researchers will use the Apriori algorithm, the author uses Tanagra's data mining software. The results of this study produce 2 final association rules if using a minimum support of 30% and Confidence of 66%.

Abstract

Apotik Citra Farma merupakan pelayanan produk dan jasa yang bergerak dalam bidang kesehatan. Pengelolaan apotik adalah segala upaya dan kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh seorang apoteker dalam rangka tugas dan fungsi apotik yang meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengawasan dan penilaian. Sistem persediaan obat yang dilakukan masih sederhana, mulai dari proses pengecekan obat, permintaan obat, dan pembuatan laporan. Sehingga  pada saat proses berlangsung memungkinkan terjadi kesalahan dalam pencatatan, kurang akuratnya laporan yang dibuat, dan keterlambatan dalam pencarian data-data yang diperlukan. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah menganalisa sistem persediaan obat pada Apotik Citra Farma yang sedang berjalan dan merancang serta menerapkan sistem informasi persediaan obat secara terkomputerisasi sebagai solusi dalam permasalahan yang ada. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode waterfall dan alat pendukung seperti ERD,LRS dan UML serta prototype tampilan program berbasis web.

Abstract

Today's information technology has developed very quickly. A fast, precise and accurate information system is needed now. CV. Mulya Jaya is a company engaged in the sale of building iron. During this time, employees are still having trouble making notes and sales reports that are still done manually. Therefore CV. Mulya Jaya really needs an information system that can help to simplify the process of making notes and sales reports.For this reason the researcher tries to make the Final Project on Designing Web-Based Iron Sales Information System on CV. Mulya Jaya Yogyakarta, which until now has not been computerized. Administration system CV. Mulya Jaya is currently still done manually. It is possible that there was an error during the process of making notes and sales reports. Design of Web-Based Iron Sales Information System in CV. Mulya Jaya Yogyakarta is one of the right and best solutions to solve a problem that exists in this company, and with a computerized system can achieve an appropriate, fast and accurate activity in supporting activities in this company.Keyword: Design, System, Information, Sales, Iron.

Abstract

Along with the development of technology and information, it also has an impact on the product sales media, one of which is through Instagram online shopping. The results of the surf show that comments (electronic word of mount) are on Instagram online shopping. This study aims to analyze the effect of the electronic word of month (EWOM) on purchase intentions using the Information Acceptance Model (IACM) model. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative to find out the cause and effect relationship of IACM variables. The population in this research is Instagram users who have seen product promotions through Instagram. The sampling technique used is incidental sampling by distributing questionnaires online. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the electronic word of mount found on Instagram online shopping has a significant partial effect on purchase intention. This can be seen from the results of the calculation of all the t-count variables 0.191 and the  significance level 0.05. Based on the results of the calculation of the determination coefficient (R2), the magnitude of the effect on the benefits of information is information quality 19.5%, information credibility 41.3%, information needs 13.9%, and attitudes towards information 28.6%. The results of information adoption are affected by 11.2% of the benefits of information. Other lts show that 24.9% of information adoption affects purchase intentions. While attitudes toward information affect 38.9% of purchase intentions.

Abstract

The tourism sector is one of the country's biggest foreign exchange earners. Foreign tourist visits to Indonesia reached 16.1 million during 2019. Therefore foreign tourist visits become a very important thing. In this study clustering will be carried out or grouping data on foreign tourist visits into 5 groups for the category of countries with very high, high, high enough, low and very low visits. Data processing was performed using the K-Means clustering method and the Principle Component Analysis (PCA) dimension reduction method. From the data processing, K-Means modeling results combined with the PCA method resulted in a smaller or better Davies Bouldin Index (DBI) evaluation value of 0.310 compared to K-Means modeling alone which obtained a DBI value of 0.382. The tools used in data processing are RapidMiner. The results of clustering are expected to be a reference for related parties to maximize the promotion of overseas tourism.

Abstract

Futsal sports have developed and are popular in Indonesia. Sumber Jaya Futsal is one of the providers of futsal field rental business in Tangerang. Sumber Jaya Futsal currently does not have a web-based system, the system for leasing futsal fields in Sumber Jaya Futsal is still conventional, where customers come directly or by calling to find out the schedule of available futsal fields. The rental transaction scheduling and report system is still using a notebook. Based on the problem, the purpose of this research is to produce a draft web application for futsal field rental at Sumber Jaya Futsal Tangerang. In this study to collect data the author uses case studies with methods of observation and literature. The design of this web application is made using the PHP programming language, assisted by xampp as a web server, MySQL for database management, ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) and LRS (Logical Record Structure) to describe the data model. While the author's software development method uses the Waterfall Method.

Abstract

Hospitals as health care institutions are always required to provide quality, effective and acute services. PERSI forms a guideline for developing service standards so that it supports more accountable and efficient hospital health services called clinical pathways. Clinical pathways are used to systematically record each intervention given to patients. In its implementation, the clinical pathway does not always work perfectly, this is caused by various things such as the lack of resources (equipment and other health facilities), also caused by the negligence of technical implementers such as doctors, nurses, nutritionists, and pharmaceuticals. The clinical pathway monitoring system is important to know the obstacles that arise. The monitoring system can support the evaluation process to be faster. In this study, the system was developed using the agile method with the scrum model. The study was conducted at Harapan Harapan General Hospital in Tegal City involving those who played a direct role in using the system, Patient Care Management (MPP). The functional test results are divided into three, the first system quality results as much as 76% according to its function. Second, the assessment of the quality of information, the value of the quality of information produced as much as 68% according to its function. The three assessments of service quality obtained results as much as 63% according to its function.

Abstract

PT. Mayer Indah Indonesia is a company engaged in the field of textile. In order to face business competition, there are several problems that often arise, namely not having supplier selection procedures. The supplier selection conducted by the company's purchasing department at this time is a direct survey and price comparison. supplier distance with the company so that shipping costs are high and ease of negotiation and payment systems. Abstract

Abstrak - Kegiatan evaluasi penjualan pada instansi atau perusahaan perdagangan yang mempunyai banyak produk dan memiliki banyak cabang merupakan proses yang sangat penting untuk mengetahui perkembangan usaha dari perusahaan tersebut. Data penjualan dalam bentuk laporan pada seluruh cabang perlu diketahui dan dievaluasi oleh pimpinan perusahaan. Studi kasus pada Toko XYZ yang merupakan usaha pada bidang perdagangan fashion muslim mempunyai toko cabang, sehingga perlu dilakukan evaluasi terhadap transaksi penjualan. Laporan data penjualan adalah dengan dicatat pada buku laporan oleh karyawan yang berada di toko cabang kemudian dilaporkan ke kantor pusat melalui e-mail atau media sosial. Laporan penjualan dari masing-masing cabang kemudian dilakukan evaluasi penjualan oleh kantor pusat untuk mengetahui perkembangan usaha pada toko tersebut.  Sistem informasi evaluasi penjualan ini, sangat diperlukan untuk mempermudah pimpinan toko pada proses evaluasi penjualan pada toko tersebut yang bertujuan untuk membantu proses pengambilan keputusan pimpinan. Analisis sistem pada penelitian ini menggunakan PIECES sebagai analisis dari sistem yang ada serta untuk mengetahui kebutuhan sistem yang kan dikembangkan. Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem informasi evaluasi penjualan dengan mengintegrasikan sistem informasi penjualan yang ada pada perusahaan cabang. Sistem infrmasi evaluasi penjualan dengan memproyeksikan data penjualan pada perusahaan cabang. Sistem Informasi Evaluasi Penjualan dirancang dengan alat bantu perancangan sistem diagaram arus data (DAD) dan prototipe sebagai pengembangan sistem. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi evaluasi data penjualan sebagai alat alat bantu pimpinan toko dalam proses evaluasi data penjualan pada seluruh toko cabang. Hasil keluaran dari sistem ini dapat dijadiken oleh pimpinan sebagai data dalam proses pengambilan keputusan.Kata Kunci : sistem, informasi, evaluasi, penjualan, prototype Abstract - Sales evaluation activities in agencies or trading companies that have many products and have many branches is a very important process to determine the business development of the company. Sales data in the form of reports on all branches needs to be known and evaluated by company leaders. The case study at XYZ Store, which is a business in the Muslim fashion trade sector, has a branch shop, so it is necessary to evaluate the sales transaction. Sales data reports are recorded in the report book by employees at branch stores then reported to the head office via e-mail or social media. Sales reports from each branch are then evaluated by the head office to determine business developments at the store. This sales evaluation information system is indispensable to facilitate shop leaders in the sales evaluation process at the store which aims to assist the leadership decision-making process. System analysis in this study uses PIECES as an analysis of existing systems and to determine the system requirements that are being developed. This study develops a sales evaluation information system by integrating existing sales information systems at branch companies. Sales evaluation information system by projecting sales data at branch companies. Sales Evaluation Information System is designed with data flow diagram system design aids (DAD) and a prototype as a system development. The result of this research is sales data evaluation information system as a tool for shop leadership in evaluating sales data in all branch stores. Abstract

Berkembangnya ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi informasi membuat manusia mencari cara yang cepat untuk memudahkan kegiatan usaha. Salah satu caranya adalah menggunakan teknologi informasi berupa website. Kelompok Tani Bibit Durian Maju Makmur adalah sebuah kelompok tani yang bergerak dibidang tanaman dan berada di desa Alasmalang Kabupaten Banyumas. Namun penjualan dan pemasaran bibit durian pada Kelompok Tani Maju Makmur belum memanfaatkan adanya website ataupun penggunaan e-commerce karena keterbatasan pengetahuan tentang internet. Para petani hanya menggunakan handphone untuk sarana penjualan maupun pemasaran. Dengan pembuatan website untuk Kelompok Tani Maju Makmur dapat mengatasi masalah transaksi penjualan dan pemasaran bibit durian. Perancangan sistem informasi berbasis website ini menggunakan Dreamweaver CS6, PHP, HTML, dan XAMPP. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem ini yaitu dengan model waterfall. Untuk pengujian unit menggunakan Black Box Testing. Dengan keberadaan website dapat membantu konsumen atau pelanggan dalam mengakses informasi kapan dan dimana saja, serta bisa menjadi sarana promosi untuk memperluas jangkauan pemasaran produk dan menambah penghasilan.
